ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Strategy Lead at OnePay, you'll act as a right hand to leadership - helping define where we should play and why. You'll spot where the industry is going, translate that into clear business and product priorities, and build the frameworks that guide what we build, buy, or partner for.
If you're someone who has strong instincts about the future of fintech and the ability to turn ambiguity into crisp strategic direction, this role is built for that.
You will:
- Spot where fintech, AI, and consumer behavior are headed - and turn that into concrete strategic bets and product priorities, and shape them into clear testable experiments
- Develop evaluation frameworks, build business cases / financial modeling, and define the prioritization criteria that determine what OnePay builds, buys, or partners for
- Create clear, compelling narratives for leadership, including board-level work
- Own competitive intelligence - synthesize trends, competitor moves and regulatory signals into strategic recommendations for the executive team
- Lead high visibility strategic initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, execution and measuremen, coordinating across cross functional teams
- Help position OnePay externally through industry POVs, research, and key conversations
- Use AI aggressively to move faster, think broader, and produce high-quality output
YOU BRING
- 7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product / corporate strategy, or venture capital; with at least 3-4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech
- Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar)
- Strong product intuition - you can evaluate ideas critically and frame clear go/no-go recommendations
- Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products - not necessarily building them
- A clear point of view on where fintech is going
- Excellent problem structuring and communication skills
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive delivery and cross-team coordination for the Shop Builder DevX and AI team. You are the bridge between architecture and execution: you take the technical direction set by the Principal Engineer and turn it into a running, shipping team.
You lead a squad of three engineers building the developer surface that Shop Builder is missing — MCP server, CLI, SDK, documentation pipeline, local dev environment, deploy and versioning path. You set the delivery cadence, remove blockers, coordinate inbound dependencies from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog, and own the quality of what ships.
This is a hands-on role. You write production code, lead code reviews, and drive technical decisions within your domain. You also have the seniority and judgment to coordinate across teams and represent the team's work to engineering leadership.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers — and AI agents — the full surface they need to customize and extend Shop Builder. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of the Shop Builder developer surface: MCP server, CLI and local dev environment, public SDK, documentation pipeline, sandbox and preview environments, deploy and versioning path.
Lead and mentor a team of three engineers — setting technical direction within the squad, running code reviews, and ensuring consistent engineering quality.
Own cross-team coordination: identify and pull inbound API capabilities from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog teams; unblock dependencies; manage integration timelines.
Actively contribute to implementation — you ship production code alongside the team, particularly on the most critical and complex components.
Partner with the Principal Engineer to translate architecture decisions into sprint-level execution plans and realistic timelines.
Collaborate with the PO on roadmap sequencing, scope decisions, and trade-offs between speed and correctness.
Own the team's delivery rhythm: sprint planning, technical grooming, retrospectives, and status visibility to engineering and business leadership.
Define and maintain the team's engineering standards: testing strategy, observability, deployment practices, and documentation quality.
Act as the primary technical contact for integrations with headless partners and the MIT professional services team during early partner onboarding.
Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews and defining what great looks like for the engineers joining this team.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead, staff, or senior lead role driving delivery across a team.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with experience shipping production APIs, CLIs, or SDKs to external developers.
Hands-on experience building CLI tools and developer-facing workflows: command design, config file formats, local dev loops, deploy commands, and error messages that actually help.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles, SDK ergonomics, and what makes a developer experience work — you have strong opinions and can back them up.
Practical familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic tool-use patterns: you understand how AI agents consume tool interfaces and what makes a tool reliable for an LLM.
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams to ship features that depend on inbound capabilities you don't own.
Proven ability to lead engineers: clear technical direction, raising the quality bar through reviews, developing other engineers' skills.
Cloud-native experience: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation on AWS or GCP.
Strong communication skills — you translate technical complexity into clear status for leadership, and technical requirements into actionable work for your team.
Nice to Have
Experience in game tech, digital commerce, storefront platforms, or headless architecture.
Background building React component libraries, design systems, or frontend platforms consumed by external developers.
Experience building sandboxed execution environments for third-party code (custom blocks, extensions, plugins).
Familiarity with LLM-generated code evaluation: assessing whether an AI-produced block, component, or layout is correct and safe to ship.
Prior experience standing up a greenfield team from scratch and knowing what that demands.
Exposure to documentation-as-code workflows and toolchains that publish to multiple surfaces from a single source of truth.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring Product Analysts to embed across the product organization and serve as strategic analytics partners to teams across Healthcare, Algorithms, AI, Hardware, and other product areas. In this role, you will help define how WHOOP measures product success, uncover insights that shape roadmap decisions, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve the member experience. You will bring strong analytical rigor, product intuition, and intellectual curiosity to help teams make faster, smarter, and more impactful decisions with data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, and cross-functional leadership to inform strategy and roadmap decisions with data.
- Own the analytical narrative for your product area, illustrated by defining KPIs, refining measurement frameworks, and surfacing insights that drive action.
