Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Systems Engineer, Data and Integrations to join our Systems Engineering team and own the data that runs Fivetran's business. In this role, you will learn the data models behind our sales, billing, and customer operations, design how data should be structured to support those processes, and build the transformations and pipelines that move data reliably between our internal systems.
This position sits at the crossroads of data engineering, data modeling, and business process, ensuring our internal data is accurate, well-structured, and ready to scale. You will partner closely with our Systems and Analytics Engineering teams, as well as Sales Operations, Finance, and other business partner teams.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad, Serbia office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Our core systems are Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk, with Salesforce at the center of our sales and billing data. Our current integration stack includes Celigo and Fivetran itself.
Working knowledge of one or more of our business applications, with a desire to keep learning, is necessary. You should also be fluent in SQL and strong in a general purpose programming language such as Python or Typescript.
A data engineering background is strongly preferred, with proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, data quality testing, and data validation. Help us bring established data engineering practices to internal business systems!
What You’ll Do
Learn the data models behind Fivetran's sales, billing, and product operations, and document how business concepts map to data in our core systems.
Design target data models and field mappings when consolidating or migrating data between systems.
Build, test, and execute the SQL and Python transformations that reshape and load business data, including bulk migrations and ongoing pipelines.
Define and enforce standards for data quality, data modeling, and governance across internal systems.
Validate data before and after migrations and pipeline changes, reconciling record counts, values, and business rules with stakeholders.
Build monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks that give end-to-end visibility into data freshness and accuracy.
Work with business partner teams to understand their processes and translate requirements into data models and transformations.
Investigate and resolve data issues raised by other teams, often requiring root cause analysis across multiple systems.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles, with a focus on modeling and transforming business data.
Strong SQL proficiency is required, including complex transformations and data reconciliation.
Proficiency in a general purpose programming language is required.
Working knowledge of business applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk.
Experience with ETL/ELT development and data quality testing.
Ability to learn a business domain quickly and align data modeling decisions with business requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce data model, ideally including a data migration, org merge, or major re-implementation.
Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and reverse ETL tools, their capabilities, and tradeoffs.
By stepping into this role, you'll own the quality, structure, and reliability of the data that powers Fivetran's key business processes!

Location: Home based - EMEA
Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
Proven product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or open source
A track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or portfolio, not just executing someone else's
Evidence of launches you led that changed a business outcome such as adoption, pipeline, or win rate
The technical curiosity to hold your own with product managers and engineers and to understand the product beyond the datasheet
Comfort using data to test a hypothesis, evaluate a campaign, and change your mind
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing without formal authority
Excellent storytelling skills applied to technical solutions, for both developer and executive audiences
Skill at managing complex, cross-functional projects with several dependencies and a fixed date
Fast adaptation to change and to new technology in marketing
Proactive, outcome-driven, and confident operating independently at a global scale
Nice-to-have skills
Experience marketing to developers, or in infrastructure, security, or IoT categories
Familiarity with open source communities and commercial open source business models
Experience across both product-led and sales-led motions, and with the handover between them
Public speaking, webinars, or conference presence in a technical field
Experience mentoring or leading other product marketers
What we offer you
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
In addition to a competitive base pay, we provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. Please note that additional benefits may apply depending on the work location and, for more information on these, please ask your Talent Partner.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

Who we are:
Action1 is an autonomous patch management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes, it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party application patching, Action1 helps organizations eliminate routine work, reduce ransomware and security risks, and protect the digital employee experience. It provides real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation across remote and on-site endpoints without requiring a VPN, while peer-to-peer patch distribution reduces bandwidth use on local networks.
In 2026, Action1 was recognized as the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America on the Inc. 5000. Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company.
Introduction:
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in
Wisconsin and Iowa.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle hunter role focused on creating new opportunities within a designated territory. The successful candidate will leverage their existing knowledge and relationships within the SLED market to generate demand and open doors with IT and security leaders.
We are looking for someone who already understands how the public sector purchases cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. This includes longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security reviews, procurement requirements, reseller relationships, and budget cycles.
