About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber
Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)
to sit at the intersection of enterprise AI platforms and executive Finance business functions for our Fortune 100 enterprise client. This role bridges advanced AI platform engineering with direct business impact—translating ambiguous financial challenges into working AI applications, deploying them into regulated client environments, and iterating in tight loops to drive measurable ROI.
Rather than building static models or waiting for formal spec sheets, you will operate as a product-minded technical lead. You will prototype user-facing tools in days, deploy agentic and RAG workflows on top of enterprise data stacks (Databricks Genie), and ensure high adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End AI Application Prototyping & Delivery
Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance business units—from initial discovery with CFO stakeholders to production deployment, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
Rapidly prototype vertical applications using Streamlit, Databricks Apps, FastAPI/Flask, or lightweight React interfaces within 1–2 weeks to gather real user feedback.
Handle "last mile" execution: edge cases, data quirks, business rule exceptions, and user training to turn prototypes into sticky enterprise products.
Agentic Systems & LLM Engineering
Build production-grade vertical AI tools leveraging Databricks Genie (Genie Spaces, semantic models).
Construct robust RAG pipelines incorporating advanced chunking, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search, Cortex Search), retrieval evaluation, grounding, and citation.
Implement LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and apply rigorous prompt engineering with hallucination and accuracy evaluation discipline.
Enterprise Data & Regulated Integration
Deploy applications inside heavily regulated enterprise environments, adhering strictly to RBAC, data residency, audit, and compliance constraints (SOX, GxP).
Connect solutions to governed datasets, semantic models, and core enterprise platforms (SAP, Workday, Coupa, ERP) via secure REST APIs.
Instrument all deployed apps with usage metrics, telemetry, and business outcome tracking from day one.
Strategic Stakeholder Advisory & Pattern Extraction
Work directly with senior Finance leadership (CFO office, FP&A, Controllership) to translate ambiguous operational friction into crisp technical roadmaps.
Extract reusable code components, prompt templates, evaluation harnesses, and retrieval patterns into shared enterprise assets for broader deployment.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
Product-Shaped Builder:
Strong bias for action; comfortable shipping rough prototypes in Week 1 over polished spec documents in Week 4.
Ambiguity Tolerance:
Proven ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
Outstanding ability to interface directly with senior business leaders without requiring intermediary Business Analysts.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Python, FastAPI/Flask, SQL, and UI frameworks (Streamlit, Databricks Apps, React).
AI Platforms:
Direct hands-on experience with
Databricks Genie
.
LLM Engineering:
Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector search engines, and prompt evaluation harnesses.
Cloud & DevOps:
Deep working knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable), modern Git workflows, CI/CD, and basic MLOps awareness (observability, versioning via LangSmith, Datadog, etc.).
Domain Competency (Finance Focus)
Solid foundational understanding of core Finance business processes (FP&A, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, close cycles) and common financial metrics (OPEX, EBITDA, gross margin, working capital).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Prior FDE, Solutions Engineer, or Field Engineer experience at high-growth AI/Data companies (Palantir, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic).
Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or CPG enterprise Finance.
Experience with enterprise Finance software (SAP S/4HANA, Veeva, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Financials).
Certifications: Databricks Certified, or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be training or fine-tuning foundation models from scratch; you are applying existing models to business problems.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on builder role.
Not a pure Backend or MLOps Engineer:
You must be comfortable owning the user-facing interface and direct business interaction.
Location: Texas City, United States; Oklahoma City, United States; Arkansas City, United States; Houston, United States

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's enterprise business is growing fast, and enterprises are adopting Claude across product surfaces. Before they can deploy at scale, they need the same foundations everywhere: security and compliance controls, identity and access management, data governance, admin controls, and cost and spend management. This work is especially critical for customers in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector), whose security, privacy, and resilience requirements set the bar for everyone else.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with the teams that own these enterprise foundations, own the planning and execution rhythm that gets each capability onto every surface, and contribute to a coherent leadership view of coverage, gaps, and progress across products. This is a senior role: product, engineering, and GTM leaders will look to you for where we stand on enterprise readiness and for the plan to close the gaps.
Responsibilities
Run the planning and operating cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap across surfaces: clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on coverage and status for product, engineering, and GTM leadership
Drive the highest-priority foundational capability programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery on every surface
Shape the readiness bar for new products and features: what a surface must have in place before it reaches enterprise customers, and the call on in-flight features that are missing controls
Work across teams and directly with customers: partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations, join customer security and compliance reviews, and bring what enterprises are blocked on back to product and engineering
Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs: work with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize the highest-impact enterprise asks and map them to roadmaps with dates
Sample projects include
Take a regulated customer's security control assessment from findings to closed gaps, with owners and dates across product, security, and infrastructure
Stand up a data residency program: gather requirements by market, what each surface must support, and sequencing with infrastructure
Build the operating model for co-building with a large enterprise design partner: staffing, cadence, and how their asks reach the roadmap
Extend healthcare compliance coverage to new product surfaces, with a migration path customers can actually take
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities, and are comfortable plainly articulating what is and is not ready for enterprise customers
Have driven adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams that don't share a reporting line, where success depended on other teams building on what you shipped
Understand what enterprises require before they adopt at scale, particularly for customers in regulated industries: security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP), identity and access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), data governance (retention, residency, customer-managed keys), audit logging, and spend controls
Have worked directly with regulated customers on their security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines, and understand how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together
Thrive when the operating model itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Owned a HIPAA program end to end at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and supporting product controls
Worked with financial services customers on data retention, data residency, and encryption requirements (including retention and deletion commitments, regional hosting, customer-managed keys, and contractual evidence and attestations)
Run a design partnership or co-build with a large enterprise customer
Experience using Claude or other LLM tooling to automate program tracking and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As our Manager, Security Incident Response, you are at the center of how 1Password handles the moments that matter most. You will build and lead a team of builders: responders who don't just work incidents, but engineer the automation, tooling, and systems that make response faster and more scalable over time. You will guide program maturity, scale the team's capabilities through AI-assisted tooling, reinforce operational excellence, and step in as incident manager during complex, high-severity events. Success in this role blends strong people leadership with technical depth and sound judgment. As part of the Security leadership team, you will shape response strategy, build effective cross-functional partnerships, and help protect a product trusted by millions.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Threat Operations.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in security incident response, with 2+ years as a people manager or technical leader supporting career development and performance management.
• Experience building or scaling incident response automation, tooling, or AI-assisted workflows (triage, enrichment, investigation), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn’t make decisions.
• Experience setting clear expectations, defining ownership, delegating work, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience managing high-pressure security incidents with clarity, structure, and calm.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and how to respond to them.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience breaking down strategic initiatives into projects, coordinating team sprints, and managing work across competing priorities.
• Passion for fostering psychological safety and stability in stressful environments.
Who you are:
• A people-first leader who prioritizes team development, psychological safety, and performance.
• A builder at heart, someone who thinks in systems and automation, not just case queues, and hires and develops engineers with that same instinct.
• Proactive in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or operational risks and bringing forward actionable solutions, including where AI or automation can close them.
• Effective at driving alignment across teams with differing priorities and perspectives.
• Calm and decisive during high-pressure situations, with the judgment to prioritize effectively and make difficult tradeoffs.
• A clear and transparent communicator who can align teams with differing priorities, surface tradeoffs, and advocate for sound security decisions.
• Motivated by protecting people, data, and the business.
What you can expect:
• Build, lead, and develop a team of incident responders and security builders, setting clear expectations, creating meaningful ownership, and supporting growth.
• Delegate effectively based on team strengths, development goals, capacity, and operational needs while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Define and drive the security incident response roadmap and strategic priorities, including maturing agentic incident response, structured threat hunting, and insider risk investigations as sustained, scaled capabilities rather than one-time builds.
• Balance competing priorities across incident response, strategic initiatives, and team development; make tradeoffs clear and push back when timelines, approaches, or requests create unnecessary risk or unsustainable workload.
• Scale team capacity through AI-assisted tooling and automation, maintaining appropriate controls around human judgment, approval, auditability, and rollback.
• Oversee detection, triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident learning, serving as an escalation point and incident manager for complex or high-severity events.
• Partner with Detection Engineering, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Red Team and other teams to improve cross-functional processes and close detection or response gaps identified through investigations.
• Evolve playbooks, training, tabletop exercises, metrics, and reporting to strengthen operational readiness and program maturity.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, serving as the leadership escalation or incident manager during major or complex incidents.
• Track and report on incident trends, operational metrics, and program maturity, including the impact of automation and AI tooling on response time and coverage.

Every request that hits Claude — from
claude.ai
, the API, our cloud partners, or internal research — depends on a set of decisions made before it ever reaches a model: where each request should be served and how much capacity each model needs right now. Getting those decisions right is crucial to satisfying throughput, reliability, and latency constraints. This group builds the control plane that makes those decisions for Anthropic's inference fleet and own the inference request path.
This is a deeply technical group. The engineers here design placement and load-balancing algorithms, build quantitative models of demand, capacity, and system performance, improve latency across kernel, network, and framework boundaries, and reason carefully about how a change to the fleet ripples through everything that depends on it.
You'll lead a strong group of ML platform, infrastructure, and distributed-systems engineers working alongside the teams that build our ML internals and cloud infrastructure. You need enough systems depth to make architectural calls, hire people who go deep, and see when a proposed change will ripple across the fleet. You're accountable for the health of the whole path from request to model: its efficiency, its reliability, and how well it evolves as models, hardware, and clouds change underneath it.
Key responsibilities
Own the technical roadmap for how the inference fleet is coordinated — where traffic goes, where capacity lives, how caches are placed, how fast the system reacts to demand, and the protocols that keep the control plane and the inference engines in sync
Partner with the product, inference engine, performance, and capacity teams to identify throughput, latency, utilization, and cost wins, then turn those into shipped improvements with measurable results
Build the group's habit of quantitative modeling: claim a win only when you can measure it, and know before you ship what the expected effect is
Set technical strategy for how the control plane evolves across heterogeneous hardware, across multiple cloud providers, and across all our serving surfaces
Run the group's operational backbone — on-call rotations, incident response, postmortem review, deploy safety — so the teams can ship aggressively without the system becoming fragile
Create clarity at a seam: this group sits between the API surface, the inference engines, capacity planning, and the cloud deployment teams
Develop and retain strong existing teams, and hire against a high technical bar
Coach engineers through a roadmap where priorities shift
Shape team structure as the scope grows: decide where the boundaries between problem areas should sit, and grow leads who can own each
Pick up slack when it matters. These are small teams on a critical path; sometimes the EM is the one unblocking a stuck initiative or synthesizing a design debate
Minimum qualifications
Engineering management experience leading teams on critical-path production infrastructure at scale
A deep systems background — load balancing, scheduling, cluster orchestration, autoscaling, cache-coherent distributed state, high-performance networking, or similar — with enough depth to make architectural calls about how a large fleet is coordinated and to evaluate candidates who go to the kernel and framework level
Experience shipping performance or efficiency improvements in large-scale systems, and the ability to explain, with numbers, what the impact was — including the cost side, not just the latency side
Experience running production infrastructure with real operational stakes: on-call, incident response, capacity events, deploy discipline
A results-oriented, impact-driven approach, and comfort working in a space where throughput, latency, cost, stability, launch timelines, and feature velocity all pull in different directions
Ability to build strong relationships across team boundaries — this is a seam role, and much of the job is making sure other teams can rely on yours
Curiosity about machine learning systems — you don't need an ML research background, but you should want to learn how transformer inference actually works and how that shapes the systems problems
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience
Experience with LLM inference serving — KV caching, continuous batching, request scheduling, prefill/decode disaggregation
Background in cluster schedulers, autoscalers, load balancers, service meshes, or fleet control planes at scale (Kubernetes internals, Borg-style systems, or equivalents)
Experience running workloads across multiple clouds or partner platforms, and the reliability and cost trade-offs that come with it
Familiarity with heterogeneous accelerator fleets and how hardware differences affect workload placement and rollout sequencing
Experience leading teams at supercomputing or hyperscaler infrastructure scale
Experience leading multiple teams or a group through rapid-growth periods where hiring, onboarding, and team splits competed with roadmap delivery
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000

Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
