Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

- Keep every account in good standing so the partnership can grow
- Translate deep technical complexity into language an executive or a frontline operator can act on immediately
- Engage across the customer organization, from leadership to the staff who use what we deliver
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation
- A track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder work to completion across deadlines
- A track record of connecting deployments to business outcomes and long term account growth
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present at an executive level and interact comfortably with all levels of an organization

Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Pricing to build the analytical and machine learning capability that pricing runs on, from demand modelling through to the systems that recommend price.
You won't be starting from zero. We've invested in the foundational data and infrastructure that pricing decisions depend on. What's missing is the capability on top: models the business trusts, experiments that settle pricing questions with evidence, and economics defined once so they hold consistently across Commercial, Product and the customer experience.
The arc of the role runs from measurement to prediction to prescription - understanding how demand responds to price, forecasting how it will respond, and ultimately building the models that recommend the price itself.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the demand and elasticity modelling capability, quantifying how price affects volume across destination, duration, data tier, and customer segment.
Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and willingness-to-pay, and take them from exploration through to production with the monitoring and retraining that keeps them honest.
Move us from predictive to prescriptive by building the optimisation layer that turns forecasts and elasticities into recommended prices under margin, competitive and partner constraints.
Design and analyse pricing experiments with statistical rigour, and apply causal methods where clean randomisation isn't possible.
Define pricing within our data ecosystem, owning the governed definitions of price, cost and package economics that reporting, analysis and product surfaces all read from.
Partner with Commercial and Finance to connect pricing decisions to margin and revenue, and to size opportunities before we commit.
Set the analytical standard for pricing at Airalo, from what counts as evidence through to how a model or recommendation gets validated before it influences live pricing.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in data science, quantitative economics, or applied research, including pricing, monetisation, or marketplace economics work that demonstrably changed decisions.
Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing systems in production.
An advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research or similar, or equivalent applied depth in demand estimation and the identification problems that make naive price-quantity regressions wrong.
Hands-on machine learning experience across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and model selection through to deployment
Familiarity with optimisation and decision-science methods that turn predictions into recommended actions, whether through constrained optimisation, bandits, or reinforcement learning approaches.
Proven experimentation expertise, having designed and defended experiments with a clear view on decision frameworks and common failure modes.
Experience building analytical capability where none existed before, turning raw data and a business question into something a commercial team uses repeatedly.
Strong data modelling instincts, thinking in reusable definitions and single sources of truth rather than standalone analyses.
The ability to move comfortably between financial, product and operational data and connect the analysis to a financial outcome.
Genuine partnership instincts, translating between analytical rigour and commercial reality so that Commercial and Product come to you early rather than after the decision.
Fluency in the Python ML stack alongside strong SQL, with the engineering hygiene to hand over code that others can run and maintain.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make a methodological argument to people who won't check your standard errors.
A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting for permission.
Comfort using AI tools to augment analytical work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
Nice to have:
Experience in marketplace, telecom, travel, or subscription/usage-based businesses.
Bayesian or hierarchical modelling for sparse segments and long-tail SKUs.
Competitive price response modelling, or working with scraped competitor pricing data.
Familiarity with dbt, LightDash, or similar semantic/BI layers.
Experience designing semantic or metric layers consumed by both analytics and production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning commercial, finance and product disciplines.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
Summary
GiveWell is seeking a Cause Prioritization Lead to own and improve our cause prioritization process, develop a portfolio of early-stage grants across emerging cause areas, and rapidly respond to promising new opportunities that are unusual for GiveWell, do not fit with our existing grantmaking teams and may require innovative approaches to investigation.
As part of our lean research team, you will have an outsized influence on our funding decisions and help us save and improve lives on a global scale. You’ll create and lead ambitious research agendas, answer complex questions, and inform high-impact grantmaking decisions by combining rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment.
The Cause Prioritization lead will join GiveWell at Senior Program Officer level. You will build a sub-team within the New Areas team and will report to our New Areas team lead.
The role
As Cause Prioritization Lead, you will be an intellectual leader of GiveWell’s work in new domains. In this role, you will build and lead a new sub-team within GiveWell's New Areas team. You will be responsible for:
Improving our cause prioritization process to identify promising emerging areas for grantmaking; ensuring that process combines evidence, cost-effectiveness modelling and our own judgement, and is continuously responsive to new information and external feedback.
Overseeing a portfolio of grant investigations and grant management in each of the highest priority emerging cause areas, and starting to build a research agenda including identifying ways to learn about key uncertainties through the initial grants that we make.
Communicating externally about our work and building a network of people across implementers, funders, and academia whose expertise span a broad range of cause areas, to help source new ideas.
Managing a team to execute these goals, and supporting the professional development of other team members. Creating a culture that is agile and willing to respond to new and unusual opportunities.
Directly investigating more complicated grantmaking opportunities yourself. This could include investigating types of programs that are newer to GiveWell; for example, programs earlier in the product development cycle or programs to support government prioritization and planning.
In the course of your work, you might approach questions like these:
How can we source new grantmaking opportunities in fields in which we don't have an established presence, and how can we make sure we hear from a range of implementers, not just those we've worked with before?
