Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief of Staff, CEO office
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join our CEO Office and serve as a critical operational partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our San Jose headquarters.
This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be embedded within our CEO Office, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff as a critical operational partner in a high-velocity environment. You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning executive support, office operations, product review logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, exercises impeccable judgment, and can shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
You will be embedded within the CEO Office and serve as an operational backbone that keeps both executive priorities and the San Jose workplace running smoothly. On any given day, you might manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate an international trip, prepare for a CEO product review, resolve an office issue with WeWork, manage an insurance renewal, oversee assets inventory, or execute a company offsite partnering with People team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the judgment, responsiveness, and anticipation of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the ownership and operational mindset of a Workplace Manager. You are comfortable shifting between highly confidential executive matters and hands-on operational execution, and you naturally create structure, systems, and order wherever they are needed.
Given the nature of this role, you will have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information.
Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Executive Support
Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings for the CEO Office across global time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and executive logistics for the CEO Office
Conduct product research based on CEO's requests to support leadership decision-making
Coordinate executive demo preparation logistics with Content Ops, Marketing, and Business, including procurement, research, and packing lists
Coordinate product review meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Maintain robust tracking systems for CEO Office requests, action items, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership, status visibility, and timely closure
Provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
Workplace Administration
Serve as the on-site office administration point of contact for the San Jose office, including supporting executive workspace needs and on-site meetings
Serve as day-to-day liaison with WeWork community management for facilities, access, and general office needs
Manage office supplies, mail, and general workplace administration
Support logistics for CEO Office events and external meetings (venue/vendor sourcing, agenda and presentation coordination), partnering with People on company-wide events and employee experience programming
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or in a similar executive support role
, ideally with additional experience in workplace, office, or business operations within a technology company, startup, or rapidly scaling organization.
Proven experience directly supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting or owning workplace and office operations, including facilities, vendors, events, and administrative processes.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills with an almost obsessive attention to order and detail.
Track record of building and maintaining organized systems for requests, action items, follow-ups, documentation, and information flow—ensuring nothing gets lost, delayed, or forgotten across multiple workstreams.
Strong experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, procurement, and operational projects.
Experience with or exposure to hardware/IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with corporate insurance programs, renewals, certificates of insurance, and claims administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, presentation tools, and other modern workplace technology.
Ability to work on-site in San Jose and provide flexible, responsive support when business needs require it.
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized.
You bring
Marie Kondo energy
to everything from calendars and documentation systems to hardware inventories, event logistics, and physical workspaces. Chaos doesn't stand a chance around you.
A systems builder.
You don't just complete tasks—you create intuitive processes that make requests visible, ownership clear, and follow-through reliable.
Anticipatory.
You think several steps ahead and notice what will be needed before someone has to ask.
Hands-on.
You're equally comfortable preparing materials for an executive meeting, organizing a demo kit, coordinating an offsite, or solving an unexpected office issue.
Tech-savvy.
You have a strong interest in technology and actively look for ways to use tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
You are unfazed by changing priorities and don't need a playbook for every situation.
Resourceful.
When you don't immediately know the answer, you know how to find it and keep things moving.
Low-ego and high-accountability.
No task is beneath you, and you take ownership through completion.
Highly adaptable.
You understand that supporting a CEO Office in a fast-growing startup requires flexibility. Priorities can change quickly, and this is not always a predictable 9-to-5 role.

Our Client's Digital Finance IT is building an AI-enablement layer on top of our enterprise data platform to enable business users across Finance to interact with governed data in natural language. We're hiring a
Data Enablement Engineer
to design, build, and operate the trusted datasets, semantic models, and embedded AI experiences that make this possible.
This is a
data platform engineering role
, not a data science or model-building role. You will spend your time engineering the data foundation that makes AI reliable — semantic layers, governed data products, and embedded natural-language analytics — not training models.
