About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is growing fast, and recruiting is one of the highest-leverage functions in the company. We’re constantly investing in systems and processes to support our rapid scale and enable our recruiters and hiring teams to be more efficient. The current technology stack is built and operated by several teams across third-party platform configuration, custom internal tooling, analytics and forecasting, core people systems, and an AI tooling layer.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm that connects these teams, drive the technical interconnection of the systems, and give Recruiting leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
You’ll help evolve how recruiting functions through the use of Claude, connecting that work to where the broader company is going. That includes building the bridge between recruiting and company-wide roadmap and headcount planning so we're staffing proactively rather than reacting.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Anthropic. It sits within the centralized Technical Program Management organization and partners directly with Recruiting and People leadership. Part of the job will be to help us figure out the right long-term model for TPM support for the People org.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for Recruiting leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across teams that don't share a reporting line
Lead the technical interconnection work: integration across third-party platforms, internal custom tooling, and the data and analytics layer so information flows cleanly end to end
Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow, balancing speed of adoption with the controls and human-in-the-loop design that make it trustworthy
Connect recruiting to company-wide planning: build the link to roadmaps across the business so headcount needs are visible early and recruiting can staff proactively
Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations where they cross team boundaries, including the security, contract, and integration tradeoffs that come with them
Establish the program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and the escalation paths that let leadership make tradeoffs quickly
Help define the durable model for TPM support in the People organization, including scope, headcount, and reporting structure
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven planning and execution across teams that don't share a reporting line, and are comfortable influencing without authority
Have technical depth in systems integration: APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms, and the tradeoffs between configuring third-party tools and building custom
Have worked with or close to recruiting, people, or HR technology and understand how an ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stack fit together
Can build trust with engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives, and translate between them
Are genuinely excited about using AI to change how a core business function works, and curious about what recruiting looks like when frontier AI is in the loop on every step
Thrive when the role itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management
Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows
Familiarity with headcount planning, workforce planning, or connecting business roadmaps to hiring plans
Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management when the function is new to them

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for experienced engineers to build Anthropic's cache layer as a managed service from the ground up. The Caching team is part of the Databases organization and owns the systems that keep Anthropic's hottest paths fast and correct: a managed Redis fleet, client libraries used across the company, and CDC-driven cache invalidation that solves one of distributed systems' hardest problems the right way.
This is a foundational role on a small team with outsized leverage. Every millisecond you take off a hot path is multiplied across every Claude request. You'll set the technical direction for caching at Anthropic, from the data plane to the developer experience, and you'll work closely with product and research teams to make caching something engineers get for free rather than something they have to think about.
Key responsibilities
Drive the technical direction for caching infrastructure used across Product and Research
Design, build, and operate a managed Redis fleet that scales to support millions of users across Claude's product ecosystem
Build client libraries and developer-facing abstractions that make correct caching the default for Anthropic engineers
Design and operate CDC-driven cache invalidation that keeps cached data consistent with source-of-truth databases
Architect caching solutions that operate across GCP, AWS, first-party deployments, and other environments
Optimize latency, hit rates, reliability, and cost efficiency on Anthropic's hottest paths
Build observability and tooling that makes cache behavior easy to understand and debug
Partner with product and research teams to understand access patterns and build infrastructure that accelerates their work
Make build-vs-buy decisions for caching technologies
Minimum qualifications
Significant experience as a software engineer building and operating production distributed systems
Deep knowledge of caching architectures, including invalidation strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and failure modes
Experience operating Redis, Memcached, or similar in-memory data stores in production
Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, C++) or Python at scale
Track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects as an engineer or tech lead
Ability to balance moving quickly with the reliability needs of production systems
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
10+ years building and scaling distributed infrastructure, with 3+ years leading large-scale projects or teams
Experience building managed infrastructure platforms or internal services consumed by many engineering teams
Experience with change data capture (Debezium or similar) or streaming data infrastructure
Experience operating Redis Cluster, Valkey, ElastiCache, Memorystore, or similar managed offerings at scale
Experience designing client libraries or SDKs for internal infrastructure
Experience scaling infrastructure through periods of rapid growth at high-growth companies
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
Contributions to caching systems, database internals, or related open source projects
Note: Prior AI/ML infrastructure experience is not required. We value deep infrastructure expertise from any domain.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and improve the services behind ISR, PPR, and image optimization — working in Go, Lua, and TypeScript across the serving path.
Execute well-defined projects independently, from implementation through safe rollout (feature flags, shadow modes, progressive deployment) and post-ship validation.
Monitor and maintain your work in production: build dashboards, add metrics and alerts, and develop ownership of what you ship.
Contribute to the team's observability and testing surface — the dashboards, log views, and e2e test suites that keep a high-change system trustworthy.
Participate in the on-call rotation with support from senior engineers, and contribute to incident follow-ups that make the system more resilient.
Collaborate with teammates and partner teams (Next.js, CI/CD) through design discussions, code review, and pairing.
What you need
2+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production.
Proficiency in at least one of Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or a comparable systems language, and enthusiasm for working across a polyglot stack.
Solid understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals — caching headers, request/response lifecycle, what a proxy does.