How much uncertainty are we willing to accept before making a grant, which questions do we need to answer before making a grant, and which ones can we deprioritize or answer later?
What research we can fund today that could substantially impact our grantmaking five years from now?
How should we balance exploring and seeding new, smaller opportunities with funding cost-effective opportunities at scale today?
How can we ensure that we identify new funding gaps opened up by changes in other donors' priorities?
How can we triangulate empirical evidence against expert opinion on other qualitative features, like organizational track record?
How can we estimate the probability that a new health commodity comes to market in low and middle income countries, and on what timeline, at what scale?
How can we model the cost-effectiveness of a horizontal program which has benefits across a diffuse set of health outcomes?
Team structure
Our research department is currently organized into eight teams:
Five of the teams (Water, Livelihoods, Nutrition, Malaria, and Vaccines) focus on specific areas of grantmaking.
The Cross-Cutting team focuses on methodological issues, research quality, and other big-picture concerns that cut across all of our research work.
The Commons team provides generalized research support to each of the other teams, including landscaping research, vetting, and publishing.
The New Areas team focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell.
The New Areas team is currently a 9-person team within an overall research department of ~80 people, and focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell. Our work is divided into three main workstreams. Grantmaking in emerging cause areas, as well as the process for and identification of new cause areas for that portfolio, would be the primary responsibility of the Cause Prioritization Lead.
Core cause areas:
this is the set of cause areas for which the New Areas team devotes a significant amount of time developing subject-matter specific expertise and networks, a thorough research agenda, and a relatively large portfolio of grants across a mix of implementers and interventions. This portfolio currently includes our work on maternal and newborn health, family planning, tuberculosis, HIV and medical oxygen.
Emerging cause areas:
this is a broader set of cause areas for which the New Areas team is starting to build its expertise, networks and research agenda, and is making some initial grants. As our work in these areas becomes more mature, they could graduate to become a core cause area. In addition to new cause areas, this portfolio may include work on types of intervention that are new to GiveWell which could have applications across our teams: recent examples include market shaping, health systems strengthening and applications of AI to global health.
Incubators:
we support other organisations to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future (e.g., the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
). For example, we funded a program to provide diarrhea treatment to children in Nigeria that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program. Some of this work could fall under the remit of the Cause Prioritization Lead where it overlaps with our emerging cause areas.
Team values
We think our research team has unique qualities:
We care deeply about finding and sharing truth.
Truth-seeking is one of our
core values
. We post
our mistakes
and we prize our team members who keep our culture of free-flowing feedback strong.
We are independent.
We focus 100% on finding the most cost-effective opportunities to save and improve lives. Our researchers assist in communicating our research findings to the public and our donors, and on occasion we provide tailored advice to ultra-high-net-worth donors who want to rely on our expertise to direct their giving—but we never ask our researchers to trade off against honesty, or to hide their real beliefs.
We don’t waste time.
Once it’s clear that a particular research question is unlikely to change our bottom-line funding recommendation, we drop it as quickly as possible. We encourage our research staff to constantly re-evaluate their portfolios and only work on the highest-priority questions.
Lean research team = huge personal impact.
In 2026,
our research team of ~80 people is directing close to 1 billion dollars and we expect grantmaking dollars per research team member to increase in the future.
We work well together.
Our research team is lean because we’re able to attract top-tier people, all of whom complete skills-based assessments before joining our staff. We maintain a high-performing, collegial culture and pay our staff accordingly.
About you
The Cause Prioritization lead must have quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees and substantial relevant experience using empirical tools to make rigorous, evidence-based decisions in the real world. Practically, our senior research staff typically has 5-10 years of post-grad work experience prior to joining GiveWell. We're happy to consider applicants who do not have advanced degrees, but we'll look for a commensurate amount of relevant experience. You can review our staff bios
here
for more practical insight on the backgrounds and experience of our current team.
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
GiveWell’s mission and methods are personally energizing—you like our approach to research and you find personal meaning in our story of impact.
You’re unusually curious—you ask lots of questions, and you're willing to interrogate others' work. Your curiosity also extends to your own work, and you aren’t defensive when your research comes under scrutiny.
You're a generalist and agile —you are able to get up to speed quickly on new topics and you feel comfortable task-switching. You are comfortable pivoting your focus as we learn new information, and are continuously reassessing promisingness.
You're a strong strategic thinker. You find ways to impose structure on a broad and undefined problem (e.g., how should your team prioritise work across a huge range of potential cause areas), you can develop and articulate a vision to your team, and build processes to execute that vision.
You're excited by people management. You take other team members' professional development seriously, and can provide a supportive environment whilst also delivering constructive feedback.
You're able to quickly hone in on the crux of the argument when assessing other people's work, probing on the most decision-relevant assumptions even in fields where you have limited contextual knowledge.
You're entrepreneurial. When you see a gap, you want to fill it, whether that's designing a new program, finding an implementer, or setting up a new kind of funding mechanism. You make bets under uncertainty.
You routinely think about and surface the value judgments, background knowledge, and strategic commitments that underlie your work. You understand the potential effects of mistaken mental models, so you strive to improve yours and your team’s.
You dislike it when people express strong confidence in views that don’t seem to rely on commensurate evidence. You carefully and legibly communicate about your confidence levels.
You appreciate the value of an excellent reputation and strong relationships. You can moderate your directness and intensity when you’re communicating with external folks.
You love a
gnarly problem
. You figure out the most important questions to answer, go deep on the details where they matter (and move on where they don’t), and reassess your mental models based on what you’ve learned.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.

