What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT SCOREWARRIOR

For over 10 years we've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product we continue to actively and successfully grow. We're a team of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and we've recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools.

Location & format: Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus
Full relocation support provided
THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior — one that protects what actually matters without slowing the company down — and to own it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Build a viable security system across the core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in the development process and in the code), and the processes and training around them. We expect you to start with a proper diagnosis of our landscape — and design the system for this company, rather than replaying a project from a previous job.
- Own security risks and speak both languages: business language with the CTO and CEO — risk, cost, and priorities; technology language with developers and infrastructure teams — architecture, trade-offs, and practical solutions.
- Make the right build-vs-buy calls: you know the security product market well enough to tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem isn't in the tooling at all — it's in habits and heads.
- Introduce security as a partner, not a blocker: embed baseline practices so smoothly that teams barely notice them; for everything on top of that — inform, help when asked, and don't push when it's not the team's priority right now.
- Define how AI tools are used safely: own the policy and guardrails for the company-wide adoption of AI tools — what data can go where, and how teams can use them productively without creating new risks.
- Build the team: hire the first security engineers deliberately — knowing who you're hiring and why — and grow the function as the company's needs grow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in security — real projects you designed, implemented, and stayed around long enough to see working. At the interview, we'll ask about specific cases, decisions, and their consequences — not about frameworks in theory.
- A background that gave you real systems experience. Two paths work equally well for us: a stable security engineering career from university onwards, or a transition into security from system administration, technical support, or network engineering. What matters is the result — you understand infrastructure and architecture from the inside, not from diagrams.
- Proven experience hiring and building a team — even a small one (2+ people). What matters is that it was deliberate: you can explain who you hired, why them, and how the team was structured around the actual problems.
- Experience building a security function, not just running one. You've taken security in an organization from an unclear state to a working system: assessed the landscape, set priorities, chose what to implement and what to skip — and can show what changed as a result.
- Strong awareness of the security product market. You can tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem is in habits rather than tooling — and you have real examples of each call.
- A partner's operating style. You work through engineering teams, not above them: no separate authority demands, no blocking by default. Your practices get adopted because they make sense, not because they're mandatory.
- English and Russian language at least B2 level or higher.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in companies closest to our context: B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps, with company size up to 1,000 people.
- Experience working with external security providers.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks.
- Experience being the first or founding security hire in a company.
WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
We believe in being upfront about fit. This role is probably not for you if:
- Your recent years were mostly about policies, reports, and committees — and real systems are something you haven't touched in a long time.
- Your default operating mode is hierarchy: separate authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
- You have a proven security project you replay at every company, regardless of its actual context and needs.
- Building and leading a team is something you'd rather avoid — hiring is a core part of this role, not an add-on.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first months, success means a clear diagnosis: you understand our landscape, know where the real risks are, and have a plan the CTO believes in — built for this company, not imported from a previous one.
Further on, success means the security system is quietly working: baseline practices are embedded so smoothly that teams barely notice them, access and infrastructure are demonstrably better protected, and teams come to security for help rather than hide from it.
And success means the function is growing deliberately: the first security engineers are hired, you can explain why each of them, and the team is structured around our actual problems — not around an org chart.
WHY JOIN SCOREWARRIOR?

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and your own senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two additional ASEAN markets
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and advance high-value opportunities without heavy oversight
Comfort operating as a generalist regional presence—equally effective in an enterprise sales conversation, a partnership discussion, or a government stakeholder introduction
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore and the ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS to regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional enterprise accounts
Prior experience establishing or scaling a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, and procurement frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one.
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book.
You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs.
This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. You will co-own the strategy for how Applied AI shows up in the Commercial segment, and you will be judged on your team's outcomes and growth, not your own.
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects, setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and speed
Own hiring for your team as it scales, defining the profile, running the loop, and building onboarding that gets new architects into customer conversations quickly
Set goals and run reviews for your team, and develop each architect's career with clear, direct feedback
Decide where your team's depth goes. Own the qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagement across a very large book, and be comfortable saying no
Work alongside your architects on their most consequential engagements, from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, and model what great looks like without taking the work off their plate
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks for Claude API integrations, Claude Code rollouts, agentic architectures on the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise deployments, and turn account-level wins into reusable assets that scale one-to-many
Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy, tighten the AE-to-architect operating model, and drive adoption across mid-market and SMB
Ensure your team consistently surfaces how mid-market companies are building with Claude, and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events, and contribute to thought leadership through content and speaking
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape, including agentic architectures, eval design, context engineering, and developer tooling, and keep your team operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Know how to hire well, coach effectively, give hard feedback kindly, and create an environment where builders do their best work
Have led technical teams in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion, where the constraint is your team's capacity rather than pipeline, and have a real point of view on how to allocate scarce technical talent across a large book
Bring builder credibility. You have built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you understand what separates a prototype from a production system, and you can hold your own with a customer's engineering leadership
Have hands-on familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling, and can coach architects through the design decisions their customers face
Have a systems mindset. When you see a problem, your instinct is to build one thing that serves ten customers rather than ten things that serve one
Are comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook does not exist yet, and have a track record of building structure as you go
Have strong executive presence and can build trust with technical and business leaders alike
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidate may have:
Scaled a technical pre-sales or forward-deployed team from a handful of people to a mature function, including defining the hiring bar, onboarding programs, and coaching systems from scratch

