IntelliJ IDEA revolutionized the Java development tool market back in 2001, becoming the first IDE to offer automated code refactoring. It continues to drive innovation in software development, making thousands of programmers more productive every day. In addition to Java, IntelliJ IDEA includes various development tools for other prominent languages such as Ruby, Groovy, Scala, Python, JavaScript, Objective-C, PHP, and Kotlin.
We're now looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join the IntelliJ IDEA Java Build Tools QA team and help ensure the quality of a product that our customers and software engineers around the world rely on daily. Since most Java projects in IntelliJ IDEA are built with Maven or Gradle, Java Build Tools is a critical part of the IDE experience, and your work will affect how smoothly our users can open, sync, build, and run their projects. You'll work alongside QA engineers to design and set up our automation process for Gradle and Maven end-to-end tests, as well as implement and automate test scenarios that catch issues before they reach our users.

Debug and troubleshoot test failures.
Improve existing automation based on team feedback and reduce test flakiness.
Track quality metrics, including testing coverage, failure rate, and flakiness.
Contribute to frameworks and tools with product-specific extensions as needed.
Help the team monitor test execution results and investigate failures.
Participate in release quality assessments.
Collaborate with QA and developers to define test strategies.
Do manual QA activities when needed.
Participate in the test documentation creation.
Improve domain-specific test infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within your team's scope.
Share automation best practices with the team.
Work with the tooling team to adopt new frameworks and practices.
What we're looking for
Required skills:
Proven experience in test automation.
Solid programming skills in Kotlin/Java.
Experience with test frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
Familiarity with build tools, like Maven and Gradle.
An understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity or similar).
Experience with reporting tools (Allure or others).
Version control experience (Git).
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsibility, self-discipline, and self-learning skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
The ability to work independently, creatively, and on your own initiative.
Nice to have:
Experience testing developer tools, IDEs, and desktop applications.
Familiarity with JVM Frameworks (Spring or Jakarta) and databases.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Imagine yourself in the 1970s or 80s thinking through how computing should look and feel for people who had never seen one before. That's what we're trying to do at Notion — make software that feels timeless, with the craftsmanship of German cameras, playfulness of Japanese toys, and mass appeal of Coca-Cola. We have no end of fascinating challenges that can only be solved by someone with innate product & UX sense, technical aptitude, great taste, and impeccable craft.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
- Run projects end to end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
- Partner closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand what each of our diverse user segments need, want, and love about Notion. Use this data and acquired intuition to prioritize, plan, and scope our product roadmap.
- Work with Marketing to devise new ways to tell great stories throughout the user lifecycle, and across our site, product, help guides and other channels.
- Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You have well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end. 5+ years of working experience.
- You seek to understand the needs of customers then explore and advocate for the strongest user experiences to solve their problems
- You enjoy untangling vague conceptual problems and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product.
- You create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
- You care about business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You're a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
- You understand how to tell stories using both words and visuals, and strategize the best ways to drive alignment.
- You value working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, research and data — as well as design peers.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed and built great tools with small teams in the past.
- You bring unique strengths and perspectives to the team. We're looking to build a diverse team where our skills and experience can complement each other.
- You've experienced the pain of fragmented tools and information silos created by them, and have a strong urge to fix it.
- You're familiar with the work of computing heroes like Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, Bret Victor, etc. — and understand why we're big fans.
- You are a designer who can code!

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for a Senior Underwriter to join our Underwriting team in Europe. You’ll evaluate businesses applying to Ramp, make credit and risk decisions, and help improve how we assess customers across our products.
This is an early regional role supporting EU and US applicants. We’re looking for someone with strong financial judgment who can work independently, make clear decisions with incomplete information, and help us build scalable underwriting processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review applications for Ramp’s corporate card and bill pay products across the EU and US.
- Analyze financial statements, bank data, bureau information, and other risk signals to assess business health and repayment ability.
- Recommend the appropriate outcome, including approval, decline, a lower limit, or a request for additional information.
- Communicate clearly with customers when additional information or context is needed.
- Manage an underwriting queue while meeting quality and SLA expectations.
- Partner with teams across Risk, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to improve policies, tools, and workflows.
- Identify emerging risks and use AI and automation to improve decision quality and efficiency.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of experience in underwriting, credit risk management, commercial lending, credit operations, or a related risk role.
- Experience in corporate cards, payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience reviewing financial statements, bank data, and transaction activity.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make defensible decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating independently and building or improving underwriting processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience underwriting European businesses or working with EU-based financial services customers.
- Experience using AI or automation to improve workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth startup or on a scaling operations team.
WORK SCHEDULE
This role will follow a schedule aligned with European customer needs, extending Ramp’s underwriting coverage beyond standard US business hours.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Staff Technical Writer
to join our Product Documentation team as we support the company in achieving top-priority objectives & key results
Documentation at dbt is both a community asset and a foundational product surface. The Documentation team accelerates product adoption and user success by helping data practitioners learn, explore, and confidently use dbt.
We operate using a docs-as-code and docs-as-a-product approach within an open-source model, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Developer Experience, and customer-facing teams. By balancing deep product knowledge with a beginner’s lens, we not only create accurate, easy-to-read documentation for humans and bots alike, but also surface insights that drive product improvements.
In this role, you’ll help new users reach their “a-ha” moment faster, support experienced practitioners as they expand into new areas of the ecosystem, and uphold the clarity, accuracy, and trust that our community depends on.
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity at a collaborative, dynamic and fast-growing company, this role could be for you!

Triages and reviews open source PRs and issues, and alerts the team when these are piling up

Required:
Minimum 5 years writing technical documentation for developer tools, including a solid understanding of version control and single-sourcing content, and experience managing documentation systems.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our Mobile Infrastructure team, the foundational engineering group that powers the OKX app for millions of daily active users. This is not a feature delivery role. You will work at the platform layer, building the tools, frameworks, and systems that enable product engineering teams to move faster, ship higher quality code, and scale reliably.
You are deeply native in either iOS or Android, and confident contributing across both platforms leveraging AI coding tools to move fluidly between stacks. You care about engineering quality at the foundation level: architecture, performance, toolchain, and developer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience across the organisation.
Analyse and optimise application code at the UI and infrastructure layer, including memory footprint, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
Design and develop reusable, scalable mobile components for use across iOS and Android platforms.
Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, establish best practices, and drive technical standards.
Drive architecture innovations that support world-class mobile app development at scale.
Optimise project structure and engineering workflows to improve productivity, quality, and release velocity.
Apply AI coding tools to accelerate infrastructure development, improve code quality, and cross-translate solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
Stay current with mobile platform developments and emerging toolchain innovations, evaluating and adopting what moves the needle.
