Job Summary
We are looking for a modern, high-velocity Web Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and conversion optimization. This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.
Local SEO Experience: Proven track record building service-area landing pages that rank.
Automation Skills: Experience with Make/Zapier for complex lead routing and CRM workflows.
Industry Experience: Background working with home-service businesses or in a high-volume marketing agency.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Experimentation team.
The Experimentation team is building one of the company’s most strategic product areas: a platform that helps leading engineering organizations move beyond intuition and make product decisions with real statistical confidence.
Sitting at the intersection of large-scale systems, data science, and user experience, the team is creating a best-in-class experimentation product that lets customers set up, manage, and analyze experiments with ease while still earning the trust of even the most rigorous data teams.
From warehouse-native analysis to experimentation workflows built on top of LaunchDarkly’s massive feature management scale, this team is tackling ambitious technical problems with visible customer impact and a clear opportunity to define the future of modern software experimentation.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and operate the services that power this product, contribute to technical direction, and help deliver new functionality to customers.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers across LaunchDarkly to solve complex, data-intensive problems with meaningful customer impact.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs that power LaunchDarkly’s Experimentation product.
Own backend components across their lifecycle, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Build and evolve systems supporting experiment setup, event data ingestion, metric computation, results processing, and results presentation.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical proposals, making thoughtful trade-offs around scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and maintainability.
Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and adjacent engineering teams to translate customer needs and product goals into reliable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Data Platform, Warehouse Integrations, SDK, and other teams on shared data flows, services, and cross-team dependencies.
Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
Improve observability, testing, deployment safety, operational processes, and the reliability of the systems you build.
Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership of production systems in a you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
Support teammates through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating backend services in production.
Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows, including the judgment to direct, evaluate, and validate AI-generated output.
Experience designing and delivering customer-facing systems that are scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
Strong programming experience in Go or a comparable backend language such as Python, Rust, or C++. Our team is using Go.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, or data-intensive services.
Familiarity with analytical, operational, or warehouse data stores such as ClickHouse, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, data platforms, or similarly data-intensive products.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and your own senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