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Priority application deadline:
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Early applications are heavily encouraged.
We’re growing at incredible speed, and expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. We’re hiring a
Chief Technology Officer
to lead the building and rebuilding of the technology, systems and ways of working that will enable a sustained $5B+ p/a operation.
You will build software that safely and securely moves billions of dollars to millions of vulnerable people in some of the poorest and highest need parts of the world. This will require applying excellent engineering, team building and organizational judgment to complex, high-stakes operations: identity and fraud management, machine learning on large but imperfect datasets (cell phone data, satellite imagery, government registries), mobile money integrations, low-connectivity environments, rapidly evolving requirements all in diverse regulatory environments and country contexts. You’ll need to keep our legacy technology stack stable and performant, while in parallel building new systems from the ground up for our next level of scale.
You will lead engineering, data, security and enterprise technology – with a small, mighty and rapidly growing engineering team of ~15, and the expectation that this can at least double to ~30 in the next 12 months if you want it to. You’ll report to a CEO with deep experience running technology companies, and partner with our VP Product.
This role is remote, with working hours between US Eastern Time and East African Time, and some preference for candidates in our office hubs of New York, London, or Nairobi.
What we’re looking for:
An exceptional hirer, manager and organizer of technical talent.
Proven record identifying, hiring, developing and retaining excellent engineers and engineering leaders, and creating team processes that consistently deliver software with quality and velocity.
Deep technical judgment, applied close to the work.
You can evaluate major designs, pressure-test architecture and build-vs-buy decisions, and recognize when a team is heading the wrong way, without becoming the primary implementer. Low-ego: you’ll investigate a problem yourself when that’s what the situation requires.
Business judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity.
You’re not just a technical leader, you’re also a business executive. You understand the business, are a strong cross-functional partner, and have a history of good judgment when navigating tradeoffs of long vs. short term, speed, reliability, security, flexibility, cost, technical quality, and user impact.
AI first.
You have a point of view on where AI meaningfully changes engineering productivity and organizational capability, and you’ve moved a team from experimentation to real, measured use. You can set the tools, culture, goals, and guardrails that leverage the opportunities and mitigate the risks of an AI first engineering culture.
Embody and set an example for GD values.
We take
our values
incredibly seriously, and expect our leaders to embody, nurture, and promote them in the way they work and the teams they build.
Advantages, not requirements.
Experience in an operationally complex or regulated domain (fintech, payments, humanitarian response, global development); systems involving financial controls, fraud risk, identity, or sensitive recipient data; operating across multiple countries, particularly lower-income or infrastructure-constrained ones; leading both modern product engineering and enterprise technology.
What you’ll do
Define our technology vision and target stack.
Own the technical strategy for technology-first delivery at $5B+/year: architecture, platforms, build-vs-buy, and what we retire. Work with executive, product, finance, risk, and data leaders to turn program and product strategy into a sequenced, credible portfolio of technical investments.
Balance a demanding portfolio.
You'll manage six workstreams that all matter and won't all move at once: (1) building our new cash delivery stack (remote-first verification, fraud prevention, massive volume) (2) stabilizing our legacy stack until switchover, then managing the migration; (3) donor-facing fundraising products; (4) our global emergency cash system (and eventual white-labelling of that product); (5) enterprise technology; (6) internal tooling, platform, and cybersecurity. Deciding sequencing and staffing across these (and saying "not yet" credibly) is the job.
Build and grow an exceptional technology organization.
Recruit outstanding engineering and technology talent, design the org GiveDirectly needs at its next stage of scale (engineering, product, data, security, infrastructure, enterprise systems), and create the accountability, decision rights, and career paths to sustain high talent density. Grow the engineering team from 15 to ~30 with a lean but durable management structure.
Own the technical direction and quality bar.
Guide consequential decisions on integrations, data, security, reliability, and technical debt. Ensure our systems can safely support a major increase in transaction volume, geographic reach, and organizational dependence on technology. Set a pragmatic quality bar appropriate to high-stakes financial delivery while preserving speed.
Lead across organizational boundaries.
Serve as a member of GiveDirectly’s executive team, reporting to the CEO and bringing technology into major strategic and operating decisions. Help non-technical leaders understand technical constraints and costs, build credibility with country and functional leaders by understanding their realities, and force clarity when priorities, ownership, or tradeoffs are ambiguous.
Travel.
Approximately 4–6 trips per year, including visits to GiveDirectly countries of operation.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy so pay is consistent across comparable roles.

