Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Sales Leader in EMEA to build our business in the region from the ground up. We already have EMEA customers and real demand — today it’s served from the US. You’ll be our first person on the ground in London, and your job is to localize that business and turn it into a region.
This is a founding-leader role, not inheriting a machine. You’ll be in deals directly while making your first hires, with a mandate to scale the EMEA team to 20+ people this year across front-line leaders and sellers.
The right person for this role is a player-coach who has managed managers, sold to technical buyers, and hired quickly — and who wants to run a region before a bigger company would hand them one. If you’re energized by ambiguity, an unformed market, and building with what’s in front of you, this is one of the most consequential GTM roles at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own EMEA: all segments, all markets, top to bottom.
- Build the team. Recruit, hire, and onboard 20+ people this year, including the front-line leaders who will run it with you.
- Carry the number. Build pipeline, run deals, and close business yourself while the team is coming together.
- Establish our presence in the region — the London footprint, our reputation with EMEA buyers, and the local playbook for how enterprise buying works here.
- Adapt the motion. Take what works in AMER and tune it to how technical buyers in EMEA actually evaluate and purchase infrastructure.
- Partner closely with a US-based org across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting, with significant US timezone overlap.
- Set the bar for execution, forecasting rigor, and speed as the region scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven hiring track record. You’ve built teams quickly and hired leaders, not just ICs, and you can point to the people you’ve developed.
- Second-line leadership experience. You’ve managed managers and owned a multi-team org.
- Enterprise selling experience against a technical line of business. You can hold your own with engineering and infrastructure buyers and want to go deeper on inference.
- Scrappiness. You’re comfortable being the only Baseten person in the region on day one — building pipeline, closing deals, and recruiting at the same time, without the bells and whistles.
- EMEA fluency. You know the regional markets and how enterprise buying differs from the US.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment. Here, that means you Slack faster than you talk.
- A builder’s mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you’re at your best in high-change, unstructured environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Manager to help build and lead our founding team of Enterprise Account Executives in London.
You'll help recruit the first reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins European enterprises. It's a founding seat with real influence on how we build here, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for the region, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach early on, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn European enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally as a first or early hire in a new team or region
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in London and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

An overview of this role
As Director, Product Management: Agentic Software Delivery, you'll own one of GitLab's most strategic sections, spanning Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You'll lead senior and principal product managers and be accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue across build, package, deploy, and monitor. Today, these are separate stages with a human making the call at each handoff. As agents take on more coding, pipeline, and deployment work, you'll set the three-year vision for how much of that judgment the system can make safely and how quickly a production signal can turn into a fix without waiting for a human to notice it first. You'll define how customers move from today's manual checkpoints toward agent-driven software delivery at a pace that fits their risk tolerance. In your first year, you'll bring four connected roadmaps into one coherent strategy, establish how investment is allocated and reallocated, deepen partnerships with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and give customers a credible path for managing software delivery at scale.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery section, with a clear point of view on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.
Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability, helping them grow as independent decision-makers.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating rhythm that support consistent, high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
Own section-level key performance indicators and adoption funnels, using the results to reallocate investment or stop work that isn't paying off.
Evaluate major strategic bets, partnerships, and build, buy, or partner decisions, and develop the business cases that support them.
Partner with Engineering leadership on platform investment, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the section, while connecting build, package, deploy, and monitor into one coherent customer experience.
Drive pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, migration, and adoption with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Represent the section with GitLab's senior leadership, key enterprise customers, partners, and industry audiences, while modeling AI-native product management across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading product managers, including developing senior and principal talent, hiring, and addressing performance directly.
A track record of owning a portfolio across multiple product areas and being accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue, not only roadmap delivery.
Product management depth in one or more relevant areas, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including experience making and defending build, buy, or partner decisions with a business case.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals such as logs, metrics, and traces.
Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments where engineers and engineering leaders are primary users.
Executive-level communication and influence.
Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows, along with a thoughtful view of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery. We welcome candidates whose experience may come from different but transferable product and leadership paths.
About the team
The team brings together senior product leaders across GitLab's software delivery platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners so customers experience these capabilities as one connected system. The team helps customers manage today's delivery complexity while shaping how AI-powered and AI-native workflows influence the next generation of software delivery. As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, the team collaborates asynchronously across regions with a focus on transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
Proven product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or open source
A track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or portfolio, not just executing someone else's
Evidence of launches you led that changed a business outcome such as adoption, pipeline, or win rate
The technical curiosity to hold your own with product managers and engineers and to understand the product beyond the datasheet
Comfort using data to test a hypothesis, evaluate a campaign, and change your mind
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing without formal authority
Excellent storytelling skills applied to technical solutions, for both developer and executive audiences
Skill at managing complex, cross-functional projects with several dependencies and a fixed date
Fast adaptation to change and to new technology in marketing
Proactive, outcome-driven, and confident operating independently at a global scale
Nice-to-have skills
Experience marketing to developers, or in infrastructure, security, or IoT categories
Familiarity with open source communities and commercial open source business models
Experience across both product-led and sales-led motions, and with the handover between them
Public speaking, webinars, or conference presence in a technical field
Experience mentoring or leading other product marketers
What we offer you
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
In addition to a competitive base pay, we provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. Please note that additional benefits may apply depending on the work location and, for more information on these, please ask your Talent Partner.

Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company.
Introduction:
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in
Wisconsin and Iowa.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle hunter role focused on creating new opportunities within a designated territory. The successful candidate will leverage their existing knowledge and relationships within the SLED market to generate demand and open doors with IT and security leaders.
We are looking for someone who already understands how the public sector purchases cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. This includes longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security reviews, procurement requirements, reseller relationships, and budget cycles.
This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can build pipeline, recognize high-value opportunities, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Drive SLED Revenue Growth:
Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota through disciplined territory development, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
Create New Opportunities:
Identify target accounts, conduct direct outbound prospecting, and build relationships with public-sector IT and security leaders.
Build and Maintain Pipeline:
Generate pipeline through outbound activity, customer referrals, partner relationships, events, and strategic account planning.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting through discovery, stakeholder alignment, technical validation, procurement, negotiation, and contract execution.
Sell to IT and Security Leaders:
Engage IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Directors, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.
Navigate SLED Buying Processes:
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, RFPs, security reviews, procurement workflows, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, and reseller-led motions.
Develop Partner Relationships:
Build relationships with reseller representatives and other partners who can provide introductions and help uncover opportunities.
Prioritize High-Value Opportunities:
Recognize where meaningful revenue potential exists and focus time and resources accordingly.
Partner with Solutions Engineers:
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical resources to support discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical validation.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SLED customers to support long-term growth and retention.
Maintain Sales Discipline:
Keep forecasts, opportunity details, next steps, and account activity accurate in Salesforce.
Share Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on customer priorities, competitive activity, procurement trends, and territory-specific opportunities.
Operate with Ownership:
Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
Requirements
Proven quota-carrying experience selling cybersecurity software into state, local, and education accounts in the states of
Wisconsin and Iowa.
Established relationships and strong market knowledge within a defined SLED territory, including familiarity with relevant customers, resellers, partners, and procurement channels.
Proven success operating as a hunter and generating new pipeline through direct outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, partner relationships, and territory development.
Demonstrated ability to identify target SLED accounts, open new relationships, create demand, and develop opportunities without waiting for formal RFPs.
Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder SLED sales processes from initial outreach through close.
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, including RFPs, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, reseller-led sales, security reviews, and government budget cycles.
Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, infrastructure, or closely related technical solutions.
Experience engaging IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Leaders, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and technical buying committees.
Proven success owning and closing complex deals with an average deal value of at least $30,000.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer need, revenue potential, and likelihood of success.
Excellent discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
Strong forecasting discipline and consistent Salesforce hygiene.
Ability to operate independently, maintain consistent outbound activity, and create structure within a developing territory.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Available to begin as soon as possible based on business needs.
Benefits
A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.

