About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing analytics platform. It connects data from 1000+ marketing and sales sources, cleans and organizes it, and lets teams analyze it and act on it through an AI Agent, without manual reporting. Our customers are marketers, agencies and analytics teams at mid-size and enterprise companies.
The Role
We're looking for a UGC Creator to make short, authentic videos about Improvado and its products. You'll explain what we do and show how it helps marketers, in a real, human voice rather than a polished ad voice.
What you'll do
Create short videos on the product use cases, walkthroughs, "how I'd use this" stories and explainers of our features and AI Agent
Turn briefs into your own script and storytelling (we give you the product input, you make it engaging)
Handle filming, voiceover, editing, captions and on-screen text
What we're looking for
3+ UGC or video projects in your portfolio (required)
Confident on camera, with a natural, conversational delivery
Strong English
Able to explain a technical or B2B product in simple words
Solid editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript or similar)
Reliable with weekly deadlines
Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS, marketing or analytics tools, or AI products
Details
Format: freelance, remote
Commitment: 1 × ~3-min video per week
Time zone: must be available for syncs in PST
Please share the link to your portfolio with at least 3 available UGC videos.

We're a fast-growing Series A startup ($34M raised, $10.3M ARR, 75% gross margin) building the unified marketing intelligence platform for enterprises like Spotify, Asus, and Colgate. Our Platform Team owns the core data pipeline infrastructure powering 500+ integrations — and we're now rebuilding how that work gets done, with AI at the center.
We're looking for a Principal Engineer who can set the technical direction for AI-assisted engineering across the Platform Team — someone who doesn't just use AI tools, but defines how they're used responsibly at scale.
About the Role
You'll be the architectural voice on the Platform Team, shaping how we design, build, and evolve our core Python-based extraction and load infrastructure. More than that, you'll own the engineering practices shift: defining how agentic coding, AI-assisted development, and LLM tooling integrate into our delivery process without sacrificing reliability or maintainability. This is a hands-on role — you'll be writing code, reviewing architecture, and mentoring engineers, not just advising.
Responsibilities
Own platform architecture: design and evolve data extraction, load, and pipeline systems serving 500+ integrations at scale
Identify architectural bottlenecks and drive performance/reliability improvements at scale (Kubernetes, distributed systems, ClickHouse/PostgreSQL)
Lead modernization of legacy systems into scalable, AI-native infrastructure
Design and implement agentic development frameworks for codebase maintenance and continuous improvement — owning the full loop from AI-assisted development to automated acceptance and rollout, with proper validation, testing, and architectural guardrails
Make and document key technical decisions; set the bar for code quality, system reliability, and performance
Mentor and level up engineers on AI-assisted development practices — help them ship faster without introducing hidden risk
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and AI teams on agentic framework rollout and new integration capabilities
Requirements
7+ years of backend engineering (hands-on programming), with at least 2 years in a principal/architect-level role owning production systems
You've designed and scaled complex systems, not just maintained them
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, agentic coding) — you ship with it, know its limits and where they break, and have built agentic frameworks for code maintenance and rollout
Strong distributed systems background: Kubernetes, workflow orchestration (e.g. Temporal), message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ)
Experience building secure systems that are hard to break, hard to breach, and resilient
Experience with reliability practices at scale: observability, alerting, incident response
Solid SQL and query optimization across PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
Comfortable with ambiguity and high-velocity, fast-shifting priorities — we move like a startup, not a committee
Ability to work within EST timezone
Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Track record of defining engineering standards and driving adoption across a team
Experience migrating legacy pipeline systems
Background in data integration or ETL infrastructure
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Direct impact on platform architecture — your decisions matter
Modern AI-native tech stack with real freedom to experiment
20 PTO days + US holidays
Stock options
Professional development reimbursement
Optional relocation assistance to Latin America after trial period

AI Product Builder
Improvado
is an AI-powered, unified platform designed for marketing teams in medium to large-scale enterprises and agencies, who are looking to automate complex marketing intelligence and reporting to make decisions with ease. Improvado gathers, organizes, and untangles marketing data to deliver instant insights through BI and AI, helping to eliminate complexity, delivering laser-focused insights to optimize budgets, enhance campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
About the role
As an AI Product Builder you own one product area end to end. Which area depends on where we need you most, and the work is the same in all of them. Our products turn marketing data into decisions, and each of them has the same failure mode: it tells the customer something and stops there. Your job is to find where your area stops short of causing a decision, build the part that closes that gap, and show that somebody acted. You will build hands-on with AI, shape the roadmap, work directly with engineering teams and with customers, and decide what a good recommendation looks like for a different persona on the same data - a media buyer, an analyst and a CMO do not want the same thing.
Responsibilities
Own the product area end to end, from idea to delivery, and define how the roadmap evolves
Close the gap between what the product reports and what the customer does about it: decide what gets recommended and to whom, and build the loop that makes those recommendations better over time
Work hands-on with AI, from mockups and prototypes through to production code for smaller features, alongside an engineering team of three to ten people
Run customer discovery yourself and turn it into roadmap decisions
Define and measure the metrics that prove the product caused someone to act
Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools, scripting and the modern data stack
Collaborate with Product, BI and CSM teams on architecture decisions and customer data requirements
Qualifications
Product ownership experience
- able to take a problem end to end with minimal hand-holding, and point at things you built that are still in use
Demonstrated use of
AI tools
in daily work: Claude Code, agentic coding, prompt engineering, with a clear view of what you deliberately do not delegate
Experience
building an AI agent
and making it reliable in production
Marketing or revenue data domain
experience, and you have computed those metrics yourself rather than receiving them from an analyst
Comfortable working with engineers as a peer rather than across a handoff
Strong
SQL
;
Python
for data processing and automation
Fluent English
- there are customer calls and escalations in this role
Availability to overlap
US Pacific
business hours (or at least East)
Nice to have
Hands-on
ETL/ELT pipeline
experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse)
Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements
BI tools (e.g. Superset) for operational reporting
Process
A screening call, a 45-minute call with the VP of Product, a take-home designed for 90 minutes to two hours, and a review of it with our product managers.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
Modern AI tech stack and freedom to experiment
High-velocity team where you will constantly learn and scale your skills
High autonomy and ownership - we care about outcomes, not hours
AI-first, collaborative, no-bureaucracy culture with a technically strong, international team
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership.
About the Role
Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.
Associates manage application preparation, submissions, and follow-up. Senior Associates own end-to-end enrollment files, payer escalations, and re-credentialing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans).
Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines.
Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complete enrollment files end-to-end for assigned clients, including complex group/facility enrollments and payer escalations.
Run the re-credentialing and expirables calendar so nothing lapses.
Review associates’ submissions for accuracy and coach on payer-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment. Sr Associate: 3–4 years with end-to-end enrollment ownership.
Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals; strong understanding of enrollment workflows and timelines.
High attention to detail — credentialing errors are expensive and slow to unwind.
Preferred
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD-Staff, Verity, or similar).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Moderate-to-strong — good spoken and written English for payer follow-ups and professional, client-facing emails and notes. Accuracy in writing matters as much as speed.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with payer portals, CAQH / PECOS / NPPES, tracker maintenance, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:

Zero lapses on expirables and re-credentialing dates.
Accuracy / rework rate on submissions.

