ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
This role partners directly with enterprise customers building and deploying conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. The focus is hands-on execution - advising on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver clear business outcomes in production environments.
You will guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony, and for integrating agents with existing data sources and systems. You will analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify friction points and optimization opportunities that improve accuracy, user experience, and reliability at scale.
In parallel, you will own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts. Success is measured by net revenue retention and sustained multi-product adoption. You will identify expansion opportunities, drive cross-sell through deeper agent usage, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert technical success into durable revenue growth and long-term customer commitment.
What you bring
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in Brazil
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market landscape and cultural nuances
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
A connected Claude is the difference between a general-purpose chatbot and a real coworker. We're building the connected enterprise on three fronts: zero-touch activation, a thriving connector ecosystem, and an enterprise control plane that lets organizations adopt with confidence. We own the path from discovering a connector to using it every day: default and suggested connectors, one-click setup, connector requests, and the identity and admin pieces that remove setup friction for a whole organization at once.
You'll be a technical leader who owns activation end to end, from the moment someone sees a connector to their first successful use of it. You'll also help to shape the foundations that help the connector ecosystem grow, and the governance controls that make it safe at enterprise scale. You'll partner closely with product, design and data science, and carry real ownership over what we ship next.
What you'll do
Own connector activation end to end: measure the funnel from discovery to first use to habit, find the biggest drop-offs, and fix them
Build and run experiments on default connectors, in-product suggestions, connector requests and onboarding flows
Make setup close to zero-touch, building on open standards like Cross App Access (XAA) and the MCP authorization spec so one approval can turn a connector on for everyone
Improve the connectors people reach for most, like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so the first experience works and keeps working
Lay platform foundations for the connector ecosystem: reusable building blocks that make every new connector easier to launch, discover and activate
Build out the enterprise control plane: admin controls and governance (domain restrictions, labels, permissions) that help security teams say yes faster instead of blocking rollout
Partner with product, design, data science and sales to turn usage data and customer feedback into priorities
Set technical direction and standards for the team, mentor other engineers, and lead with influence rather than authority
Minimum Qualifications
Have shipped growth or activation work: onboarding flows, funnels, experimentation, and measuring what actually moves usage
Are comfortable with authorization and identity (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO), enough to make setup flows simple without cutting corners
Have built on large platform APIs (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace or similar) and can debug failures on both sides of the boundary
Have built platform or ecosystem surfaces that other teams or developers rely on, and care about durable, well-designed APIs
Understand what enterprise admins and security teams need from policy, permissions and governance at scale
Use data and user research to decide what to build, and can explain the tradeoffs to product and design partners
Drive cross-team and cross-company alignment to ship, with influence over authority
Preferred Qualifications
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Contributed to or implemented emerging auth standards (IETF OAuth drafts, MCP authorization)
Experience with data governance or information protection (sensitivity labels, DLP)
Built admin consoles or policy engines for multi-tenant SaaS
Run growth experiments on activation funnels
Built AI products or agent tool integrations (MCP)
Helped grow a developer or partner ecosystem around a platform

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic's compute runs on a growing global portfolio of data centers built with development partners. As a Senior Field Engineer on the Data Center Design and Engineering team, you will work side by side with developers, general contractors and engineers of record to resolve technical issues on site and speed up construction. You will spend most of your time on active sites, acting as our team's eyes, voice and technical judgment in the field. You will spot problems first, get the right people moving, and stay with each issue until it is closed.
You don't need a data center background. We care more about whether you have delivered complex industrial projects from the field and can get contractors and partners to act when you have no formal authority over them.
What you'll do
Be our engineering presence on site.
You will walk installed work against the approved design and build working relationships with developers, general contractors, engineers of record, vendors and commissioning teams. You will hold design acceptance on our team's behalf, deciding whether installed work meets the design. When field conditions and drawings disagree, you will be the first call. You will settle what you can on the spot and bring in the right discipline engineer for the rest. More than 50% of your working time will be at project sites, often with overnight travel across multiple sites. The rest will be remote from your home base.
Get issues closed.
You will keep one prioritized list of open engineering issues for your sites, each with an owner and a date. You will follow up in person, challenge dates that don't hold up, and escalate early with a clear recommendation when something is stuck.
Find out why things fail.
When equipment, an installation or a test fails, you will gather the evidence, test the first explanation, and trace the failure to its underlying cause. You will confirm that the fix works and check whether other sites carry the same risk.
Clear the path to commissioning and handover.
You will check the interfaces between power, cooling, controls and structure before they surface as test failures. You will drive RFIs, deviations and field changes to decisions, so that open engineering questions don't hold up the crews.
Bring the field back into the design.
You will turn recurring site problems into changes to our designs, standards and audit checklists. Each project should make the next one easier to deliver.
What this role is not
You won't manage construction crews or direct contractors' means and methods; those stay with our construction delivery partners. You will work with our discipline engineers and hold the field view, rather than produce design documents.
You may be a good fit if you
Have spent years on active project sites in energy, power, heavy industrial, data center or similar environments, as an engineer, project manager, or construction or commissioning lead
Can read drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, specifications and schedules well enough to see where they disagree with what's been installed
Can give specific examples of persuading contractors, vendors or partners who didn't report to you to change course
Hold your position under pressure, back it with evidence, deliver bad news early, and change your mind when the facts change
Have led structured failure investigations, using a method such as 5 Whys or 8D, and seen the corrective actions through
Write short, factual reports that a busy reader can act on
Treat safety as your own job, and will stop work that isn't safe
Have a degree in engineering, construction management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong candidates may also have
Experience as an owner's representative overseeing an EPC or general contractor
Commissioning, startup or system turnover experience
Worked in LNG, refining, offshore, power generation, semiconductor or naval environments
An electrical, mechanical or civil, structural and architectural (CSA) engineering background
A PE license, PMP or OSHA 30 certification
Familiarity with tools such as Procore or Primavera P6

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview
