We are looking for a director who will take full end-to-end ownership of the project: from strategy, licensing and team building to the first customer and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the turnkey launch of a digital bank: from concept to operational go-live:
Product and operating strategy
: retail products, SME, payment services, cards, online channels.
Fintech architecture
: designing the architecture and managing development of the bank's digital platform.
Licensing

Operating model
: building risk management, compliance, KYC/AML, and customer service processes.
Team
: building and leading the team, hiring key executives and experts.
Finance and planning
: financial and strategic planning, budget formation and execution control.
Representation

Negotiations and partnerships
: negotiating with vendors, fintech providers, and payment systems.
Requirements
Proven experience launching a bank/neobank/fintech product from scratch, preferably in Europe.
Understanding of French or European banking regulation (ACPR, ECB, PSD2, AML5/6, GDPR); experience obtaining a banking or EMI license is a strong plus.
Experience building a team from the ground up (hiring key executives, organizational structure).
Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).
Understanding of technology: core banking systems, BaaS providers, payment infrastructure, mobile development (deep understanding of product and architecture, not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.
Experience working with BaaS platforms or partner banks in France.
Experience raising investment/capital for a fintech project.
Benefits
Competitive salary and bonus scheme - the exact figure to be finalized at the final stages.
Operational and business support from our operating hub in achieving the project's goals.
A key leadership role in a strategically important project for the group - with real influence over architecture, product, and launch outcomes.
Backing and resources of an established international investment group: the holding's legal, financial, HR, and IT infrastructure.
The chance to build a bank and a team from a blank slate - a rare full-cycle launch experience for a professional at this level.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards team builds the systems that detect and mitigate misuse of our AI models, from individual policy violations to sophisticated, coordinated attacks. A growing part of that work depends on lightweight detection methods trained on model internals, which let us identify harmful behavior cheaply and at scale. This work feeds directly into Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy commitments.
We're looking for an engineer to own the infrastructure behind that research. This is the tooling our researchers rely on to run experiments, train detection methods, and select detections for launch. It sits between research and production: researchers depend on it for fast iteration, and our detection systems depend on it for reliable, correct results as our models continue to change.
Running machine learning workloads at our scale often requires solving novel systems problems. You'll identify those problems and build the abstractions, pipelines, and tooling that keep the research loop fast as requirements shift underneath you. Strong candidates will have a track record of solving large-scale systems and data problems and will be excited to grow deep machine learning expertise alongside it.
Key responsibilities
Build and scale the infrastructure and data pipelines behind Safeguards machine learning research
Own the training, evaluation, and scoring workflows researchers use, with a focus on cutting the time between an idea and a result
Design tooling and interfaces, including libraries and command line tools, that researchers can use directly without needing to understand the systems underneath
Build correctness and sanity checking into the stack, so results stay trustworthy as models and workloads evolve
Take the highest-value research workflows from experiments to reliable, production-grade jobs
Improve the throughput, cost, and reliability of large-scale inference and scoring workloads
Partner closely with researchers and engineers across Safeguards to understand their workflows, anticipate how their needs will change, and design for that ahead of time
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability, with proficiency in Python
Experience building and operating data-intensive or distributed systems in production
Experience building tooling or infrastructure that other engineers or researchers use as a dependency

* Bonne connaissance de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale), de la thérapie des schémas, de l'EMDR ou de la thérapie ACT.
* Des spécialités en phase avec les besoins de nos membres : stress, épuisement professionnel, estime de soi, dépression et traumatismes.
* Une spécialisation en thérapie auprès des adultes.
* De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle au minimum.
* Une disponibilité d'au moins 3 heures par semaine.
* Une réelle aisance avec les outils et plateformes numériques.
* Une preuve d'assurance responsabilité professionnelle (minimum de 5 M$ CA).