The Role
You'll own a hybrid enterprise territory: existing customers to grow and renew, plus net-new accounts to win.
In the install base, most growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. Your job is finding them early and keeping the commercial relationship in step with the usage, including renewals and consumption commitments.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that's hard to defend, a warehouse that can't serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in broader ASEAN — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Grow your install base by landing new teams and new use cases inside accounts that already buy from us.
- Own renewals and consumption commitments, working with your Solutions Architect and Support to get ahead of usage and churn risk.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Map the remaining teams and use cases in each account and build an expansion plan against them.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against, across both new business and expansion.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events.
What You Bring
- Experience selling to enterprise in ASEAN market
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience carrying a hybrid quota — new business alongside expansion and renewal — and the discipline to work both rather than defaulting to whichever is easier that quarter.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don't report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

The Sr. Client Partner will be responsible for driving the growth of Disney's advertising revenue (Disney+, ESPN, linear channels and digital platforms), owning the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and developing commercial proposals, through negotiation, deal closing, campaign execution and results analysis. The role combines a commercial and consultative mindset with a strong focus on building long-term strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Disney's advertising revenue by aligning advertisers' business objectives with Disney's advertising solutions (streaming, premium video, linear and digital) through a consultative sales approach.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post-campaign follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market, including senior-level relationships where appropriate.
Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations grounded in data, audience insights and market trends, tailored to each client's objectives.
Own campaign delivery and reporting: provide clients and the sales team with quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance drivers (product, budget, cost and creative efficiency) against the agreed KPIs.
Coordinate with the legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and flawless campaign execution before and during air.
Partner with Aleph's internal teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status.

Act as a product champion with clients, leading conversations, workshops and presentations as a trusted advisor.
Monitor weekly and monthly reporting and post-campaign analysis, proactively identifying optimization opportunities.
Actively research the market to identify new prospective clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, Client Solutions and Research to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Skills and Experience Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising; for senior positions, a proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
You will be a strategic contributor to our cybersecurity marketing efforts, positioning Claude as the trusted AI partner for CISOs, security operations teams, threat intelligence analysts and beyond. This is an important role that requires deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem combined with the ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging around AI's benefit to defenders and the organizations they protect.
Working closely with sales, product, partnerships and communications teams, you'll be responsible for bringing cybersecurity launches, features, and messaging to market through various channels while ensuring cohesive positioning across audiences.
This role needs someone who can set vision and strategy while being hands-on with execution, from launching product capabilities for security operations and sector-specific tools to quarterbacking demand generation campaigns that drive adoption. Working at the intersection of AI safety, the evolving threat landscape, and campaigns, you'll help shape industry conversations around AI's role in cyber defense that drive measurable pipeline and impact results.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for cybersecurity across key segments: enterprise security operations, threat intelligence, detection and response, governance/risk/compliance, MSSPs and more
Craft differentiated positioning and messaging across solutions pages, campaign materials and content for distinct audiences within the vertical
Support go-to-market for product and solution launches including sector-specific offerings and relevant MCP integrations and skills (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.)
Partner with the alliances team on joint go-to-market with cybersecurity partners, including shared positioning, launch coordination, and integrated campaign moments across security platform and services partners
Partner with communications on executive thought leadership regarding AI's potential to tip the balance toward defenders, including flagship announcements in the context of key security initiatives
Work with the social and content teams on a cybersecurity content calendar that highlights use cases, case studies, and partnership announcements
Drive thought leadership initiatives and speaking / event opportunities relevant to the security community
Enable sales teams with compelling materials, outbound campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives for security-led enterprise accounts
Report on which channels and campaigns are driving results and identify opportunities for iteration
Minimum qualifications
Have direct experience marketing software products to security audiences, including familiarity with how CISOs, SOC leaders, and security engineering teams evaluate and buy technology
Thrive in a 0-to-1 environment — can build processes where none exist and navigate ambiguity across a complex stakeholder landscape
Are an adaptable generalist with exposure and competency within multiple marketing functions (content, campaigns, social, analytics, sales enablement)
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both technical practitioners and non-technical audiences
Are a quick learner who can absorb context on security workflows, buyer dynamics, and compliance frameworks rapidly
Excel at cross-functional collaboration — comfortable being the connective tissue between product, sales, partnerships, communications, and marketing teams
Are passionate about AI's potential to strengthen cyber defense while maintaining focus on responsible, safe deployment
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or the broader security technology space
Have worked in or with security organizations and understand the distinct priorities and decision-making dynamics of security buyers
Possess experience with event marketing at security conferences (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk, ISAC events)
Have a background in enterprise sales enablement, particularly in complex or regulated industries
Show a track record of building marketing programs from scratch at a growth-stage company
Demonstrate interest in the responsible deployment of AI in security contexts, including an awareness of the dual-use considerations unique to cybersecurity use cases

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
