HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.

About the Role
We’re hiring an
Organic Content Strategist for a US DTC gifting brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand makes sentimental, gift-led products built around personal milestones like births and weddings. You’ll own their organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to execution. That means planning the content calendar, creating and editing posts, and turning creator content into social posts that carry real emotion rather than reading like product marketing.
You’ll work in a small team directly with leadership and an outsourced agency layer. You’ll also partner closely with the brand’s Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, turning the creator content they bring in into organic posts.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok.
Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content and product samples.
Source creator-generated content and shape it into engaging organic posts.
Do light video editing and adapt content for cross-platform use.
Manage the posting cadence and the organic content calendar.
Strategy & Collaboration
Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with brand goals and trends.
Monitor trends, especially US trends, and translate them into on-brand social content.

Build a sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities and take ownership of individual sales targets
Focus on profitable business growth and understand the commercial performance of deals, including Gross Profit (GP)
Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring business and renewals
Maintain ownership of your pipeline and sales activities with a high degree of independence
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements
