About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is seeking a deeply experienced Security Analyst - Tier 3 for its Security Operations Center (SOC). This role is a senior individual-contributor position, leading challenging investigations, setting the standards the SOC operates by. This role reports to the SOC Manager, under the Detection and Response function within the CISO Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead complex, multi-stage, multi-domain investigations end to end, from scoping through deep technical analysis to a clear determination of impact and root cause.
Serve as the SOC's senior escalation point and the quality gate for investigations across the team.
Support the Incident Response team during confirmed incidents with continued telemetry investigation, scoping, and analytical depth.
Continuously sharpen how the SOC investigates, identifying gaps in methods, runbooks, and tooling through daily casework and turning them into concrete improvements.
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts through case reviews, coaching, and pairing during investigations.
Partner with Security Engineering, Platform Security, Threat Intelligence, SOC Automation, and additional teams to turn what the SOC learns into stronger detection and response across Nebius.
Participate in readiness activities - tabletops, post-incident reviews, and purple-team engagements.
Participate in the on-call rotation as the senior point of contact outside business hours.
We expect you to have:
Experience
Around 8-10 years of hands-on experience in security operations or incident response, with a track record of leading complex investigations.
Technical Expertise
Expert-level investigation capability across multiple domains: endpoint, identity, cloud, and network.
Solid understanding of cloud-native environments, including containers, Kubernetes.
Deep practical fluency with EDR, SIEM query languages, and log analysis.
Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux internals, applied to artifact and behavioral analysis.
Fluency in attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), including the Cloud and Containers matrices.
Strong scripting and data-analysis skills (Python, SQL/KQL) for investigation at scale, with the ability to validate findings independently and challenge assumptions.
Advanced certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCFE, or OSCP are an advantage.
Leadership & Communication
Technical leadership through credibility, raising the team's bar without relying on formal authority.
Calm and structured during high-severity incidents, making sound decisions amid uncertainty.
Excellent written communication, turning complex investigations to clear narratives others can act on.
Fluent in English, written and verbal, comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation

Talent Acquisition Manager, Product & Infrastructure (APAC)
About Nebius
Our team of 2000+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Product & Infrastructure in APAC, you will own how Nebius builds its infrastructure teams across the region. As Nebius continues to grow, you will be accountable for hiring across the technical and operational functions that underpin our platform in APAC.
This is a build role. You will establish recruiting processes where they don't yet exist, hire and lead a team of recruiters, and partner closely with regional leadership, HR and our global compensation team to make hiring in the region fast, consistent and high quality. You will operate with significant autonomy in an environment that is scaling rapidly and where plans evolve — comfort with ambiguity is essential.
This role is based in Singapore and works closely with stakeholders across global time zones.
Responsibilities
Own infrastructure recruiting strategy and execution across APAC, from individual contributor through to leadership hires
Build, lead and develop a regional recruiting team, driving accountability, performance and consistent hiring practices
Establish scalable recruiting processes, tooling and data discipline to support growth across the region
Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into clear hiring plans, prioritisation and sequencing
Work closely with local HR and leadership to ensure hiring aligns with local employment regulations and market conditions
Partner with our global compensation team on levelling, offer construction and market benchmarking across the region
Manage external agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost discipline and clear accountability
Use hiring data and market insights to guide prioritisation, capacity planning and recruiting investment — and to report progress and risk clearly to leadership
Elevate hiring standards through structured assessment and hiring manager enablement
Ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring activity
Step in as a player-coach on critical or senior searches when needed
What success looks like
APAC infrastructure hiring plans delivered on time and to a high quality bar
A high-performing regional recruiting team with clear ownership and strong data discipline
Recruiting processes that scale ahead of the region's growth rather than react to it
Regional leadership, HR and compensation partners operating from one shared, data-backed hiring picture
External vendor usage that is deliberate, measured and demonstrably delivering value
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience leading recruitment in infrastructure, data centre, industrial or similarly operational environments
Experience building and managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments
Exposure to both high-volume and technical hiring preferred
Track record of hiring across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of local talent pools and employment considerations
Data-obsessed: fluent in recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics, and uses them to drive decisions, prioritisation and accountability
Strong stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with senior business leaders
Demonstrated ability to design a team and process around a problem, rather than run an existing playbook
Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including performance and cost management
Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

The Mission of the Senior Software Engineer (Telemetry)
Satellite telemetry does not forgive gaps. Build the systems that make sure there are none.
