About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the leader of our Enterprise Asset & Wealth Management sales organization, you will build and lead a team that brings transformational AI to the world's leading asset managers, wealth managers, and private markets firms. These are organizations rethinking how they generate investment insight, serve clients and advisors, scale personalization, and meet fiduciary and regulatory obligations. They are looking for a partner they trust to take frontier AI from promising pilots into production at the core of their business.
You will own a broad portfolio of major AWM institutions at very different stages of AI adoption, from firms already running Claude in production to those just beginning their journey. Your coverage will span global and regional asset managers, alternatives managers, and wealth businesses. You will lead Account Executives, design the coverage and territory model, and build the repeatable, AWM-specific plays that turn early wins into durable, scaled adoption across research, portfolio and client operations, advisor productivity, and compliance and supervision. The selling is technical and multi-stakeholder: platform decisions, model governance, security and procurement rigor, and solutions built on Claude through our API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and partner cloud platforms. You will shape strategy and operating rhythm while staying personally engaged with executives on the pursuits that matter most.
This is a rare opportunity to build an organization, not just run a number: to shape how the asset and wealth management industry adopts frontier AI, and to do it at a company where safety, trust, and long-term customer outcomes are central to how we sell.
Key responsibilities
Define AWM go-to-market strategy and coverage design, including segmentation across asset managers, alternatives managers, and wealth platforms, territories, account prioritization, and vertical value propositions, and evolve the coverage model as the business scales
Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise Account Executives with deep asset and wealth management and platform-selling expertise; develop leadership talent and create career paths that keep top performers growing
Codify the use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions that make wins repeatable across AWM, such as investment research and idea generation, portfolio and client reporting, RFP and due diligence automation, advisor productivity and client personalization, and compliance and supervision workflows, partnering with Marketing, Enablement, and partner teams to scale them
Engage personally with C-level and business-line executives (CEOs, CIOs, COOs, Chief Data and AI Officers, Heads of Distribution, and Heads of Wealth) on priority pursuits, building business cases and value narratives and navigating complex procurement, security, model-risk, and legal processes through to production deployment and expansion
Own the organization's revenue targets and operating rhythm, instilling pipeline-generation discipline and running forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning cadences that make performance predictable and coachable across a high-volume book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate AWM needs, including fiduciary, books-and-records, and client-data requirements, into product and roadmap input
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, cloud partners, and the data and technology providers that AWM firms rely on, to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic with customers and at industry events as a visible, trusted leader
Minimum qualifications
Experience leading enterprise sales teams that sell technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data and machine learning platforms
A track record of winning and growing enterprise customers, including building C-suite relationships, in asset and wealth management (asset managers, alternatives managers, private banks, wealth platforms, or the technology and data providers that serve them)
Experience designing go-to-market coverage for an enterprise sales team, including segmentation, territories, and account prioritization
Operational rigor across both a high-volume pipeline and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders, and with investment and distribution leaders: CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML, Heads of Research, and Heads of Wealth or Distribution, plus experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
Strong coaching skills that raise team performance through deal coaching and account strategy, combined with personal effectiveness alongside executives on high-priority opportunities
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading other sales leaders (second-line management), or demonstrated readiness to step into that scope
Experience building or meaningfully scaling a verticalized or multi-segment sales organization
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large asset managers, wealth managers, or private markets firms
Familiarity with AWM use cases and buyers, such as investment research and portfolio analytics, client reporting and RFP automation, advisor and relationship-manager productivity, and fund operations and servicing
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling in AWM, including fiduciary and suitability obligations, SEC and FINRA expectations on supervision and books and records, model-risk management, client-data privacy, security review, and the governance expectations of financial institutions
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators, as well as the data, analytics, and portfolio-technology vendors embedded in AWM firms
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, re-segmentation, or significant change

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform, and publish them across our socials
- Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what's possible
- Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap
- Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
- Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
- Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops
- Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and Marketing
- Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content, with a portfolio of work you can share, you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer
- Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
- Comfortable presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product
- A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Experience building or growing a creator community (Discord, forums, or similar)
- Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience
- Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering/product teams
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead content and community strategy across ElevenMusic as the product and team scale
- Move into a broader creative or content role spanning video, editorial, and social across ElevenLabs brands
- Expand into creator partnerships, evangelism, or brand marketing as the growth team evolves

We strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates. Our process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, and timed cognitive tests. If you are an individual with a disability or are neurodiverse and need specific accommodations—such as extra time on a test, an alternative communication format, or flexible scheduling—please feel free to let us know. OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
