About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of Germany's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in German, with German executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent German is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in Germany from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in German and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across Germany for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent German, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with German enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the German market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial
Logistics
Minimum education:

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
This position sits within Nebius Token Factory, our serverless platform for running and customizing open-source LLMs in production. Token Factory allows for serverless inference and fine-tuning backed by in-house optimizations like custom speculative decoding, quantization, cache-aware routing and dedicated endpoints. Customers come to us to move from prototype to scaled production without the cost and complexity of building and tuning their own inference stack.
Our Solutions Architects own the
technical delivery
of customer engagements: deploying open-source models, tuning the serving stack, benchmarking against the customer's success criteria, and carrying the technical relationship through to production. Sales Engineers qualify and scope the opportunity; SAs execute it. Technical Account Managers take it from production onward.
We're looking for a
Manager, ML Solutions Architecture
to lead our EU regional SA teams. Your scope is
PoC delivery and post-sales technical support
: the people who do it, the standard they do it to, and the operating cadence that keeps it predictable. You will report to the Head of Solutions Architecture and partner with a peer manager in the other region.
We expect you to push people when they need pushing, make the uncomfortable call when deliverables don't land even though the effort was real, and take ownership of the documentation work: implement and monitor the following of the guidelines, ticket hygiene, and making sure the team actually uses all three.
You're welcome to work remotely from
any EU country.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the team
Manage a team of 8 Solutions Architects, with continued growth planned: 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, promotion cases, and individual growth plans
Build an accurate picture of each SA's strengths, gaps, and preferences, and allocate accounts and engagements against both expertise and interest
Run the cadence that surfaces blockers early, then take them to the development, product, and business teams that can clear them, and stay on them until they do
Hold people to outcomes: distinguish effort from delivered results, say so plainly when the two diverge, and reflect it in ratings and compensation decisions
Onboard new joiners through to their first independently delivered engagement
Coach SAs into stronger engineers and stronger communicators, and make deliberate calls about who is ready for more scope
Own delivery
Be accountable for your team's delivery outcomes: time from PoC kick-off to first optimized dedicated endpoint, success-criteria hit rate, and the quality of the technical relationship after the customer goes to production
Review technical work before it reaches the customer: benchmarking methodology, serving configurations, results, closure documents; catch the wrong conclusion drawn from a metrics artifact before a customer sees it
Ensure staffing and escalation coverage across accounts and timezones, including post-sales request load that does not respect sprint boundaries
Call infeasibility early and with evidence, rather than letting the team burn iterations against requirements the platform cannot meet today
Own the operating system of the team
Maintain and extend the team's documentation: responsibilities, runbooks, guides, onboarding, definitions of done, engagement closure templates. Keep it accurate and reachable; link, don't copy
Get it
used
, not just written: documentation nobody reads is a cost, not an asset
Keep the ticket tracker the system of record, so PoC and production status is readable without asking anyone
Instrument the work: define and report the metrics that show whether delivery is getting faster and more reliable over time
Work across teams
Development and research teams: convert recurring customer pain into prioritized platform work, and represent the customer's technical reality in roadmap discussions
Pre-sales: hold the scoping-to-execution boundary: push back on under-scoped engagements, and feed feasibility signal back upstream
Account management: make production handoffs uneventful, and keep post-sales technical requests moving
Business and leadership: give a straight read on account health, technical feasibility, and capacity needs
We expect you to have:
3+ years managing technical teams, including performance management and difficult conversations
Experience managing a customer-facing team.
Running a team whose work is visible to customers, on customer timelines, with customer escalations.
