ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own the inbound lead routing process, partnering with Marketing to ensure proper attribution
- Run territory management and strategy for geo-based decision-making
- Support and strategize on every aspect of revenue operations in your territory
- Own capacity forecasting strategy, including inputs, throughputs, and outputs, and serve as the conduit back to Finance in the US for effective capacity forecasting
- Provide input and strategy on comp-based decisions and benchmarking
- Support leadership on overall regional operations and finance strategy across all functions, including sales, presales, and ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools on the market and be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and pipeline reporting to give leadership real-time visibility
- Monitor deal progression and hold reps accountable for CRM hygiene and accuracy
- Support deal reviews at the pricing and negotiation stages, coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- Own the closed-won process from signature through handoff to post-sale
- Administer commission plans across the sales org, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and serving as the source of truth for comp-related questions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–7 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth, usage-based sales organization
- You’ve built core GTM infrastructure before: lead routing, CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, commission administration, and deal desk
- You have deep proficiency in CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data hygiene
- You’ve owned commissions end-to-end: building the model, calculating payouts, fielding rep disputes, and keeping it reconciled with Finance
- You’ve run a deal desk, know what makes a contract clean, and catch errors before they become problems
- You’re strong in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a pipeline coverage model and know which metrics actually matter
- You’ve earned trust with a sales team by making their lives easier while holding them accountable to process
- You have a builder’s mentality: you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
- You can zoom out and think strategically while staying close enough to the work to get your hands on the keyboard
- You have an AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI in your work and are excited to pioneer its use in go-to-market operations
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and earn trust across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- You’re a player-coach: you’re not above the details, and you’re excited to own the work yourself

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is looking for a Head of Demand Engine to build the engine that turns our best product stories, customer proof, and market opportunities into scaled pipeline. You’ll lead demand programs across campaigns, digital, paid strategy, webinars, email, web, and emerging channels. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing on audience and offer strategy, with Performance Marketing on paid execution, and with Field Marketing & Events on the moments that benefit from in-person activation.
This is a senior leadership role with both AMER and global scope. You’ll help set the global standard for how Notion plans, runs, tests, and measures demand programs, while learning from strong regional teams and making the best ideas repeatable across markets. You’ll lead a growing team spanning demand programs and digital demand, with room to expand into areas like partner marketing over time.
This is a build job as much as a run job. We’re looking for someone with real taste who can spot a strong idea, turn it into a sharp program, and build a repeatable engine around what works. You should care about quality and craft, but also love testing, data, systems, and execution. The opportunity is to modernize demand generation at one of the companies defining how teams work with AI.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the demand programs strategy, calendar, and operating rhythm across priority audiences, segments, and offers.
- Turn strong product stories, content, customer proof, and market opportunities into integrated programs that can scale across channels and regions.
- Build a high-velocity testing practice. Set a high bar for creative and execution, learn quickly, and put more weight behind what works.
- Serve as the global point person for paid digital demand strategy. Define the audiences, offers, creative, programs, and goals, then partner closely with Performance Marketing on execution and optimization.
- Lead digital demand across webinars, email, web, review sites, nurture, and new formats, creating new programs where the strategy calls for them.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to build a trusted global approach to marketing ROI, attribution, forecasting, MQA/MQL methodology, and campaign reporting.
- Work closely with Enterprise Product Marketing on audience, offer, and campaign strategy, and with Field Marketing & Events on coordinated execution.
- Help build our muscle in account-based marketing and partner marketing as those motions develop.
- Be a trusted partner to Sales and executive leadership. Bring a clear point of view, make the numbers legible, and advocate for what will have the most impact.
- Hire, coach, and lead a strong team across demand programs and digital demand.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A track record of building and scaling B2B demand programs that create qualified pipeline.
- Strong judgment and taste. You can point to specific programs that worked because the audience, offer, creative, and execution were sharp.
- Deep digital demand experience across paid strategy, email, web, webinars, nurture, and integrated campaigns.
- A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs, systems, and investment decisions.
