Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc). In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction. Your Impact: By building and automating robust Identity pipelines: You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts. By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift: You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time. By governing the security of third-party integrations: You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries. By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM): You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets. By championing technical leadership and team growth : You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent. Your Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM. Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs. Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members. Standout Qualities: You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance). You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential. You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps). Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls. Team Dynamics: Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations. The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company. Location: Berlin Workplace: Hybrid OUR STORY: Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence. Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016. ROLE SUMMARY You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals. - Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them. - Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences. - Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze. - Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner. - Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting. - Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint. - Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs. - Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes. - Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level. MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders. - Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok). - Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform. - CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality. - Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android. - Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real. - Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership. - Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents. NICE TO HAVE - Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok). - Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically. - Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney). - Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks. - AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging). - Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows. - Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow. WHY TAXFIX? - A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals. - Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions. - A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like. - Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create. - 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours. - A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts. - Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip. - Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible. - Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions. - Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office. Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture. At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves. Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Java Intelligence, you will be responsible for market strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution and commercial success for key areas of Azul’s Java Intelligence portfolio, including Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub and Payara InSight. You will shape how customers understand the value of these solutions, influence product direction in partnership with Product Management and Engineering and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, strong market instincts and the ability to lead through influence, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for developers, architects, operations teams and enterprise decision-makers. This role will ideally be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Limassol, Cyprus Or remotely in Europe or the EU. What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities) You will be responsible for specific areas across Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, working closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners. You will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging, market positioning, and business performance for your areas. You’ll use customer insight, market data, and business results to recommend direction, build alignment, and drive decisions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. The balance of your focus across the three products will evolve as business priorities change. These products are also closely connected to Azul’s Java runtimes: Optimizer Hub ships as part of Azul Prime, while Intelligence Cloud’s JVM Inventory supports Azul Core Oracle migration initiatives. Your work will therefore influence broader product and runtime priorities, and at times may include direct involvement with Azul Core and Azul Prime. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will come through strong product judgment, clarity, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to influence teams and senior leaders. Responsibilities: Drive business and product outcomes. Define meaningful measures of success for your product areas and use them to guide priorities and decisions. Monitor sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention, and other relevant product and business metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to understand performance, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust product direction when the data or customer feedback indicates a change is needed. Shape product strategy. Develop and recommend the multi-year direction for your areas, including where the products can differentiate, which customer segments and use cases to prioritize, and where Azul should build, partner, or integrate. Ensure your recommendations reflect customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and Azul’s broader enterprise and open-source portfolio. Partner with executive leadership. Report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with the CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO, and other senior leaders. Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, pricing considerations, customer insights, and business results clearly and credibly. Use evidence to support recommendations, invite constructive challenge, and adapt direction as new information emerges. Translate strategy into roadmap priorities. Turn product strategy into clear, sequenced, and achievable roadmap recommendations. Evaluate priorities and trade-offs across products and initiatives, build alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing, and help teams understand both what is being prioritized and why. Communicate roadmap direction effectively to internal stakeholders and customers while balancing customer needs, business opportunity, technical feasibility, and speed of execution. Develop pricing and packaging recommendations. Help shape how Intelligence Cloud is priced, packaged, and metered across Java environments of varying sizes and complexity, how Optimizer Hub is positioned and packaged as part of Azul Prime, and how Payara InSight is packaged for Azul Payara customers. Develop and test pricing models, gather feedback from customers and the field, and partner with finance, sales, and leadership to refine and implement recommendations. Lead inbound product management activities. Partner closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements and design reviews through implementation decisions and release readiness. Lead customer discovery and requirements sessions, translate customer problems into clear product needs, and provide direction on UX and UI priorities. For areas involving Optimizer Hub, consider the operator experience of installing, sizing, and running the product on Kubernetes. Contribute to customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-base content, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and continually evaluate the usability of the product. Lead outbound product management activities. Partner with marketing on positioning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing content. Participate in customer and prospect conversations, support strategic deals and escalations, and conduct ongoing market and competitive research. Help ensure product messaging resonates with developers, platform teams, technical decision-makers, and executive buyers. Build technical credibility. Develop a strong working understanding of the technologies behind the products and engage effectively with engineering teams on product and technical trade-offs. You do not need to be a JVM internals expert, but you should understand JVM architecture and operating principles, including JIT compilation and warm-up, well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business value. What you bring (aka Experience, Skills) 8+ years experience in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end to end — strategy through launch through revenue. Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in an adjacent market: application performance monitoring, application security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics. Fluency with AI tools and experience operating in an AI-first product management organization — you use them in your daily product work and have a view on where they help and where they don't. Deep technical fluency generally — you can read an architecture diagram, follow an engineering debate, and ask the question that changes the answer. Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product, including the messy cross-functional work of getting a model approved and into market. Understanding of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as the key influencers in an enterprise sales cycle. Strong domain knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes. Excellent written and verbal communication in English — equally effective with an engineer and with a Fortune 100 CIO. Comfortable in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone setup: self-directed, and a strong writer because writing is how decisions get made here. Comfortable in a startup-shaped environment where bringing order to chaos is part of the job. Nice to have Hands-on software or quality engineering background — you have written code and debugged production systems. Experience with open source communities. Familiarity with cloud cost optimization: how compute is provisioned, monitored, and optimized. Experience taking a new product from early traction to a durable revenue line. Working knowledge of Java and Java development tooling. Familiarity with Jakarta EE application servers (Payara, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss) and OpenTelemetry. Experience working across more than one product at once, especially products at different stages or sold through different motions. Experience with infrastructure software that customers deploy and operate themselves, not just SaaS. What we Offer · Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages · Referral Program · Work-life balance, remote-first, paid time off, company shutdown, holidays · Work with top experts worldwide whom contribute to the Java ecosystem Our Culture & Values · Maniacal Customer Focus · Innovation & Excellence · Initiative & Courage · Impact & Influence · Integrity & Transparency · Diversity, Inclusion & Teamwork Employment at Azul is contingent upon the completion of reference and background checks.
