Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma's distribution partnerships team is passionate about unlocking new sources of revenue and hyper-scaling growth through the power of strategic alliances. We are looking for an experienced senior partnerships leader to manage and develop our AMER distribution partnerships team while personally owning Figma's most strategically complex global alliances - including our relationships with global system integrators and high-priority service partners.
This is a player/coach role: you will both lead and develop a team of Distribution Partner Managers and personally own the execution of Figma's most important and complex GTM partner relationships. You will build partner program playbooks, establish engagement frameworks, and help define the future of the distribution partnerships function as Figma continues to scale globally.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, develop, and manage a team of 2 to 3 Distribution Partner Managers across North America (this may grow over time based on results and quantifiable impact); provide consistent coaching, clear goal-setting, and formal performance management
Personally own and manage complex partner relationships with large services organizations (such as global SIs, major agencies, and consulting firms); includes executive-level engagement, mutual success planning, and driving positive post-sale outcomes / partner-influenced revenue
Build program playbooks, partner engagement frameworks, and onboarding models from scratch - creating scalable tools that the global distribution partner team can adopt and execute
Develop new partner strategies for emerging, high-growth opportunities at Figma; includes identifying new types of distribution partners and leading early-stage partner recruitment
Represent the distribution partnerships function with VP+ stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, GTM Operations, and Product; serve as a senior voice for the partner program in cross-functional forums
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
12+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or related GTM roles
3+ years of direct people management experience, including full performance cycles (goal-setting, coaching, performance management) for ICs at a high-growth SaaS company
Proven track record of personally managing executive-level relationships with global SIs or Tier-1 consulting firms while driving measurable commercial outcomes
Experience building partner programs or engagement frameworks from scratch - not just inheriting and refining mature, established programs
Demonstrated player / coach mentality - comfortable being both a manager and a hands-on individual contributor at the same time
Strong cross-functional influence skills - represent the partner function credibly with VP-level stakeholders to successfully gain buy-in for partner investments
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Knowledge of US Federal or public sector partner motions and procurement processes
Experience developing partner programs in Latin America, including Spanish and / or Portuguese language skills
Previous time inside a global SI or professional services firm in a client-delivery or alliance management capacity
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, collaboration tools, and AI-supported digital product development workflows
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Manager to find, build, and scale new ways for Avoca to reach the market. Avoca plays in a relationship-driven industry, and ecosystem partnerships are a major revenue driver. This is a growth-hacker role with a revenue goal and a generalist mindset: part relationship builder, part operator, part builder who uses AI to do the work of a much larger team.
You'll go after high-leverage channels, starting with the industry networks and peer groups where thousands of operators make buying decisions together, and expanding into whatever motions move the number. You'll design experiments, build the systems and automations to run them, and turn what works into a repeatable engine. The scope is wide and the whitespace is real. We're looking for a genuinely smart, high-agency person who builds their own leverage.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority growth bets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with major industry networks and peer groups
- Build and maintain the relationships that unlock these channels, and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Use AI and automation aggressively to run more experiments, reach more people, and operate at a scale a traditional hire couldn't
- Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems
- Own your numbers and report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and where to double down
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role
- Exceptional relationship skills, people trust you and want to work with you quickly
- Genuine horsepower: you learn fast, think from first principles, and figure out hard problems without a template
- Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating anything repetitive, you'd rather build a system than do the same thing twice
- High agency and a builder's mentality: you create your own leverage and move without waiting to be told
- Strong communication, written and verbal, with both operators and executives
- Bonus points: A track record of building something from zero, a company, a product, a channel, or a scaled process
WHO YOU ARE
- You're a builder who gets energized from building relationships, owning a number, and finding leverage others miss
- You don't need a playbook or an industry pedigree, you create clarity where none exists
- You work hard because you have a high standard for yourself: you want to own outcomes, carry a number, and prove out models the company can scale
- You're equally comfortable charming a room and wiring up an automation behind the scenes
- You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Our Recruiting team will share full details as you progress through the process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. And, we combine the spirit and agility of a startup with our global scale and the backing of Prosus, one of the largest consumer internet groups in the world.
