Location: North America
Workplace: Remote
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 50,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
The Data team works across Linear, supporting Product, Engineering, and GTM. We own our data pipelines, warehouse, dashboards, analysis, and integrations with third-party tools. As a small team, we focus on building systems that make data accessible and useful across Linear. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how we architect, build, and use data as we grow.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Work across Product and GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance) to turn ambiguous questions and operational needs into useful metrics, models, analyses, and workflows
- Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines that create trusted views of our product, customers, and business
- Design clear, maintainable data models and improve the testing, documentation, performance, and reliability of our data stack
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex, and dig deeper when the answer requires more than a chart
- Operationalize data through reverse ETL and partner with GTM Engineering on the scoring, segmentation, automations, and internal tools that help our teams scale
- Balance fast, pragmatic answers with durable solutions, recognizing when a one-off request should become a reusable model or workflow
- Find ways to leverage emerging tools, LLMs, and coding agents to accelerate development, analysis, testing, and documentation while maintaining a high bar for correctness
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering, ideally at a fast-moving software company
- Exceptional SQL and strong hands-on experience with dbt and a modern cloud data warehouse
- Track record of owning data projects end-to-end, from shaping an ambiguous problem to shipping something people rely on
- Strong data modeling judgment: you think clearly about grain, reusable components, interfaces, dependencies, and maintainability without relying on a single prescribed methodology
- Analytical judgment: you know when to answer quickly, when to investigate deeply, and how to turn complex findings into a clear recommendation
- Comfortable moving between technical implementation and business context, from debugging a data model to understanding product adoption or sales efficiency
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, pragmatic, and willing to challenge a request or approach when something does not make sense
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering directly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable using LLMs and coding agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow
Our tech
This stack reflects the systems you’ll work in. You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and working across the full lifecycle of data.
- Data Warehouse: Snowflake, dbt Cloud
- Dashboards / Analysis: Metabase, Hex
- ETL / rETL: Hevo, Fivetran
- GTM tools: Hubspot, Pocus, Clay
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
Compensation
For US-based candidates, the expected cash compensation range for this role is $192,000—$208,000. For sales roles, this range represents on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and variable compensation; for all other roles, it represents base salary. Final compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, actual earnings vary based on sales performance. Equity is a meaningful part of all offers at Linear.

ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a Consulting Engineer, you're the hands-on engineer on our customers' most important projects. When a customer needs to migrate, integrate, or prove ClickHouse on a real workload, you work in the build alongside their engineers: you design it, build it, test it and hand it over.
You'll work on a broad mix of projects for customers across the Americas, from moving large workloads off other databases to building new real-time analytics on ClickHouse. Each one is scoped with clear goals from the start, so you know what success looks like and can get stuck in. It's a fast way to build deep experience across lots of different data problems.
The consulting function at ClickHouse is less than a year old, so you'll help shape how ClickHouse delivers this work as the team grows. Between projects you take cases alongside support engineers, which keeps you close to day-to-day support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn customer goals into a scoped project with measurable success criteria, sizing and a timeline
- Design a target architecture and prove it against the customer's own data: schema and engine design, capacity and sizing, proofs of concept
- Do the build: implementation, pipelines and integrations, migration execution, tooling and automation
- Measure it before it matters, with benchmarking, load and functional testing, then support the cutover
- Tune what production reveals, then hand over with an engagement report and knowledge transfer, so the customer's team can run it without you
- Take L1 to L3 cases alongside support engineers when you're between projects
- Feed what you see in the field back to Product and Engineering, and turn your work into reference architectures, knowledge base articles and blog posts
- Work in a constant feedback loop with the Pre-sales team to ensure that the demos and POCs they present are credible when you put them into production
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years delivering hands-on technical work for customers, whether your title was consultant, professional services, solutions architect, senior support, SRE or something else
- Real depth in databases, whether analytical, transactional or relational
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- You've owned implementations, migrations or POCs for external customers from start to finish
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- You've deployed and run workloads on Kubernetes yourself
- You give precise technical answers and explain them clearly
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Migrating analytical workloads from systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or Elastic
- Terraform
- Data pipelines and streaming, such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark or Debezium
- Python, Bash or Go
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- This role is remote in North America, in a country where ClickHouse already hires
- Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, depending on the project: some need none, others weekly visits
- You'll join our Support Services team in the Americas, alongside Support Engineers and TAM Architects
- You'll be part of the on-call rotation, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take three to four hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

- Partner closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to solve complex distributed computing challenges in a secure, cloud-native AWS environment
YOU BRING