comprised of:
Base Salary: $300,000 – $375,000
Bonus: $45,000-$112,000 (bonus is % based and decided based on org-wide performance, we will share full methodology during the hiring process)

Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will shape design strategy across product squads, own craft and quality standards, and mentor junior and mid-level designers. You'll work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems—using tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to prototype and iterate. Beyond shipping product experiences, you'll establish patterns, build systems thinking, and elevate the entire team's capabilities in AI-native design. The output we expect is not just working artifacts: it's strategic direction that raises design quality and team maturity across the organization.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Lead design strategy across one or more product squads, translating business goals and user needs into coherent design direction that shapes product roadmaps and team priorities.
Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between strategy and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs. Lead by example in adopting tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor for end-to-end design execution.
Establish and maintain high craft standards by defining foundational and reusable Agentic Experience patterns, designing scalable components for the design system (Nexus), and reviewing work to ensure quality and consistency.
Mentor and develop designers through critique, guidance, and structured feedback—helping them grow their craft, decision-making, and ability to work autonomously with AI-native tools.
Partner with Product and Engineering to align on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility—translating design insights into business outcomes and measurable impact.
Conduct user research and run experiments to validate design decisions. Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate fast—always balancing speed with quality and bias toward shipping.
Lead design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions with your design peers and cross-functional partners. Communicate design rationale clearly with data, influence decisions, and build alignment around priorities.
Identify gaps and opportunities for design improvement and innovation. Propose and champion new approaches to solving complex problems—whether through design systems improvements, new AI patterns, or cross-domain initiatives.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will need:
Proven experience in UX / Digital Product Design, with a strong portfolio that showcases shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact—not just static screens. We won’t be interviewing if you don’t have a portfolio to share beforehand.
Demonstrated expertise in AI-native design: you actively use AI tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as a core part of your design practice and can teach others how to leverage them effectively.
Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components. You understand how design decisions impact engineering implementation and can collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
Proven track record mentoring and developing designers. You give and receive candid feedback, help others improve their craft, and create psychologically safe environments for growth and experimentation.
Strong product and business thinking: ability to frame problems strategically, connect design decisions to business outcomes, and define success metrics that demonstrate measurable impact.
Excellent English communication and influence skills: you articulate design rationale clearly with data, facilitate complex discussions, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Growth mindset and adaptability: you thrive in ambiguity and rapid change, prioritize learning and impact over mastery of any specific tool, and are excited about emerging technologies and evolving design practices.
What can we offer you:
Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world
Salary + annual bonus up to 15% of your annual gross salary
Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses
Permanent contract, health insurance and life insurance
MacBook Pro or Windows Dell along with necessary accessories to make your work comfortable
100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our office in Lisboa or Barcelona)

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific at Cohere, you will own Solutions Architecture across the region. Our customers here are banks, telcos, industrials and governments who cannot send their data to someone else’s cloud, and who are past experimenting and into production. You will lead the team that makes those deployments real, and you will be accountable for the technical win across the region.
This is a build. Today a Solutions Architecture team covers Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own that team, grow it, and build the in-region depth this market needs. You will be expected to open doors on your own credibility and network from your first weeks, set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for the Americas and EMEA, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regions.
- Open Doors Across the Region: Bring industry knowledge, technical credibility and an existing network to get Cohere into strategic accounts quickly. This is the central expectation of the role and you should expect to be measured on it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy, coverage model and operating rhythm for Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture across three markets that buy differently and regulate differently.
- Architect Sovereign and Regulated Deployments: Lead customers into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments, which is where much of this region’s demand sits.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership: Own territory, coverage and pipeline jointly with the Asia Pacific sales leader, and be accountable for the number together.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate Asia Pacific customer needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. You will be one of a handful of people who can tell our product organization what this region actually requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology and the public sector.
- Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and make the case for where the team grows next.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance, data residency and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the region by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- Regional Depth and Network: You have built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market, you understand how enterprise technology is actually bought in each of them, and you have a network of senior technical and executive relationships you are willing to be measured on.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, including building a team in-region from a small base.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You have put real AI systems into production, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. We care far more about what you have deployed, and what broke, than about which models you can name.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders as well as a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer, and you can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building an AI, machine learning or data science function inside a large regulated enterprise, and taking it into production.
- Depth in Asia Pacific financial services, telecommunications or the public sector.
- Experience deploying into environments where the customer controls the infrastructure, including on-premises, sovereign and air-gapped deployments.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- Working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.

- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
