Docker is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build AI-powered developer tools and the platform behind them on our AI Developer Tools team. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering, building tools that make Docker's engineers more productive and the platform that lets teams across Docker prototype, deploy, and scale their own AI developer tools.
As a Senior Engineer you will design, build, and operate:
AI-Powered Developer Tools. AI agents and tools that accelerate developer productivity, surface observability insights, and automate operational reviews. You will help teams adopt an AI-native way of working and speed up adoption of tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Examples include AI-powered code review and refactoring assistants, automated test generators and local environment setup tools, deployment pipeline diagnostic agents, and agents that simplify on-call work during incidents.
Self-Service AI Developer Tools Platform. Platform infrastructure that lets product and platform teams across Docker unblock themselves by prototyping, building, and deploying their own AI developer tools, using the patterns and standards the team sets.
You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Developer Tools, and work closely with the team's Principal and Staff engineers, product engineering teams, and platform teams across Docker.
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You are a strong, hands-on engineer who enjoys building at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering. You have built software on top of LLMs and AI agents and have a good sense of what works in practice. You care about the people using your tools, and you can tell a tool developers love from one they put up with. You take a feature from a vague request to production: you ask the right questions about requirements, design it sensibly, ship it iteratively, and operate it afterward. You are comfortable in a fast-moving AI landscape and balance quality with pragmatism. You make the engineers around you better through thoughtful code review and by sharing what you learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and Operating AI Developer Tools
- Design, build, and operate production AI agents for developer productivity, including code review assistants, test generators, deployment diagnostics, and incident response automation
- Integrate LLM providers, agent orchestration frameworks, and MCP servers into reliable tools, following the team's patterns and standards

Docker is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical direction for key parts of our AI Developer Tools team. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering, building the AI-powered tools and the platform that let teams across Docker prototype, deploy, and scale their own AI developer tools.
As a Staff Engineer you will own the technical design and delivery for two areas:
AI-Powered Developer Tools. Design and build AI agents and tools that accelerate developer productivity, surface observability insights, and automate operational reviews.
Design and build the platform infrastructure that lets product and platform teams across Docker unblock themselves by prototyping, building, and deploying their own AI developer tools. You will set the patterns and standards that let teams experiment, iterate quickly, and graduate successful prototypes into production-ready services.
You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Developer Tools, and work closely with the team's Principal engineers, engineering leadership, product engineering teams, and platform teams across Docker.
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You are a hands-on technical leader who works well at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering. - Track record of designing and building scalable distributed systems and developer-facing platforms
- Production experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, GitOps deployment patterns, observability systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Go (preferred), Rust, Java, or Python, with strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience designing developer tools, platform systems, or internal tools that other teams rely on
- Track record of clarifying requirements and constraints with stakeholders before committing to a design
- Track record of leading complex initiatives that crossed team boundaries, and of influencing without direct authority
- Strong product and platform judgment: you weigh business outcomes, developer experience, and technical trade-offs
- Clear written and spoken communication suited to a remote, async-first company
- Track record of mentoring other experienced engineers
- Ownership mentality with a bias for action and iterative delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
PREFERRED
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI agent integration standards
- Background in developer productivity, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Contributions to open source AI tools, developer tooling, or platform engineering projects
- Experience evolving an internal platform or tool into a widely adopted, production-grade service
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational practices for production AI systems
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS

- Meet the Senior Manager, the team's Principal engineers, engineering leadership, and key stakeholders in product engineering to understand needs, pain points, and constraints
- Review existing AI tool prototypes and internal experiments to learn what is working and what is not
- Get hands-on with the team's services and ship a useful production change
- Shadow on-call and learn the operational profile of the team's services
- Work with the Senior Manager to agree on initial technical priorities
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the technical framing and delivery plan for one significant problem, from requirements through to production
- Document the architecture, technology choices, and integration patterns for that work, including ADRs
- Ship a production AI developer tool that sets patterns the team can reuse (for example an AI-powered code review agent, a deployment diagnostic agent, or an on-call assistant)
- Contribute to the technical foundations of the self-service platform: deployment pipeline, observability integration, security controls, and cost management
- Lead design reviews for your area of the roadmap and begin mentoring other engineers
- Take part in the on-call rotation
FIRST YEAR OUTLOOK
- Be the trusted technical lead for your area of AI Developer Tools, and a sought-after partner for teams across Docker
- Deliver at least one material outcome that spans multiple teams or systems
- Have multiple production AI tools demonstrating value across Docker's engineering organization
- Help build a self-service platform that lets multiple teams build, deploy, and operate their own AI tools with little friction
- Define and instrument how the team measures AI tool adoption, effectiveness, and developer productivity impact
- Grow other senior engineers into broader ownership, and reduce the number of decisions that depend on a small set of people

