About the Role
Ramp’s Reseller Channel is one of our fastest-growing motions, and as a Reseller Partner Development Representative (PDR), you’ll be at the forefront of acquiring new partners to accelerate that growth.
Your focus will be sourcing and qualifying Value Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors, engaging their leadership teams, and building the foundation for long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.

- Identify firms that act as Value Added Resellers (VARs) or distributors and assess alignment with Ramp’s program
- Engage senior personas (Partnership Leaders, Sales Executives, C-Suite, Vendor Managers) to introduce Ramp’s reseller program

- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders at reseller and distribution firms
- Experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound sales
- Curiosity about reseller business models and how Ramp fits into their revenue streams
- Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions, track metrics, and iterate quickly
Nice to Haves
- Experience prospecting into or working with resellers/distributors
- Exposure to partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS, fintech, or software resale models
- Background in sales or partnerships at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
Buying something for a business should not require finance teams to piece together requests, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices across disconnected systems. Ramp is building a procurement experience that helps employees get what they need, gives finance teams control over commitments, and helps businesses pay for what they actually received.
As a Product Manager for Ramp’s Procurement offering, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s core procurement capabilities, including sourcing, requisition, approval workflows, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, two- and three-way matching, and inventory management. You will work with Engineering, Design, and Data to turn complex purchasing and accounting requirements into products that are easy to start using and reliable as customers grow.
AI creates an opportunity to rethink this work: build agentic buying experiences for employees, automate work for approvers and stakeholders, and businesses make better purchasing decisions. You will decide where automation can take work off a customer’s plate, where a direct workflow is faster, and where a person needs to review or approve an action. Success means customers get value quickly, adopt the product in their everyday work, and spend less time chasing information and correcting errors.
This role requires working in person at our NYC or SF office at least two days per week.
Please note that this role requires in-person presence at our NYC or SF office at least 2 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s Procurement pod. Make clear choices about which customer problems to solve, how the capabilities fit together, and what to build next.
- Build connected workflows across sourcing, requisition, approvals, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and inventory management. Partner with Bill Pay, Accounting, and platform teams so purchasing records and decisions carry through to payment and customers’ ERP systems.
- Spend time with finance teams, procurement leaders, purchasing operators, and employees. Turn observed friction into simpler experiences for first-time customers and powerful workflows for complex organizations.
- Build AI-powered experiences that complete useful work, such as finding new vendors, managing a renewal, drafting a request from a contract, or helping resolve a receipt and invoice discrepancy. Prototype with customers and decide what should be automated, suggested, or handled through direct user controls.
- Make automation dependable. Partner with Engineering and Data to define quality measures, test realistic customer scenarios, learn from corrections, and provide clear explanations, approval boundaries, audit trails, and recovery when something goes wrong.
- Own outcomes beyond launch. Define and improve activation, repeat usage, time to complete purchasing work, and the accuracy of matching and exception resolution. Use data and customer research to choose the next iteration.
- Lead execution with engineers and designers, make scope and sequencing tradeoffs, and align partner teams on dependencies. Work with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Experience to turn customer commitments into repeatable product capabilities and support successful adoption.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least three years of product management or equivalent product-building experience, with evidence of owning a product area from customer discovery through launch and measurable adoption.
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking. You can simplify complex workflows while preserving the controls and flexibility customers need.
- Hands-on AI fluency, demonstrated through products, prototypes, or meaningful projects. You can reason about model quality, latency, cost, and user control, and choose where AI improves the experience.
- Technical and analytical fluency, developed through a technical or analytical degree or equivalent practical experience. You can work with engineers on data models and integrations, use data to investigate problems, and build prototypes to test ideas.
- Deep customer curiosity and strong design judgment. You can learn unfamiliar purchasing and finance workflows, distinguish recurring needs from one-off requests, and make the product easier to use.
- A track record of leading cross-functional teams, setting priorities, making difficult tradeoffs, and delivering outcomes through others.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a product direction, a complex workflow, and the reasoning behind a decision to technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with procurement, purchasing, inventory management, accounts payable, or accounting software, including purchase orders, receiving, matching, and exception handling.
- Experience shipping AI-powered products used in production, including document understanding, agent workflows, and evaluation systems.
- Experience with ERP integrations, multi-entity businesses, or enterprise approval and permission models.
- Experience building products where accuracy and trust matter, with meaningful auditability, user controls, and recovery paths.
- Experience at a high-growth startup, taking new products from initial concept to sustained use or scaling an existing product.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills

Role Overview
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Robotics Lab Operations to run the floor. You'll own day-to-day execution across our Santa Clara robotics labs — managing the Lead layer, driving throughput and quality across a 100+ person hourly workforce operating on multiple shifts, and serving as the operational point of contact for the client.
This is a hands-on production leadership role. You're on site, on the floor, and accountable for whether the work ships on time, at quality, and safely. You'll build the management structure that makes a large hourly team run well: clear shift coverage, real supervision, consistent standards, and a team that wants to stay.
What You Will Do
Lead the team
Manage a team of Leads and Supervisors across multiple shifts; own their performance, development, and coverage model.
Oversee 100+ full-time hourly data collection associates, operators, and lab technicians.
Own staffing: headcount planning, scheduling, shift structure, attendance, overtime, and surge coverage.
Partner with recruiting and workforce management on hiring ramps, onboarding, and time-to-productivity.
Handle performance management and employee relations on the floor, partnering with HR on escalations.
Build a floor culture where standards are clear, feedback is normal, and attrition stays low.
Drive operations
Own daily, weekly, and monthly production targets across all lab programs — throughput, quality, and utilization.
Run the operating cadence: shift handoffs, daily standups, huddles, escalation paths, and a shift-to-shift continuity model that actually holds.
Track and report on KPIs — output per shift, quality scores, rework, downtime, fill rate, and labor efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement across workflows, lab layout, equipment usage, and staffing models.
Partner with engineering and program teams on lab setup, new program launches, and capacity planning.
Ensure labs stay safe and compliant in partnership with the Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead; enforce protocols on the floor.
Own the client relationship
Serve as the primary operational contact for the client on-site — status, escalations, change requests, and performance reporting.
Translate client requirements into clear, executable floor instructions and quality standards.
Represent operations in business reviews with clear, data-backed reporting on delivery and risk.
What Good Looks Like
Shifts run consistently whether or not you're in the building.
Hit targets without heroics — predictable throughput, stable quality, controlled labor cost.
Leads those who are growing into stronger managers.
Low attrition and high attendance on a large hourly team.
A client who hears about issues from you first, with a plan attached.
Safety and compliance treated as part of production, not a separate conversation.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years in operations, production, or manufacturing management, including 3+ years managing managers or supervisors.
Direct experience leading 100+ hourly employees in an onsite production, lab, warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience running multi-shift operations, including shift scheduling, coverage, and handoff management.
Strong track record owning operational KPIs — throughput, quality, utilization, labor cost.
Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations for an hourly workforce.
Clear communicator who can move between floor-level direction and executive or client-facing reporting.
Must be able to work onsite in Santa Clara, with flexibility to support multiple shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, hardware, AV/AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab environments.
Experience as the operational owner of a client or customer relationship, including SLA and business review ownership.
Background in a high-growth or rapidly scaling operation — standing up new sites, lines, or programs.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Comfort with operational tooling and data — WFM systems, dashboards, ticketing, or scripting/SQL to pull your own numbers.
Experience managing a non-exempt workforce under California wage and hourly requirements.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for floor communication.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment in Santa Clara.
Regular floor presence across shifts; occasional early, late, or weekend coverage during ramps and launches.
Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
Our labs are where the data actually gets made. This role makes that work predictable at scale — building the management layer, the operating rhythm, and the team that lets us take on more without losing quality, safety, or our people.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment
- Social Activities
- Global Mobility Policy
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
- Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and rotating holiday coverage, depending on business needs.
- Hours Expected: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Work shifts will span between 6:30 AM–3:30 PM BST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tues-Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- This is a fast-changing environment: Ramp’s product and customer needs evolve quickly. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and product surfaces continuously.
- You’ll help build this function: This is not just a support role within an existing system. This team is being built as part of Ramp’s broader international CX strategy, so strong operators will have the opportunity to shape processes, team culture, and how overnight coverage works as the function scales.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.
Right to Work: All candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. We will require evidence of your right to work as part of the recruitment process in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
For candidates located in the UK, the pay range for this role is £39,000-£43,000 per year.