Strong ML knowledge:
LLM architectures, fine-tuning approaches (SFT/LoRA, RL-based), evaluation design, and a working command of inference internals — quantization, KV-cache management, batching, routing, speculative decoding — and of the frameworks the team works in (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM)
Enough technical judgment to review someone else's benchmark and find the flaw in the methodology, not just in the conclusion
Python strong enough to read and review your team's code
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives, including in front of enterprise customers under pressure
Genuine tolerance for operational work: documentation, process design, reporting, and the follow-through that makes them stick
Comfort operating with ambiguity across distributed teams and timezones, and a bias toward writing things down
It would be an added bonus if you have:
References from both former managers and former direct reports
Experience scaling a team through rapid growth (5 → 15+) without losing delivery quality
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical function at a cloud, inference, or AI infrastructure provider
Experience defining process and documentation for a team that had none
Hands-on background running LLMs in production and debugging inference workloads at the framework level
Work with multimodal AI models (vision-language, speech)
Proficiency with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
Preferred technical stack:
Programming languages:
Python
ML frameworks and libraries:
vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs
MLOps and DevOps tools:
Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Git
Cloud platforms:
AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (Azure ML)
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets.
Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications.
Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges.
📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in
Helsinki
or
Berlin
.
Please note:
This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity.
What You'll Do
As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll:
Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications.
Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools.
Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance.
Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution.
Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end.
How We Work
Ownership:
Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production.
Collaboration:
We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations.
Pragmatism:
We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity.
Flexibility:
We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries.
Our Tech Stack
Our backend services primarily use
Go and Kotlin
, while our frontend applications use technologies such as
TypeScript and React
.
We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who have:
An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack.
Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale.
Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed.
Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.
You do
not
need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services.
What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus:
Merchant-facing or internal operational tools.
Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology.
Integrations with external business systems.
Kafka or other streaming technologies.
Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Why Join Us?
You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer (Python) in GitLab's Agent Foundations stage, you'll go beyond using AI tools. You'll help build the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences: the platform that lets AI agents work across the whole software delivery lifecycle, not just write code. That covers the reusable building blocks agents and flows are made from as well as our core harness, Duo Developer.
Most of your work will be backend engineering in Python, using libraries such as LangGraph to build secure, reliable and scalable features in our AI Gateway. You'll also work across the stack where needed. You'll work closely with engineers across the stage and other AI Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility area where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy.
What you'll do
Develop, ship and maintain features for the Duo Agent Platform in the Duo Workflow Service, the AI Gateway and, where needed, the GitLab monolith. Keep them secure, well-tested and performant.
Build and improve agentic flows and their reusable parts with LangChain and LangGraph, including the Flow Registry.
Work with Product Management, UX, frontend, backend and AI specialists to refine requirements and ship improvements in small iterations.
Design, implement and review APIs (including GraphQL and REST) and the backend logic behind them, with reliable, scalable and clear contracts for clients such as the GitLab monolith, IDE extensions and Duo CLI.
Improve and extend automated testing (pytest and other frameworks), including evaluations of agent and flow behavior, to strengthen quality and give developers faster feedback.
Share standards, patterns and learnings with other engineers to raise the bar for responsible AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Join Tier 2
on-call rotations
to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and improve observability and resiliency.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to help keep GitLab's agent platform best-in-class as more work becomes agentic.
What you'll bring
Experience building and maintaining production Python backend applications, including APIs, asynchronous or background processing, and data models.
Experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangGraph, or designing and shipping AI-powered backend features or harnesses.
Skill in designing or extending APIs (REST, GraphQL or gRPC) with attention to scalability, maintainability and backward compatibility.
Comfort working across the stack in a mature codebase. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript and Vue is a plus.
Experience finding and fixing performance bottlenecks in applications.
Clear written and verbal communication, including technical proposals and documentation, in a remote, async, cross-functional team.
Openness to learning and to applying skills from related technologies or fields.
About the team
The
Agent Foundations stage
builds the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences. We provide the platform, catalog and execution features that help teams deliver resilient agents and flows to customers. The stage has three groups: Agent Developer, AI Catalog and Agent Execution. Between them, they own the GitLab Duo Developer foundational flow and the Flow Registry; the AI Catalog, including custom agents, custom flows and external agent integrations; and agent execution, agent tools and agent observability.
Our engineers work async-first across EMEA, AMER, and India timezones. We work with teams across AI engineering and the rest of GitLab so the Duo Agent Platform can power many of GitLab's AI features.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now — and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
