What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a controls and OT network engineer who has seen what happens when the network is treated as an afterthought, and you want a seat at the table when the decisions are actually made. You have built and supported networks that could not be allowed to fail, and you are ready to move upstream to the owner’s side of a large capital program, where one early call gets locked into drawings, procurement, and a GMP. You hold a position with conviction and change it when the evidence says so. You can walk a design firm through a markup, walk a finance partner through a cost tradeoff, and do both in the same afternoon
What You’ll Do:
Every Galaxy campus depends on a controls network that ties cooling, electrical, and monitoring systems together, and it has to behave the same way at the next site as it does at the last one. As Data Center Controls Network Engineer, you will sit within Galaxy’s Pre-Construction team and act as the owner’s technical voice on OT networking, from the point a site is acquired through GMP handoff to construction. You will begin with the Helios campus in Texas and carry what you learn into the sites that follow, working with Galaxy’s pre-construction, design and engineering, construction, and operations groups and with the design firms, integrators, and suppliers they engage. Clear standards and the freedom to make decisions inside them are how we work. This role is based in Dallas, TX on a hybrid schedule, with periodic travel to campuses and vendor sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Set the Owner’s Position: Turn tenant, power, and cooling requirements into a written OT network position that design firms and the general contractor can build from, so key decisions are made once and made early.
Build the Galaxy Playbook: Create the standards, typical details, and repeatable design packages that let each new campus start from what worked on the last one.
Shape the Bid List: Write technical scopes and support RFQ and RFP cycles for controls integrators, network and controls equipment suppliers, design consultants, and commissioning agents. Level the bids and recommend awards.
Challenge the Design: Review each design milestone for topology, IP and VLAN planning, segmentation, redundancy, and monitoring coverage, and drive comments to closure before drawings are issued for construction.
Connect the Disciplines: Work shoulder to shoulder with electrical, mechanical, IT, and security leads and with pre-construction project managers so the controls network matches what the power, cooling, and tenant requirements actually call for.
Get Ahead of Equipment: Work with the OFCI procurement and logistics teams to lock specifications, lead times, and delivery sequence for network and controls hardware so no site is ever waiting on a switch.
Draw the Line Between OT and IT: Agree on the boundary between the OT and corporate networks, remote access for vendors and tenants, and firewall rules with Galaxy IT and security before the design is frozen.
Make Testing Contractual: Build acceptance criteria and test requirements for factory, site, failover, and integrated systems testing into scopes and commissioning plans, so proof of performance is a contract requirement rather than a favor.
Vet Equipment Early: Check submittals, firmware selections, and baseline configurations against Galaxy standards, and catch mismatches in the office instead of in the field.
Plan for the Operators: Write down what operations will have to live with, including change control, configuration backups, firmware management, monitoring, and rollback procedures, before the design is final.
Put Numbers on It: Give technical input to budgets, GMP pricing review, and schedule for controls and network scope, and surface cost, schedule, and value-engineering effects as early as possible.
Pass the Baton: Deliver the design basis, open items, and lessons learned to construction and commissioning teams, and stay available to them through early construction.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, network engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years designing, delivering, and supporting OT or industrial networks where downtime is not acceptable, such as data centers, utilities, manufacturing, or other critical facilities.
Solid grounding in segmented network design, including VLAN and VRF strategy, access control, and redundant paths, with the judgment to know how much resilience a given system actually needs.
Understanding of how building management, electrical power monitoring, and SCADA systems are architected, and what they demand of the network underneath, including time synchronization and telemetry from power and cooling equipment.
Practical experience with firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access in OT environments, including how vendor and tenant access is granted and controlled.
Experience reading drawings and specifications, reviewing design submissions, and writing technical scopes, ideally from the owner’s or designer’s side of a large capital project.
Exposure to commissioning and acceptance testing, and the ability to turn field lessons into requirements the next project can use.
Comfort working with incomplete information, including sites at different stages and decisions that have to be made before every answer is in.
Based in or near Dallas, TX, with a hybrid schedule and periodic travel to campuses, vendors, and project sites.
Bonus Points:
Strong written and verbal communication, with a record of making complex technical subjects clear to engineers, executives, and vendors alike.
Experience developing RFQs and RFPs, leveling bids, or selecting vendors for technical scopes.
Working knowledge of delivery models such as GMP and of how design decisions drive cost and schedule.
Professional networking or security credentials, such as CCNP, PCNSE, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443.
Experience supporting multiple sites or campuses and keeping them consistent with one another.
Sound judgment under pressure and a willingness to disagree openly and raise issues early and honestly
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

An Overview of This Role
As Director of Product, SaaS Platforms, you'll own the product direction and business outcomes for GitLab's software as a service (SaaS) environments: GitLab.com, our multi-tenant platform, and GitLab Dedicated, our single-tenant offering. You'll connect reliability, scalability, and operability with the commercial decisions that make these platforms sustainable businesses.
Your scope spans both platforms, not a single feature roadmap. On GitLab.com, you'll guide growth through better customer isolation and additional cells, alongside rate limits, usage limits, and monetization. On GitLab Dedicated, you'll help scale it to hundreds of customers through automation, customer self-service, and closer alignment with GitLab's latest releases. You'll balance customer needs with operating costs and gross margin.
This director-level role starts as an individual contributor. It's remote and open to candidates based in the United States or Canada, with no specific time zone preference.
What You'll Do
Set the product strategy and roadmap across GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated, connecting platform capabilities to customer and business outcomes.
Drive improvements in platform reliability, scalability, and operability, including better separation between customers and expansion of GitLab.com's cell-based architecture.
Define GitLab.com's rate limits, usage limits, and related monetization approach.
Scale GitLab Dedicated through maintenance-window automation and other operational improvements, while controlling costs and improving gross margin.
Expand customer self-service through Switchboard, giving customers tools to monitor, observe, and operate their Dedicated tenants.
Guide capabilities such as customer-initiated disaster recovery and geographic redundancy, and enable earlier access to beta features on GitLab Dedicated.
Reduce the delay between GitLab releases and their availability on Dedicated.
Own the business side of the portfolio as well as the technical product direction, developing profit and loss (P&L) ownership for both platforms and helping establish GitLab.com as a P&L business.
What You'll Bring
Experience leading a product portfolio at director level or with comparable scope, setting direction across multiple related products rather than a single roadmap.
Technical product experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, or SaaS environments, including the tradeoffs involved in reliability, scalability, and operations.
The ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes, including monetization, operating costs, and gross margin.
Experience translating complex platform challenges into product priorities and working across teams to deliver them.
The ability to lead through product direction and influence in a director-level individual contributor role.
Direct ownership of a product P&L is particularly valuable. Experience in an organization actively adopting artificial intelligence (AI) would also be helpful.
About the Team
The SaaS platform portfolio brings together GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated. The work spans shared-platform growth, single-tenant operations, and the tools customers use to manage their environments. The challenge is to improve the customer experience and platform capabilities while building a scalable, financially sustainable operating model for each offering.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings together development, security, and operations, helping teams collaborate throughout software delivery.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The tax team sits inside Finance and looks after Wealthsimple's own corporate tax position. We're deliberately building out specialist tax functions: one lane owns direct tax, another owns transfer pricing and international tax, this role will own the indirect tax lane. The team is small, the entity group isn't, and we're putting in place the review and documentation discipline that investor-grade reporting depends on. If you'd rather set a technical standard than inherit one, this is a good moment to join.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Manage the end-to-end indirect tax compliance (GST/HST, QST, PST) across all applicable jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deadlines
- Support month-end and quarter-end close, including review of tax accruals, account reconciliations, forecasts and variance analysis
- Manage multi-jurisdictional tax registrations and nexus monitoring, adapting to fast expansions into new product lines and geographic markets
- Manage relationships with external tax authorities, including preparation of audit responses and correspondence with CRA and provincial agencies
- Monitor indirect tax legislative and regulatory developments and assess the impact on the organization
- Maintain and improve internal controls, tax policies, and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with Finance and technology teams to ensure accurate tax coding and support systems and process improvements, including AI automation initiatives
- Identify and pursue ITC and ITR recovery opportunities; conduct risk assessments to surface and remediate material exposures
- Provide indirect tax research and advisory support on new business initiatives, including product launches and corporate transactions
Skills you'll bring:
- CPA designation required; completion of the CPA In-Depth GST/HST Program or equivalent indirect tax training preferred
- 5–7 years of indirect tax experience, with exposure to both public accounting and public company industry environments preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Canadian indirect tax regimes including GST/HST, QST, PST, RST
- Practical experience with financial institution (FI) and Selected Listed Financial Institution (SLFI) indirect tax rules, including the Special Attribution Method (SAM), is required
- Solid understanding of cross-border and imported supply rules
- Excellent tax technical and research skills, with the ability to balance commercial objectives and tax risk exposures
- Proficient with tax software, ERP systems and AI technology (e.g. Netsuite, Claude)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and communicates well
- Corporate income tax knowledge is an asset

For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Security Operations Engineer to improve how Alchemy detects threats, investigates incidents, and reduces operational security risk. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with no people-management responsibilities.
You'll investigate suspicious activity and build the systems that make the next investigation faster and more reliable. AI-assisted engineering and investigation should be part of your daily work: connecting evidence, developing detections, building response workflows, and checking the results against source data.
You'll also help the team get better at this work. Through shared tooling, code review, pairing, and practical documentation, you'll give teammates capabilities they can use independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Detect and investigate threats. Triage alerts, hunt for suspicious activity, and investigate across cloud infrastructure, corporate systems, identity, endpoints, and production environments. Establish what happened from evidence and communicate uncertainty clearly.
- Engineer detection coverage. Build and tune detections, onboard useful telemetry, and maintain reliable log pipelines. Test rules against representative attacks and benign activity; address missing coverage and noisy alerts.
- Respond to incidents. Participate in the security on-call rotation and incident response, including scoping, containment, recovery, and post-incident improvements. Preserve evidence and coordinate changes with system owners.
- Build AI-assisted security workflows. Automate evidence collection, alert enrichment, investigation timelines, and response preparation. Connect agents to approved tools and data sources so they can complete bounded tasks with traceable results.
- Verify before trusting. Evaluate AI-assisted workflows against known cases and adversarial inputs. Require evidence for conclusions, test false-positive and missed-threat behavior, and keep human approval for disruptive containment actions.
- Reduce operational exposure. Partner with Infrastructure and IT on vulnerability remediation, cloud and host hardening, identity controls, and attack-surface monitoring. Prioritize findings by exposure and impact, then verify remediation.
- Help secure agent operations. Work with platform and product-security partners on operational controls for agent identities, credentials, tool access, and audit logging. Investigate misuse and build detections for suspicious agent behavior.
- Improve how the team works. Share reusable code, investigation skills, runbooks, and evaluation cases. Pair with teammates, review automation, and teach approaches they can apply to their own investigations.
- Measure defensive outcomes. Track detection coverage, alert quality, investigation effort, response time, and remediation progress. Use those measures to decide what to improve next.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on security operations experience spanning detection engineering, threat hunting, and incident response.
- Strong scripting and software-building ability, especially Python; experience with APIs, version control, tests, and operating automation in production.
- Experience with a SIEM such as Panther, Splunk, or an equivalent platform, including detection logic and log analysis.
- Working knowledge of cloud security, identity, endpoint telemetry, networking, and Linux systems. Ability to investigate across system boundaries.
- Evidence of building and using AI-assisted tools in security or adjacent engineering work. You can show how you validate outputs, handle failures, and protect sensitive information.
- Sound incident judgment: you can separate a hypothesis from a finding, preserve evidence, and choose when to escalate or contain.
- A record of making teammates more effective through tools, mentoring, code review, or documentation, without needing management authority.
- Clear written communication and the willingness to own both urgent investigations and the follow-through that prevents repeat incidents.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- AWS, Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, detection-as-code, or SOAR workflows.
- Digital forensics, threat intelligence, or testing detections through attack simulation.
- Securing AI agents and tool integrations, including prompt injection, credential misuse, and data-exfiltration risks.
- Blockchain infrastructure or other environments with sensitive keys and high-impact production systems.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Investigations reach evidence-backed conclusions faster. Detection coverage improves, repeat noise declines, and remediation is verified. The team adopts tools and workflows you've built, with clear limits on what agents may do and a tested path for handling failures.

OVERVIEW
📍 Remote - Caribbean
Want to sit at the intersection of Support, Engineering, and Product? Clipboard is hiring Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) to act as the primary escalation layer for technical issues across our platform. You'll own the investigation, reproduction, and - where applicable- agent-assisted fix implementation that turns noisy customer reports into validated, high-signal work, so Engineering only receives production-ready problems for final review.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
