ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Compute is one of the most capital-intensive and strategically important functions at Baseten. Every inference request we serve runs on capacity we have sourced, contracted, and financed, and the deals behind that capacity are growing in size and complexity.
As a member of the Strategic Compute Investments team, you will work on some of the largest and most complex compute investments. Working directly with our Head of Supply, Finance, and company leadership, you will structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate the large compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions that determine how fast and how profitably Baseten can grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the analytical and structuring work behind major supply transactions, including multi-year capacity commitments, data center and powered land opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build the financial models that underwrite each deal, from unit economics and TCO through return, risk, and scenario analysis, and turn them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk, including commitment terms, payment timing, prepayments, and financing options
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities, coordinating across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across the compute and infrastructure landscape to inform strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
- Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
- Exposure to compute, cloud, or GPU markets, including capacity contracts or infrastructure financing
- Prior experience moving from a finance or investing seat into an operating role at a high-growth company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands what drives adoption, retention, and expansion, analyzing how customers move from sign-up to activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal, and turning that into clear, actionable insight on the growth levers leadership can act on. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering, bringing strategic thinking, deep PLG expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward. You’ll help define how digital and scaled success programs are measured, size opportunities, show where to invest next, and help shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities.
How we’re using AI today
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. Beyond our own workflows, our role is evolving to ensure 1Password has the data foundations, governance, and structure its broader AI transformation depends on.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus
What you can expect:
- The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
- Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions
- Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams
- An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We are looking for a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join Cohere’s Legal team. Reporting to our Senior Governance Counsel, this role will support a global portfolio of corporate governance, entity and intercompany matters, together with cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.
This role is designed for a lawyer with a strong corporate foundation who has also developed meaningful regulatory and trade experience. You should be comfortable moving between different types of legal work including:
- supporting global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, intercompany arrangements and delegated authorities;
- supporting cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment and national-security reviews, regulatory diligence and filing coordination;
- helping the business navigate export-control, sanctions and related compliance requirements; and
- supporting legal and regulatory issues arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements come into play.
You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams, as well as with specialist external counsel in multiple jurisdictions. The role requires sound judgment, curiosity and the ability to take ownership of a workstream, identify when specialist advice is needed, and turn that advice into practical action.
What you’ll do
- Support Cohere’s global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, board and shareholder matters, corporate approvals, delegated authorities, signing frameworks and ongoing entity maintenance.
- Support Cohere’s intercompany legal architecture, including intercompany agreements and other cross-border operating arrangements, working closely with Finance, Tax, People and local counsel to ensure Cohere’s entities are structured and operated appropriately across jurisdictions.
- Support cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, regulatory diligence, filing coordination and the implementation of regulatory commitments arising in connection with acquisitions, investments, restructurings and other significant matters.
- Support Cohere’s export-control, sanctions and related compliance matters, including coordinating specialist external advice and translating regulatory requirements into practical internal guidance, controls and documentation.
- Support legal and regulatory workstreams arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements need to be understood and operationalised.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring that legal and regulatory workstreams are appropriately scoped, progressed and implemented.
- Take ownership of matters within the role’s remit and help develop practical, scalable approaches as Cohere’s international footprint grows.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience, gained at a leading law firm, a sophisticated in-house legal team, or preferably a combination of both.
- A strong corporate and cross-border legal foundation, with experience across areas such as subsidiary governance, entity structuring and reorganisations, intercompany arrangements, delegated authorities, corporate approvals and other aspects of international corporate practice.
- Meaningful exposure to cross-border regulatory matters, particularly foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, export controls, sanctions, international trade or related corporate compliance issues. Deep specialism in any one of these areas is not required.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating local and specialist external counsel and bringing different legal, regulatory and business inputs together into a coherent internal position.
- Strong judgment, range and commercial awareness, with the ability to get quickly up to speed on unfamiliar issues, identify what matters most and distinguish issues that can be handled internally from those requiring specialist advice.
- The ability to take ownership of an internal legal workstream, ask the right questions of specialist counsel, digest complex advice and translate it into clear, practical next steps for the business.
- Clear and practical communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with comfort moving between different subject areas and working across functions, jurisdictions and time zones.
- Experience in technology, AI or another regulated industry would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, AI, cloud or infrastructure, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting a multinational organisation with a growing international entity footprint, particularly where legal, tax, finance and operational considerations intersect.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters, including procurement, digital sovereignty, security, accreditation or related market-access requirements.
- Familiarity with North American, UK or EU regulatory frameworks relevant to cross-border technology businesses.
What success looks like
- You can move comfortably between corporate and regulatory matters, identify the core issue quickly and make progress even where the work does not fit neatly into a single legal category.
- You can take ownership of a complex cross-border workstream, bring together the right internal stakeholders and external advisers, and drive it through to a practical outcome.
