OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Requirements

About the role
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
What you’ll do
- Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
- Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
- Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
- Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
- Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
- Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Requirements
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
- 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
- Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
- Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
- A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
- Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
- Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
- An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
- Bias toward shipping

Key responsibilities
Build and lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives covering large pharma and biotech accounts, setting growth targets by segment and coaching reps through the full sales cycle from outbound to close
Design and oversee sales strategies tailored to the distinct procurement cycles of pharma and biotech, including R&D and discovery budgets, clinical development and operations, regulatory and CMC investment, commercial budgeting, and enterprise IT and digital transformation programs, translating market and trend analysis into account plans and campaigns that meet and exceed team revenue targets

Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence across the team, managing an evolving sales process to deliver predictable, coachable performance against quota
Serve as Anthropic’s domain expert across the pharma and biotech value chain, including discovery research, IND-enabling studies, clinical trial operations, NDA/BLA regulatory submissions, tech transfer and manufacturing, post-market safety, and commercial launch, and translate that expertise into repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and go-to-market strategies your team and the broader field organization can scale
Partner directly with C-suite and senior R&D leaders (CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CSOs, CMOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Clinical Development, Heads of Regulatory, CCOs) across pharma and biotech organizations to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
Partner closely with Product and Applied AI to translate feedback from discovery scientists, clinical operations teams, regulatory and quality leaders, and commercial teams into product and roadmap input, strengthening Anthropic’s value proposition across the segment
Build strategic relationships with life sciences-focused system integrators, technology vendors, CROs, CDMOs, and industry organizations to scale go-to-market capabilities
Establish Anthropic’s position as the AI partner of choice across pharma and biotech through conference presentations, white papers, case studies, and participation in industry forums

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Sierra’s founding Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Cloud Deployments, you’ll help define how we bring our AI platform into the cloud environments of some of the world’s largest and most regulated enterprises. Working alongside Agent Engineers, Deployed Infrastructure Engineers, and Agent Strategists, you’ll own the programs & strategy that take customers from deployment planning to agents live in production, and continue to support the upgrades and expansion that follow. You’ll bring your technical program management expertise to enterprise AI while establishing the playbooks and ways of working that help this new function scale.
- Own the end-to-end program plan for a customer's in-VPC (Bring Your Own Cloud, BYOC) deployment. Translate customer requirements into a clear deployment plan, with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and dependencies across Sierra and customer teams.
- Keep the customer's teams (platform engineering, cloud provisioning, security, networking, model access) aligned and moving, and clear blockers before they hit the launch date.
- Be the translation layer between our engineers and the customer's: define requirements such as model access, observability, and upgrade cadence, and turn technical discussions into actionable next steps.
- Run the operating cadence (standups, weekly status, escalations) so leadership and working groups on both sides always know where the project stands.
- Partner with Sierra's Platform and Deployed Infrastructure teams to feed customer-specific learnings back into our standard deployment offering, runbooks, and tooling, making each subsequent launch more predictable and repeatable.
- Define the TPM function at Sierra as we scale & establish the playbooks, operating rhythms, and standards that future TPMs and customer teams will build on.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years in technical program management, infrastructure or platform program management, deployment or solutions engineering, or a similar role where you were accountable for delivering complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- A track record of bringing structure to complex technical programs, with strong attention to detail and the follow-through to turn plans into results.
- A strong technical foundation from infrastructure, platform, or complex backend programs. You can work through technical dependencies with engineers, understand how requirements such as networking, permissions, and provisioning affect delivery, and translate those discussions into a clear plan. You’ll deepen your knowledge of Sierra’s architecture and customer deployment environments as you ramp.
- Technical curiosity: you learn new systems quickly, ask thoughtful questions, build context, and apply what you learn to move programs forward.
- Comfort operating inside large, complex enterprise organizations (change management, security reviews, ownership spread across many teams) with the persistence and resourcefulness to keep teams aligned and deployments moving.
- Clear, structured communication: you make complex technical topics, program status, and decisions understandable to engineers and leaders, and adapt your approach to your audience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER…
- Hands-on engineering background (software, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure) before moving into program or product management, or direct experience with AWS, VPCs, IAM, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
- Experience deploying software into customer-owned cloud environments (BYOC, VPC, or air-gapped), especially at banks or other regulated institutions.
- Familiarity with LLM infrastructure: model gateways, Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, observability for AI systems.
- Experience at an early-stage company where you built the program-management function from scratch.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
