Agency background is also welcome if you have full-cycle IT/SaaS sales hiring experience. - You have a track record of directly sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional GTM talent (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services) based in Tokyo. - You can partner with, manage, and influence leadership stakeholders effectively.