What You'll Do
Design and build
AI-ready data products
on Databricks — trusted datasets with well-defined business semantics, KPIs, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
Implement
semantic layers
and governed datasets that support both traditional BI consumption and natural-language querying by business users
Deploy and operate
Databricks Genie spaces
with Unity Catalog, tuning them for accuracy, adoption, and business relevance
Build
RAG pipelines and conversational analytics applications
grounded in governed enterprise data — including Streamlit or Databricks Apps that let business users query data without writing SQL
Engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Snowpark, PySpark) that produce and maintain the trusted data these AI experiences depend on
Implement
data governance
— RBAC, row/column-level security, masking, lineage, auditability, catalog and metadata management — in a regulated pharma environment
Optimize
cost and performance
on both the data platform side (warehouse sizing, cluster tuning, query optimization) and the AI side (token usage, caching, model routing)
Partner with Finance business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into semantic models and governed data products they can trust
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
5+ years hands-on data engineering
on cloud data platforms — Databricks demonstrated in real project delivery, not skill-list-only
Direct hands-on experience with Databricks Genie
— you have built, configured, and tuned these in production or advanced pilots, with specific reference to the flavors used (Cortex Analyst / Search / Agents / LLM Functions, or Genie spaces with semantic models)
Semantic layer / trusted data product delivery
— you have built governed datasets that business users can rely on, with KPI definitions, hierarchies, and business glossary alignment
dbt, PySpark, Snowpark, SQL, Python
— strong across the modern data stack
Orchestration
with Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or equivalent
Data governance in regulated environments
— RBAC, RLS, masking, lineage, auditability
Experience integrating
structured and unstructured data
(PDFs, SharePoint/Teams content, enterprise knowledge sources) into AI-enablement workflows
Nice to Have
Pharma, life sciences, or regulated financial services domain experience
Veeva CRM, IQVIA, SAP, or clinical data source integration
Streamlit or Databricks Apps for business-facing analytics
Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent RAG frameworks
Cost optimization on both compute (warehouse/cluster) and LLM (tokens/caching/routing) dimensions
What We're NOT Looking For
Data Scientists
— this role is not model training, fine-tuning, LoRA/RLHF, or ML research
Pure Data Engineers
who list Cortex or Genie as a skill but haven't shipped it in production
AI/GenAI engineers
whose center of gravity is LangChain agents or RAG-over-documents, without a strong governed data platform foundation
Computer vision, NLP model builders, or multi-agent orchestration specialists
— wrong shape for this role

Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer / Product Designer with 3-5+ years of experience, who can own the design process from early UX thinking and wireframing through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with solid UX thinking. You should be comfortable solving complex product problems, creating modern and intuitive interfaces, and working independently with international teams in a fully remote environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer who wants meaningful ownership over digital products rather than focusing solely on graphic design or visual execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
Translate product requirements and business objectives into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Create polished interfaces for responsive web and/or mobile products.
Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs.
Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI libraries in Figma.
Conduct or incorporate user research, usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights into design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare clear, detailed designs and specifications for engineering handoff.
Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
Identify UX issues and opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, conversion, and overall product experience.
Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
3–5+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or equivalent experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world web and/or mobile product design.
Advanced proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and reusable design systems.
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.
Strong visual design skills with excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.
Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Comfortable incorporating user research and usability feedback into design decisions.
Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles.
Experience collaborating with developers and preparing designs for engineering handoff.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment.
Portfolio Signs We Prioritize:
Your portfolio should demonstrate how you think, not just how your designs look.
Strong candidates will ideally show:
Clear case studies explaining the problem, process, decisions, and outcome.
The progression from wireframes → prototypes → final UI.
Experience with SaaS platforms, dashboards, mobile apps, marketplaces, or other complex digital products.
Complex user journeys and product workflows rather than primarily marketing or landing pages.
Strong consistency in typography, spacing, hierarchy, grids, and visual systems.
Responsive design across different screen sizes and devices.
Design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.
Evidence that products were actually built and shipped.
Clear reasoning behind important UX and UI decisions.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience designing SaaS or B2B products.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar design tools.
Experience using product analytics or participating in A/B testing.
Previous experience working with UK, US, Canadian, European, or Australian companies.
Experience collaborating with distributed or international product and engineering teams.