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
MISSION STATEMENT
We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our core Capital Markets division. Candidates with a passion for the Rust ecosystem and a proven track record designing, building, and operating mission-critical trading systems will be at a significant advantage.
As part of the engineering team in Capital Markets, you will take ownership of high-impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction in your domain, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and operability. You will join a highly-profitable, fast-paced division within Keyrock, where you will be expected to make a senior individual-contributor impact while collaborating with a global, fully-remote team. This role is open to candidates located in European time zones.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems
- Own key trading stack components end-to-end — from architecture through to production operation
- Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
- Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
- Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
- Embrace agentic engineering principles: leverage AI-assisted workflows, drive automation of operational tasks, and help evolve the team's agentic tooling
- Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing for critical trading components
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar), with solid understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk
- Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling
- Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket), exchange connectivity, and market data feeds
- Solid grasp of low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, packet and latency path analysis, dedicated network infrastructure, and kernel bypass techniques (DPDK)
- Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and concepts: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-First IDEs (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code), harness engineering, and workflow automation
- Ability to make sound architectural decisions, articulate trade-offs clearly, and guide implementation across complex systems
SENIORITY & COMPETENCIES
- Ownership & Reliability – Take full responsibility for your work. Deliver high-quality service, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
- Initiative & Problem-Solving – Approach challenges with a problem-solving entrepreneurial mindset. Make sound, independent judgments and take the initiative to drive solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
- Operational Diligence – Respond strategically to technical and operational challenges, ensuring robust and reliable trading infrastructure while instilling confidence in the team’s processes.
- Technical Leadership – Influence system design, raise engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and help the team make pragmatic, high-quality technical decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions to many enterprise customers, both directly and by improving our internal processes and supporting our sales teams.
As a Solutions Engineer, you can expect to:
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real!
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for exceptional individuals who excel at working with customers on technical problems and excited to work with us to scale this efficiently. You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
- Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support
- Have a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
- Have a strong technical background in order to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions
- Experience working with customers. It’s ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Sweden, with a preference of Stockholm. Expect regular travel for customer onsites. Fluency in English and Swedish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.

Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (west coast). We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed
- Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off
- Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal
- Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue leakage
- Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out, from how they are quoted through the hand-off to billing
- Find and remove manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented
- Help us get and stay audit ready by making sure deals are recorded correctly
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle, from pricing and approvals through order form and billing hand-off
- Comfortable building process from scratch: workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation, without a playbook handed to you
- Sound judgment on the tradeoff between deal speed and control, and on sensitive pricing and deal information
- A clear communicator who can hold a deal conversation with an Account Executive, Finance, and a customer, and have each one walk away with what they need
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools; experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ is a strong plus
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
Compensation
For US-based candidates, the expected cash compensation range for this role is $172,000—$193,500.

You'll work on a broad mix of projects for customers across Japan, from moving large workloads off other databases to building new real-time analytics on ClickHouse.
- Fluent English and Japanese
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Migrating analytical workloads from systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or Elastic
- Terraform
- Data pipelines and streaming, such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark or Debezium
- Python, Bash or Go
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- This role is remote anywhere in Japan, with travel to customers in Tokyo
- Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, depending on the project: some need none, others weekly visits
- You'll join our APJ Support Services team, alongside Support Engineers and TAM Architects
- An in-person meeting with our local head of solutions architecture
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Activation Manager at Ramp, you’ll help partner-sourced customers improve how they manage their finances. You’ll own a book of approximately 80 customers, guiding them through implementation and helping their teams adopt new workflows, including Ramp’s AI and agentic finance capabilities.
This role goes beyond getting customers live. You’ll work with finance leaders, their teams, and external partners to understand what needs to change, address resistance, and make sure customers see measurable value from Ramp. We’re looking for someone who’s led customers through change, is comfortable working with CFOs and Controllers, and uses AI regularly in their own work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Guide partner-sourced customers from implementation through ongoing workflow adoption, with accountability for time to value and business outcomes.
- Build a change management plan for each account: identify stakeholders, understand what’s slowing adoption, and help customer teams work through it.
- Help CFOs and Controllers measure Ramp’s impact, including improvements in close cycles, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI.
- Manage relationships across the customer’s organization, including finance leadership relationships you’ll own independently.
- Use AI to prepare for calls, build customer materials, synthesize data, spot account risks, and reduce repetitive work.
- Help customers evaluate and adopt Ramp’s agentic finance capabilities, including the changes these workflows require in their teams’ day-to-day work.
- Work with Channel Partner Managers, Partner Consulting, Account Executives, and Technical Consulting to coordinate implementations and identify opportunities to expand Ramp’s use.
- Share recurring customer needs, product gaps, and feedback with Product.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in customer success, consulting, implementations, or a similar customer-facing role, with a consistent record of delivering customer outcomes and exceeding goals.
- Experience driving workflow adoption and managing organizational change, including navigating stakeholder resistance. Finance or fintech experience is helpful but not required.
- Regular, hands-on use of AI to prepare for calls, synthesize information, create customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks.
- The ability to build a business case for workflow changes and explain their financial impact to CFOs and Controllers, connecting implementation progress to business results.
- Enough technical depth to work with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow design, and explain those topics to customers.
- Success in a fast-paced GTM environment, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to get work done across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows, with an understanding of what gets in the way of adoption.
- Familiarity with FP&A, accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero, expense management, or other finance workflows.
- Measurable results in expansion, retention, or time to value.
- Experience at a company where AI was central to the product or how the team worked.
- Experience managing 50+ customers at once, prioritizing across accounts, and turning open-ended problems into clear plans.
- Experience working with third-party partners or consultants on customer activation and new use cases.
- Experience in a high-growth company or startup, where priorities and processes change quickly.