- You know when specialist advice is needed, can frame the right questions for external counsel, and can turn complex advice into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
- You become a trusted execution partner across Cohere’s corporate governance and regulatory portfolio, taking meaningful ownership of workstreams and creating capacity for more strategic, cross-functional and government-facing work at the senior level.

We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re at all interested. Show us how your experience could improve our team and widen our perspective. Our selection process includes assessing the requirements of the role vs the individual, and how well we think they will work in the VALD team.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
The AI conversation is happening on X. We want Nebius at the center of it.
We're looking for a creative, culturally fluent, and highly engaged Social Media Specialist to build Nebius's presence and influence on X. You'll help shape how developers, researchers, founders, and industry leaders discover, talk about, and engage with Nebius.
This isn't a role focused on filling a content calendar. You'll help define the conversations we participate in, build relationships with the people shaping the AI industry, and create content that earns attention and drives growth.
You'll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, and bring your own ideas to life. One day, you might be turning a technical breakthrough into a compelling thread. The next, you'll be engaging with a leading AI researcher, jumping into an industry debate, or finding a creative way to make Nebius part of a trending conversation.
You'll work closely with product marketing, design, engineering, and the broader marketing team to bring Nebius's story to life. We're looking for someone who knows the platform, loves the pace, and is excited to help make Nebius a recognized and respected voice in AI.
What you'll do
Own our presence on X. Drive Nebius's X strategy and daily execution, building an engaged audience and growing our influence within the AI ecosystem.
Shape the conversation. Identify emerging trends, industry debates, and cultural moments where Nebius can contribute a compelling perspective. Know when to jump in, how to stand out, and when to let a conversation go.
Build relationships that matter. Engage with influential developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry tastemakers. Make Nebius a brand that people in the AI community know, trust, and want to engage with.
Create content people actually want to read. Develop original posts, threads, replies, and creative formats that are insightful, relevant, and native to X. Bring personality and creativity without sacrificing technical credibility.
Bring Nebius's story into the spotlight. Partner with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams to turn launches, technical achievements, customer stories, and company milestones into conversations that resonate.
Experiment, learn, and grow. Test new formats, ideas, and approaches to expand our reach and deepen engagement. Use data and community feedback to continuously improve performance.
Stay ahead of what's next. Keep a pulse on the AI ecosystem, from model releases and infrastructure breakthroughs to emerging voices and industry conversations. Bring fresh ideas and insights back to the team.
Move fast and take initiative. Spot opportunities, develop ideas, and execute independently. Use AI and other tools to work smarter while maintaining a high bar for quality and authenticity.
What you'll bring
1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong focus on X.
A genuine passion for X. You're an active participant in the platform, understand its culture and dynamics, and can point to content or conversations you've helped grow.
Strong creative instincts and excellent writing skills. You know how to capture attention, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt your voice to different conversations.
An understanding of the AI ecosystem. You follow the companies, technologies, people, and debates shaping AI and are excited to deepen your expertise.
A natural ability to build connections. You understand how communities form, how influence works, and how to turn authentic engagement into meaningful relationships.
A bias for action. You're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution without extensive direction.
An experimental mindset. You use performance data, audience signals, and your own judgment to understand what's working and find new ways to grow.
Strong editorial judgment. You know the difference between joining a conversation and forcing your way into one—and how to make a brand feel like a credible participant rather than an advertiser.
Bonus points
Experience working in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another technical industry.
Active participation in AI, machine learning, developer, or open-source communities.
Experience creating short-form videos, graphics, memes, or other social-first content.
Familiarity with X analytics, social listening, publishing tools, and automation.