Benefits
💰 Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and portfolio strength.
🌎 Fully remote role with the opportunity to work with an international team.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Investor Relations team manages our relationships with shareholders, prospective investors, and the broader financial community, and helps educate investors on Anthropic's mission, strategy, and financial performance. As the Operations Lead for the team, you'll own the administrative and operational backbone that keeps IR running smoothly, from coordinating investor meetings and preparing the team for them to managing the vendors and logistics behind high-profile events and visits.
You'll work directly with the Head of Investor Relations and the IR team, and cross-functionally with Finance leadership, Finance & Strategy, Capital Markets, Accounting, Corporate Legal, Communications, and Workplace, to make sure every investor touchpoint reflects well on Anthropic. Because the function is still being built, you will often be creating the process rather than following one. This role suits someone who is highly proactive, thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being the person who makes complex logistics look effortless.
Key responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and helping the team prioritize when investor demand exceeds our capacity
Partner with internal teams and on-site staff to plan and execute investor events, visits, and other in-person engagements
Prepare the team and executives for investor conversations and capturing follow-ups afterward
Own vendor relationships for IR-related services, from sourcing through ongoing management of scope, budget, and performance
Help the team set agendas and priorities, tracking deliverables and following up to ensure commitments are met on time
Maintain and organize IR records, the investor contact database and interaction history, and shared materials so information stays easy to find and current, and help select and run the tools the team uses to track shareholder engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on logistical and administrative questions
Build and document the recurring processes a growing IR function needs, from meeting request intake through post-meeting follow-up, and keep improving how the team operates day to day
Partner with Corporate Legal and Communications on the handling and review of investor-facing materials, so information moves through the right checks
Support ad hoc projects as investor relations priorities evolve
Minimum qualifications
Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders
Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance tracking
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information with discretion
Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team, including building processes and systems that do not exist yet
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting an investor relations, capital markets, or finance leadership function, ideally in a company that was growing quickly
Familiarity with the needs of external-facing, high-stakes engagements
Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving problems before they become issues
Familiarity with investor relations or CRM tools for tracking shareholder engagement, and comfort using AI tools to work faster
Curiosity about financial markets, technology, and AI, and interest in how a research-driven company explains itself to investors
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$200,000
—
$265,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-impact role driving AI adoption across our Commercial segment.

What you'll do
Design and build high-scale, internal observability systems (metrics, logs, and traces) that give engineering and the business visibility into Vercel's own infrastructure.
Build cost attribution and chargeback tooling so spend can be accurately mapped to the parts of the business driving it, reducing reliance on third-party tools like Datadog.
Partner with Backend and Platform teams to instrument services for compliance, auditing, and record-keeping requirements.
Evaluate, integrate, and help operate observability infrastructure across our existing vendors and the CNCF ecosystem.
Ship pragmatic, high-leverage visibility quickly that drives improvement in how we build, deploy, and operate our systems.

Bonus if you
Have contributed to or worked closely with CNCF observability projects.
Built, scaled, and improved internal developer platforms.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer for our Growth team. You will run experiments across the whole self-serve journey: from the moment someone first hears of Peec AI to the day they renew, refer a friend or leave. That covers the website, signup, pricing and checkout, the trial and onboarding. It also covers the moments in the product where we ask people to do something, like connect a tool, invite a teammate or upgrade. You can work on any of these, and we decide together where the focus goes each month or quarter.
You come up with the hypothesis, design the experiment and discuss it with the team. Then you run the rest of the loop yourself: build it, instrument it, ship it behind a flag, read the result and write down what happened.
You report to the VP of Growth and work with our Growth PM, our growth engineer, and the marketing and design teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go after big swings. We size every idea first and look for changes that could move a funnel step by 30 to 40 percentage points. It is fine if most of them fail.
- Build and improve the experimentation infrastructure. Feature flags, assignment at the account level, exposure logged when someone becomes eligible, outcomes recorded on the server, and holdouts we read.
- Keep conversion data accurate. Event design, funnel definitions and readouts the team can rely on.
