We are seeking a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to take ownership of the Mattermost mobile experience for teams working in defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure. Our users operate in DDIL environments where connectivity may be disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited, security is non-negotiable, and the software they depend on has to keep working.
Our mobile app is primarily React Native and TypeScript today, with native iOS and Android integrations. Your immediate focus will be making that experience more reliable and performant. Over time, you'll also help shape the next generation of our cross-platform mobile architecture.
You'll work hands-on across application and native layers, partner closely with platform and feature teams, work directly with customer-facing teams on field reports from constrained environments, and help raise the bar for how we observe, diagnose, and build mobile software.
Responsibilities
Reliability and Performance
Architect the app for DDIL and other constrained network environments
Improve data and functional reliability across connection lifecycle, synchronization, recovery, and failure scenarios
Own crash-free and release-health outcomes, using telemetry to proactively identify regressions and drive them through diagnosis to resolution
Profile and improve performance across startup, networking, storage, rendering, memory, and battery usage
Mobile Platform Ownership
Own critical iOS and Android integrations and the boundaries between native and cross-platform code
Maintain and evolve platform capabilities including push notifications, background execution, secure storage, app lifecycle, and real-time communications
Build within mobile distribution and device-management constraints, including App Store, enterprise and MDM deployment, AppConfig, and Intune MAM
Diagnose production issues from native traces, telemetry, device profiling, and sparse field logs
Make architecture recommendations that balance near-term delivery with the long-term direction of the mobile platform
Craft and Delivery
Mentor engineers on mobile architecture, reliability, performance, and platform best practices
Uphold security and compliance standards required by government and enterprise customers
Contribute to the open-source codebase
Use AI coding tools effectively, applying strong engineering judgment to increase output without compromising reliability or quality
What We Are Looking For
We care about what you've built and the problems you've solved — not how long you've been building. If you have strong outcomes to speak to in mobile engineering, we want to hear from you.
Required:
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with strong working knowledge of the other platform
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, platform SDKs, lifecycle constraints, and networking fundamentals
Experience building reliable mobile systems that behave predictably through unreliable connectivity, local state changes, synchronization, and recovery
Strong mobile performance profiling and production debugging skills on real devices
Experience using production data, crash metrics, and release-health signals to drive reliability improvements
Experience making architecture recommendations and owning technical outcomes
Ability and willingness to work across native and cross-platform codebases
AI fluency and experience using coding agents to increase engineering output while applying judgment to ensure reliable outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with React Native and TypeScript
Experience with mobile persistence, synchronization, or offline-capable systems
Experience with real-time communications or platform media frameworks such as WebRTC, CallKit, or Android audio APIs
Experience with enterprise mobile distribution, MDM, AppConfig, or Intune MAM
Experience building mobile software for security-sensitive, regulated, or operationally constrained environments
Open-source contributions
Why Mattermost
Mission-driven work:
Your contributions directly support the organizations and missions that depend on secure, reliable collaboration including the U.S. Department of War and critical infrastructure operators worldwide
Remote-first culture:
Work from anywhere with a globally distributed, high-trust team built for autonomy and ownership
AI-forward environment:
We actively adopt and build AI-enabled workflows. Agentic development is core craft here, not a novelty
End-to-end ownership:

Be part of a vibrant developer community shaping the future of secure collaboration
Target Salary Range: $165,000 – $215,000