This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can build pipeline, recognize high-value opportunities, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Drive SLED Revenue Growth:
Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota through disciplined territory development, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
Create New Opportunities:
Identify target accounts, conduct direct outbound prospecting, and build relationships with public-sector IT and security leaders.
Build and Maintain Pipeline:
Generate pipeline through outbound activity, customer referrals, partner relationships, events, and strategic account planning.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting through discovery, stakeholder alignment, technical validation, procurement, negotiation, and contract execution.
Sell to IT and Security Leaders:
Engage IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Directors, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.
Navigate SLED Buying Processes:
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, RFPs, security reviews, procurement workflows, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, and reseller-led motions.
Develop Partner Relationships:
Build relationships with reseller representatives and other partners who can provide introductions and help uncover opportunities.
Prioritize High-Value Opportunities:
Recognize where meaningful revenue potential exists and focus time and resources accordingly.
Partner with Solutions Engineers:
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical resources to support discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical validation.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SLED customers to support long-term growth and retention.
Maintain Sales Discipline:
Keep forecasts, opportunity details, next steps, and account activity accurate in Salesforce.
Share Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on customer priorities, competitive activity, procurement trends, and territory-specific opportunities.
Operate with Ownership:
Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
Requirements
Proven quota-carrying experience selling cybersecurity software into state, local, and education accounts in the states of
Wisconsin and Iowa.
Established relationships and strong market knowledge within a defined SLED territory, including familiarity with relevant customers, resellers, partners, and procurement channels.
Proven success operating as a hunter and generating new pipeline through direct outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, partner relationships, and territory development.
Demonstrated ability to identify target SLED accounts, open new relationships, create demand, and develop opportunities without waiting for formal RFPs.
Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder SLED sales processes from initial outreach through close.
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, including RFPs, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, reseller-led sales, security reviews, and government budget cycles.
Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, infrastructure, or closely related technical solutions.
Experience engaging IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Leaders, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and technical buying committees.
Proven success owning and closing complex deals with an average deal value of at least $30,000.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer need, revenue potential, and likelihood of success.
Excellent discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
Strong forecasting discipline and consistent Salesforce hygiene.
Ability to operate independently, maintain consistent outbound activity, and create structure within a developing territory.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Available to begin as soon as possible based on business needs.
Benefits
A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.
A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.

Company Description
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Role Description
You’ll join Tennr’s Infrastructure team as a Site Reliability Engineer, focused on the systems that keep us reliable, observable, and secure. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you’ll roll out our on-call tooling, wire observability into the product, and own the lifecycle of the credentials, certificates, and keys that protect patient data.
It’s a great fit for someone a few years into their career who wants to grow into deep SRE ownership — with strong mentorship, real problems to solve from day one, and a direct line to the reliability and security of a platform that handles PHI.
Responsibilities
- Continue the PagerDuty rollout across engineering teams, helping them define escalation policies, schedules, and runbooks so on-call is calm and clear.
- Build in-app Datadog instrumentation — metrics, traces, and alerts — working from the observability standards Infrastructure sets.
- Manage credential storage and rotation across our environments.
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, and rotation.
- Manage encryption key lifecycle and rotation, keeping PHI protected end to end.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2–4 years in SRE, infrastructure, systems, or a strong adjacent engineering background.
- Familiarity with PagerDuty or a comparable on-call and incident-response tool.
- Hands-on with Datadog or another observability platform, or eager to go deep on it.
- Working understanding of secrets, certificate, and key management (e.g. AWS Secrets Manager / KMS / ACM, HashiCorp Vault).
- Careful and methodical with anything touching security and rotation — you sweat the details.
- Eager to grow into broader SRE ownership, and energized by working in a regulated healthcare (HIPAA / PHI) environment.
Why Tennr?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
Benefits
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Role Description
You’ll be the senior builder on Tennr’s Infrastructure team, owning the cloud, clusters, and environments that everything else runs on. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you’ll help design our Kubernetes foundation, run dev, staging, and production end to end, and keep our AWS footprint clean, secure, and reliable as we scale.