A sense of humor and a strong understanding of the personalities, trends, and culture of the AI community.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Healthcare, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across providers, payers, and life sciences, helping health organizations put agents in front of patients, members, and clinicians that are safe, fast, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. You’ll have the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
- Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards (and MLR review for pharma), starting compliance conversations in week one
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run
- Help customers pick one high-volume starting point (scheduling, reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, HCP support) and prove it before scaling
- Build a reference network of healthcare peers that buyers can call
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy, platform bundlers, and vertical point solutions, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into health systems, payers, or life sciences, with deep fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, AI governance, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- An established network of senior decision-makers in one or more of health systems, payers, or life sciences, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once

Requirements
Education & Experience:
— MSc or PhD in a quantitative field; a live trading track record outweighs credentials
— 5+ years in quantitative research or trading at a top-tier HFT firm, market maker, systematic fund, or crypto-native market maker; exchange-side market-structure experience is a plus
— Hands-on experience with at least one TradFi asset class (FX, futures, equities) and / or equivalent crypto asset classes; both maker and taker strategies
Core Technical Skills:
— Advanced probability, statistics, time-series analysis, optimization; strict validation discipline (multiple testing, out-of-sample hygiene, live–sim parity)
— Market microstructure: order-book dynamics, queue position, fill probability, adverse selection and markouts, market impact
— Expert Python (NumPy, pandas/Polars, PyTorch); working C++ or Rust for latency-critical components
— Tick-data engineering at scale: columnar stores, cross-venue normalization, data-quality control
Market Knowledge:
— Crypto microstructure: CEX matching engines and fee schedules, perpetuals (funding, mark price, liquidation/ADL), cross-venue arbitrage, DEX/AMM basics
— TradFi microstructure: FX ECN mechanics (firm vs last-look liquidity, prime brokerage), listed futures; low-latency architecture (tick-to-trade path, colocation, exchange protocols)
— Inventory and hedging: quoting models of the Avellaneda–Stoikov class and extensions, multi-asset inventory optimization, hedging, settlement workflows, real-time risk limits and kill switches
Exchange Microstructure & Mechanism Design:
— Maker-taker economics and market-quality measurement: fee-tier and rebate architecture, per-segment elasticity, spread/depth/slippage/markout metrics, defenses against rebate farming and wash trading
— Liquidity program design: obligation-based schemes (two-sided quoting, presence at touch, minimum depth, uptime) and incentive-based schemes (tiered rebates, credit lines, connectivity benefits)
— Maker protection and flow segmentation: markout-based counterparty scoring, retail price improvement (RPI) order types, asymmetric speed bumps and latency floors, minimum quote life, self-match prevention
— Exchange P&L modeling: net fee capture, subsidy budget and payback, LP unit economics from onboarding to self-sufficiency
Mindset & Soft Skills:
— Owner mentality with direct P&L accountability; ships to production and makes honest kill decisions
— Clear written communication with traders, engineers, exchange management, and external LPs
— Compliance discipline across crypto and TradFi market-abuse regimes.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities — Liquidity Program:
— Design the program end-to-end: MM tiers, admission criteria, obligations (max spread, min depth, uptime, presence at touch), incentives, and graduation to subsidy-free self-sufficiency
— Optimize the fee schedule for net capture: taker tiers priced to measured elasticity by segment; maker rebates funded from taker fees; safeguards against tier gaming
— Design order-book mechanics for comfortable quoting: tick and lot sizing, post-only / iceberg / RPI order types, self-match prevention, minimum quote life, passive-liquidity protection options
— Build the toxic-flow framework: markout-based flow classification, counterparty scoring, continuous monitoring, access rules or surcharges for consistently toxic takers
— Own the program financial model and roadmap: subsidy budget with payback targets; phases bootstrap → organic profitability → self-sufficiency; a market-quality dashboard as the single source of truth
Responsibilities — Trading Desc:
— Own the strategy roadmap — crypto first, then TradFi FX and futures; design pricing, quoting, hedging, and execution as one portfolio
— Run end-to-end alpha research on tick/order-book, cross-venue, funding/basis, and on-chain data
— Design the inventory-aware hedging framework, portfolio risk limits, and parameter governance
— Partner with engineering on low-latency implementation; validate in high-fidelity simulation and canary deployments
— Own P&L attribution, TCA/markout analysis, and research standards
— Lead the TradFi FX entry research workstream (LSEG FX Spot Matching, Euronext FX).

DELIVER ACCURATE ACCOUNTING & MONTH-END CLOSE

An overview of this role
As a Strategic Account Executive on our FINS Enterprise team, you'll help large, regulated organizations adopt, implement, and expand their use of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll focus on strategic enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through complex DevSecOps and software delivery transformations across areas like CI/CD automation, secure development, and infrastructure modernization. In this role, you'll act as a key connector between customer stakeholders and GitLab’s field organization so GitLab is seen as a trusted, long-term partner before, during, and after the sale. In your first year, you’ll be expected to build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline, create repeatable sales motions, and drive successful rollouts and adoption that translate into measurable results and long-term expansion.
What you'll do
Support GitLab’s strategic large prospects and customers as a trusted advisor throughout their DevSecOps journey.
Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across your assigned accounts.
Provide strong account leadership and direction in both the pre-sales and post-sales process to ensure customers realize value from GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
Coordinate closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and strategic channel partners to design and execute account strategies that drive adoption, expansion, and retention.
Develop and execute structured account plans based on customer business needs, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement across technical and business teams.
Ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption through proactive account management activities, regular business reviews, and clear alignment on customer outcomes.
Prepare and deliver accurate activity and forecast reports, and contribute to root cause analysis on wins and losses while sharing lessons learned with account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and product ideas, and use a consultative approach to create proposals, quotes, and presentations that clearly link GitLab’s solutions to customer business objectives.
What you'll bring
A true desire to see customers achieve meaningful outcomes and long-term value from their investment in GitLab.
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprises, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Proven success selling into large, strategic organizations, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Able to provide a high degree of account management and control, working under minimal supervision on complex opportunities while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that result in sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners to develop opportunities, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with effective written and verbal communication that influences internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred experience with Git, software development tools, application lifecycle management, or security/application security tools.
You share our values and work in accordance with them, use GitLab in your daily work, and are able to travel if needed while following GitLab’s travel policy.