- Own what you ship after launch. You watch it, read the result on the date you set, and decide whether we keep it, change it or remove it.
- Build internal tools that let the team run more experiments with less manual work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have run growth experiments end to end. You formed the hypothesis, designed the test, built it and read the result. Not advised on them, not analysed someone else's.
- You write production code today. Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend, comfortable in Node.js and databases on the backend. Our stack is React, Node.js and Next.js.
- You know what your volume can detect. You can size a test, say how long it needs to run, and tell us when a result is not readable.
- SQL and analytics fluency. Funnels, cohorts, event design.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- You ship with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
- Product judgement. You can tell which changes need a test, which can ship without one, and which are not worth building.
- Product taste. You care about how the things you ship look and feel. You can turn an idea into a screen that belongs in our product, and you know when to bring in our design team.
BONUS POINTS
- You set up an experimentation practice from scratch and grew it into a regular part of how the team works.
- Product-led growth experience. Onboarding, activation, paywalls, pricing, checkout.
- Acquisition experience. Website and signup experiments, SEO or paid funnels.
- Experiments on low-volume B2B funnels, where only big changes are readable.
- Experimentation platforms and feature flags. Statsig, GrowthBook, PostHog, or your own.
- Billing and subscriptions. Stripe or similar.
- You founded a company, or you were an early engineer at one.
- Side projects and experiments you can show us.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Operations Engineer to develop our global asset management and hardware lifecycle program across our offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, London, Dublin and Sydney. You will bring program expertise to how we track hardware as inventory through its whole life: procurement and receiving, the inventory of record, assignment, refresh, collection and recovery, e-waste and secure disposal, and reseller relationships, iterating and scaling practices as we mature. The same person runs day-to-day operations for our corporate mobile program in addition to expertise in management of laptop and workstation lifecycle operations.
You'll partner with several teams within the IT, Security and business operations organizations: IT Hardware Ops runs procurement, fleet logistics, onboarding and offboarding, the storage room, and physical intake. The Endpoint pod owns MDM, device policy and enrollment. Finance owns the budget and vendor contracts. Hardware requests that come through the IT Support queue land with the IT Support team, and you'll help define how they are handled.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Tooling
Develop the global asset management strategy: the lifecycle model, the data we keep on every device, and how each office executes against it
Select, implement and administer the asset management tool, define its data model and integrations, and partner with IT Engineering where the work needs platform-level access
Contribute to and develop the processes on-site engineers in each office execute against, including the storage room process
Support the evaluation and onboarding of a hardware lifecycle services vendor and, once in place, run the day-to-day relationship
Inventory and Assignment
Establish the inventory of record across systems and keep it accurate, from receiving through disposal: every device, its state, its location, and who has it
Run audits of who-has-what and reconcile physical counts against the system of record
Manage demo, loaner, and travel device inventories, ensuring devices are accurately tracked through complex logistical deployments
Maintain up-to-date inventory counts and make strategic purchasing decisions in support new hire onboarding and peripherals stock levels
Procurement and Refresh
Support hardware purchasing through our reseller and vendor relationships, working from the refresh calendar
Build out the refresh calendar and advance it across offices
Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries and invoices with Accounting and vendors so that what was ordered, received, and billed line up
Collection, E-waste and Disposal
Develop device collection and recovery workflows: offboarding returns, refresh swaps, remote-employee returns and the BPO fleet, including the shipping and tracking that goes with them
Build the e-waste program: certified recycling and secure disposal partners in each region, data destruction records, and the chain of custody from collection to certificate
Handle equipment under legal hold or other chain-of-custody requirements
BPO and Contingent Fleet
Provision, track and recover the device fleet for our BPO partners, and be the day-to-day hardware contact for those vendors
Corporate Mobile
Run day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program and write its runbook
Manage deployment, break-fix, and carrier relationships associated with a mobile device fleet
Automation
Identify repetitive work throughout the operation and automate it with the tools at hand (scripts, systems integrations / connectors, AI tools)
You may be a good fit if you
Have implemented an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet, not only run one: taken it from spreadsheets or nothing to a system of record and defined the processes around it (procurement, inventory, assignment, refresh, collection and disposal), ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Have selected or implemented an asset management platform such as Jira Assets, Snipe-IT or similar, and developed the data model
Have run an e-waste or secure disposal program with certified partners and chain-of-custody records
Have managed reseller or vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and asset disposal
Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides and knowledge base articles
Recognize when a request reaches past this role and route platform work to IT Engineering, policy to the Endpoint pod, and budget to Finance
Strong candidates may also
Have supported a corporate mobile program or carrier account
Have basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for inventory or reporting automation
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Have been the hands-on asset contact for an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit: pulled extracts from the register, produced disposal certificates and evidence of returned assets
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

About the Role:
The Encodings Infra team maintains the libraries that engineers and researchers across Anthropic use to encode text and multimodal data into a form that Claude can consume. It also determines Claude’s prompt shape: how a user’s turn is represented to the model, how Claude calls tools and receives tool results, and so on.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll own the design and maintenance of these libraries—keeping their APIs intuitive, their performance sharp, and their abstractions solid enough that most of the org never has to think about encodings or prompt structures at all. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work enabled Claude to learn new ways of understanding the world.
