HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can pick up any Baseten product and explain it clearly to the people who buy it. Baseten sells dedicated inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the enterprise platform that ties them together. The work behind each one is the same: understand how the product works, know where it stands against the alternatives, and write about it well enough that an ML engineer trusts it and a buyer acts on it.
We’re hiring for this role across multiple product lines. You’ll work on whichever launch, narrative, or competitive gap matters most at the time, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the rest of product marketing. It’s a good fit for someone who ramps on technical products quickly and wants to be the person who figures out the story.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Positioning & Technical Narrative
- Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the core platform, written for ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, tradeoffs, and roadmap, and make sure every technical claim is accurate and backed by how the product actually behaves.
- Keep product-level messaging consistent with Baseten’s platform narrative so each product story supports the others.
- Write messaging that is technically credible without getting lost in implementation detail.
Launches & Go-to-Market
- Build and run launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement through external announcement.
- Decide what deserves a full launch and what should ship through docs, sales enablement, or targeted customer outreach.
- Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blog posts, demo storylines, sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Marketing to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
Competitive & Market Insight
- Track the competitive landscape across inference providers, model API companies, hyperscalers, and internal DIY platforms, including pricing, packaging, launches, and messaging.
- Turn that analysis into a clear point of view on where Baseten wins and loses, and use it to sharpen positioning.
- Talk to customers and sellers to understand buying criteria, objections, and deal blockers, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing as concrete recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, competitive talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and product training that sellers actually use.
- Work with Sales and Solutions to find enablement gaps and close them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing, with at least 2 of those years marketing to developers or technical buyers at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.
- Strong writing. You can take a dense technical topic and make it clear without oversimplifying it, and you have samples to show.
- Technical fluency. You’re comfortable reading docs, asking engineers specific questions, and getting up to speed on concepts like inference, autoscaling, fine-tuning, and open- vs. closed-weight models.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience: you’ve compared products in depth, formed a view, and used it to change positioning, messaging, or how a deal was sold.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar products and markets quickly and moving between them.
- Experience launching technical products or capabilities, including deciding what to launch and how.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup, working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, or model training and post-training.
- Experience marketing to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.
- Time in an adjacent role such as solutions engineering, product management, developer relations, technical writing, or industry or equity research covering AI or infrastructure.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

You Give More Than We Take by building trust and bringing real value to every interaction, and you Give a $h*t by spotting what needs to improve and owning the fix. You will travel approximately 40% of the time to bring those programs to life across North America.
Responsibilities:
Own regional field marketing plans and targets across North America, aligning investment to the annual operating plan, mid-market priorities, and revenue goals.
Build integrated field and account-based marketing programs with sales and marketing partners to engage priority accounts and create qualified opportunities.
Plan and deliver regional roadshows, roundtables, virtual events, and other customer-facing programs from strategy through execution, including approximately 40% travel.
Coordinate lead capture, follow-up workflows, and sales handoffs with demand generation, campaign, email, and marketing operations partners to support pipeline conversion.
Equip sales teams with field kits, campaign resources, and relevant marketing assets that strengthen account engagement and help advance opportunities.
Use campaign and pipeline performance data to assess lead quality, conversion, and return on investment, then improve program targeting and execution.
Use AI tools with sound judgment to support day-to-day research, event planning, or campaign analysis, and verify outputs before acting on them.
What You Bring To The Team:
You bring 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
You have planned and executed regional marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, with clear goals and follow-through.

You can use campaign and pipeline metrics to assess performance, communicate what is working, and make practical improvements.
You use AI tools to work faster and smarter in your day-to-day responsibilities, applying sound judgment to the outputs.

This role is at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive growth. The GTM Strategy and Operations team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, podded by functional area (pre- vs. post-sale) to drive revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to bring technical and analytical expertise to a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member serves as a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function, whether that's SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, or Account Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- E2E Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams and promote consistency and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Experimentation - Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within each functional area.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics and performance analyses across their associated functions. Identify areas of opportunity and acceleration; build dashboards and insights that inform experimentation and guide lever improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics - Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis to execution.
- Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What we offer

- A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in New York, London and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)

- Comfort working with logs, traces, metrics in Datadog, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., OpenTelemetry, LLM providers).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
- A bias for clarity and continuous improvement: you write succinct, helpful, and accurate responses and build a foundation for case deflection.
- High ownership — want to do what’s best for the customer and the company and are relentlessly results oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
- Annual salary range: £80,000 - £110,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're now growing our consumer business and building new services for self-employed people and freelancers. To support that, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to run creator campaigns for Taxfix and Steuerbot.
Most people find taxes stressful. Hearing from a creator they already trust that they got money back in one evening is more convincing than an ad. That's why creators are a big part of our marketing. We run the channel in-house with a significant yearly budget and use it both to bring in new users and to build trust in our brands. The hard part is doing both at once: getting new users at a good cost while keeping the content credible for the creator's audience.
This role reports to the Influencer Marketing Lead and focuses at first on our two German brands, Taxfix and Steuerbot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run and scale creator campaigns from start to finish: find creators, reach out, negotiate, brief them, review content, take it live and report on results.
- Negotiate deals that make sense for both sides. Push back on first prices and agree on terms like view guarantees or performance-based pay.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and their managements, and decide how we work with them across both brands.
- Run frequent hypothesis-driven experiments. We put strong emphasis on asking the right questions, good experiment design, and generating actionable data and interpretations. You own large parts of creator and influencer experimentation.
- You continue to expand our creator database and context layer, allowing you to work very data and insight driven, and enabling AI agents to work alongside or for you equipped with the right data and context.
- Automate the repetitive parts of your job with n8n, Claude Cowork/Code and GitHub, so research, scoring and reporting run on their own and you can spend your time on higher value work with creators, negotiations, content and strategy.
- Seasonal campaign planning across multiple platforms, formats and creator sizes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, at a brand or an agency.
- You’re highly curious about the creator economy and thrive on turning complex, ambiguous challenges into practical solutions in a high-agency role.
- You’re an effective and confident negotiator who always strives to get the best deal and who’s not shy to walk away from a deal.
- You’re highly analytical and very comfortable with processing and critically interpreting data sets, with an eye for detail.
- You are on the path of becoming an AI builder with first basic to advanced workflow automations or other agentic solutions under your belt with measurable impact.
- You’re experienced in general in how to work with LLMs and agentic solutions effectively, including when to critically review their outputs.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with both, internal stakeholders and external managements and creators. You’re fluent in German and English.
If you come from performance marketing, growth, affiliate or creator operations and have worked with creators, apply anyway. We'd like to hear from you.
WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE
- A creator pipeline where you can explain why each creator is on it.
- Working relationships with the creators and managements you book.
- Two structured experiments, with read-outs that say what failed as clearly as what worked.
- One recurring task automated, with the hours it saves measured.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global Majors segment, some of our largest customers, with significant opportunity to grow with Grafana.
This person will work alongside the Majors team and cross-functional partners to understand what each customer needs, where the growth opportunities are, and where marketing can make a difference. That could mean expanding relationships, increasing adoption, reaching new teams, creating executive engagement, or building something specific for an account.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Role highlights:
- Director, Group Accounting & Reporting
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation.
Application Process
1. TA interview
2. Hiring manager interview
3. Peer interview
4. Assignment
5. Final interview