The Opportunity:
The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project
(link)
, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. The team's scope spans both Grafana Alerting and the SLOs product, so engineers get to work across two products that are deeply connected in how they help users detect and respond to problems.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.

Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system

Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way

About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering team, which plays a critical role in ensuring the platform delivers consistent, reliable service to clients. The services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role is focused on maintaining the health, stability, and performance of production environments.
This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in diagnosing complex production issues where the root cause is not immediately apparent. This role transforms insights gained from production incidents into stronger reliability standards, safer deployment practices, more effective alerting, and automation that helps prevent recurring issues. While metrics, logs, and traces are leveraged daily, the core focus is identifying, resolving, and learning from the issues they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as the incident commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
Qualifications

Meet Arago and the Aragonians Arago is an AI and computer hardware company whose mission is to drive the course of history forward. We do so by accelerating breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and semiconductors. Founded in 2024 by AI researchers and physicists with deep expertise in photonics, electronics, software, mathematics, and machine learning, Arago brings together a lean team of engineers and scientists from the world’s top companies and research labs. Composed of nine nationalities and operating from hubs in France, North America, and Israel, we believe in great science and fast achievements. Our work is guided by these core principles: Do great things: we deliver work we’re proud to sign our name to. High velocity: speed matters. We move quickly, one step at a time. One unit: we’re all in this together, with relationships grounded in trust, respect, and camaraderie. Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
What you’ll do
As a Senior AI/ML Scientist, you will work at the intersection of modern AI models, numerical precision, and novel computing architectures. Your mission will be to develop the methods that allow AI models to run accurately, efficiently, and reliably on Arago’s computing system. This position combines strong quantization and “digital twin” aspects: understanding how frontier models tolerate reduced precision, defining the right numerical formats and quantization strategies, and building software representations of the processor to model the physical effects that impact AI model accuracy. This role is both scientific and practical. You will help shape the bridge between AI models and Arago’s hardware.
Required Skills and Experience
Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. Strong interest and skills in applied mathematics and statistics. Strong experience with quantization of machine learning and AI models. Strong understanding of modern model architectures, including language models, diffusion models, video generation models, and/or world models. Experience studying the impact of numerical precision, noise, or approximation on model accuracy. Experience with inference performance optimization. Good knowledge of computer architecture, GPU architecture, or parallel computing. Ability to build rigorous experimentation pipelines and translate research insights into practical engineering decisions. GitHub profile with recent and relevant projects. Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). Relocation bonus and coverage of moving expenses for relocation within 20 minutes of the company’s location. Healthcare coverage (including family-friendly options), pension contributions, professional development support, and 25 days of PTO, in addition to public holidays. Ownership of a key technical domain, with significant vertical and/or horizontal growth opportunities, based on performance and individual drive. Reimbursement of 50% of the public transport subscription fee. A high-paced, multicultural (with 10 nationalities), and engineering-led environment.

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature.
