WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner — owning the data, shaping the strategy, and in the room where decisions get made. The core of the role is building trusted recruiting analytics infrastructure (funnel + stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, and recruiter capacity) and making it self-serve for recruiters and leaders. You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from raw data in Ashby and Snowflake to clear insights that hold up in a pipeline review.
You're the person who turns workforce signals into recruiting strategy — bringing a point of view.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, conversion rates by stage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview/interviewer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity) — real-time, self-serve, and trusted.
- Build headcount + velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math (volume needed by stage, ETA to close, roles trending behind plan) and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization — so leaders see issues early and know what to do about them.
- Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and build toward a single source of truth the team can align on.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Show up to pipeline reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and a recommendation (where the bottleneck is, what changed, what to test next), not just a slide deck.
- Improve the recruiting system: Use data to spot where process, calibration, or prioritization is creating drag — and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
- Use AI as leverage in your first 90 days: Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives (e.g., draft + test SQL approaches, anomaly checks, and concise readouts) while keeping the underlying logic and definitions clean and auditable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to build analytics that gets used: You’ve shipped dashboards/models that teams rely on to run real weekly decisions — not one-off reports.
- Strong SQL + data modeling judgment: You can write complex queries, debug data issues, and build maintainable models/pipelines that other people can trust.
- Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: You can translate hiring stages into clear funnel math and capacity views, and you know how to stress-test assumptions.
- Strategic partner instincts: You anticipate the questions leaders will ask, show up with the analysis, and can say what the data implies for decisions.
- AI-fluent, with good taste: You use AI as a daily multiplier (analysis, QA, drafting narratives) and know when to rely on it vs. when to go to first principles.
- Build in Notion: You’re comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation) so your work is easy for others to find, trust, and build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year.

Improve gross margin visibility, including AI product margins
Support auditability and IPO readiness
Cross-Cutting Workstreams

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Team
The Growth & Monetization team focuses on how developers discover, adopt, and scale with LangChain’s products. We work across the full stack to improve onboarding, activation, and usage while building the systems that power billing, pricing, and monetization. This team partners closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to understand developer behavior and translate those insights into product improvements that drive adoption and revenue. Our work directly shapes how developers and organizations move from experimentation to production on the LangChain platform.
About the role
LangChain is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build the foundational product features and integrations that power user acquisition, rapid experimentation, and self-serve expansion. This is a high-impact 0→1 role on a newly formed team responsible for building growth systems from the ground up. You’ll work closely with product, design, GTM, and analytics to streamline activation, optimize packaging, and deliver a seamless growth story for developers and enterprise customers alike. This role will be in person 5 days/week in New York City.
What you'll do
- Lead projects across our stack (React, TypeScript) while working with backend APIs (Python, Go)
- Build polished, responsive user interfaces for onboarding, self-serve upgrades, and usage dashboards that delight users
- Design and execute rapid, client-side UI experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) targeting key activation and conversion metrics
- Partner with Product and Design to translate complex user journeys into simple, intuitive web experiences
- Implement clean client-side event tracking and behavioral analytics to understand developer journeys
- Build growth levers, including smart upgrade triggers, usage notifications and personalized, contextual experiences
What you'll bring
- Strong mastery of modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, CSS/Tailwind)
- Solid fullstack fundamentals (working with REST/GraphQL APIs, Python/Go backends, database querying and caching)
- Exceptional UX intuition and a sharp eye for visual polish, micro-interactions, and developer-focused user journeys
- Experience building or optimizing frontend growth engines (e.g., onboarding wizards, conversion funnels, checkout flows, A/B testing frameworks, usage metering, subscriptions)
- Startup DNA with a desire to ship fast, iterate based on user data, self-directed and take end-to-end ownership
- Bonus: Experience building tools for developers, PLG SaaS platforms, or design systems
- Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks
Compensation
- Salary Range: $165,000-$250,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who can move a customer from onboarding to true business value without losing the commercial thread. You'll own a book of customers end-to-end: responsible for driving genuine activation and adoption, and for finding and closing the expansion opportunities that follow when customers are actually getting value. There is no handoff here. Onboarding and growth live in the same seat. As one of the first people on the ground in London, you'll have real accountability from day one, and the work you do will directly shape how Ramp builds its post-sales motion across Europe. If you're someone who uses AI the way high performers use any sharp tool (as a default, not an experiment), who is energized by building from scratch, and who wants to own outcomes rather than just execute a playbook, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
- Own the revenue target for your book of business.
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities, positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering, ensuring market signals from customers land where they can drive product decisions.
- Support the GM on the highest-priority strategic initiatives of the moment; competitive landscape, ICP refinement, new segment exploration, and more.
What You Need
- Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- Founder-mode mentality with proof to back it up. You own outcomes, not deliverables and you have a track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own. You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Deep product expertise that translates into prescriptive recommendations. You know Ramp's full range of products, integrations, and configuration options inside out and you use that knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position solutions before they ask.
- Technical acumen to hold your own with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.
- Commercial instinct. You proactively identify expansion opportunities and know how to turn customer success into revenue growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High frustration tolerance and resilience. Building from scratch means things will break constantly.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles
- Track record of entrepreneurial activity: founding a company, running a meaningful side project, or building something from zero
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager for Baseten's Cloud Platform team, you will directly manage a team of cloud platform engineers responsible for building the systems and processes that keep our infrastructure scalable, reliable, and efficient — from automated deployments and monitoring to performance optimization and incident response.
You are a people-first leader with a strong cloud infrastructure background. You set a high bar for reliability and operational excellence, engage credibly in technical discussions and code reviews, and know how to build a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll spend most of your time close to the work: unblocking your team, shaping technical direction on day-to-day decisions, and developing your engineers. At Baseten, we work closely with our users to understand their struggles operationalizing ML — you'll keep your team connected to that mission and translate user learnings into better infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development through regular 1:1s.
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions; translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them.
- Establish standards and best practices for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from specification through production.
- Exercise and encourage good judgment on tooling and architectural tradeoffs, with a bias against unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team's progress, capacity, and technical tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency, ensure the team learns systematically, and stay connected to users so those learnings feed back into infrastructure improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience directly managing engineers in a cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE context (not managing managers).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with the ability to engage credibly in architectural discussions and code reviews.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable, production infrastructure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end — from specification to execution — and coach your team to do the same.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Track record of recruiting and growing engineering talent.
- Openness to learning about ML infrastructure; prior machine learning experience is not required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with OSS observability tooling (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Background in multi-cloud environments or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing on-call rotations and incident response processes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
