Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

About the Role
ElevenLabs is building its first private equity and growth investor partner channel, and you’ll be the first person to own it. You’ll embed ElevenLabs in funds’ value-creation programs and drive AI adoption across their portfolio companies, so we sell portfolio-wide through the sponsor instead of one company at a time.
You’ll work with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams and portfolio executives on the fund side, and with our Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams internally. You’ll report to the Global Head of BD & Partnerships and own the pipeline and ARR sourced through PE partnerships.
This role suits someone who has worked inside a PE or growth-equity firm and now wants to build the channel from the technology side.
Responsibilities
- Launch the ElevenLabs PE & Growth Investor Partner Program and recruit the first 8–10 partner firms
- Build executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders and investment professionals
- Structure partnership agreements, joint GTM plans and commercial models
- Identify priority portfolio companies and build joint account plans with PE operating teams
- Work with AEs, FDEs, Customer Success and Product to take portfolio deployments from introduction to production
- Own PE-sourced pipeline and ARR, and expand single deployments into portfolio-wide programs
- Build repeatable playbooks and represent ElevenLabs at PE conferences and operating-partner forums
Requirements
- Experience inside a PE or growth-equity firm as an investor or operator (investing, value creation or portfolio operations)
- Go-to-market or partnerships experience at a technology company after that fund-side work
- 6+ years of experience across private equity and enterprise AI, cloud or software
- Strong relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams
- A track record of turning PE relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Executive presence with Managing Partners, Operating Partners and portfolio CEOs
- Comfortable carrying a number and building a motion from zero
Bonus
- Built a PE or growth-investor partner program at a high-growth or large tech company
- Experience selling AI or automation into support, contact center or sales use cases
- Hands-on use of voice or chat agents, including ElevenLabs

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're growing our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and hiring Public Sector Delivery Analysts to help run some of the most consequential AI deployments in the country. You'll work alongside our Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving.
This is a hands-on delivery role for individuals who want exposure to enterprise AI and high-stakes program delivery while taking pride in making complex programs run smoothly. As a member of our small, senior team, you'll deliver sovereign AI to the Government of Canada, engage directly with clients from day one on a clear path toward leading engagements, and learn how frontier AI products are deployed in real, high-security environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive things to closure. Partner with the EPM and Technical Leads to track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams making sure nothing slips.
- Show up in front of the client. Prepare and coordinate client sessions, capture outcomes, and progressively lead working-level sessions such as use-case and story refinement.
- Run the cadence. Own the meeting and reporting rhythm including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups so every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
- Own the delivery artefacts. Build and maintain the plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation that keep our engagements audit-ready and our clients confident.
- Keep the record straight. Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in our public sector document management environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
- Delivery discipline. You've run RAID, action, and decision logs, refined user stories, maintained project plans on real projects and kept them accurate and clear.
- Client presence. You can lead a working session in front of a client, read the room, and know what to say and what to hold.
- Strong written communication. You think through the message before you build the slide. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases. You can talk with engineers and report back accurately.
- Follow-through. You close items without a second reminder and know what to escalate and when.
- Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance.
- Based in the Ottawa area.
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred.
- Nice-to-have: High degree of French language proficiency.