This role is unusually broad: your work will touch systems across the codebase, from pretraining to finetuning to the API, and you'll collaborate closely with both researchers and engineers to make sure new encoding ideas can move quickly from experiment to production.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the encoding libraries used by engineers and researchers across Anthropic
Run experiments to determine the optimal way to feed structured data into Claude without confusing it
Design data structures and abstractions that shield most of the organization from the details of how encoded data works while enabling “power users”
Adapt the encoding libraries to support new research directions as they emerge, and make sure that we can ship these research ideas to production
Optimize encoding performance across the systems that depend on these libraries
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent maintaining libraries, SDKs, or developer-facing APIs
Have familiarity with ML terminology and LLM architecture — you don't need to be an ML expert, but enough understanding to work effectively alongside researchers and understand the results of experiments
Have experience carrying out complex refactors in large codebases
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with researchers and engineers to understand what they need
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Pick up slack, even if it goes outside your job description
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Tokenizers or other text/data encoding systems
Maintaining a widely-used library over a long period of time
Performance optimization
Python and/or Rust
Reinforcement learning or model training infrastructure
Representative projects:
Working with a research team to ship a new multimodal data type (audio, video, etc) to production
Redesigning a core abstraction so that we can change how data is encoded into Claude without breaking downstream teams
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Identify opportunities, move fast to test them, launch what works, skip what doesn't
Lead products from 0→1 — from identifying the market problem and defining the proposition through MVP, first customers, commercial launch, and iteration.
Translate complex technical infrastructure into products that solve real institutional customer needs and have a clear commercial model.
Make informed product and architecture trade-offs involving technologies such as MPC, multi-signature, HSM, private key management, and blockchain infrastructure.
Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across custody technology providers, regulated custodians, prime brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional trading infrastructure.
Own the commercial side of product decisions, including pricing, revenue models, unit economics, market sizing, and business cases for new products.
Work closely with enterprise customers and commercial teams to understand institutional requirements, validate product-market fit, and support complex sales and integration cycles.
Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into product architecture, workflows, customer experience, operating models, and go-to-market strategy.
Build the initial product team and operating model, including hiring the first key team members, defining responsibilities, and establishing effective product processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and other functions to take products from concept to production and commercial adoption.
Define product KPIs and use customer, market, product, and commercial data to evaluate performance and prioritize investment.
Requirements
Market + tech depth (Strong general product management experience without relevant domain depth will not be sufficient)
Experience in senior B2B product roles, with significant experience in fintech, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of the institutional crypto market and its underlying technology. Strong general product management experience without relevant domain depth will not be sufficient.
Demonstrated experience personally building at least one product from 0→1, from an initial market problem or idea through launch, customer adoption, and/or revenue.
Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Digital asset custody and private key management
Liquidity management and prime brokerage
Blockchain payment infrastructure
Tokenization and settlement
Strong understanding of institutional crypto infrastructure and the differences between technology providers, regulated custodians, prime brokers, liquidity providers, and trading technology platforms.