We’re looking for someone who executes fast but doesn’t just take orders. The patterns you set and the guardrails you establish are the ones the rest of engineering will inherit.
Responsibilities
- Help build out our EKS cluster module and the patterns other teams inherit from it.
- Own cluster management and the dev, staging, and production build-out end to end.
- Drive and unblock infrastructure migrations, keeping them safe, staged, and low-drama.
- Lead the consolidation of our infrastructure observability onto Datadog and set the standards other teams build on.
- Own AWS building and maintenance - networking, IAM, and core services as infrastructure-as-code. Keeping the environment secure-by-default and cost-aware.
Candidate Qualifications
- 5–8 years in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering, with real ownership of production systems.
- Hands-on depth with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code.
- Solid AWS fundamentals: networking, IAM, and the core services a modern platform runs on.
- Experience with Datadog or a comparable observability stack, and a point of view on what good looks like.
- Comfortable executing autonomously
- A pragmatic bias toward simple, durable systems, and toward shipping over gold-plating
- Bonus: experience in a regulated or healthcare (HIPAA / PHI) environment.
Why Tennr?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic's Treasury Operations team owns the movement of money across our card issuing infrastructure — network settlement, sponsor bank transfers, and the reconciliation that keeps it all provable. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of payments and fintech infrastructure, not just observe them from a reporting layer.
You'll be running a critical, time-sensitive engine every day — and at the same time, working alongside the Head of Treasury Operations to improve how that engine works as the function scales. You’ll also work cross-functionally across a wide range of teams (Finance, Treasury Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Processing, Customer Success, Bank Operations) — this role sits at the center of a lot of different workflows, not off in a silo.
What you'll do:
Execution (50%)
Own day-to-day execution of network settlement transfers (Mastercard, Visa) and related treasury transfers across sponsor banks
Operate in a time-sensitive environment where errors or delays have immediate downstream consequences
Support reconciliation and ensure transfers tie out against expected activity
Be a reliable, detail-oriented operator of an existing process — accuracy and consistency matter as much as speed
Process Optimization (20%)
Take existing workflows and make them better: fewer manual steps, stronger controls, cleaner audit trails
Identify friction or risk in current processes and propose (and build) improvements
Balance improvement work against the need for strong financial controls — nothing gets streamlined at the expense of auditability
Project Support (30%)
Support the Head of Treasury Operations on larger initiatives as the function scales
Contribute analysis, documentation, and execution support to new treasury infrastructure, reporting, or process builds
Ongoing
Run ad hoc data analysis (SQL, Excel) to answer operational and financial questions on the fly
Support downstream audit and reporting needs tied to settlement and reconciliation activity
Be available outside normal business hours in rare emergency situations (e.g., a failed settlement or bank-side issue)
What you'll learn:
This role is a front-row seat to the nuts and bolts of card issuing and payments infrastructure — network settlement mechanics, sponsor bank relationships, and the guts of how money actually moves through a modern fintech stack. You'll come out of this role with a depth of operational fintech knowledge that's hard to get anywhere else.
What you'll bring:
2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, funds transfer/money movement operations, cash management, or a closely adjacent operational finance role
Experience with reconciliation and financial controls — you understand
why
the numbers need to tie out, not just how to make them tie out
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including comfort with (or willingness to learn) Google Apps Script for automating recurring workflows
SQL proficiency for querying and validating data (we use Snowflake and Metabase); Python or other scripting is a plus, not a requirement
Working comprehension of accounting concepts and financial operations / money movement (ACH, wires, card settlement, or similar) — you should be knowledgeable about how transfers and reconciliation tie back to the books
Familiarity with Jira and Slack, or similar ticketing and collaboration tools, for tracking progress and coordinating across teams
Comfort shifting flexibly between fixed process workflows and operating in an agile enrivonment (sprints, tickets, iterative process improvement)
Interest in operating in a fast-moving startup/fintech environment — this isn't a traditional back-office treasury seat
The annual US salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
