HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ DATA ASSOCIATE ⭐
The position is a six-month end-of-studies internship in Paris, with a flexible start date.
Data Associates join a product or business crew and work alongside a senior member of the Data team, taking on a real share of their projects. It is the same work as the rest of the team, building insights and data-powered products that help our members stay healthy, at a pace and scope designed for someone starting out.
Our team is full stack: each member sits in a crew next to engineers, product builders and designers and leads projects from A to Z, covering analytics, engineering and science. We mainly use SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow and Metabase, and Claude Code and AI agents are part of our daily workflow. Want to know more? Read our vision for the Data team https://medium.com/alan/vision-for-a-data-team-2eae845b8052 (old one, but still relevant) and how our Data team is re-inventing its craft with AI https://medium.com/alan/re-inventing-our-craft-how-alans-data-team-is-shaping-its-future-with-ai-e8d73d095ece.
This is our first generation of Data Associates, and we built the program with one goal: you join us full-time at the end of it. That decision is made at your 5-month review.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
What you work on depends on the crew you join, something that is decided once you start your internship, but your six months will mix:
- Answering real business or product questions: framing the problem, digging into the data and turning what you find into a recommendation your crew acts on.
- Building tools people use: a dbt model, a dashboard a team uses every week, a tool powered by AI. You would ship them end to end, with your senior counterpart supporting you on key steps
- Growing with the Data community: joining our main rituals (retros, insights sharing sessions, on-call shifts), and later helping us recruit the next generation of Data Associates
You won’t be alone: from day one, you will benefit from a senior Alaner from the Data team to work with at the office and a coach from the Data team as well.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐
Please note that for this internship, you need to:
- Be based in Paris, France
- Work from our Valmy office at least 4 days a week
- Be in the final year of your studies (engineering or business, with a strong quantitative track), with an internship agreement from your school
You would be a great fit if most of this sounds like you:
- You want a career in Data, across the whole spectrum. If what you want above everything else is to build ML models, a research internship is probably a better fit for you
- You have used SQL and Python, at school, in an internship or on a side project. We teach you the rest
- Analytical sense and rigor: you ask the right question before you reach for the data, and you can tell a real signal from noise
- Business & product sense: you care about what the numbers change for members and for the company
- Effective communication: you explain a result simply, in writing and out loud
- High agency and growth mindset: facing an unfamiliar problem, your first instinct is to find a way through, and you ask for feedback to grow
- AI fluency: you already build with AI tools, and you are curious about where they fall short
- You are fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
For this internship, we are hiring at the A2 level of our salary grid https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We're looking for seasoned Product Designers who thrive in ambiguity and challenging problem spaces.
n8n is a powerful, flexible technical tool, which means the problems you tackle as a designer are complex. Your design decisions must account for diverse user workflows, technical constraints, and how changes impact the entire platform. To thrive here, you will need to love talking to users, understanding technology, and reducing complexity and scope.
You'll be embedded in a product squad alongside a product manager and around three to five engineers, owning the user experience for your area end to end. Our design team is small but growing, so you'll shape the craft bar and the culture, not inherit them.
We're hiring designers across the following teams:
- Enterprise (two roles - Governance & Observability, and Licence & Billing): You've worked on technical B2B platforms. You've designed for scale, governance, and collaboration across teams, including permissions, environments, observability, and failure modes included and you're comfortable making deeply complex systems feel coherent and simple.
- Adore - Adoption & Retention: You have exceptional product sense and can connect disparate elements into a coherent whole. You'll take something complex, with many moving parts, and make it make sense - shaping what the visual layer of n8n becomes next. Experience with data visualisation is welcome; deep technical expertise isn't required.
- n8n Labs: As a Product Designer, you'll own discovery end-to-end, spotting the riskiest assumptions, running the research, and turning findings into decisions without waiting on a brief. You move fast, cut scope without losing what matters, and you're hands-on enough to build and ship your own prototypes, including using AI tools to get there quicker. You've got product and business judgment, not just craft; you can spot an opportunity and make the case for it. Founder or co-founder experience is a helpful signal but not a requirement.
Team assignment is confirmed at the offer stage and may be subject to change as the team structure evolves.
🎯 Regardless of the team, your main goal will be to lead end-to-end product design on complex workflows that elevate n8n's user experience, ship measurable outcomes, and raise the quality bar across our platform. To do so, here are your responsibilities:
End-to-end product design
- Lead the full design process for your team, from discovery to polished delivery, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers.
- Consistently ship high-quality, visually cohesive designs that improve the overall UX at every release.
- Work effectively on complex features and understand the underlying technology.
- Take ownership of complex, multi-faceted problems and drive them to completion with initiative and autonomy.
Research, feedback, and UX quality
- Own the direction of research for your team, decide when it's needed, choose the right methodology, and take the initiative without waiting to be told.
- Champion the user by running interviews, usability tests, and research to inform critical product and business decisions.
- Master the feedback loop by gathering, synthesizing, and acting on input while giving actionable critique to elevate teammates' work.
- Balance speed and quality in an MVP-driven environment, navigating ambiguity while maintaining a high bar.
Systems thinking and platform coherence
- Design in systems, integrating solutions into the broader n8n platform and safeguarding the product's big picture.
- Account for edge cases, constraints, and interaction details so users never end up in impossible states.
- Collaborate across teams and designers to ensure consistency and quality across shared patterns and components.
Strategy, impact, and innovation
- Shape team strategy by influencing planning, prioritization, and scope with a strong design perspective tied to KPIs.
- Explore and adopt AI and automation tools to push the boundaries of design practice and AI-powered workflows.
Senior or Staff?
We're open at both levels, and we'll calibrate with you during the process. At Senior, you own your squad's design end-to-end and ship work that raises the bar for your area. At Staff, you do that, and your influence reaches beyond your own squad - you shape patterns other designers build on, and you take on the problems that span teams. Both are hands-on: this is not a step away from the craft.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- 🎨 Product design excellence: You're proficient across product design, UX, UI, and qualitative research, delivering polished, detail-oriented work.
- 🧠 Technical mindset: You collaborate effectively with engineers and understand how software is built, including common web technologies. You don't need to write code, but you do need genuine curiosity about what's happening underneath - APIs, webhooks, data structures and how workflows actually execute.
- 🧭 Ownership & delivery: You've shipped end-to-end features in smaller teams or startups and can drive complex problems to measurable outcomes.
- ⚡ Fast, focused execution: You operate at high speed in an MVP-driven environment, balancing quality and velocity amid ambiguity.
- 📈 Outcome orientation: You use research and metrics to inform decisions and consistently deliver solutions that enable team KPIs.
- 🤝 Feedback & collaboration: You're open and non-defensive in critique and provide actionable feedback that raises the team's bar.
- 🧪 Curiosity for AI: You're enthusiastic about AI and innovation, actively exploring new tools and approaches to advance the craft.
- 📅 Experience level: You have 5+ years in product design with demonstrable impact on shipped products.
Nice-to-haves
- 💻 Front-end fluency: You can prototype using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with or without AI coding tools, and can collaborate effectively with engineers on the result.
- 🧩 AI & automation domain: You've designed AI or automation products; familiarity with n8n is a plus.
- 🔁 Process improvement: You proactively refine team rituals and workflows to increase effectiveness.
- 📚 Continuous growth: You invest in your craft and are motivated by creating tangible product and company impact.
- 🔎 Discovery frameworks: You know methodologies like Continuous Discovery or Shape Up.
- 📊 Data-informed design: You're comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, or SQL to guide decisions.
- 🚀 Entrepreneurial drive: You've built startups or side projects that show initiative and creative problem-solving.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into a slide deck. You'll lead high-impact design across core product surfaces, shaping AI-powered workflows, enterprise governance and billing, and how people discover and adopt n8n, from discovery to delivery. You'll join a fast-growing, Europe remote-first company where autonomy, experimentation, and craft matter, partnering closely with PMs and engineers to ship real outcomes to a passionate global community.