- Comfort with data. You can work closely with Marketing Ops and RevOps on attribution, reporting, forecasting, and ROI, and translate the numbers into clear action.
- Executive presence. You earn trust with Sales and company leaders, hold a strong point of view, and are comfortable making hard calls.
- Experience leading and developing strong teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience operating across regions, or genuine curiosity and appetite to build globally.
- Comfort with ambiguity. This model is still being written, and you’ll help write it.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building account-based marketing programs.
- Experience with partner or ecosystem marketing.
- Experience working across both product-led and sales-assisted growth motions.
WHY THIS ROLE
This is one of the most visible, highest-impact seats in Notion’s marketing org. You’ll have the mandate to build the demand engine, shape how we measure marketing ROI globally, and work directly with Sales, RevOps, company leaders, and regional marketing teams.
The playbook for B2B demand generation is changing. Buyers expect better content and experiences, AI is reshaping how programs get built, and old attribution models are under pressure. If you want to apply what already works, challenge what doesn’t, and help define a more modern model, this is the job.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re the Eneba Engineering team. We bring together product-minded engineers, tech leads, and managers who are passionate about building and maintaining a stable, scalable marketplace for gamers. Our mission is to keep Eneba running smoothly while enabling steady, iterative growth. We focus on reliability, clear ownership, and pragmatic engineering that serves real business needs.
We're looking for a Head of Engineering to own Eneba's engineering organization day to day. You'll drive technical decisions, people structure, process evolution, and AI adoption across an org of 70+ engineers spanning Software Engineering, Mobile, Security, and IT Admin. You'll report directly to our VP of Technology and work in close partnership with our Director of Product.
What you'll own in year one
- Own the overall stability, reliability, and efficiency of Eneba’s core technology, ensuring the platform runs smoothly while continuing to evolve iteratively over time.
- Lead, mentor, and support a lean core of engineering managers and tech leads fostering a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, and strong technical ownership.
- Maintain and continuously improve engineering practices, processes, and documentation so that teams can onboard quickly, rotate between projects, and keep the “machine” well oiled despite ongoing growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical priorities that optimize for long-term maintainability over constant reinvention.
- Anticipate scaling and stability risks (e.g., headcount changes, new projects, or shifts in focus) and proactively prepare the platform, architecture, and teams to handle them with minimal disruption.
- Ensure a high bar for code quality, security, and operational excellence, while keeping the organization lean and efficient rather than growing the team unnecessarily.
- Create an environment where Eneba can safely experiment with new practices and technologies that improve efficiency or enable future projects when needed, without compromising the stability of the existing platform.
- AI adoption: setting the culture, tooling, and behavior modeling for AI/LLM usage across the engineering organisation
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years as a Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior engineering leadership role
- Proven experience leading engineering organisations of 60+ engineers in product-focused tech companies, operating as a manager of managers with tech leads and engineering managers reporting into you across multiple disciplines (backend, frontend, mobile)
- Strong hands-on software engineering background earlier in your career, with the ability to make architecture and system design decisions across the stack and earn the trust of senior engineers independently
- Track record of scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to move fast, make decisions without heavy approval chains, and operate in ambiguity
- Experience working in consumer-facing product companies (marketplace, e-commerce, gaming, consumer fintech, or similar)
- Genuine enthusiasm for people leadership at scale — you've built and coached engineering managers and tech leads over multiple years, developed talent, and handled underperformance, restructures, and difficult conversations directly
- Active user of AI/LLM tools in your own work, with demonstrated experience driving adoption within your engineering team — including a clear point of view on trade-offs around cost, quality, and use cases
- Demonstrated ability to run stable, scalable platforms with a focus on reliability, predictability, and incremental improvement over time
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing engineering in executive-level and cross-functional discussions
- Comfortable operating without rigid long-term roadmaps; able to bring judgment, structure, and continuity while preparing the organisation for likely challenges
- Experience working in multi-product or multi-project organisations is a strong plus
- Based in Lithuania or willing to travel regularly to our Kaunas headquarters, particularly in the first three months
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
