About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee Anthropic's global equity administration and payroll operations. In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for our equity compensation administration programs and global payroll operations, ensuring both functions scale accurately, compliantly, and efficiently as we grow — including through listing readiness and public-company operations. You will manage senior functional leaders across equity and payroll, and partner closely with Legal, Tax, HR, and the broader Accounting organization to support our mission to make AI beneficial for humanity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the equity administration and payroll teams, setting strategy, priorities, and operating cadence across both functions
Own the control environment for equity and payroll: design and document to public-company standards.
Oversee scaling to public-company standards across both functions.
Drive systems strategy across the compensation platforms, from equity to payroll, and surrounding integrations, ensuring a coherent architecture as we scale
Serve as the primary escalation point and executive interface for equity and payroll matters with Legal, Tax, HR, and external providers
Oversee international expansion of both functions, including new-country payroll setup, cross-border equity compliance, and mobility programs
Partner with Accounting on stock-based compensation and payroll accounting, ensuring clean handoffs for close, reporting, and audit
Drive automation and continuous improvement of manual processes across both teams through technology solutions
Build headcount and resourcing plans that scale with the business
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Have 15+ years across equity compensation and/or payroll operations, with significant experience leading senior functional leaders
Have operated equity and payroll functions to a public company standard.
Have deep familiarity with equity management platforms (such as Shareworks or E*TRADE) and Workday payroll, with experience owning cross-system architecture
Have built and scaled global operations across multiple jurisdictions
Are a strong people leader who develops senior functional experts
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and default to building scalable processes over adding headcount
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO
Hold CEP (Certified Equity Professional) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
Have experience with international mobility programs, worker secondments, and cross-border tax considerations
Have led complex system implementations or migrations at scale
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Cloud team at ClickHouse, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of Cloud-focused features for our flagship offering. Potential areas of focus include the ClickHouse Cloud query experience, data visualization, and Cloud-native enhancements to the core product.
You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that each feature contributes to an intuitive, cohesive product experience, and is built to meet the needs of our customers. You will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the product is effectively positioned and promoted in the market.
THE ROLE:
Feature Ideation, Definition, and Development
- Define and drive development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
- Be responsible for ensuring that these initiatives are delivered such that they align with our company goals and meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities, and help manage the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable features and enhancements are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner. Prioritization is key.
- Feel strongly about a feature that hasn’t yet been considered? No problem. This role benefits from high degrees of both autonomy and impact—you will be empowered to ideate and propose net-new initiatives, thereby contributing directly to our overall product strategy and direction.
Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration
- Every project requires collaboration between various teams at ClickHouse and you are the glue that holds them together. You will be responsible for coordinating with partners on the design, engineering, and security teams to ensure that they are aligned on scope and timeline for each project. You will also be principally in-charge of identifying, communicating, and resolving cross-team blockers and dependencies.
- You will be the internal ‘face’ of your projects.
- Pre-shipment, you will deliver periodic status updates to our leadership team and the broader company. You will also collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute on feature launch strategy (documentation, positioning, messaging, pricing). Finally, you will conduct pre-launch enablement sessions for our sales and support teams, such that they are equipped to convey this information to our customers.
- Post-shipment, you will maintain internal and external documentation and help our sales and support teams address customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
Performance Monitoring and Incremental Improvement
- You will define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for your projects and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
- We ship incremental improvements across our product surface area every single week. You will obsessively monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Relatedly, a crucial underpinning of any successful product is polish—nobody likes papercuts. You will dog-food our product on a daily basis and suggest incremental improvements that reduce jagged edges and contribute to a polished product experience.
YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience
- Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior experience with ClickHouse preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.

Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.

You’ll be working directly with cutting-edge AI systems — evaluating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping improve how these systems behave in real-world scenarios. The work sits at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, where your ability to think critically matters just as much as following guidelines.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios
Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them
Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way

What We’re Building

This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

An overview of this role
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Competitive, you own GitLab's competitive point of view on AI and agentic software development and serve as the authority on our market differentiation. You consult regularly with sales, product teams, investor relations, industry analysts, and leadership on competitive strategy and roadmap implications while publishing external thought leadership.
With deep experience in the modern SDLC and agentic tooling, you collaborate with developer advocacy and conduct primary market analysis to drive positioning, field assets, competitive plays, and partnership strategy.
In your first year, you will establish a defensible AI and agentic narrative and an agile operating rhythm that turns market signals into action.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product & Solutions Marketing, you will operate with executive visibility and autonomy, measuring success by win rates, competitive displacements, and market leadership in the AI and agentic category.
Some examples of projects:
Define GitLab's differentiated position against AI-native entrants competing for the SDLC
Publish thought leadership that shapes how the market frames agentic development
Assess new entrants and share relevant market-shaping insights across the company
Shape partnership strategy based on competitive footing
Arm executives with competitive narrative for customer and board conversations
What you'll do
Own GitLab's competitive positioning for AI and agentic software development end to end, from primary landscape analysis through understanding of competitive tools and developer-level perceptions. And turn that into the narrative the field, analysts, and executives all use
Own the operating rhythm that converts competitive signal into a position and action within days
Give Product an opinionated read on what competitive movement means for roadmap sequencing, bringing evidence and a recommendation rather than a summary of what competitors shipped
Build the compete assets, plays, and objection handling the field uses against named competitors, define the sales motion that moves win rate, then measure whether it did
Partner with Growth and Campaigns on competitor displacement campaigns, accountable for their contribution to pipeline
Brief Investor Relations, industry analysts, sales, and executive leadership with the same rigor, owning the competitive-landscape narrative with analysts and PMMs
Raise the competitive bar across the PMM team
Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company's travel policy
What you'll bring
Proven impact at the organizational and industry level
Deep domain expertise in SDLC, DevSecOps, and agentic software development to engage technical buyers and executive audiences
Track record of driving competitive positioning that delivers measurable win-rate impact
Fluency in the AI/agentic coding landscape and competitor exposure areas
Established thought leadership with industry recognition (speaking, publications, advisory roles)
Experience briefing executives, investor relations, and industry analysts
Ability to form and articulate a clear point of view quickly despite incomplete information
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives
Practical experience using AI tools within your workflow
Self-directed, data-driven mindset using win/loss insights to guide strategy

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.
Project Details
Job Title: Data Labeling Associate
Hiring in: Onsite (Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, or client-dependent)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee

Pay Rate: $34/hour

Please only apply if you meet this location requirement.

1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong, structured writing skills
Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently
Strong understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery, with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to make sound judgment calls in ambiguous situations
Naturally curious about AI, technology, and how systems behave
Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and contributing ideas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay consistent while working with evolving guidelines
Experience in data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis is helpful — but not required
Benefits
Paid Vacation: 6 days
Paid Company Holidays: 2 days (Memorial Day and Labor Day)
Paid Sick Leave: accrued per applicable state law and company policy