Welcome to OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts embedded in your product team to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions that create measurable value for our customers - taking end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production.
Connect your design decisions to business outcomes - translating commercial goals into design logic, defining success metrics, and running experiments that demonstrate measurable impact.
Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between idea and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs.
Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate fast - shipping to production with engineering pair-support.
Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, exercising strong design taste to critique and elevate AI-generated outputs.
Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by building and maintaining code components - not just static documentation - that can be used directly by engineering teams.
Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your design peers, communicating your design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Designer at OLX, you will need:
3+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases shipped work and live prototypes - not just static screens.
Demonstrated AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents) as a core part of how you design, prototype, and iterate.
Proficiency with code-assisted design: you can read and critique React/HTML through AI-generated outputs, and guide prompts to refine UI. OR fluent with no-code tools (Lovable) to ship directly without engineering handoff.
A solid grasp of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to fast-moving, iterative product development cycles.
Strong systems thinking: ability to design for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and to consider the end-to-end product journey - not just individual screens.
Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
A growth mindset: you prioritise learning and adaptability over mastery of any specific tool, and you thrive as the landscape evolves.
Strong sense of collaboration and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
What can we offer you:
Join a European Product Design team with 70+ members
A permanent contract, competitive salary and annual bonus of 15% of your annual gross salary
Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses
Health insurance and life insurance
MacBook Pro or Windows Dell along with necessary accessories to make your work comfortable
100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our office in Barcelona)
Opportunity to create impact and push your design initiatives forward.