We also unlock value for our stakeholders. We are proud of the positive contribution we make to our planet, by enabling more conscious consumption and helping the world make the most of its limited resources through more efficient trade.
And last but not least, we love to unlock value for our customers. Every single month, over 300 million people use our platforms to easily, safely, and conveniently find their perfect home, buy or sell a car, find a great job, sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need. And we help thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses find their customers too.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. About You
We’re looking for a Web3 Fullstack Engineer to build the layer where web2 and web3 meet. Our mission is seamless web2 ↔ web3 integration — letting players and developers interact with digital items and move them through their full lifecycle (mint, own, trade, transfer, redeem, retire) without ever having to think about which side of the chain they’re on. You’ll work across the whole stack: wallet-connected frontends, high-throughput backend services, and the smart contract and indexing layers that make on-chain items feel as fast and familiar as anything in web2.
This is a hands-on engineering role with broad ownership. A player buying an item with a credit card, a game granting an in-game asset, and a marketplace settling a peer-to-peer trade should all resolve to the same coherent item model — regardless of whether the item lives in a database, a custodial wallet, or on-chain. Making that experience invisible to the end user, and reliable for the developer, is the core of the job.
You care about product quality and developer experience as much as protocol correctness. You’re comfortable owning a feature end to end, reasoning about trust and custody boundaries, and making pragmatic calls about what belongs on-chain versus off-chain.

Responsibilities
Build Seamless Web2 ↔ Web3 Integration
— Design and ship the flows that let users move between traditional accounts/payments and on-chain wallets without friction: custodial and non-custodial wallets, account abstraction, gasless transactions, and fiat on-ramps.
Own the Digital Item Lifecycle
— Build the systems behind item mint, ownership, transfer, trading, and redemption — keeping on-chain state and off-chain records consistent, auditable, and fast.
Develop Fullstack Features
— Deliver end to end across wallet-connected frontends, backend services, and the smart contract / indexing layer that powers item ownership and turnover.
Model Items & Ownership
— Design data models and APIs that represent items uniformly whether they live off-chain, in a custodial wallet, or on-chain, and keep them in sync.
Ensure Reliability of Value Flows
— Anything that moves items or money must be correct under failure: idempotency, reconciliation, replay safety, and clear recovery paths.
Integrate Blockchains & Marketplaces
— Interact with EVM chains, token standards, indexers, and marketplace/settlement flows; abstract their differences behind clean internal interfaces.
Collaborate Across Teams
— Work with product, security, payments, and game-facing teams to turn business needs into well-scoped technical plans, and document decisions so they stand on their own.
What You Bring
Web3 & Digital Assets
Web2 ↔ Web3 Integration
— Hands-on experience bridging traditional systems with on-chain ones: wallet onboarding, custodial vs. non-custodial trade-offs, account abstraction, gasless/relayed transactions.
EVM & Smart Contracts
— Working knowledge of EVM chains and Solidity, including reading, integrating with, and reasoning about the safety of contracts.
Token & Item Standards
— Practical understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, and how they map to real game items, ownership, and transfers.
On-chain / Off-chain Sync
— Experience keeping blockchain state consistent with off-chain databases: indexing, event ingestion, reorg handling, and reconciliation.
Frontend Engineering
TypeScript & React
— Strong TypeScript and React skills for building responsive, production-grade interfaces.
Wallet Integration
— Experience with wallet connectivity and web3 client libraries (e.g. wagmi, viem, ethers.js, WalletConnect) and embedded/social login wallets.
Backend Engineering
Backend Services
— Solid backend skills in Node.js and Go: clean APIs, concurrency, and performance under load.
Distributed Systems
— Experience with distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes), especially where correctness of value transfer matters.
Data & Infrastructure
PostgreSQL
— Schema design, query optimization, and migrations at scale.
Kubernetes
— Deploying, operating, and debugging services in a k8s environment.
Message Streaming
— Kafka or NATS — event-driven patterns, consumer groups, at-least-once delivery.