- Support experimentation and feature launches end-to-end: from defining success metrics to post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Build scalable, self-serve reporting & tooling that lets your stakeholders make decisions without waiting on you.
- Develop deep context on your product domain and use it to ask sharper questions, challenge assumptions, and push the product forward.
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations that go beyond the ask; identify opportunities others haven't seen yet.
- Collaborate with a high-performance analytics team in a fast-paced environment where intellectual curiosity is the baseline expectation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You've done this before: 2-6+ years in an analytical role where you owned business-critical metrics or initiatives. (We're hiring across levels; we'll figure out the right fit together.)
- You use AI tools proactively and hold AI-assisted work to the same bar as your own.
- You can take a vague question, wrangle the right data, isolate insights, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders who aren't data people.
- You're a strong storyteller: you know how to make a compelling, concise case for action.
- You're technically sharp: advanced SQL is table stakes. Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, ELT workflows) and visualization tools (Hex, Sigma, Amplitude, Looker) is a plus.
- You have product sense: you think about the member experience, not just the numbers.
- You're curious about how things work. Algorithms, hardware, health science: you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to understand.
- You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait to be told what to work on.
- TEAMS WE'RE HIRING FOR
We’re looking for multiple analysts to work across our product teams. During the interview process, we'll work with you to find the right team fit based on your interests and strengths:
- AI Product: The future of intelligent coaching and personalized insights powered by AI/ML.
- Algorithms: Where the science meets the product; sleep, recovery, strain, and how algorithmic outputs translate into member value.
- Hardware Product: The physical device experience; sensors, wearability, and next-gen hardware.
- Healthcare Product: Building WHOOP's Health Operating System; health outcomes, clinical features, personalized wellness.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $155,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to take architectural ownership of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform. This is the most senior individual contributor role on the DevX and AI team, and the decisions you make here — which surfaces to expose, which formats to support, which standards to set — will bind the platform for years.
You are not a manager, but your influence is org-wide. You define how developers and AI agents interact with Shop Builder's foundational capabilities: UI as Data, custom blocks, themes, data binding, catalog, payments. You are the technical authority on what the platform exposes and how, and you are deeply hands-on with the hardest parts of that work.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform: which APIs to expose, in what shape, through which surfaces (REST, SDK, MCP, CLI).
Define the interface contracts that LLMs and developers interact with — React component APIs, custom block schemas, theme tokens, data binding formats — and maintain them with the rigor of a public API.
Design and lead delivery of the MCP server that allows AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to build, deploy, and operate Shop Builder storefronts end-to-end without the editor in the loop.
Architect the CLI and local development environment: how developers scaffold projects, iterate locally, preview changes, and push to production.
Define the deploy, versioning, and rollback model for developer-published content — custom blocks, themes, and layouts.
Design the sandbox and preview environment system so agents and developers can iterate without touching live partner sites.
Set the documentation standard: written for LLMs and humans as first-class users, maintained from single canonical sources and published to every surface (CLI help, dev docs, MCP tool descriptions, AI context).
Lead the eval harness architecture: how the team measures whether an LLM-generated block, theme, or layout is correct before it ships.
Collaborate with Principal/Staff Engineers across payments, auth, live ops, and catalog to pull inbound capabilities into coherent developer-facing surfaces.
Serve as the technical bar-raiser for the team: define code standards, review critical implementation decisions, and mentor the Tech Lead and engineers.
Contribute to hiring and define the technical culture of the team from day one.

10+ years of professional engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record as a Staff or Principal engineer who has shaped platforms, APIs, or developer tooling used by external builders.
Deep expertise in designing and shipping public APIs and SDKs, including versioning strategy, backwards compatibility, and developer ergonomics — strong opinions about what makes an API delightful vs. painful.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React — the primary interface language for LLMs and developers on this platform.
Hands-on experience building CLI tooling and local developer workflows (scaffolding, hot reload, file-based config, deploy commands).
Solid understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent agentic tool-use interfaces, and practical experience building tools that AI agents can reliably invoke.
Experience building systems at global scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), with deep knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ability to write and reason about LLM-friendly documentation and API surfaces: you understand that token-efficiency, predictability, and schema clarity matter as much as human readability.
Exceptional technical communication: clear RFCs and ADRs, productive architecture reviews, and the ability to explain second-order consequences to engineering and business leadership.
Comfort operating in a greenfield context — you define the structure rather than inherit it.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in game tech, digital commerce, or storefront platforms — understanding the publisher/developer relationship and headless vs. hosted deployment patterns.
Experience building platforms where AI agents are a first-class user: MCP servers, LLM tool registries, agent eval pipelines.
Familiarity with Figma's plugin/component API, design token standards, and design-to-code pipelines.
Contributions to open-source developer tooling, SDK frameworks, or API standards.
Background in block or extension marketplace design: sandboxing third-party code, schema validation, publisher ecosystems.