This senior leadership role combines commercial strategy, operational management, and hands-on expertise in conversational sales. You will oversee a multi-level team, optimize the customer journey from initial interaction to repeat purchases, and help shape the next generation of AI-powered chat solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for chat-generated revenue, optimizing first-purchase conversion, subscriptions, PPV sales, tips, custom content purchases, repeat spending, and refund performance
- Lead a large, multi-layered chat operations department, managing Chat Managers and Team Leads while ensuring consistent performance across different shifts and time zones
- Oversee the complete team management cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, and personnel decisions
- Design and continuously improve conversation playbooks, covering creator personas, sales scripts, pricing strategies, offer sequences, and quality assessment criteria
- Develop a structured testing approach for conversation openers, personas, and commercial offers, using performance results to identify successful strategies and implement them across the team
- Monitor conversion rates, revenue per fan, repeat purchases, and individual and shift-level performance, identifying underperforming areas and implementing corrective measures
- Establish and maintain effective chat quality standards, including scoring frameworks, conversation reviews, and actionable feedback for team leaders and chat specialists
- Participate in the development and evaluation of AI-powered chat solutions, reviewing automated conversations, comparing their effectiveness with human interactions, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain an ethical, customer-focused approach to monetization, prioritizing genuine engagement and sustainable revenue rather than aggressive sales pressure or excessive messaging
- Report on commercial performance and operational results on a weekly basis, providing senior leadership with clear insights into revenue trends, conversion improvements, and areas requiring attention
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a large-scale chat operation within an adult paid-chat business, such as an OnlyFans management agency, creator subscription platform, cam business, or comparable organization
- Previous responsibility for a department of at least 50 chatters, with a minimum of 3 Chat Managers or Team Leads reporting directly to you
- Demonstrated ownership of $1M+ in monthly chat-generated revenue, with the ability to substantiate commercial results and explain improvements in conversion rates and revenue per fan
- Strong hands-on expertise in conversational sales and monetization, including the ability to independently develop effective scripts, offer structures, and customer engagement approaches
- Practical experience creating chat quality scoring systems and performance evaluation criteria, rather than simply implementing frameworks developed by others
- Ability to demonstrate how you have identified and improved underperforming chatters or shifts through performance analysis, targeted coaching, and operational changes

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every satellite we build depends on the right components arriving on time, in the right quantity and quality. As our Electronics Buyer, you turn the production plan into purchase orders and keep material flowing to our EMS partners and production lines, so builds start on time and shortages are caught before they stop the line. You'll work daily with suppliers, Planning, Production, Engineering and Quality, and play a key part in scaling satellite production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

- Monitor open orders and shortages, flag risks to builds early, and drive recovery with suppliers and the Team Lead
- Work with engineering teams where needed to resolve manufacturing issues and shortages, including finding alternative parts and sources for engineering approval
- Coordinate material for EMS partners: kit readiness, turnkey and consigned material, and on-time delivery of free-issue components
- Place spot buys through approved distributors when shortages occur, within approved supplier and quality rules
- Keep purchasing data accurate in ERP: prices, lead times, MOQs, packaging (reels, trays), supplier part numbers and approved sources
- Handle PO changes, goods receipt issues, invoice mismatches and returns with Finance, Logistics and Quality
- Process supplier PCN and end-of-life notices and route them to the Team Lead and Engineering
- Prepare RFQs for repeat buys and price updates, and support the Team Lead and specialists with quotes and supplier data
- Report open orders, on-time delivery, shortages and spend for category and management reviews

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

And beyond.
⭐️ THE ROLE ⭐️
Large employers and public organisations don't buy health insurance from a vendor pitch. They buy from a partner they trust: someone they met, heard on stage, or sat next to at the right dinner. Your mission: bring Alan in front of the right decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, hospital and public-sector HR leaders) and turn these conversations into qualified pipeline for our Enterprise and Public Sales teams.
YOUR KEY MISSIONS
1. Pick our battles. Start from our 2027 Enterprise & Public target accounts. Map where their decision makers spend time (chambers of commerce, employers' organisations, HR communities, federations) and build a prioritised plan for the year: which networks, which events, which rooms.
2. Open the right rooms. Lead our presence in HR think tanks (starting with the Agora des DRH). Secure speaking slots. Design and host intimate dinners and roundtables on topics HR leaders care about: absenteeism, burnout, return to work after a serious illness.
3. Turn presence into pipeline. Work hand in hand with Enterprise and Public AEs: who we need to meet, with which message and which next step. Every lead you generate has a named owner and a clear follow-up.
4. Measure what works. Track every initiative down to qualified leads and pipeline. Show what pays off, and re-allocate your time and budget during the year.
You'll work closely with Enterprise and Public Sales, our Brand Manager, Product Marketing and Business Strategy & Operations.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 4+ years in B2B field marketing, event or account-based marketing, or community building, ideally with senior HR or C-level audiences.
- You know the Belgian business landscape and you're at ease in rooms full of executives.
- You design experiences people want to attend, and you never forget why we're in the room.
- You think in pipeline, not in attendance: you can show how your past initiatives turned into business.
- You're organised, autonomous and comfortable building a new function from scratch.
- Native or near-native in Dutch and/or French (both is a strong plus), and fluent in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits, HR tech or healthcare is a plus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1 -D https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equitylevel range.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards: generous equity packages complement your base salary.
- Brussels HQ + flexible office.
- Top-of-the-range equipment.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours.
- 100% covered health insurance for you and your family.
- Learning budget and a dedicated coach from day one.
- Extended parental leave.
We hire people, not roles. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you.

Willingness to learn fast and find practical solutions to hard problems.
What success looks like
You will have transformed JetBrains Air into a truly data-informed, experimentation-driven product offering.