We are seeking a versatile Solution Architect to lead the localized adaptation and system integration of our Global MVNO Core. Your mission is to ensure that our platform (HSS, DRA, PGW) isn't just "connected," but fully optimized for specific local market requirements.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our standardized engineering sprints and the diverse, custom-heavy needs of local MNOs, regulators, and partners. You will provide the "Functional Why and What" to the Core Network Engineers, allowing them to focus on the technical architecture while you ensure all regional mandates and interconnectivity specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team, translating regional mandates into clear functional requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Leading requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation approach.
Comparing local regulatory requirements against existing platform capabilities and collaborating with Core Engineers to identify necessary enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.
Creating high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, Lawful Interception) to guide engineering teams and drive consistent implementation patterns.
Defining business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability (MNP) and specifying functional needs for voice/SMS routing, including edge cases and exception handling.
Defining data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities, ensuring the engineering team builds the necessary data extraction tools and validation checks.
Leading the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements to ensure that technical delivery successfully satisfies the specific regulatory hurdles of each country.
Managing the technical-regulatory checklist for various countries simultaneously, ensuring all dependencies are captured for the development sprint and risks are proactively escalated.
Coordinating with local central databases and external partners to ensure interworking specifications meet local quality-of-service mandates and integration readiness milestones.
Mentoring and upskilling Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on best practices for writing user stories, functional specifications, and traceability from regulation to implementation.
Providing functional leadership to development teams by clarifying intent, reviewing stories/acceptance criteria, and supporting solution design decisions that balance compliance, scalability, and maintainability.
Must haves:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against.
Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets.
Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team
Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
Familiarity with Lawful Interception (LI) and regional compliance reporting.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Our Engineering organization comprises several global functional groups that use a range of processes, systems, tools, and KPIs to jointly deliver best-in-class data pipelines and drive innovation.

You have worked closely with cross-functional teams with design, research, product, and engineering. Preferably, you work at a tech company and are heavily involved in engineering operations, with a deep understanding of how engineering processes work under the hood and how to take them to the next level.
We want you to bring your passion for problem-solving, experience in the tech world, and the drive to help us get to the next level, and have some fun along the way.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bengaluru office.

What You’ll Do
Ensure operations and strategy execution work seamlessly and effectively, and streamline engineering processes so they are simple, value-oriented, and scalable.
Oversee operations for your respective global group, with a particular focus on increasing efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in delivering their strategic objectives.
Act as a strategic partner for the global group leader regarding short and long-term vision, planning (quarterly and annual), and execution, as well as establishing and tracking engineering OKRs and KPIs. All this with consistent alignment with engineering-wide policies and practices.
Maintain the engineering process library and improve it in collaboration with process owners, other operations managers, the PMO, engineering leadership, and leadership of partnering departments such as Product, Analytics, and Design.
Lead and manage process and efficiency improvement programs aiming to set up or improve engineering and cross-departmental processes, from problem definition and data analysis through solution proposal, stakeholder alignment, and execution — resulting in documented, repeatable, and measurable processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
A data-driven and action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, project/program management, organizational, and leadership skills.

You are recognized as a go-to expert in one or more engineering operations domains (e.g., System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management, including cost management, Quality) and use that expertise to drive innovation in how your global group approaches them - not just facilitate conversations, but shape and influence the technical direction of SDLC and process decisions.