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
We build
Tempo
, the open-source distributed tracing backend behind Grafana Cloud Traces and Grafana Enterprise Traces (GET). Tempo makes it easy to search traces, generate metrics from spans, and connect tracing data with logs, metrics, and profiles across the Grafana stack.
2026 is an inflection point for Tempo. After a major architectural upgrade and the launch of TraceQL metrics, we are shifting from foundational work to product and operational excellence, and evolving Tempo from a SaaS database into a platform that powers Grafana’s next generation of observability products (App Observability, Asserts, Traces Drilldown, and AI-driven assistants).
Over the next year, you will help us:
Make Grafana Cloud Traces “just work” for customers by eliminating rough edges, confusing limits, and hidden failure modes.
Achieve operational excellence at scale as we grow from close to 50 cells today into triple digits this year, with autoscaling, parameterized rollouts, and aggressive toil reduction.
Evolve Tempo into a platform enabler: higher-density APIs, trace aggregation, TraceQL metrics math, and machine/LLM-friendly interfaces that downstream products and agents can build on.
Push performance further: faster query latency at hundreds of MB/s ingestion and performant 30-day query ranges to match competitors.
Prepare Tempo for an agent-driven world: larger, burstier, higher-cardinality workloads, and new categories of AI-powered workflows, such as assistant-driven triage and “why is this slow?”- style investigations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Engineer on Tempo, you will own technical direction on the hardest problems in our roadmap and raise the bar across the team.
Deliver significant technical projects.
Take well-scoped, multi-month initiatives from problem framing through rollout, e.g., trace aggregation APIs, Limitless Tempo, autoscaling cells and customer limits, or query engine improvements. Partner with Staff engineers and the tech lead on broader, cross-team direction.
Own major components of Tempo.
Contribute to and own parts of ingestion, storage, query, and metrics generation. Write and present design docs, participate in design reviews, make sound trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity, and document the “why” for the team.
Build APIs for humans and agents.
Help shape the next generation of Tempo’s interfaces (structured, deterministic, discoverable) so that Act 3 products, LLM-driven assistants, and external integrators can build on Tempo reliably.
Contribute to operational excellence.
Own outcomes for the areas you build against concrete SLOs (P99 write latency, incident recurrence, TCO per ingested GB), and help move the team toward Zero Ops through automation, parameterized rollouts, and actionable alerts.
Collaborate with Product and sibling teams.
Work with PMs and with App Observability, Asserts, Drilldown, and Grafana Assistant teams to understand how Tempo gets consumed and to ship what unblocks them.
Mentor and support engineers.
Raise the bar through thorough code review, constructive design feedback, and pairing, especially with junior and mid-level engineers.
Participate in on-call
for the services you help build, and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
Contribute to open source.
Tempo is OSS. You will engage the community, review external contributions, and contribute to the project in the open.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Example problems you could work on
These are the kinds of projects landing in 2026:
Trace aggregation and higher-density APIs:
extend TraceQL metrics, design LLM-friendly response types, and make Tempo a first-class data source for Grafana’s AI assistant.
Autoscaling end-to-end:
customer limits and Tempo cells, with hysteresis, predictive scaling for spikes, and safe scale-down.
Agent-scale ingestion and query:
guardrails for bursty, high-cardinality, agent-generated workloads.
Query performance:
new data formats, smarter query pipelines, targeted optimizations for common Drilldown and Traces workflows, and 30-day query ranges.
Rollouts and multi-cell operations:
parameterized rollouts, push-button deploys, and the tooling to grow safely into triple-digit cell counts without a proportional increase in alert noise.
Limits and self-service:
drive customer-facing configuration and observability so escalations trend toward zero.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Technical ownership.
A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects that spanned design, delivery, and operations, and of helping the teammates around you grow.
Solid systems experience.
Significant hands-on experience building and operating distributed data systems in production: ingestion pipelines, storage engines, query execution, or similar.
Strong software craftsmanship.
You write clean, robust, performant software that others can maintain, and you know when to optimize vs. when to ship.
Strong Go, or a path to it.
We write Tempo in Go. Solid experience in other systems languages (Rust, C, C++) translates well.
Operational mindset.
You’ve owned production services, carried a pager, reduced toil, and treated SLOs as a product feature, not a chore.
Customer focus and pragmatism.
You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
Collaboration and clear writing.
You contribute through design docs, reviews, and shipped code, and you communicate clearly in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with tracing, OpenTelemetry, or large-scale observability systems.
Experience designing query languages, SQL/TraceQL-like engines, or APIs intended to be consumed programmatically (by services or agents).
Experience with columnar storage formats (e.g., Parquet) or purpose-built on-disk formats for analytical workloads.
Experience operating multi-tenant, multi-cell SaaS infrastructure at scale on Kubernetes.
Experience building for AI/LLM consumers: structured APIs, metadata/discovery endpoints, deterministic outputs, evaluation harnesses.
Open-source contribution or maintainership, and comfort engaging a community in the open.
Experience as an on-call user of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Tempo in a previous role (or on a homelab).
Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
How we work
We are a remote-first team that meets regularly over video and does most of our work asynchronously, in writing. We value creativity, diverse perspectives, and clear communication. Tempo is relied upon by prominent global organizations to monitor critical applications and infrastructure, and we expect everyone on the team, including our senior engineers, to contribute ideas that make it a more reliable, more useful, and more loved product.
In US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings)/Base compensation range for this role is USD $154,445 - $185.334. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.
What you will do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
About you
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus If You:
You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture!
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
