ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
LangChain has strong technical credibility, a large developer community, and a lot worth saying. What we need now is someone to make sure we're saying it — consistently, strategically, and in ways that land.
We're looking for a Head of Narratives to own how LangChain shows up in the world across communications, brand, social, and design. This is a role for someone who thinks like a media company operator: always-on publishing, sharp editorial judgment, a clear point of view on the themes that matter, and a relentless focus on getting great narratives in front of the right people at the right time.
You'll lead an existing team of rockstars across brand, social, and design — each with deep expertise. Your job is to give the team a shared narrative direction, keep the output sharp and consistent, and make sure LangChain is building an audience that wants to hear from us.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the direction but you'll also be in the work — shaping editorial, giving creative feedback, and reviewing and writing. The right person is opinionated about what good looks like and hands-on enough to help get there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Communications
- Define the themes and narratives LangChain is hitting. Spearhead the direction on what LangChain should be known for and translate that into a rolling communications strategy the whole team is working from. This is the backbone of everything else.
- Own press and media relations. Kickstart our comms efforts, building and managing relationships with key journalists and outlets, drive proactive press coverage, and act as the point of contact for inbound media inquiries.
- Shape executive visibility and thought leadership. Identify the moments, platforms, and formats where LangChain's leaders should have a voice, and help them show up with a clear, consistent point of view.
- Lead announcement strategy. Plan and execute communications around major launches, funding, partnerships, and company milestones, working cross-functionally to make sure the story lands with the right audiences at the right time.
- Set and uphold the communications standard. Define LangChain's voice in the outside world and the quality bar for anything that goes out under its name.
Brand
- Shape brand direction in close partnership with the brand lead. The brand lead focuses on brand voice, visual identity, and standards. You'll work closely together to align on where the brand is headed, what it stands for, and how it shows up — with narrative and brand informing each other rather than operating separately.
- Stay close to major brand moments. Bring a point of view on concept and messaging for out-of-home, awareness campaigns, and other brand initiatives. Work with the brand lead to make sure what we're saying and how we're showing up are pulling in the same direction.
- Make sure brand and narrative feel like one thing. The brand should feel like a natural extension of the editorial point of view, and vice versa.
Social & Rich Media
- Partner with the social lead on strategy, themes, and goals. The social lead focuses on growing LangChain's social channels and ways to amplify our content and messaging. Work together to ensure social is amplifying the themes and narratives the broader team is driving.
- Shape LangChain's rich media approach together. Work with the social lead to develop a shared point of view on how video, audio, and other formats fit into the content mix — where they build audience, where they deepen credibility, and how to build the right execution muscle over time.
- Track what's working, what's not, and use it to sharpen direction. Stay close to performance across content, comms, brand, and social to have a better sense on where to focus, what narratives are resonating, and where to double down.
Brand Design
- Lead the creative direction for brand design in close partnership with our brand designer. Own the visual vision for how LangChain looks and feels — and work day-to-day with our brand designer to translate that into execution across campaigns, content, comms, social, and brand moments.
- Be a strong creative partner. Have a real point of view on what looks right, what earns trust with a technical audience, and where the work needs to go further. Give clear direction and help the designer do their best work.
- Keep visual identity consistent across every channel. A media company looks like itself everywhere it shows up. Make sure LangChain does too.
Team Leadership
- Lead by being in it. Develop your team by being close to the work — giving useful feedback, shaping output, and raising the bar through example.
- Build the operating rhythm. Establish the rituals and shared workflows — editorial planning, cross-functional reviews, publishing cadences — that help brand, social, comms, and design operate as a unit.
- Connect narrative to the rest of the business. Translate what marketing, sales, product, and leadership need into a narrative strategy your team can execute — and keep everyone aligned as priorities shift.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to work like a media company operator. You think in publishing cadences, audience development, and narrative arcs — not just campaigns. You know what it takes to build an always-on narrative engine and keep it running at a high standard.
- Player-coach. You've led creative, comms, or content teams and know how to develop people — but you stay close to the work and make it better by being in it.
- Strong narrative instincts. You have a clear point of view on what makes a brand story work and can translate that into real direction across comms, brand, social, and design.
- Analytically grounded. You track what's working, form a view on why, and use that to make better decisions about where to focus. You connect creative work to business outcomes.
- Developer audience instincts. You understand what earns trust with technical audiences and can orient a creative team around that bar.
- Collaborative and clear. You work well with strong practitioners who own their domains — building alignment without stepping on what they own.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading narrative, brand, or comms teams at a developer-focused company
- Background in technical or developer marketing
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and the tools developers use to build