ICEYE's SAR constellation generates a continuous stream of data that fleet operations depend on to function. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Automation team, you will be a key contributor to the infrastructure that makes that data usable: the pipelines, parsers, and time-series stores that translate raw satellite signals into operational state in near real-time. The scope is expanding, the ownership is real, and the engineering problems are ones you will not find anywhere else.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Expected Outcomes and Requirements
Outcomes:
- Telemetry pipelines ingest, transform, and store satellite data from across the fleet reliably and in near real-time, with minimal manual intervention
- Telemetry data stores are performant and well-maintained, including schema design, query optimisation, capacity planning, and zero-downtime production migrations
- Anomaly detection and automated recovery systems reduce operational load on the mission operations team
- TTC gateway telemetry integration is delivered as a production-grade component ready for customer deployment
- Engineering quality across the team is actively raised through code reviews, testing standards, and support of less experienced engineers
Role-specific Competences
- Strong Python proficiency in production backend systems; experience with Go or Rust is a plus
- Proven experience building and operating telemetry systems, data pipelines, and distributed systems in production
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and at least one time-series database such as InfluxDB or Prometheus
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native environments, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Actively uses AI and LLM tooling as part of their engineering workflow
- AWS or equivalent cloud platform experience is a plus
Key Competences
In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion and Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership and Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
We’re looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer with GCP, Azure, or AWS expertise to help us build a seamless, reliable platform for the dbt platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our team’s mission is to create a seamless developers experience by providing a stable, observable, and easy-to-use infrastructure platform.
Over the past year, we’ve designed and operationalized a next-gen cell-based architecture, scaling the dbt platform across all three cloud providers. Now, we’re focused on automation, self-service, and improving developer velocity through better tooling, processes, and infrastructure design.
As an Staff engineer on our team, you’ll work on medium projects, helping to refine our platform while ensuring performance, reliability, and a great developer experience. You’ll collaborate across teams, solve real infrastructure challenges, and help shape the future of multi-cloud dbt Cloud.
What You'll Do
Design, operate, and support infrastructure systems with parity across tenancy models (single vs multi) and public clouds (AWS, Azure, and GCP) - and work with engineering teams to get their services consistently deployed to those environments
Bring cloud infrastructure expertise to the team, helping us strengthen and scale our infrastructure as we expand dbt Cloud’s multi-cloud capabilities.
Help create a great developer experience while working with our close partners in Architecture, Release Engineering, Product Engineering and Security
Leverage tools and languages such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, Helm, ArgoCD, Go, and DataDog
Design and build automation to eliminate manual toil and streamline infrastructure operations at scale
Identify and implement infrastructure optimizations that reduce cloud spend without sacrificing reliability
Participate in a balanced on-call rotation in an environment that values continuous improvement, and help to upgrade our tooling and reduce toil

About the Collaboration
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is a cross-border legal practice acting for private and corporate clients in international matters. We originate and retain the client relationship on the matters we place with national counsel, remain substantively involved in legal strategy and legal production, and use locally authorised lawyers for the host-law, reserved, procedural and court-facing work that requires national qualification or local rights.
Our objective is to build a small, non-exclusive panel of national counsel who already work in this manner with foreign law firms. We are not looking for a nominal signature or a referral-only relationship. Each paid matter is separately conflicted, scoped, priced and accepted before work begins.
Firm website:
www.oikonomakislaw.comOIKONOMAKIS
The Firm’s Managing Partner, Christos Oikonomakis, is a Greek-qualified lawyer and is registered in Israel as a foreign lawyer.
Within the applicable Israeli regulatory framework governing foreign lawyers, Mr. Oikonomakis provides legal services in Israel concerning Greek law, within the scope permitted by his professional qualification and foreign-lawyer registration.
His status as a registered foreign lawyer does not authorize him to practice Israeli law.
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is therefore seeking to establish an independent professional collaboration with an experienced Israeli lawyer based in Tel Aviv or the wider Tel Aviv District who can independently undertake the Israeli-law components of cross-border matters handled by Mr. Oikonomakis and the Firm.
Nature of the Opportunity
This is not an employment position.
We are inviting proposals for an independent professional collaboration between OIKONOMAKIS LAW / Christos Oikonomakis and an Israeli legal practitioner or independent Israeli legal practice.
The participating lawyers and legal practices will remain fully:
* professionally independent;
* legally and scientifically independent;
* financially independent;
* organizationally independent; and
* corporately independent.
Each lawyer or legal practice will remain independently responsible for:
* the legal advice and services provided by them;
* compliance with the professional and regulatory framework applicable to their own practice;
* professional conduct requirements;
* professional liability and insurance arrangements applicable to them;
* their own professional decisions and legal opinions; and
* the conduct of those parts of each matter falling within their respective professional qualification and authorization.
The collaboration may operate on a case-by-case, referral, co-counsel and/or continuing professional collaboration basis depending upon the nature and volume of cross-border matters.
Scope of Collaboration
Cross-border matters may involve circumstances where Mr Oikonomakis provides advice concerning Greek law while the same transaction, dispute or client matter simultaneously raises issues of Israeli law.
In such circumstances, the selected Israeli lawyer may be independently instructed to undertake the relevant Israeli-law workstream.
This may include, where appropriate:
* advising on Israeli law;
* preparing Israeli legal opinions;
* identifying Israeli-law implications arising from cross-border matters;
* drafting and reviewing contracts governed by Israeli law;
* corporate and commercial matters;
* company and investment matters;
* civil and commercial disputes;
* litigation and dispute resolution;
* recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments;
* arbitration and alternative dispute resolution;
* property and real estate matters;
* immigration and residency matters;
* inheritance and succession matters;
* family and private client matters involving Greece and Israel;
* banking and regulatory matters;
* dealings with Israeli public authorities, registries and institutions;
* representation before Israeli courts, tribunals or authorities where professionally appropriate;
* negotiations with Israeli counterparties;
* conducting Israeli legal research;
* preparing Israeli-law memoranda and procedural documentation; and
* cooperating with Greek and other international counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
The objective is to provide clients with coordinated and efficient cross-border assistance while ensuring a clear division between Greek-law legal services and Israeli-law legal services.
Regulatory Structure
The proposed cooperation is designed specifically to respect the professional boundaries applicable to foreign lawyers operating in Israel.
Mr. Christos Oikonomakis will provide legal services only within the scope of his foreign professional qualification and registration in Israel, including advice and legal work concerning Greek law.
Any legal service that constitutes the practice of Israeli law will be undertaken independently by the appropriately qualified Israeli lawyer.
The Israeli collaborating lawyer will retain complete professional control and responsibility for the Israeli-law component of any matter entrusted to them.
Requirements
Applicants must:
* be fully admitted to practice law in Israel;
* be current members of the Israel Bar Association;
* be legally authorized to practice Israeli law;
* be in good professional standing;
* have a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification legal experience;
* maintain the professional arrangements and insurance appropriate to their practice;
* be based in Tel Aviv or otherwise able to provide effective legal services throughout Israel;
* possess excellent legal drafting, research and analytical skills;
* demonstrate the ability to handle matters independently;
* have strong professional judgment and client-management abilities;
* have excellent written and spoken Hebrew;
* have excellent written and spoken English; and
* maintain high standards of confidentiality, professional ethics and responsiveness.
Preferred Experience
Particular consideration will be given to lawyers experienced in one or more of the following areas:
* Corporate and Commercial Law
* Commercial Litigation
* Civil Litigation
* Contract Law
* International and Cross-Border Disputes
* Private International Law
* Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
* Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution
* Real Estate and Property Law
* Immigration and Residency
* Inheritance and Succession
* Family and Private Client Law
* International Business Transactions
* Banking and Regulatory Matters
* International Investments
Experience involving:
* international clients;
* European businesses;
* Greek individuals or companies;
* Israeli investments in Greece;
* Greek investments or interests in Israel;
* cross-border Greece–Israel disputes;
* real estate transactions involving Greece and Israel; or
* clients with legal interests in both jurisdictions will be considered a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the Greek language is advantageous but not required.
Professional Independence
The selected collaborator will not become an employee of OIKONOMAKIS LAW by virtue of this collaboration.
The arrangement is intended to preserve the complete legal, professional, scientific, organizational and corporate independence of all participating lawyers and legal practices.
There will be no employment relationship solely by reason of the collaboration.
Each matter will be subject to:
* appropriate conflict-of-interest checks;
* acceptance by the relevant lawyer;
* agreement on the scope of work;
* clear allocation of professional responsibility;
* applicable regulatory and professional requirements; and
* agreement on professional fees.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in establishing a long-term professional relationship with a reliable, experienced and commercially minded Israeli lawyer who is comfortable operating independently while coordinating efficiently with international counsel.
The collaboration may include:
* individual client referrals;
* Greece–Israel cross-border matters;
* Israeli-law workstreams within larger international files;
* joint coordination of multi-jurisdictional disputes;
* transactional matters;
* international investments;
* private-client matters; and
* continuing collaboration regarding clients with legal and commercial interests in both Greece and Israel.
The objective is not to create an employment relationship, but to establish a reliable professional cooperation between independent legal practitioners.
Application
Interested lawyers are invited to submit:
* a current CV or professional profile;
* Israel Bar Association membership details;
* confirmation of current authority to practice Israeli law;
* details of their existing law firm or independent legal practice;
* principal areas of practice;
* confirmation of at least five years of post-qualification professional experience;
* a summary of relevant international and cross-border experience;
* languages spoken;
* confirmation of appropriate professional arrangements;
* their preferred structure for professional collaboration; and
* indicative hourly and/or matter-based professional rates.
Applications and proposals will be treated confidentially and will remain subject to professional conflict and regulatory checks.
