ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the event-processing pipelines and services that turn Nebius product usage into revenue.
You will work on systems that process a continuous stream of usage events, where correctness and failure recovery matter as much as throughput. The output is money: a silently dropped or double-counted event is a real financial error.
Usage of every Nebius product arrives as a stream of events. Our pipelines and services ingest, validate, enrich and price it in near real time, and deliver the results to invoicing, reporting and customer-facing account management.
In this role, you will:
Build stateful streaming pipelines that compute billed consumption in near real time.
Develop and operate Go services that ingest usage events, move data between our storage systems and deliver consumption data to users through usage APIs and billing data exports.
Guarantee correctness under failures: idempotency, exactly-once processing and reconciliation.
Operate transactional storage, persistent queues and change data capture under high throughput.
Build reusable streaming infrastructure rather than solving each use case independently.
Improve the reliability, scalability, latency and observability of the billing platform.
Take end-to-end ownership of your systems: design, implementation, reliability and deployment.
We expect you to have:
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Professional experience building and operating backend, streaming or data-intensive systems.
The ability to reason about consistency and data correctness under failures.
Experience with databases, messaging systems or event-processing platforms.
The ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and solve problems without an obvious predefined solution.
The ability and willingness to learn the team's technology stack.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with a stateful stream-processing framework such as Apache Flink or Kafka Streams.
Experience designing streaming pipelines.
Go development experience.
Experience operating services in Kubernetes.

Go, Python
Apache Flink

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peec AI is building the data plane for AI visibility: millions of chats, scrapes, citations, sources, model responses, and customer-facing insights running through a fast-moving backend.
This role is for an engineer who wants to own the systems behind that. You will not just add endpoints or close tickets. You will make our scraping, chat-processing, source-ingestion, and analytics infrastructure more reliable, cheaper, faster, and easier for the rest of the team to reason about.
The best fit looks like someone who can debug a provider outage in the morning, design a better queueing model before lunch, ship a TypeScript service change in the afternoon, and write the postmortem or follow-up ticket clearly enough that the next engineer immediately knows what to do.
We are especially interested in people who have built or operated systems with real constraints: rate limits, flaky third-party APIs, queues, webhooks, retries, distributed locks, data migrations, observability gaps, customer pressure, and cost ceilings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of backend, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering experience in a production environment.
- Deep hands-on TypeScript experience. We run TypeScript services on Bun, and we care about people who can design clean, reliable backend systems rather than only write application code.
- Strong understanding of queues, workers, retries, rate limits, idempotency, distributed locks, webhooks, and failure handling.
- Experience operating systems under real production pressure: incidents, provider outages, customer escalations, noisy alerts, slow dependencies, and incomplete data.
- Comfort with cloud-native infrastructure. Our stack includes GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres, Firestore, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to debug across layers: application code, logs, metrics, queues, provider APIs, databases, network behaviour, and deployment state.
- Product-minded judgement. You can separate internal detail from customer-safe explanation, and you understand when a “small infra change” has customer, security, or cost implications.
- High ownership and low ego. We want people who take responsibility for ambiguous systems, ask sharp questions, and make the team better through clear thinking and kindness.
- A bias toward durable fixes. You do not stop at “restart the pod” if the real issue is retry amplification, missing backpressure, an unsafe parser assumption, or a provider limit we do not model.
TECH STACK
- Languages: TypeScript, Python
- Runtime/frameworks: Bun, Elysia, Node-compatible services
- Cloud/infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, Firebase/Firestore, Postgres, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, structured logging
- Product/data domain: LLM chats, AI search, source scraping, citation extraction, provider integrations, customer-facing analytics
- AI/model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode / AI Overview, plus scraping/provider APIs around them
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

We're looking for a Content Manager to join our Game Tribe and help transform how we create, implement and manage content across our portfolio of slot games.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong content management skills with technical knowledge, a passion for AI and a drive to improve existing processes through automation.
You'll take ownership of game-related content throughout the development lifecycle, from creating game rules and documentation to implementing content directly into game clients, managing localisation and ensuring accuracy across multiple markets.
Beyond traditional content management, you'll play a key role in introducing AI-powered solutions, developing automation tools and improving technical workflows to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency and streamline content delivery.
Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Game Designers and other cross-functional teams, you'll identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, solve technical challenges independently and contribute to the continuous improvement of our content management processes.
We're looking for someone who is technically curious, proactive and comfortable experimenting with new technologies. Someone who doesn't just follow existing processes but actively looks for smarter ways to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content management tasks, developing and implementing AI-powered tools, scripts and workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
- Technical Content Implementation: Take ownership of implementing game rules, texts and UI content directly into game clients, working with structured file formats such as JSON and XML and resolving straightforward technical challenges independently.
- AI-Assisted Development: Leverage AI technologies and coding assistants to develop scripts, generate and improve code, build practical solutions and optimise existing content workflows.
- Code Quality & Validation: Review, test and validate AI-generated code and technical solutions, ensuring they are reliable, maintainable and aligned with established development standards.
- Game Content Creation: Create accurate and engaging English content for game rules, paytables, previews, feature descriptions and UI elements, translating complex game mechanics into clear explanations.
- Localisation Management: Coordinate multilingual content and translations through localisation platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with technical and market requirements.
- Workflow Optimisation & Quality Assurance: Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and introduce automated solutions to reduce manual effort, minimise errors and improve content validation.
- Game Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain game documentation, support game and feature naming, and ensure content meets relevant regulatory and market requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Mathematicians and Designers to ensure content is accurately created, implemented, tested and delivered throughout the game development lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement & Ownership: Proactively explore emerging technologies, take ownership of content-related activities and drive technical improvements that enhance team productivity and reduce unnecessary developer dependency.
Requirements
- Experience in content management, technical content implementation, workflow automation or a related role, ideally within iGaming, gaming or a software-driven environment.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, with the ability to read, understand and modify code, evaluate AI-generated solutions and implement straightforward technical changes independently.
- Practical experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or AI coding assistants, to generate code, solve technical challenges and improve existing workflows.
- Hands-on experience developing scripts, automation tools or technical solutions that streamline processes, reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Confidence working with JSON, XML, HTML.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts, code quality and development conventions, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recognise when developer support is required.
- Familiarity with code editors or development environments such as VSCode, WebStorm or Cursor, and a willingness to learn new technical tools.
- Excellent written English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create clear, accurate and engaging game-related content.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage technical challenges, multiple priorities and project deadlines.
- Proactive, curious and innovative mindset, with strong ownership, effective cross-functional communication and a genuine interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing AI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar model APIs.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, including the ability to read, understand and modify existing code to support content implementation, automation and workflow improvements.
- Understanding of the game development lifecycle, particularly within iGaming or online slot games.