- Track record running brand campaigns, including out-of-home or awareness programs
Salary Range: $200K-$240K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$183,340
—
$206,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is seeking a Presentation Designer to own presentation design end to end and help make every deck, from an intimate strategy meeting to a high-profile main-stage keynote, a sharp and compelling reflection of our brand and story.
Presentations are one of the highest-leverage surfaces at Vercel. They are where executives communicate strategy, where product teams tell their stories, and where the company shows up in front of customers, partners, and the press. This role will own the full lifecycle of presentation design, from initial concept through storytelling, visual design, presentation systems, and final delivery across PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides.
Beyond designing individual presentations, this person will help build the systems, templates, components, guidelines, and workflows that allow presentation design to scale across Vercel. They may also partner with our Design Engineering team to explore and build internal tools that make it easier for teams to create high-quality, on-brand decks efficiently.
You'll work closely with our Creative/Brand, Executive, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Design Engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into visual narratives that resonate with any audience and raise the bar for presentation design across the company.
This role is ideal for a designer who thinks about narrative and hierarchy as much as pixels, can balance high-touch creative work with scalable systems thinking, and knows how to build trust while working directly with senior executives under tight timelines. You'll report to the Director of Creative Design within our Creative/Brand team and will be based in San Francisco or New York City.
What you'll do
Own presentation design strategy and execution end to end, leading projects from initial concept through final delivery while staying aligned with objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Design visually compelling presentations that combine storytelling, information design, and data visualization to communicate key messages clearly and memorably.
Build and maintain a cohesive presentation design system, including templates, components, layouts, motion principles, documentation, and usage guidelines.
Develop scalable, branded presentation frameworks across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and Keynote so teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Partner with Design Engineering to explore, prototype, and potentially build internal tools that improve how presentations are created, maintained, and scaled across the company.
Establish workflows and governance for presentation assets, making it easy to distribute updates, maintain consistency, and evolve the system alongside the Vercel brand.
Identify repetitive presentation-design tasks and create systems, automation, or tooling that reduce manual work and improve quality at scale.
Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, ensuring every deck reflects Vercel's brand.
Partner directly with executives and speakers to tailor narratives and visuals to their individual voice, style, audience, and presentation needs.
Integrate multimedia, including animation, video, and interactive elements, to maximize audience engagement during high-stakes moments.
Translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals, researching topics deeply enough to identify the simplest and most compelling way to explain them.
Iterate quickly on feedback from executives and cross-functional partners, delivering polished, presentation-ready materials under deadline pressure.
Support Vercel's highest-visibility moments, including product launches, corporate events, customer presentations, and executive keynotes, with design that performs on the main stage.
What you need
4+ years of experience in visual communication, presentation design, brand design, or multimedia design.
Expert proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Figma Slides.
Strong understanding of presentation systems, including templates, reusable components, master layouts, documentation, and asset governance.
Experience building and maintaining scalable, on-brand self-service templates for use by teams with different levels of design expertise.
A systems-oriented mindset and an interest in improving creative workflows through tooling, automation, and close collaboration with engineers.
Experience partnering with design engineers or developers to prototype or build internal creative tools is highly valued.
Experience incorporating multimedia elements such as audio, video, animation, and interactive content.
Experience developing visual narratives for B2B SaaS, developer tools, technical products, or services.
Ability to research and precisely translate complex information into clear and compelling visual narratives.
Adept at customizing presentations to align with different speakers, audiences, formats, and themes.
Proven track record of designing high-impact presentations for main-stage corporate events as well as smaller executive, strategic, and customer-facing meetings.
Experience collaborating effectively with C-suite executives and senior leaders on presentation projects.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of presentation work across different formats, themes, audiences, and levels of visibility.
Evidence of strong project management from initial concept through final delivery.
Track record of maintaining brand integrity across a broad presentation ecosystem.
Bonus if you
You have motion design or motion graphics skills.
You have experience building plugins, prototypes, automation, or internal creative tools.
You understand frontend development or have experience collaborating closely with Design Engineering teams.
You are comfortable flexing into smaller brand and visual-design projects when time allows.

ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. - Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).

- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Daily exposure to the CEO and leadership of the world's #3 mobile publisher.
- A launchpad role: previous holders of comparable seats typically move into GM/VP/founder roles.
- Competitive package.

- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
