ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an AEO/SEO Content Writer at OnePay, you’ll own the words behind our blog and landing pages, turning banking, credit building, investing, and rewards into content that’s clear, accurate, and impossible to bounce from, and that ranks.
This isn’t “write and publish.” You’ll work from keyword and search-intent research, move through a regulated-industry editorial process, and keep iterating based on what performs. You’ll work alongside our in-house SEO Lead and external SEO agency, turning their research and strategy into copy that’s ready to publish and built to win.
If you’ve written for a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial brand and know how to balance compliance, clarity, and conversion, this is your role. You will:
- Write blog posts and landing page copy for OnePay’s core products: banking, credit building, credit cards, investing, crypto, and rewards
- Turn keyword research and search-intent briefs into sharp outlines, then into polished, published copy
- Build landing pages that convert, with clear value props, scannable structure, and calls to action people click
- Partner with SEO and growth to spot content gaps and prioritize topics by traffic and business impact
- Work with Legal and Compliance so every piece is accurate and properly reviewed before it goes live
- Shape and evolve the OnePay voice: approachable, plain-spoken, never jargon-heavy, even when the topic is technical
- Refresh existing content as search performance, products, and regulations change
- Dig into analytics and SEO tools, then use what you learn to make the next brief better
YOU BRING
- 5+ years as an SEO or content writer, with a published portfolio that performs in search
- Experience writing for a fintech, bank, credit union, or other regulated financial company, including compliance review cycles and working directly with Legal and Compliance on approvals
- Strong on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent, internal linking, metadata, and content structure, plus fluency with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and a modern CMS
- Writes conversion-focused landing page copy, not just blog posts that rank, and works from SEO briefs without losing voice or clarity
- Sharp editor with obsessive accuracy on numbers, terms, and disclosures, who can explain credit building, investing basics, BNPL, and rewards simply without dumbing them down
- Curious about where search is headed (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and willing to partner with PR on on-brand, review-ready LinkedIn copy
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.

You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

About the role
We’re hiring a Technical Support Engineer to lead our customer support experience for highly technical users, from AI engineers to infrastructure architects. You’ll be on the front lines helping teams debug production LLM applications and agents, improve AI observability and evaluations, and unblock critical issues. You’ll also help define what world-class technical support looks like for modern AI platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries—diagnosing issues across customer setup, LangChain products, and deployment issues.
- Work directly with engineering, operations, documentation, and product teams to resolve bugs, suggest patches, and advocate for customer needs.
- Partner with Deployed Engineering to support critical enterprise customers.
- Build and refine internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks for complex issue triage.
- Lead post-mortems for critical incidents and feed learnings back into product and documentation.
- Help refine KPIs for support health (MTTR, CSAT, bug recurrence) and drive continuous improvement.
- Improve documentation and knowledge articles to improve 1-to-many resources and provide proactive support.
- Mentor and coach other support engineers.
How to be successful in this role
- 4+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles in deeply technical B2B environments (e.g., observability, infrastructure, data platforms).
- Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks.
- Programming experience with Python. Bonus if you have TypeScript experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Comfort working with logs, traces, metrics in Datadog, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., OpenTelemetry, LLM providers).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
- A bias for clarity and continuous improvement: you write succinct, helpful, and accurate responses and build a foundation for case deflection.
- High ownership — want to do what’s best for the customer and the company and are relentlessly results oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
- Annual salary range: £80,000 - £110,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING

- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for an L3 Support Engineering Lead to help grow a small team responsible for resolving Nebius' most complex customer issues.
This is a hands-on technical role that combines deep troubleshooting with day-to-day team leadership. You will provide technical direction, help organize the team’s work and step into complex investigations when your expertise is needed. You will not be expected to personally own every difficult ticket or manage the team from a distance.
The L3 team works closely with L2 Support, pre-sales, post-sales, customer engineering and product teams. It brings deeper subject-matter expertise to issues that require advanced investigation or a broader understanding of the Nebius platform.

Lead and support a small, distributed team of L3 Support Engineers.
Help plan, prioritize and distribute work based on customer impact, technical complexity and team capacity.

additional
engineers as the team expands.
We expect you to have:

engineers

engineers
and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of Linux environments.
Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
A practical understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including networking and storage.
Familiarity with block, file and object storage and the ability to investigate issues across these technologies
Sound judgment when working through ambiguous or high-impact technical problems.
The ability to organize work, set priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.

About the Role
Neolytix is looking for an organized and proactive Associate to join our Learning & Development team at our Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) office. This role owns the complete onboarding and induction experience for new joiners, drives internal policy communication, and supports employee engagement and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office. You’ll be the face new joiners meet first — so how well people settle in, and how clearly policy and communication land across the company, is yours to own.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Plan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience.
Design and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations.
Coordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements.
Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks — addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in.
Policy & Internal Communications
Draft, update, and roll out HR policies — clear, compliant, and easily accessible to all employees.
Prepare and share timely announcements and internal communications (policy updates, events, org changes).
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to onboarding, induction, and policy acknowledgments.
Training Needs & L&D Support
Support the L&D team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee-development programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) across teams.
Support Training Needs Evaluation (TNE) to measure training effectiveness and close skill gaps.
Employee Experience & Reporting
Collect feedback from new joiners and continuously improve the induction journey.
Track onboarding metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding, induction, or L&D functions.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort drafting policy/communication documents.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for tracking onboarding metrics and training reports.
AI-friendly — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) to speed up content drafting, training material, and reporting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding batches/tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
Exposure to or interest in TNA/TNE/TNI methodologies for identifying and evaluating training needs.
Prior experience in a UK-shift, international, or BPO/ITES environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English is essential — this is a communication-, presentation-, and policy-drafting-heavy role.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Neolytix Office, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (work from office; no remote/hybrid). UK shift, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST. Working days as per company policy.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific outcomes:
New-joiner onboarding experience / satisfaction scores.
On-time completion of induction batches and policy acknowledgments.
Quality, clarity, and timeliness of policy and internal communications.
TNA/TNI coverage and measurable training-effectiveness (TNE) outcomes.
Why Join Neolytix
Own the First Impression
Own the full onboarding and induction journey — real ownership from day one.
Broad HR Exposure
Work across onboarding, policy, communications, and L&D — not one narrow slice.
Visible to Leadership
Your reports and improvements go straight to HR leadership.

Use AI tools to work faster on content, training material, and reporting.
Responsibilities: - AEM Development: Develop backend logic for AEM Components, Services, and Workflows using Java, Sling, and OSGi. - Implementation: Translate functional requirements into clean, efficient Java code and OSGi configurations.
