About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
We're looking for a
Lead Site Reliability Engineer
to build and run the fundamental part of Nebius in APAC: the Network, the infrastructure everything else depends on. We are at the early stage of our APAC expansion, so this is a hands-on role. You will define reliability targets, write automation and handle incidents yourself, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the region grows, you will build and lead the local SRE team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and own reliability goals for network services and critical paths in the region (SLIs/SLOs, availability targets, error budgets where it makes sense)
Drive reliability improvements across the whole APAC network: not only services, but also site readiness, inter-site connectivity (DCI), and operational standards for new data centers
Own incident response for your areas, lead investigations/postmortems, and turn failures into durable fixes (not repeated firefighting); set up on-call and incident management practices for the region
Build and evolve observability: actionable metrics/logs/traces, alerting, and faster debug loops during and after incidents
Design safer change workflows: automation, CI/CD, test/staging environments, canarying, rollbacks, and auditability for network changes
Work closely with network engineers and platform teams in APAC and Europe to embed operability into designs and keep operations practical and fast
Hire, onboard and mentor the first SREs in the region and set the engineering bar for the team
Coordinate with European teams on handoffs and coverage across time zones
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in SRE / infrastructure engineering, including experience leading a team or acting as a technical lead with broad ownership of production systems
Strong production Linux fundamentals and a structured approach to debugging complex systems
Solid understanding of networking basics and how real networks fail (control plane vs data plane, latency/loss, failure domains, etc.)
Hands-on experience operating high-availability systems and improving them over time (not just "keeping lights on")
Ability to write and maintain software/automation (Go is common for us; Python is also welcome)
Experience with modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, container platforms) and comfort automating operational workflows
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes and a team from scratch
Willingness to stay hands-on while leading and growing a team
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with high-throughput traffic processing: load balancers, tunneling/decap, NAT64, or similar datapath-heavy systems
Low-level networking performance/debug background (eBPF/XDP, DPDK, perf/ftrace, kernel networking internals)
Experience building network-safe delivery pipelines (testing labs, staged rollouts, automated verification, drift detection)
Background with large-scale network observability/telemetry (routing/flow telemetry, regression detection at scale)
Knowledge of the APAC network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

The role
THE ROLE
We are hiring a
Senior Backend Engineer
for two platform products:
Xsolla ID
is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK
is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows, logging in and signing transactions, and other Xsolla teams build on top of them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The backend services of your product area end to end: design, implementation, release and production operation, including on-call
Architecture across services: service boundaries, integration contracts and data ownership. You make these decisions and justify them in writing
Reliability and security of critical flows: SLOs, failure handling, protection of user data and credentials
Service performance and cost under load
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for authentication, account management and wallet operations
Define service boundaries and integration contracts with other Xsolla teams
Design data models and storage; optimize schemas and queries
Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows
Own observability: metrics, logs, tracing and alerting, and act on what production tells you
Take part in on-call, incident response and post-mortems
Improve the engineering environment: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Responsibilities
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial backend development
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency (goroutines, channels, context and cancellation), memory and performance profiling (pprof)
Data
Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL): schema design, indexes, query plans, transactions and isolation levels, safe migrations
Caching (Redis): when to cache, invalidation, consistency trade-offs
Distributed systems
Service architecture and distributed-systems trade-offs: consistency, availability, idempotency, retries, failure modes
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS): delivery guarantees, ordering, reprocessing
APIs
Designing REST and gRPC APIs: versioning, backward compatibility, contract documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger, Protobuf)
Security and identity
Application security: common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10), secrets management, safe handling of user data
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC from the server side: flows, tokens, sessions
Operations
Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) at the level of deploying and debugging your own services
Observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts): metrics, logs, tracing and alerting; diagnosing incidents in production
Engineering practices
Testing: unit, integration, contract
Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Nice to Have
Web3 backend experience: blockchain integration, wallet infrastructure, account abstraction
High-load systems
Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
Domain experience in gaming, e-commerce, fintech or payments
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call.
Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview.
Built directly on the
What you will own

sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser.
An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About Osano:
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About The Role:
We're looking for a product-minded
Senior Software Engineer
to own meaningful parts of the Osano platform end to end, from shaping a problem with Product to running the result in production.
This role is for an engineer who treats AI tooling as a real force multiplier. You use coding agents and AI-assisted workflows to explore unfamiliar code faster, ship more and remove repetitive work. You also have the judgment to verify everything that goes out under your name. We want someone whose impact goes beyond what they write by hand, and who helps the engineers around them do the same.
You'll work across our React front end, Node.js services, PostgreSQL data stores and AWS infrastructure. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, QA and Security.
This is a remote role. You must be based in, and authorized to work in, the United States.
What you'll do:
Build and ship product, end to end
Lead multi-sprint projects from design through rollout: turn a loosely defined problem into a plan, break it into work that you and others can action, and deliver close to estimate.
Design systems that hold up, and write design docs and decision records that weigh the alternatives.
Partner with Product on scope: propose MVP cuts, phasing and tradeoffs, and measure whether what we shipped actually helped customers.
Engineer with AI to multiply your impact
Use AI coding agents and assistants across the whole development lifecycle: exploring codebases, scaffolding, writing tests, debugging, refactoring, migrations and code review.
Stay accountable for every line you ship. You understand and can explain AI-generated code, and you know where AI shouldn't be trusted.
Turn repetitive engineering work into automation: scripts, agent workflows, and checks that save your team time every week.
Share what works: help define how our teams use AI tools, and how we review and verify AI-assisted work.
Use AI responsibly. Customer and personal data stays out of AI tools except through approved, privacy-safe paths. This is non-negotiable at a privacy company.
Own what you ship in production
Build observability, feature flags and rollback paths into your work from the start.
Take turns on our triage and on-call rotation. Lead incident response for your team's systems, and see postmortem follow-ups through to completion.
Identify tech debt, size it, and make the case to get it into the plan.
Build with privacy and security by design
Apply data minimization, residency, retention and access controls to the systems you design, especially those that handle customer and personal data.
Write secure code and fix vulnerabilities in your area as part of normal work.
Raise the bar and grow others
Give code and design reviews that change outcomes, not just approvals.
Mentor engineers earlier in their careers, and make your team better at testing, reviewing and operating software.
Interview candidates and help us hire well.
About you:
Delightful Experience.
You care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push for what actually helps.
Own Your Impact.
You take full responsibility for outcomes, from the first design doc to how the feature behaves in production at 2 a.m.
Stronger Together.
You put team success ahead of individual wins, give direct and kind feedback, and treat documentation and async communication as first-class work.
Growth Mindset.
You're curious and keep learning, especially as AI changes how software gets built. You're excited about what it can do without overselling it or ignoring its limits.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and create clarity for others through good design and clear writing.
Must-haves:
Typically
5+ years
building and shipping production software. We care more about what you've owned than the number of years.
A track record of
leading multi-sprint projects
from design to production in a team setting.
Strong
JavaScript/Node.js
and
React
experience, and solid
relational database
skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong
system design
fundamentals: data modeling, API design, and naming the tradeoffs.
Experience
owning production systems
: on-call, incident response, observability.
Hands-on, day-to-day use of AI coding tools
such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, with concrete examples of how they made you or your team more effective, and how you verify their output.
Experience
mentoring
other engineers.
Strong
written communication
in a remote, async environment.
Nice-to-haves:
AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS), especially multi-region or data-residency work.
Privacy, security or compliance-sensitive B2B SaaS (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
Building AI-powered automations, agent workflows or LLM-based product features.
Data and analytics tooling (Redshift, Athena) or event-driven architectures.
CI/CD, preview/ephemeral environments, end-to-end testing (Cypress).
How we work:
Fully remote, with at least four hours of overlap each day with your team's core hours.
Collaborative and video-on for meetings, and async-first for everything else. Bring people in when they are needed and share what you’re working on with the team.
Regular 1:1 checkins with your manager, with a focus on growth conversations.
Why Us:
We're a welcoming team that's dependable, curious, moves fast, and full of talented people
We're a B-corporation with a mission that matters, in a high-growth space with significant potential
You'll have access to our training program, well-defined career paths, and a leadership team that values professional development
Benefits:
Competitive-pay compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, plus a requirement to take at least two weeks off per year
We're a Best Place for Working Parents and offer paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors individual premiums on base plans at 100% and dependent premiums at 50% for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance via Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Receive a MacBook and $600 to craft your home workspace
Annual company trip designed to foster connection, creativity, and fun
Mental health benefits with free memberships to mindfulness and talk therapy services

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
As a Director, Paid Marketing, working on the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a profitable paid subscriber acquisition program and related projects. Partnering closely with marketing, product, design, user insights, data science and finance teams, you will own KPI development, campaign strategy, budget and resource allocation, and performance measurement.
You'll lead strategic roadmapping, prioritize high-impact projects, resource cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing performance is measured with a high degree of confidence. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
Example projects include:
- Leading the development of and alignment around a break-even model that defines a profitable CPA
- Planning integrated campaigns and securing buy-in to drive profitable paid subscriber growth
- Designing and executing rapid testing cycles to identify and scale successful tactics
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role driving profitable app subscription growth (ideally 1M+ subscribers).
- Deep strategic expertise with a strong hands-on understanding of marketing channels (e.g., app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks), integrated campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, audience alignment, and creative best practices.
- Proven track record of launching paid app subscription acquisition programs from the ground up, including setting cost-per-subscription targets, developing media plans, establishing measurement frameworks, and shaping creative and messaging.
- Experience working at a consumer-facing tech company with a meaningful US user base (ideally 10M+ MAUs) and multiple products.
- Skill in developing others, not just directing them, with demonstrated improvements in collaboration, expertise, productivity, and business impact.
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, identify the key drivers, and turn them into focused, achievable initiatives.
- Comfort working in resource-constrained orgs where opportunity cost and impact are key drivers for prioritization and resource allocation.
- High capability in analytics and measurement, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to use AI and build effective workflows, accelerating work through AI agents.