Git & CI/CD
— Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Domain Context
Gaming Industry Experience
— Experience building or operating platforms for game developers, publishers, or players — especially anything touching in-game items, economies, or ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience building NFT marketplaces, item trading, or secondary-market / settlement systems
Familiarity with blockchain indexing tooling (The Graph, custom indexers) and node/RPC infrastructure
Experience with account abstraction (ERC-4337), smart wallets, or paymaster/relayer setups
Background in payments or fiat on-ramp integration bridging traditional commerce and crypto
Experience with non-EVM ecosystems (Solana, etc.) or cross-chain / bridging patterns
Familiarity with security and compliance relevant to digital assets: custody, key management, audit logging, KYC/AML touchpoints
Contributions to open-source web3, wallet, or tooling projects
Hands-on, up-to-date experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation, review, and accelerating day-to-day engineering work

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function — the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems — all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
- Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time-phased program with clear milestones and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices.
- Own the program-governance framework — risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering-committee reporting — and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact.
- Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation.
- Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms.
- Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT — simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program-management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
- Elite stakeholder communication — able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced-technology industries.
- Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries.
- Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi-team organisation.
- PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the named technical owner for the mission-critical workload that anchors a strategic enterprise customer’s Vercel relationship, across a portfolio of concurrent accounts. You’ll work as a peer to customers’ VPs of Engineering and CTOs, take over the post-sales technical relationship from the Solutions Architect through a structured handover, and coordinate every Vercel team on the account, including Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales. Customers buy this engagement, so success is measured by renewal: your proactive architecture and cost work should be worth more than what the customer pays for it. The role has no on-call rotation, no production code, and no sales quota. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or Austin.
What you’ll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running weekly calls, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and an annual roadmap workshop
Co-own each account with the Account Executive: you own the technical relationship and the technical case for renewal
Take ownership of escalated incidents and recurring patterns, driving post-mortems, root-cause analysis, and remediation roadmaps, and respond to P1 and P2 escalations within 4 business hours
Run proactive architecture reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope and coordinate Forward Deployed Engineering, audits, workshops, and Professional Services projects on your accounts, and relay customer needs to Product and Engineering
What you need
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company (TAM, Solutions Architect, Developer Success, Field Engineer, or technical consultant), owning strategic customer relationships including QBRs and renewals
Ran a technical platform at scale in a customer-facing role, with fluency in CI/CD pipelines, preview environments, release mechanics, and cost and performance patterns
Production architecture experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Ramped quickly on an unfamiliar technical product and earned customer trust
Can write a one-page executive summary of a complex technical situation for customer leadership
Willing to travel 4 to 8 times per year to customer offices, generally in-region
Bonus if you
Worked as a Technical Account Manager at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK, MCP servers, or similar frameworks
Run an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review-style engagement with an enterprise customer
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $163,000-$204,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

What you will do
As a Platform Engineer, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

• Building flexible yet solid and accessible development environment for researchers, so they can focus on core mission.
• Designing, implementing and advocating for solutions addressing large amounts of data and maintainable data pipelines.
• Optimizing a variety of builds: container images, large libraries compilation times, python environments...
• Building strong relationships with researchers, understanding their workflow and enabling them to achieve more by leveraging your expertise.
• Communicating and producing documentation or any content that will help them to make the most out of the tools and systems you'll build.
• Being part of the team that "platformizes" research and constantly improve the daily experience for researchers while avoiding future roadblocks.
About you
• 5+ years of successful experience in a similar DX / DevOps / SRE role.
• Proficiency in software development (Python, Go...) and programming best practices.
• Exposure to site reliability engineering: root cause analysis, in-production troubleshooting, on-call rotations...)
• Exposure to infrastructure management: CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, infra-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability...).
• Technical product mindset (e.g. understanding how to debug poor adoption).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ability to contextualizing, gauging risks and getting buy-in for high stakes and impactful solutions).
• Ownership, high agency and constantly seeking to learn and improving things for others.
• Autonomous, self-driven and able to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Low ego and team spirit mindset.
Your application will be all the more interesting if you also have:
• First hand Bazel (or equivalent) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python's ecosystem.
• Familiarity with GPU based workloads and ecosystems.
• Experience of full remote environments (you're comfortable with having some of your users on the other side of the globe).