Technical fluency sufficient to discuss architecture and product trade-offs around MPC, multi-signature, HSM, wallet infrastructure, and private key management with senior engineers and technical leadership.
Experience building B2B products for institutional or enterprise customers, including complex integrations and long enterprise sales cycles.
Hands-on experience operating in a regulated environment where regulatory or compliance requirements materially influenced product decisions.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, DORA, the Travel Rule, VQF, PCI DSS, or comparable frameworks.
Experience building a product team or new product function from scratch, ideally including hiring the first 3–5 team members and establishing the initial operating model.
Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in pricing, revenue models, unit economics, market sizing, and product monetization.
Ability to combine technical understanding, customer insight, market knowledge, and commercial data to make clear product decisions.
Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity in a founder-led environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and defend a point of view with evidence.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who operates across the full picture - someone who deeply understands how great web interfaces are built and how they perform, works autonomously, and translates that knowledge into exceptional web products and design systems.
Financial products are complex. Our users range from first-timers to power users, and the challenge of making that experience clear, fast, and trustworthy is one we take seriously. At this level, you're not just executing - you're bringing product intuition to the work, identifying where things break down, and making calls that shape the direction of what we build.
How you can make an impact:
Work autonomously across our web products, building high-quality UI with a strong point of view on how it should feel, function, and perform
Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the Aave design system - setting the standard for quality and consistency
Set the bar for frontend performance, from data loading, fetching and caching patterns through to server rendering and streaming
Bring product-level thinking to everything you work on - understanding user needs, business context, and technical constraints, whilst balancing them well
Collaborate with our talented designers, engineers, and product leads to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
Help raise the bar for the team through the quality of your work and the way you approach problems
Let's connect if you have:
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design and architecture
Deep experience with frontend performance engineering - measuring it, diagnosing it, and fixing it
Strong command of Next.js patterns for data loading, fetching and caching, and experience handling server rendering and streaming data to the frontend
Deep experience with component-driven design systems and component design patterns, and building for consistency at scale
The product sense to work without a detailed brief - you can identify what needs to be solved, not just how to solve it
A demonstrated ability to take complex UX problems - information-dense interfaces, multi-step flows, edge cases - and make them feel resolved and clear
Nice to haves:
An understanding of backend data handling
A feel for animation best practices when data is updating, and how that plays out in re-renders across a UI
Curiosity about web3 and DeFi is a plus; you don't need to be an expert, but genuine interest in the space goes a long way
Curiosity about AI and its use in product engineering and daily workflows
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead global finance operations. Accounting and reporting, month end close, financial controls, regulatory reporting, local audit, and regulatory reporting all sit under you. You'll lead a team of 30+ professionals across 15 countries and be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of everything that comes out of it.
Partner with the regional C-suite on what's next. Business strategy, exchange listings, infrastructure investment, and M&A — you'll be in the room, and you'll be the one putting numbers behind the options. Capital planning and investor relations sit with you, as do external partnerships that carry a financial dimension.
Price the decisions before they're made. New products, new markets, new licenses. Each one gets a financial evaluation from your team — unit economics, capital requirements, tax and regulatory cost, downside cases. Leadership should be able to trust that analysis without re-running it.
Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat. This is the part most finance leaders haven't done before. Internal controls, SOX readiness, audit, and global regulatory obligations have to work across digital-asset custody and movement as well as conventional banking flows. You'll build the frameworks that hold up in both worlds.
Own external relationships. Regulators, banking partners, payment providers. These relationships determine what the business can and can't do in a given market, and they need a senior finance voice who regulators and bank credit committees take seriously.
Standardize the plumbing. Global finance policies, a single reporting architecture, consistent close and consolidation processes.
Sit on leadership committees at both the global and local entity level, including boards and governance bodies where a licensed entity requires it.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional financial regulations and cryptocurrency market developments.
What We Look For In You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA, FCA).
Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions.
Ability to lead and develop teams in multiple jurisdictions and work across different time zones.