* La maîtrise d'une autre langue (anglais, espagnol, arabe, créole, etc.).
* Un permis d'exercice dans une autre province (p. ex. Ontario, Colombie-Britannique ou Alberta).
* Une formation en thérapie cognitive basée sur la pleine conscience (MBCT).
* Premier entretien :
* Rencontre avec l'équipe Alan (30-45 minutes), pour faire connaissance et préciser notre organisation et nos attentes.
* Deuxième entretien :
* Entretien technique (45 minutes) avec Lydia Martin, responsable du programme mondial de santé mentale d'Alan. Titulaire d'un doctorat en psychologie, elle échangera avec vous sur votre expertise et vos connaissances thérapeutiques.
* Une rémunération attrayante.
* Une grande souplesse d'horaire et de lieu de travail : vous pouvez travailler depuis votre domicile ou votre cabinet (les rendez-vous avec nos membres se déroulent en téléconsultation).
* La possibilité de rejoindre une communauté soudée de thérapeutes, où grandir, échanger et apprendre ensemble.
* L'accès à une patientèle en croissance.
* La chance de contribuer à déstigmatiser la santé mentale et à y ancrer une approche préventive.
* La participation à une réunion d'équipe d'une heure chaque mois.

We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.

Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

You’ll work directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology, accelerate their growth, and help bring ambitious onchain products to market. You’ll also collaborate closely with engineering and third-party teams across the Arbitrum ecosystem, and company leaders including our CTO and Head of Product.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, and build long-term partnerships that drive success on Arbitrum.
Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams, fostering an ecosystem of the most engaging on-chain experiences.
Work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of new products, especially for the developer audience.
Work alongside our engineering and research teams to improve our overall platform, from core protocol customizations to application-layer improvements, based on our work with clients.
Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, working alongside builders to solve challenges involved in using and integrating with Arbitrum technology, and accelerating their development.
What you'll need:
Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into practical implementation plans.
A strong fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including how decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operate.
Proven experience working directly with clients in professional or commercial settings, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, connect them to business objectives, and guide customers through complex implementation decisions.
Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams
Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

You will shape the strategy, lead design execution, and drive measurable improvements in activation, conversion, and engagement. The role is based in Mexico, with remote flexibility and business trips when required.

Mobile Experience Strategy:
Define and evolve the UX/UI strategy for the mobile app, prioritizing simplicity, speed, and intuitive navigation that aligns with the needs of Near Prime customers.
Customer Journey Design:
Architect and optimize end-to-end customer journeys within the app — from onboarding and first use to regular product interaction, limit management, and repeat transactions. Own the CJM across all touchpoints.
Product Metrics & User Behavior:
Analyze in-app user behavior (funnels, screen flows, usage scenarios). Track and improve conversion rates for key actions (activation, product application, repeat visits) and identify interface bottlenecks through data.
Design Process Leadership:
Partner closely with UX/UI designers. Set clear tasks, ensure high quality of mockups and prototypes, facilitate user testing, and maintain design consistency across all app features.
Ecosystem Integrations:
Design seamless interaction scenarios between the mobile app and other company products and services, ensuring a unified and effortless customer experience within the broader ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in tight alignment with product teams, engineering, analytics, legal, and marketing to deliver a consistent and compliant user experience.
Continuous Improvement:
Build and maintain a backlog of UX/UI enhancements based on data insights, customer feedback, market benchmarking, and company strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
Significant experience in product management for mobile applications (fintech, e-commerce, or consumer services) at an Upper Senior level, with direct ownership of UX/UI outcomes.
Deep understanding of customer-centric design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals, risk constraints, and technical feasibility.
Upper-intermediate English or higher (both spoken and written) — required for communication with international teams and headquarters.
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with mobile analytics, funnels, heatmaps, and user session data to drive decisions.
Excellent taste in product design, attention to visual and interaction detail, and the ability to recognize what makes an interface truly user-friendly.
Out-of-the-box thinking, flexibility, and capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced soft skills: clear communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire designers and engineers around a shared product vision.
What We Offer
Remote or hybrid work format, with business trips as required.
Official employment under local labor law; contractor arrangements available for candidates from other countries.
The chance to define the mobile experience for a strategically important Near Prime segment in Mexico, impacting thousands of customers daily.
A data-informed, design-driven culture that values experimentation, user feedback, and continuous improvement.
Close collaboration with local and international teams, with full ownership of the mobile product experience and its business outcomes.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.