Published technical writing, conference talks, or influential community presence in developer tooling or AI-native development.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
The Data Infrastructure team at Cohere is responsible for the storage and data movement layer underlying every model training run. We're building the unified storage layer that feeds our training workloads. It needs to serve petabytes of training data and model checkpoints fast enough to keep thousands of GPUs busy across several training clusters. In this role, you’d have an opportunity to build this system from the ground up. You’d be a key contributor, working on a problem few teams have had to solve at this scale.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and operate the distributed storage system that feeds model training and evaluation.
- Run this system multiple on Kubernetes clusters at petabyte scale.
- Work with researchers and training-infra teams on how jobs actually read and write data, and turn that into throughput, latency, and durability requirements
- Work through the networking, I/O, and consistency problems of moving large datasets and checkpoints across regions and backends, with GPU idle time and time-to-insight as the measures of success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Strong storage fundamentals, including replication, consistency, caching, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong coding ability. We work in Python and Go; experience in either is enough, but you should be willing to pick up the other
- Experience running stateful systems on Kubernetes, including Persistent Volumes, CSI drivers, and StatefulSets.
- Hands-on experience with cloud object storage such as S3 as well as POSIX-style filesystems.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience with parallel or HPC filesystems such as Weka, VAST, or Lustre.
- Familiarity with the data-loading and checkpointing patterns used in large-scale model training.
- An interest in how large models are trained and evaluated, including the trajectory and eval data those runs generate, and a desire to understand the workloads the platform is serving.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

The engineering team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Investigations group, you'll be a technical leader on the Government Systems team — the group responsible for the deployment platform and operational infrastructure that delivers Chainalysis Reactor to government and high-security customers.
The mission of the Government Systems team is to ensure that Chainalysis's most security-sensitive customers can run Reactor reliably in their own environments — including networks with strict access controls and limited connectivity. Government Systems sits at the intersection of infrastructure operations and product delivery. Product teams own their application code, but rely on Government Systems to provision environments, manage release pipelines, and operate the deployment platform. As a senior engineer you will be the connective tissue between these groups — setting technical direction, resolving cross-cutting issues, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet growing demands.
Note: This position requires eligibility to access U.S. Government information and systems. Due to applicable government security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Due to collaboration with Europe, we are highly prioritizing candidates based in EST timezone.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the design and evolution of RKE2 Kubernetes clusters across development, acceptance, and production environments — driving upgrades, capacity planning, networking strategy, and operational resilience
- Architect and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) to provision and manage AWS-based environments, establishing patterns and modules that the team can scale with confidence
- Own the CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions) end-to-end — designing pipeline architecture, improving build performance, and ensuring releases flow reliably through staged environments
- Drive GitOps-based delivery strategy using Flux CD, defining standards for Helm charts and Kustomize overlays and ensuring consistent reconciliation across clusters
- Define container image lifecycle policies — building, signing, storing, and distributing images across OCI registries for multiple deployment targets
- Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation, improving environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes at a systemic level
- Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices — owning dashboards, runbooks, and post-incident reviews that raise platform reliability over time
- Serve as a technical point of contact for product service teams integrating into the deployment pipeline — unblocking teams, troubleshooting complex environment issues, and advocating for infrastructure best practices
- Own the security posture of the deployment platform — managing secrets, certificates, RBAC policies, and security configurations to meet compliance and operational security requirements
- Mentor and grow other engineers on the team through code review, pairing, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Deep experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale — cluster lifecycle management, Helm, networking, persistent storage, performance tuning, and complex workload troubleshooting
- Expert-level proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including module design and state management strategies
- Strong Linux systems administration skills (RHEL or similar — networking, storage, systemd, performance analysis, shell scripting)
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar), with a focus on reliability, speed, and developer experience
- Deep familiarity with AWS services commonly used in infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EBS, Lambda, and related networking and security services)
- A strong operational mindset — you take ownership of reliability, think about failure modes proactively, and build automation to prevent recurring issues before they impact customers
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Flux CD or ArgoCD in complex, multi-environment setups — including designing promotion strategies and managing drift
- Familiarity with container registry operations, image distribution, OCI artifact management, and image signing or verification workflows
- Experience managing databases in Kubernetes environments (e.g., PostgreSQL operators, stateful workloads, backup and recovery strategies)
- Familiarity with Kafka or other message brokers in a containerized environment, including operational management and scaling
- Experience with configuration management or automation tools (Ansible or similar) at fleet scale
- Advanced scripting proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation, tooling, and integration work
- Experience supporting environments with strict security or compliance requirements (FedRAMP, FIPS, IL environments, or similar)
- Exposure to or passion for the cryptocurrency technology ecosystem
Technologies we use:
- Kubernetes: RKE2, Helm, Kustomize, Flux CD
- Cloud provider: AWS (EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, semantic-release
- Monitoring and alerting: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Humio
- Scripting and automation: Shell, Python
- Container registries: OCI/Docker
- Database management: PostgreSQL
- Event streaming: Kafka
- Operating systems: RHEL, Rocky Linux, Amazon Linux
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
