HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
Taking care of our clients is at the heart of our business. Our User Care Experts are on the frontline to answer our members (via chat, email and phone), solve their problems and offer an amazing customer experience.
- Helping our members - Your first mission will be to deal with our members' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner. Your goal is to be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to our members. After all, we are dealing with a crucial subject — their health — and we are committed to offering them exceptional service.
- Improving Alan - As a User Care Expert, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects next to answering our members. The focus of these projects depends on your interest and background. We expect you to help us implement better processes and tools, and to contribute to improving our product. This will involve analysing what you see, identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions on what we can do better.
- Grow and learn - At Alan, we are dedicated to learn as much as we can. It's not every day that you can join a fast-growing company, tackling an obsolete sector by putting the member at the heart of it all. You will become an expert in healthcare and insurance, and help new members of the great healthcare team.
- Pioneering - The 🇧🇪 care team today is still relatively small. However, we have bold ambitions and will grow quickly. You will be involved in building, nurturing and enhancing our care team on a daily basis.
⭐️ JOIN THE 🇧🇪 CARE TEAM ⭐️
You will be a good fit for the role if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in: a customer-support role; or education; or communication
- Are bilingual English + Dutch
- Have a passion for caring for members, and solving their problems
- Love written communication
- Are comfortable with computers and technology in general
- Have a very empathetic mindset
- Are motivated and entrepreneurial
- Have an enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching
- Bonus points if you know how the Belgian healthcare system works — we will teach you if you don’t. 😉
Everything else you know is a plus! We want our team to be made up of a diversity of experiences and backgrounds.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As a Manager of Startups Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI by leading a team of technical architects to help startups build AI-native products with the Claude Developer Platform. Your team is expected to win the trust of founders and engineers by supporting their technical ambitions from early product to scale. You'll bring your own builder credibility and startup instincts to the role — setting the vision for what great technical partnership looks like in the startup segment, developing a high-performing team, and personally carrying relationships with Anthropic's most strategic early-stage accounts.
This is a role for a proven technical go-to-market leader who knows how to build teams that move at startup speed, earn the trust of deeply technical buyers, and turn a scrappy early engagement into a lasting technical partnership. You'll define the playbooks for nurturing and scaling new customers, set the bar for technical excellence, and grow the people — while staying close enough to the ground to know what's actually working. You will partner with sales leaders and work as one team to support your customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and grow a team of Startups Applied AI Architects — setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and startup-paced execution
Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, regular coaching, and a culture of continuous technical development
Personally lead pre-sales engagements with high-priority startup accounts, from initial technical discovery through deployment and expansion, modeling what great looks like for your team
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks: how to run technical evaluations, develop customer-specific eval frameworks, architect LLM solutions for resource-constrained early-stage teams, and win against competitive alternatives
Partner with aligned Account Executives and GTM leadership to shape segment strategy and drive Claude API adoption across the startup ecosystem
Ensure your team consistently surfaces insights on how startups are building with Claude — emerging use cases, deployment patterns, architectural decisions — and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Drive cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and Engineering to advance startup customer needs and shape roadmap priorities
Build Anthropic's technical presence and credibility in the startup ecosystem through events, conferences, workshops, and content
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape — context engineering, eval frameworks, agentic architectures, developer tooling — and ensure your team is operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing SA teams — you know how to hire well, coach effectively, and create an environment where technical talent grows and does their best work
Have deep experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies — you understand the velocity, constraints, and culture of early-stage companies and know how technical decisions get made at each stage of the journey
Bring genuine builder credibility: you've built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you speak the language of founders and founding engineers, and you can earn the trust of deeply technical audiences without relying on a title
Have hands-on expertise with context engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and modern AI architectures, and can guide both your team and customers through the decisions that separate a prototype from a production-grade system
Are comfortable with Python and fluent in the LLM frameworks, tools, and integration patterns common in startup engineering stacks
Are energized by building in ambiguous environments — you're excited to define the playbook, not just run it, and you thrive in fast-moving contexts where the technology and the customer segment are both evolving rapidly
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidates may have:
Experience as a technical founder or in a founder-led sales motion, giving you firsthand understanding of what technical buyers in the startup world are actually evaluating
A track record of winning competitive technical evaluations against other LLM providers
Experience building foundational team infrastructure from the ground up: hiring frameworks, onboarding programs, technical playbooks, and coaching systems in a high-growth environment
Deep familiarity with how developer infrastructure procurement evolves from seed through Series B and beyond, and how to adapt your team's approach accordingly

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the applied end of our post-training research efforts. You will work directly with stakeholders from the world’s fastest-growing AI companies to post-train open-source models that outperform frontier closed models on their specialised tasks. Your day-to-day is finding creative ways to extract signal from complex, domain-specific datasets and building the reward functions, environments, eval harnesses, and training pipelines that turn that signal into better models. The models you train ship to production and reach millions of users.
We are looking for people with hands-on LLM fine-tuning and RL experience. Researchers who are excited by the prospect of shipping models into production, who can translate a customer's domain-specific requirements into an effective training curriculum, and who know when to be rigorous and when to iterate fast.
RECENT RESEARCH

- Distillation without the dark – replicating black-box on-policy distillation on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/research/distillation-without-the-dark/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run post-training pipelines: SFT, GRPO, DPO, RLVR, reward function engineering, and synthetic data generation.
- Build task-specific training environments and evals tailored to customer domains like healthcare, code generation, and legal, spanning multi-turn tool use, sandboxed execution, and agentic workflows.
- Work directly with customers to translate production data into training signal, designing reward loops from real usage patterns and handling distribution shift.
- Run and analyze training experiments end-to-end: diagnose reward hacking, importance sampling drift, and advantage estimation instabilities.
- Publish findings at top venues and contribute to Baseten's open-source training libraries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience training LLMs with reinforcement learning — demonstrated understanding of GRPO or PPO beyond recipe-level reproduction, including group advantage computation, clipped objectives, and KL penalty design
- Strong intuition for reward engineering: the ability to distinguish between a reward that trains effectively and one that will exploit at scale
- Experience building multi-turn agent environments with tool use, not limited to single-turn question-answering setups
- Comfort working across the full pipeline from dataset construction through training, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience with production ML systems. Preference for candidates who have closed a training–inference loop where production data feeds back into model improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with RL training frameworks
- Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, focused on RL for LLMs, reward modeling, or alignment
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Why work at
Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
The role
We are hiring a Startup Program Manager (Lead) to help build and run a world-class, AI-native startup program at Nebius. Reporting into the Head of Startup Program, you will support and execute the day-to-day operations of our global Startup Program, working directly with early-stage founders to get them onboarded, deployed, and set up for success on Nebius.
Unlike traditional startup programs that focus primarily on credits or community engagement, our vision is to create a commercially rigorous, technically differentiated program designed specifically for AI-native companies. You will be hands-on with founders across the startup lifecycle — from onboarding and first deployment through to production scale — and will have the opportunity to contribute to higher-level strategy and program-building work as you grow into the role.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of ecosystem, product, sales, and customer success.
You are welcome to work remotely from the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
VC & Ecosystem Engagement
Build and manage relationships with portfolio companies across priority early-stage VC firms, acting as a trusted point of contact for founders and investors alike.
Run referral workflows and structured outreach to increase portfolio penetration.
Lead technical clinics and enablement sessions for VC-backed startups.
Represent Nebius as a preferred infrastructure partner within venture ecosystems, drawing on firsthand credibility with founders and investors.
Startup Engagement & Customer Journey
Be a primary point of contact for founders in the program, guiding them from initial engagement through onboarding and into production.
Support the execution of stage-based engagement models that help companies progress from early experimentation through growth and scale.
Help apply structured credit frameworks aligned to technical and commercial milestones.
Bring differentiated technical value to founders, including guidance on GPU usage, training optimization, and inference best practices, as part of the core program experience.
Startup Onboarding & Customer Success Enablement
Deliver and continuously improve onboarding experiences that help startups reach first deployment and production quickly.
Work with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to apply startup success milestones and playbooks.
Support technical enablement efforts that help startups deploy faster, manage infrastructure costs, and scale efficiently.
Identify and support high-potential startups through key growth phases, and flag risks to retention and customer health.
Pipeline, Conversion & Reporting
Help generate and manage startup pipeline, and support efforts to improve conversion from credits to paid workloads.
Work with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to track program outcomes and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Contribute to reporting on program performance, funnel health, and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams to keep the startup program running smoothly.
Help reduce friction across onboarding, deployment, and expansion stages.
Share founder feedback and startup-segment insights that inform product and GTM priorities.
Where interested, opportunities exist to get involved in higher-level program strategy and building work alongside the Head of Startup Program.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of experience across venture capital, corporate venture programs, startup-facing GTM, or investment roles
Experience founding, running, or supporting a startup, venture, or ecosystem program (e.g., a corporate venture arm's portfolio program), ideally in tech, fintech, or AI
Direct experience engaging with VC firms and portfolio companies: building referral relationships and driving portfolio penetration
Comfort operating across both technical and commercial/financial conversations, including credit or investment frameworks tied to milestones
Experience collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product, or Customer Success teams
Data-driven approach, with comfort tracking pipeline, funnel, and retention metrics
Ability to build trust and rapport with founders, investors, and technical teams — including credibility from having operated in a startup or founder-facing role
A clear communicator who can work effectively across teams
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Founder or early-stage operating experience (e.g., having started or led a company)
A working understanding of AI workloads, including training and inference environments
Experience at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company
An MBA or equivalent, and/or a background in private equity or capital markets
An interest in growing into a more strategic, program-building role over time

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (High-Touch) for the German-speaking market, you will be the trusted post-sales partner for some of n8n’s most strategic enterprise customers. With a deliberately small book of business, you go deep: you learn each customer’s business, build relationships across their organization, and turn product usage into measurable outcomes and clear ROI.
You will own retention and expansion for your accounts, running a tight operating cadence of kickoffs, success plans, health checks, QBRs and renewals, while proactively managing risk and escalations.
In close partnership with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales, you turn technical success into durable revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own a small book of n8n’s largest, most strategic enterprise customers in the German-speaking market, acting as their primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption and renewal
- Build an account strategy for each customer and a footprint across their organization, from IT and engineering teams to senior business and executive stakeholders
- Own retention and expansion targets, driving renewals and growth (upsell/cross-sell) in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, responsibilities and measurable outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences, unblocking implementation and accelerating time-to-value
- Run a strong operating cadence (health checks, exec syncs, QBRs), using usage and health data to proactively spot risks and manage escalations
- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, outcomes and impact
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering and Product to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and share what you learn with the wider CS team
