We’re looking for a
Program Manager
to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Workspace(sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce and Slack.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the operating model and standards for pricing program management — the governance frameworks, templates, and decision rights adopted across Growth & Monetization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run.
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
-Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms
-PMP Certified

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we’re reimagining how teams think and create together. The Design and Research team brings clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that help people collaborate, ideate, and solve problems visually. We partner deeply with engineering, product, and research to invent the next generation of collaborative work combining craft, systems thinking, and bold exploration.
YOUR MISSION
As a Lead Product Designer focused on Growth, you’ll define how Mural earns user trust at the moments that matter most when someone first encounters the product's value, decides to go deeper, or chooses to stay.
This is end to end growth journey ownership. It's about designing the logic of how Mural grows: the moments where clarity converts, where friction is a design failure, and where the line between growth and product quality either holds or breaks. You'll work across discovery, activation, and pricing surfaces, onboarding paths, upgrade flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product nudges. Most importantly, you'll orchestrate how those surfaces work together and set the standard for how growth design is practiced at Mural.
You'll succeed if you can bring full journey thinking, rigor and craft to a domain that often defaults to shortcuts and if you can help a cross-functional team understand what good growth design actually looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES (INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR WORK):
- Define high-quality, user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences across problem to success flows, upgrade flows, pricing surfaces, and lifecycle touchpoints — setting patterns that scale across the platform.
- Work from concept to production, delivering thoughtful UX, polished visual design, and vibe coded prototypes that help the organization understand direction, risk, and value.
- Use behavioral data as a primary design input: interpret funnel metrics, experiment results, and user signals to inform design decisions, not just validate them.
- Design and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels — from hypothesis formation through read-out, in close partnership with product and data science.
- Establish reusable growth patterns in Mural's design system that balance clarity, persuasion, and long-term user trust.
- Partner with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of flows and components.
COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES (PRACTICE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT):
- Directly manage one to three designers on the growth surface: run regular 1:1s, set goals, give performance feedback, and support their career growth.
- Balance IC output with people leadership — this is a hands-on management role, not a full-time management track. Expect the majority of your time to remain in design work.
- Model how to hold craft and commercial intent simultaneously — showing peers what it looks like to design for conversion without compromising user trust.
- Mentor designers working on growth-adjacent surfaces, developing their instincts around hierarchy, motivation, friction, and funnel thinking.
- Contribute to how the team understands growth design as a discipline: a principled approach to earning user commitment.
- Champion the relationship between growth quality and product quality, helping leadership understand when they align and when they're in tension.
- Partner with research, data science, and product to elevate experimentation quality across the organization.
HYBRID RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH PLAYER & COACH):
- Reframe problems at the funnel level helping teams understand where value is earned or lost and why.
- Lead workshops or working sessions that bring clarity to pricing, packaging, onboarding, and upgrade moment opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, research, and data science to define success metrics, shape experiment hypotheses, and interpret outcomes.
- Advocate for user trust as a growth asset, not an obstacle to conversion — and model how design holds that line.
DESIGN & RESEARCH TEAM CONTRIBUTION:
- Share growth approaches for designing discovery, onboarding, and identity flows with peers through critique and collaboration.
- Partner with research, data, and product teams to elevate experimentation quality and improve how Mural understands user value signals.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence, especially in areas where growth and monetization intersect with core product experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, productivity tools, collaboration software, or product-led growth environments.
- 2+ years of managing other designers
- A track record of leading growth, monetization, or conversion-focused design work — not just contributing to it.
- Deep fluency in funnel thinking: you understand acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion as a connected system, not isolated moments.
- Strong data instincts: you can read behavioral data, interpret experiment results, and use both to sharpen design decisions.
- Exceptional craft: visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish are second nature.
- Systems thinking: you understand how decisions cascade across surfaces, journeys, and user relationships over time.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers, even informally — you know how to raise the quality of work around you.
- Strong communication skills that help cross-functional partners make smart, user-centered decisions.
- Comfort operating in spaces where patterns don’t yet exist and playbooks need to be written.
ALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING
- Experience with pricing architecture, packaging strategy, or monetization model design.
- Deep experience mapping and designing activation journeys — the full arc from first action to genuine value realization.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools and vibe coding to prototype growth flows, simulate behavioral nudges, and stress-test funnel logic in motion — treating code as a design material for rapid exploration.
- Background in organic acquisition or activation funnels at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or contextual intelligence in growth flows.
- Experience working with data science teams on experimentation frameworks or causal inference.
- History of shaping 0→1 growth systems or redesigning broken acquisition or retention loops.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll help shape how millions of people discover value in Mural, understand what the product can do for them, and make confident choices about their journey. You’ll design experiences that balance business goals with user trust, clarity, and delight. You’ll collaborate with thoughtful partners who care about evidence, craft, and outcomes.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and use our product daily to collaborate, ideate, and prototype together. This role is Canada Remote. Your design work will shape how millions of people around the world collaborate.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a social media manager to own how Baseten shows up on social. Our audience is ML engineers, infrastructure teams, and technical founders, and most of them meet us first on X or LinkedIn, around a model launch, a benchmark, an open source release, or a customer result. This role decides what that first impression is.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You set the strategy and you write the posts. Day to day you'll work with product marketing, comms, design, our engineers, and our founders.
This role relies on technical credibility. You don't need an engineering background, but you do need to understand what we're claiming and why it matters. We post about latency, throughput, and GPU cost, and we hold ourselves to getting those details right.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role is the face of the Baseten brand on our social channels and builds our direct line of communication with the community across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the communities where our audience already spends time.
- Track the conversation across AI and open source, and move quickly when we have something useful to add.
- Set the social strategy: what we post where, how each account grows, and how we measure it, with a clear point of view on which channels deserve investment and which don't.
- Translate technical work into posts worth sharing: model launches, benchmark results, open source projects, engineering deep dives, and customer outcomes.
- Lead the social side of launches alongside product marketing, product, and engineering.
- Produce content. Shoot and edit short-form video at events, in the office, and around launches, and brief a freelancer or design partner when that's faster.
- Scale the voices of our team. Help engineers, GTM, and leadership post in a way that still sounds like them, and ghostwrite where it helps.
- Report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice against goals, and change the plan when the numbers say to.
- Manage the contractors and creators who extend our output beyond one person.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years running social for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand, most of it as the person writing and shipping the posts.
- A track record of growing an account. We'll ask you to walk us through posts you wrote and what made them land.
- Technical fluency to write accurately about inference, GPUs, and model performance, and to ask our engineers the right follow-up questions.
- Native fluency on X and LinkedIn, and comfort producing short-form video.
- Experience being trusted with a brand account, including the judgment calls about what not to post.
- Comfort in a fast launch cycle where the plan changes and the window to react is short.
- A point of view on how AI companies show up online, with specifics on who does it well.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals

About You:
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed

Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:

to join our Order Operations & Monetization team. This role restores dedicated capacity for pricing and order operations testing, quote-to-cash (QTC) release validation, and order execution support.
You’ll help ensure system changes are tested, validated, and operationally ready before they go live. You’ll provide Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expertise and execute assigned business validation across signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order management handoffs. This role partners closely with Order Operations & Monetization, IT’s business systems team, Pricing Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
Reporting & Prioritization
Reports to the Order Operations & Monetization lead, Jamie Calkins.
The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
Notion
Metronome
Hex
What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

- Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
- Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
NICE TO HAVE
