1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
With over 180,000 business customers, Enterprise Password Manager is 1Password's core product. It is rapidly evolving into a complete credentials security platform for humans, machines, and AI agents.
This is a Senior Staff PMM role. Individual contributor with broad organizational visibility. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own EPM end-to-end: messaging, positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution.
You will shape how the market understands credentials security as 1Password grows.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience and Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with direct experience in password management, enterprise vaulting, credentials security, or identity security.
- Working knowledge of broad cybersecurity concepts.
- You've repositioned a mature enterprise product. You know the difference between a messaging refresh and actually shifting how the market thinks about something.
- You can market to enterprise IT and security buyers: the admin managing rollout, the CISO approving the spend, and the security engineer evaluating the technical depth.
- A track record of winning in competitive markets by displacing incumbents, not just differentiating in an open field.
Technical Depth
- You understand how credentials work beyond passwords: API keys, certificates, machine secrets, passkeys, and what it takes to issue credentials to AI agents.
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT: MDM, SSO, directory services, and where password management fits in the IAM stack.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
- You use AI to go faster, not to think less. You know what to hand off and what to own, and you can tell good output from output that still needs work.
- You want AI to free up time for the work only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, and narrative.
- You own the ideas you bring. Walk into a room with a recommendation and you can defend it. Candidates who produce content but can’t explain the thinking behind it won’t fit here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
- You write for multiple audiences without diluting the message. An IT admin and a CISO aren't reading the same document for the same reason. You know how to serve both.
- Strong narrative instincts: open with the problem, build to the solution, and land in a way that makes the reader feel the product was built for their situation.
- You’ve shaped category narratives, not just contributed to them.
Bonus points for:
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
- Experience developing thought leadership in a fast-moving category. 1Password has a team that produces content. This role provides the point of view.
- You've repositioned an established product category. There's a real difference between entering a space and redefining it.
What you can expect:
Own EPM Product Marketing
- Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for the Enterprise Password Manager.
- Define how 1Password talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts, and AI agents.
- Tell the story clearly to analysts, IT buyers, security leaders, and sellers. The narrative has to work for practitioners and executives.
- Connect EPM’s story to the Unified Access platform narrative.
Build Competitive Intelligence and Category Positioning
- Own positioning and market leadership claims for EPM.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing on competitive differentiation. Know the competitive set cold: where they’re strong, where they’re not, and how to win against each.
- Track where the credentials security market is moving and keep 1Password’s messaging ahead of it.
Enable the Field with Tools That Actually Get Used
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs that sellers and SEs reach for because they work.
- Take complex concepts like passkeys, machine credential lifecycle, AI agent authentication, and zero-knowledge architecture and make them usable in a customer conversation.
- Surface win/loss signals from the field and turn them into repeatable GTM motions, not one-off documents.
Influence EPM Product Strategy
- Bring the market's perspective to Product: customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, field feedback.
- Make the market case early, before decisions are locked.
Why join us:
- The credentials security market is being reshaped by machine identities and AI agents. You'll own how 1Password tells that story.
- You'll work across product strategy, competitive positioning, and field execution. The work is visible at the executive level.
- 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
- The company is growing and there's room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute what's already been defined.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to own the agents and the platform they run on inside Source, a new product where modern marketing teams and their AI agents build, optimize, and scale digital experiences together. Source connects a company's codebase and marketing stack into one governed workspace.
Your area spans the experience of working alongside those agents, the platform underneath (the framework, sessions, memory, and evals), how agents reach Source from outside it through MCP and the CLI, and the durable context every agent works from.
That means serving two groups at once. The developers who connect and extend the system, and the marketing teams doing the ongoing work of building brand and driving growth inside it. Both now work alongside agents, and neither will hand over real responsibility to something they can't trust. Much of what "good" looks like here hasn't been written yet, and you'll define it.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000
- Zone B: $200,00 - $240,000
- Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada
- 232,000 - 278,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director of Product
As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you'll…
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform underneath Source: the agent framework and service, agent sessions, shared context and memory, the core orchestrator, and the experience of steering agents while they work. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Ensure agents are capable, and safe to hand real responsibility to. Agents should disclose what they can do and where they came from, run with limited permissions, and land their work as a reviewable change rather than a silent merge. You'll define how autonomy expands as trust builds, along with the audit trail and cost visibility that make it defensible.
- Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the eval infrastructure, harnesses, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it.
- Build the primitives once that every Source workstream ships on. Teams across Webflow are building specialized agents on your platform, from site building and content to optimization and marketing. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other rather than solving the same problem three times.
- Make Source reachable from wherever the work happens. Own the MCP and CLI interfaces so outside agents and scripts get the same capabilities as embedded agents, under the same disclosure and permission model.
- Centralize the context agents build from. Agent Instructions give a project durable, governed steering, so every agent works from the same brand, structure, and business context instead of rediscovering it session by session. You'll decide how that concept evolves inside Source.
- Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership and to the other Source workstreams, partner closely with the team building deterministic and long-running agent workflows, and navigate cross-functional disagreement independently and constructively.
- Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls.
- Place durable, multi-quarter bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast; you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
You'll thrive as a Staff Product Manager, AI, if you:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas. Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from substantial hands-on work with agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Have set the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products, defining the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run, and getting a team to hold to them.
- Have built platforms other product teams ship on. You've treated other teams as your customers, drawn the line between what to build once and what to leave to them, and can point to primitives that outlived the first thing built on top of them.
- Can serve two audiences at once. You've built developer-grade tools and approachable products for marketers, and hold both in view without shortchanging either.
- Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
- Lead through influence rather than authority. You set strategy and bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership along, holding your own with senior stakeholders and moving decisions forward without waiting to be told. You set patterns other teams adopt and mentor as the practice grows.
- Stay curious. building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.

Hi, I'm Manu, Engineering Manager at
Customer.io
. We're looking for experienced backend engineers who want to build and own the infrastructure that powers one of the most data-intensive platforms in marketing automation — systems that process millions of events per second, orchestrate complex workflows at scale, and keep everything running reliably for thousands of customers worldwide.
You'll work on the Platform team, tackling hard distributed systems problems: designing for fault tolerance, scaling services under real production pressure, and building the foundational layers that every other team at
Customer.io
depends on. This isn't just maintenance work — you'll shape the architecture of systems that need to be both highly available and constantly evolving.
If you're someone who gets energized by the intersection of scale, reliability, and developer experience — and wants ownership over infrastructure that truly matters — we'd love to talk.
What you'll bring:
Deep experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend architecture
Strong instincts around reliability, observability, and fault tolerance
Comfort reasoning about performance, capacity, and trade-offs at scale
Experience with event-driven systems, message queues, or data pipelines is a plus
A collaborative mindset — you raise the team around you
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies - from scrappy startups to global brands - use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You drive technical direction across systems and teams. You move with urgency, build with empathy, and think long-term. You’ve led large-scale infrastructure initiatives and know what it takes to get them over the line.
Engineers with customer focus
You think about how infrastructure unlocks customer value. You care about developer experience, system design, and how your work shapes the customer experience.
A healthy disregard for “the way things are done”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter, but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve distributed systems in Go to handle billions of daily events and messages and store and index petabytes of data
Lead architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and real-time event processing
Improve service-to-service communication through better APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven patterns
Work across teams to uncover bottlenecks and system issues, and lead initiatives to resolve them for a smoother customer experience
Tackle high-throughput challenges across data pipelines, queues, and scheduling infrastructure
Able to debug production systems at scale using effective instrumentation, and resolve issues quickly and confidently
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Share knowledge and raise the bar through sharing your progress publicly with short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
Leverage AI tools to prototype, move faster, and make better decisions
What we're looking for
Significant experience (typically 10+ years) building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages)
Deep experience with databases - relational (MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational (DynamoDB, BigTable) - and how to make them fast
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, observability, and operating production systems
A bias for action over perfection, and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the named technical owner for the mission-critical workload that anchors a strategic enterprise customer’s Vercel relationship, across a portfolio of concurrent accounts. You’ll work as a peer to customers’ VPs of Engineering and CTOs, take over the post-sales technical relationship from the Solutions Architect through a structured handover, and coordinate every Vercel team on the account, including Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales. Customers buy this engagement, so success is measured by renewal: your proactive architecture and cost work should be worth more than what the customer pays for it. The role has no on-call rotation, no production code, and no sales quota. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or Austin.
What you’ll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running weekly calls, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and an annual roadmap workshop
Co-own each account with the Account Executive: you own the technical relationship and the technical case for renewal
Take ownership of escalated incidents and recurring patterns, driving post-mortems, root-cause analysis, and remediation roadmaps, and respond to P1 and P2 escalations within 4 business hours
Run proactive architecture reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope and coordinate Forward Deployed Engineering, audits, workshops, and Professional Services projects on your accounts, and relay customer needs to Product and Engineering
What you need
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company (TAM, Solutions Architect, Developer Success, Field Engineer, or technical consultant), owning strategic customer relationships including QBRs and renewals
Ran a technical platform at scale in a customer-facing role, with fluency in CI/CD pipelines, preview environments, release mechanics, and cost and performance patterns
Production architecture experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Ramped quickly on an unfamiliar technical product and earned customer trust
Can write a one-page executive summary of a complex technical situation for customer leadership
Willing to travel 4 to 8 times per year to customer offices, generally in-region
Bonus if you
Worked as a Technical Account Manager at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK, MCP servers, or similar frameworks
Run an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review-style engagement with an enterprise customer
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $163,000-$204,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data centers in the South of Paris.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
