The Role: Seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to be the primary architect of quality assurance strategy for a high-growth client team. Responsibilities include building scalable automation frameworks, defining test strategies, selecting tools, and integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines. The role is for a "Developer in Test" focused on building safety nets for confident code shipping.
What we are looking for:
— 5+ years in test automation with expertise in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
— Ability to write clean, maintainable test code in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
— Experience building and scaling automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Screenplay Pattern)
— Extensive experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Postman, SuperTest, or RestAssured
— Hands-on integration of automated tests into pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
— Mobile automation experience with Appium or Maestro is a significant advantage
— Familiarity with performance testing tools like k6 or JMeter
Nice-to-Have:
— Knowledge of Docker for containerized testing
— Experience with Visual Regression testing tools (Percy, Applitools)
— Familiarity with Cloud Testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm)

Responsibilities:
— Define automation roadmap and select tools matching client stack
— Write, maintain, and optimize complex end-to-end integration and regression test suites

We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the company’s Sales and Marketing organisation and build the commercial engine for our next stage of growth. What You’ll Do
Lead and grow a product-focused backend team.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
5+ years of backend development experience, with strong Python expertise.
Experience leading and scaling a product engineering team.
Strong expertise in Python 3.12+, Django 4+, Django REST Framework, Celery, pytest, Redis, PostgreSQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, and AWS.
Familiarity with FastAPI and Kubernetes.
Bonus points for experience with PostGIS, Helm, or ArgoCD.
A track record of building and shipping scalable SaaS products.
A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to align engineering with product goals.
A passion for mentoring engineers and building healthy, high-performing teams.
Curiosity and excitement about AI/ML-driven products.