REPORTS INTO
President & COO
⚠ This is not a delivery role. You will not run RCM accounts, manage billing teams, or handle client escalations. You will own the independent measurement layer that tells leadership whether delivery is doing what it committed to do. If you want to go deeper into governance and analytics rather than climb an operations delivery ladder, read on.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization running RCM, credentialing, and provider services for 270+ provider organizations across the US. Our delivery teams operate from Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
We are creating a new seat: Assistant Manager, RCM Business Excellence. This is the founding role of an independent governance function. You will sit alongside delivery, not inside it: your mandate is to define what good process looks like for every RCM account, measure whether it actually happens, and give leadership numbers they can act on. Quality assurance reports to you. You define the metrics, own the cadence, and build the function as it scales.
The shift is India business hours with overlap into the US morning for leadership reviews. This is not a night shift role. If you have spent your RCM career on a night shift at a BPO, that changes here.
What You Will Own
1. Process SLA Conformance
Define the committed process standard per RCM account: charge lag, posting turnaround, AR touch cadence, denial resolution timelines, and aging thresholds.
Track actual performance against committed standards at a granular level. Strategic accounts reviewed weekly, the rest monthly.
Flag risks proactively with proposed solutions before they breach SLAs.
2. Monthly Performance Insight
Build the monthly performance pack from daily productivity and quality data. The standard: a reader can act on it without asking a follow-up question.
Breaches carry a named owner and a resolution date. Last month's breaches are re-checked before new ones are raised.
Contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards shared with delivery leadership and, where relevant, clients.
3. Quarterly Financial Review
Analyse financial performance across all RCM accounts: charges, collections, AR aging, denial rate, net collection rate, and cost to collect.
Present trends to senior leadership each quarter. You will be supported in building this, and expected to stand behind your conclusions when challenged.
4. Quality Function Ownership
Line management of the Quality Lead and QA analysts. You own the sampling plan, audit calendar, scoring consistency, and auditor calibration.
Ensure QA findings reach the floor and drive change, rather than living in a report.
Audit team output for accuracy; identify recurring error patterns and drive corrective action.
5. Process Change Measurement
When a new coding guideline, SOP, or process rule goes out, measure whether it was adopted and what it did to denials or rework.
Rule issued, adoption measured, impact quantified, result fed back. Close the loop, do not just report the issuance.
What You Bring
Must-Have
6 to 8 years in US healthcare RCM operations, with hands-on exposure to AR and denials and a working understanding of how process failure shows up in revenue.
Experience building a reporting, MIS, or business excellence function from scratch: defining the metrics, sourcing the data, establishing the cadence. Inheriting and running a function is not the same thing.
Fluency in RCM financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one, not just report the number.
Advanced Excel and working SQL. You use SQL to validate data, not to list it as a skill.
Confidence presenting findings to senior leadership and holding a position when challenged. This means publishing numbers that make delivery look bad when the numbers say so.
Strong Preference
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence training you have actually applied to a live project, not just certified.
Experience across multiple billing platforms (AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, Centricity, or similar) and the data normalisation that comes with it.
Prior management of a small quality or audit team.
Power BI familiarity, though the analytics team owns the front end.
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare analytics firm or BPO process excellence background.
Experience designing and running an MIS reporting function in a US RCM environment.
Exposure to SSAE-18 or SOC 2 audit readiness in an RCM context.
Who You Are
You publish findings that make the delivery team look bad, and you sleep fine afterward. If you soften conclusions to keep the peace, this is the wrong seat.
You build something and then measure whether it worked. The artifact is not the point; the change it produced is.
You ask what a number means before you report it. A chart that describes what happened is the beginning of the work, not the end.
You would rather be right and uncomfortable than comfortable and wrong.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree, any discipline. An analytical or healthcare-adjacent background is preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the COO and CEO quarterly. Communication below this standard will not progress past the screening stage.
Shift: India business hours with US morning overlap for leadership reviews. Onsite, Gurugram.
Notice Period: Up to 60 days preferred. Beyond 60 days considered only for an exceptional profile.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like across the first year:
Day 30: a current-state assessment published that honestly names what can and cannot be measured today. No softening.
Day 60: SLA conformance tracking live for strategic accounts.
Day 90: SLA conformance extended to the full RCM book.
Month 3 onward: monthly performance pack running reliably. Leadership reads it and acts on it.
Year 1: four quarterly financial reviews delivered and defended, MIS Analyst hired and producing independently, at least one process change closed end to end with adoption measured and impact quantified.
End of year 1: the business argues from your numbers rather than about them.
Career Path
This is the founding seat of a function, not a standalone role. Business excellence and governance are established career tracks in RCM that run to Director and VP level at the large players. We are building ours from its first hire.

The function at company scale
The move to Manager is earned against stated milestones, not time served. The rungs beyond it describe where the function is heading as the business grows.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: TA screening call (30 minutes). Role fit, domain depth check, and shift confirmation.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO (45 to 60 minutes). Process knowledge, multi-account RCM experience, measurement approach, and how you handle findings that are unwelcome.
Stage 3: Analytical exercise. A take-home case using real account data with a genuine deterioration in it. You have 3 days to complete it. We are watching whether you reach for root cause or describe the chart.
Stage 4: Conversation with the CEO (45 minutes). Scope discussion, career trajectory, and how you think about building a governance function.
Stage 5: Reference checks (minimum 2 calls). Specifically: an occasion when this person delivered findings that were unwelcome, and what happened next.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Founding Seat of a Function
You own this from its first hire. The metrics, the cadence, the standard: none of it exists yet. That is rare at this level and reads strongly on a CV.
Scope from Day One
The whole RCM book, not one account or one process. At AM level in most RCM organisations you own a slice. Here you own the view across all of it.
Day Shift, Not Night
India business hours with US morning overlap. Not a night shift role. If you have spent your career on a night shift, this changes here.
AI Makes This More Important
As automation absorbs transactional delivery work, the measurement and governance layer becomes a larger share of the organisation. We are building an RCM platform now, and its analyst roles report into this function.
Ability to work within EST timezone; Optional relocation assistance to Latin America after trial period