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Why PlayStation? Why San Diego Studio?
We are the team behind MLB The Show, a critically acclaimed AAA sports franchise developed for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo platforms. Our focus is on delivering innovative, high-quality gaming experiences – and we’re looking for a Sr Programmer to help build, package, and ship the game on every platform we support.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, and thrives both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams. They are a versatile generalist who is as comfortable owning a build and data-packaging pipeline as they are bringing the engine up on new hardware or diving into low-level systems to track down a crash or reclaim memory. They enjoy the planning side of the work: scoping infrastructure changes, sequencing a platform or SDK migration so the team is never blocked, and modernizing tools and systems that have grown over many years. Not only does this person have a strong understanding of how large codebases are built, shipped, and maintained, they are also comfortable with the system-level aspects of the target hardware they’re working on when transitioning to new platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain the cross-platform build and data-packaging pipeline that turns our game into shippable products across all our supported platforms, current and future.
• Bring the engine up on new platforms and drive platform SDK upgrades, resolving the low-level and system-level issues that come with them (toolchains, file systems, memory and address-space behavior, boot and packaging requirements).
• Identify and resolve crashes, out-of-memory conditions, and stability issues across a broad range of hardware, from high-end consoles to memory-constrained mobile devices.
• Build, package, harden, and release our mobile (Android and iOS) products, and keep the associated build automation healthy.
• Own and evolve the studio’s internal tools – data packaging, memory tracking, metrics and profiling – that the wider team relies on every day.
• Plan and lead the modernization of long-lived build systems, toolchains, and infrastructure.
• Manage branch integration and keep builds flowing across mainline, staging, production, and patch branches in collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams.
Required Qualifications
:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience programming in C++ with a focus on performance-critical and system level application.
• Strong experience with development and release of one or more AAA titles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across many unfamiliar systems rather than within a single specialty.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on hard, intermittent, and low-level issues (memory management, crashes, toolchain and SDK behavior).
• Experience with build systems, packaging and deployment pipelines, and build automation (e.g. Jenkins, MSBuild, gradle, and shell/batch scripting).
• Comfort at a low level: memory management, pointers and address spaces, compiler and linker flags, and optimization behavior.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Perforce, and other standard development tools.
• Working proficiency in C# for tools and pipeline development.
Preferred Qualifications
:
• Experience developing and shipping on console platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and/or Nintendo Switch), including platform SDKs and certification/packaging requirements.
• Experience shipping mobile titles (Android/iOS): NDK, app-bundle and store submission, code obfuscation and app hardening, and crash reporting.
• Experience developing internal developer tools with graphical front-ends (e.g. C#/WinForms).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus.
• Exposure to graphics/rendering concepts, in particular how rendering features fit within platform memory and performance budgets (desired but not required).
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role
is eligible
for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.

The Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team owns full project lifecycles and client deliveries end-to-end; keeping Security Research, Secure Development, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Executive team and clients aligned on a shared plan throughout the entire delivery. Core responsibility of the Customer Success team is client satisfaction as well as supporting any renewal discussions and ongoing partnership. The type of deliveries span across the security services work (audits, reviews, applied research), smart contract library development, web3 tooling as well as marketing and developer relationship engagements.
What you'll be doing
Own the Engagement:
Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
Drive Delivery:
Lead client kickoffs, manage scope through a structured change-order process, oversee end-to-end audit delivery, coordinate quality review and publishing, and proactively escalate risks to internal leadership.
Administer Program Governance:
Operate the day-to-day governance framework for each engagement — RASCI matrices, workstream structures, and engagement models — and keep the program's working cadence and reporting metrics current. Maintain core program artifacts (milestone plans, scope/MVP definitions, RAID logs) as the definitive source of truth, and formulate executive-level status reports for client and internal leadership.
Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
Experience in a high-growth startup building processes from scratch.
PMO or people management experience.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
You’ll own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine — testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.
You’ll partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn’t an owner, you’ll build and run the channel yourself.
We’re looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we’ll hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.
- Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels — partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don’t.
- Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.
- Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.
- Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we’re behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.
- A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.
- A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you’ll use any channel that works — and build a new one if you need to.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit card growth
- Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs
- Experience with credit card affiliate programs
- Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

You’ll be the glue between marketing, design, and development - turning customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from.
If you love:
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- and making pretty things convert
…and you’ve played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Come up with fresh ideas to scale our funnels and campaigns.
- Manage marketing projects from idea → launch → improvement.
✍️ CREATIVE & CONTENT MAGIC
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Guide the creation and optimization of ad creatives with our design team.
🌐 LANDING PAGES & WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers to roll out website updates and improvements.
🤝 TEAM GLUE (CROSS-FUNCTIONAL HERO)
- Be the bridge between marketing, design, and development.
- Create clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Track project progress and keep stakeholders in the loop.
🔍 CUSTOMER RESEARCH & INSIGHTS
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and data.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to scale sales and improve acquisition.
🤖 AI TOOLS & SMARTER EXECUTION
- Bring AI into our workflow as a competitive edge. Use GPT, image/video generators, and automation platforms to compress timelines, run more experiments, and beat our own ideas.
🧩 WHAT YOU BRING
You’re probably someone who:
- Has experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce.
- Have hands-on experience building with AI tools - vibe coding, workflow automations, etc.
- Understands digital marketing and performance marketing deeply.
- Can write clear, persuasive, not-boring copy.
- Knows CRO and website optimization.
- Loves looking at data and asking: “What actually sells?”
- Is organized and good at managing projects.
- Has worked with designers and developers before.
- Can manage your own time and work remotely.
- Cares about customers and research.
- Gets excited about e-commerce growth.
✨ BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
- Have used marketing automation tools.
- Know your way around heatmaps, ad managers, and analytics tools.
- Enjoy experimenting, testing, and improving things nonstop.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability
