About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
As Growth Manager, EMEA, you'll drive capital-efficient growth across our EMEA marketplace; owning cross market growth and optimization initiatives end-to-end. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role: you'll dig into data to find where growth is being left on the table, turn that into tested and scaled solutions, and enjoy the kind of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Growth and being part of a 3-person team, you will play a key role finding and closing growth gaps across the region, working closely with the Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
What you’ll be doing
Own goal-setting and efficiency tracking for growth initiatives, using data to find where growth is being left on the table
Own growth budget efficiency and ROI — spot what's underperforming and fix it, whether that means reallocating spend, running a new experiment, or changing the process
Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and ship both new growth initiatives and improvements to existing ones
Drive growth partnerships to success — spot what's not performing, and push the changes that fix it
Our humble expectations*
Previous experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent with AI tools and comfortable weaving them into your everyday workflow.
Comfortable moving between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration
Genuine enjoyment of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join Webflow's Commercial Legal team. This is a hands-on, high-variety role. One day you're closing an enterprise MSA at quarter-end. You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Procurement, Finance, Product, Security, and Privacy to get deals done and counsel our internal stakeholders with sound, risk-balanced judgment. You'll also help scale Webflow's partner ecosystem and keep our contracting frameworks current as Webflow builds out agentic and AI-powered capabilities. - This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the AGC, Head of Commercial Legal
As a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions you’ll:
- Independently negotiate and close a high volume of customer agreements across SMB, mid-market, regulated, and large enterprise segments, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and AI addenda.
- Support Webflow's partner ecosystem end to end: draft and negotiate agreements with agency and solution partners, technology and integration partners, resellers and channel partners, and referral partners, including program terms, co-selling and co-marketing, revenue share, and referral fees.
- Work with Partnerships and BD teams to structure, launch, and scale partner programs, keeping partner-facing templates, flow-downs, and program terms aligned with our customer paper.
- Advise on API, developer, and marketplace terms (including terms for app developers and template creators), working with Product so our terms match how our platform and AI features actually work.
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, AI-enabled tools, and services, in partnership with Procurement, Security, and Privacy.
- Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and enablement materials so deal teams can handle routine issues themselves.
- Serve as a go-to escalation point and provide hands-on training and enablement for Sales, Partnerships, and Deal Desk, with clear, practical guidance that weighs revenue impact, risk, and precedent.
- Pinch-hit across the team: cover colleagues' deals, get in the trenches with our Trust & Safety team on Security and Privacy issues, and roll up your sleeves as the business evolves.
- Use AI tools and our contracting stack to speed up your end to end work product, with proper guardrails for accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including a combination of law firm training and at least 2 years in-house supporting revenue-generating teams in a hyper-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- A demonstrated track record of independently drafting, negotiating, and closing B2B SaaS/PaaS agreements, including DPAs and privacy terms, as well as vendor and partnership agreements, in close partnership with Sales, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience supporting a partner ecosystem, such as channel/reseller, referral, technology/integration, agency, or marketplace programs.
You’ll thrive as a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions if you:
- Are a low-ego team player that likes to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, whatever the scope or visibility of the work.
- Are commercially pragmatic: you can secure the best overall deal for Webflow without winning every point, prioritizing what matters and trading the rest.
- Understand how partner economics and incentives work, and can design terms that scale across a program rather than one-off deals.
- Bring growth-enabling, risk-balanced judgment and know when to escalate.
- Are comfortable being uncomfortable: you make sound calls with incomplete information and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Are AI-fluent and systems-savvy, with hands-on experience in a CLM (Ironclad or similar), DocuSign, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Communicate plainly and can coach sales reps, partner managers, and other stakeholders to handle routine issues on their own.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a commissioning leader who has taken large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities from equipment acceptance through energization, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing, and who has done it across multiple facilities at once. You understand the electrical, mechanical, and controls systems well enough to challenge a test script, read a trend log, and know when a result does not prove design intent. You understand the commissioning process well enough to adapt it, not just follow it, and you can rebuild the test sequence when conditions change. That includes authoring the MOPs and risk controls for completing IST and load-based validation after early turnover, in live or partially occupied environments, without lowering the performance requirements the original plan was designed to prove. You lead teams from the front, hold contractors, OEMs, and third parties to a high standard, and refuse to let schedule pressure compromise a readiness gate. You are equally comfortable on the data hall floor with a startup technician and in the conference room briefing senior leadership on readiness, risk, and forecast. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure that is proven before it is energized for customers, and you take ownership of making that proof rigorous.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Manager, Commissioning at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will lead all commissioning efforts across the campus on behalf of Galaxy as owner and developer. You will report to the VP, Campus Construction Manager and manage a team of three Commissioning Managers, each assigned to a data center facility. You will work closely with the general contractor's on-site team and Galaxy's third-party commissioning agent, and you will partner with Construction, Pre-Construction, Design Engineering, and Operations to ensure every facility is installed, tested, and proven to design intent, and handed to operations ready for customer service. You will set the commissioning standard for the campus and hold every facility to it.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Campus Commissioning: Serve as Galaxy's single point of accountability for commissioning across the Helios campus, from design intent review through Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations. Set the campus-wide standards and quality bar.
Lead the Commissioning Team: Manage three Commissioning Managers, each embedded at a data center facility. Standardize methods and reporting, balance resources across facilities, and develop talent.
Define and Enforce the Commissioning Plan: Own the campus commissioning plan and its alignment to the Owner's Project Requirements and Basis of Design, including acceptance criteria, test standards, and readiness gates. Ensure these are written into GC, trade, and OEM scopes.
Validate Testing and Design Intent: Review and approve test scripts, sequences of operation, and IST scenarios across critical power, mechanical cooling, and BAS/EPMS controls and telemetry. Ensure testing proves design intent, redundancy, and failure-mode response.
Drive Execution with the General Contractor: Integrate commissioning into the Primavera P6 master schedule and work daily with the GC's commissioning lead and trade partners to confirm readiness, resourcing, and OEM startup support. Hold the GC accountable through readiness reviews, deficiency tracking, and commercial remedies.
Direct the Third-Party Commissioning Agent and Issue Closeout: Manage the scope and performance of Galaxy's third-party agent, challenge findings, and maintain a campus-level issues log. Drive every item through root cause, corrective action, and retest to closure.
Coordinate Energization and OFCI Equipment: Plan utility energization and load bank testing, enforcing safe work during energized testing in partnership with EHS. Align OFCI equipment delivery, factory testing, and manufacturer startup with the commissioning sequence. Adapt the commissioning sequence and author MOPs to complete Level 4-5 and IST activities after early data hall turnover, without lowering acceptance criteria.
Deliver Operational Readiness and Customer Acceptance: Partner with Galaxy Operations and customer delivery teams on documentation, training, operating procedures, witnessed testing, and formal turnover, ensuring each facility meets acceptance criteria at handoff.
Report Readiness and Standardize: Provide candid readiness reporting to the VP and senior leadership, and feed lessons learned into design standards, specifications, and Pre-Construction planning.
Validate Controls, BAS/EPMS, and Telemetry: Ensure the BAS, EPMS, and associated controls are commissioned as a system, not just as individual points lists. Verify point-to-point integrity, alarm and trend configuration, and operator visibility across all critical power and mechanical systems, including through failure scenarios such as loss of utility, loss of a controls network or server, communication failure, and transfer events. Confirm that telemetry remains accurate and actionable so Operations can see, diagnose, and respond to any failure while redundancy is maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience commissioning mission-critical facilities, including 5+ years on large-scale data centers, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing commissioning through Level 5 / IST.
Demonstrated success leading commissioning across multiple concurrent facilities on a single campus.
Experience managing and developing commissioning managers or engineers.
Deep technical knowledge of critical power systems, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, protective relaying, UPS, batteries, generators, and transfer systems.
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical cooling systems, including chilled water plants, heat rejection, air handling, pumps, and associated controls.
Working knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA architectures, sequences of operation, and fire and life safety system integration.
Experience developing, executing, and witnessing IST, including failure-mode and fault scenarios.
Familiarity with ASHRAE Guideline 0, NETA acceptance testing standards, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 110.
Experience directing GC commissioning teams and third-party commissioning agents, with strong command of test documentation, issue tracking, and P6 schedule integration.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and commissioning management platforms.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or commissioning certification (e.g., CxA, CCP, BCxP), prior owner-side or owner's representative experience, and OSHA 30.
What You Bring:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
The conviction to hold readiness gates under schedule pressure, backed by data and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
OKX is hiring a Head of Tax Information Reporting to build and run our global tax information reporting function. The function covers the OECD Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), the EU's DAC8 directive, the amended Common Reporting Standard (CRS 2.0), FATCA, and US Form 1099-DA across multiple reporting entities and a large global user base, with annual reporting across the EU, Brazil, and other CARF jurisdictions.
Most of the work is data: getting the right user, transaction, and balance data out of our platform, reconciling it, and turning it into accurate filings. You will own the relationship with our reporting vendor, the data specification that feeds it, and the quality checks that decide whether a file goes out.
You will run a central function that owns policy, data, vendor, QA, and submission for every entity in scope. Each reporting entity names an accountable signatory. Local compliance and entity leads are consulted on local requirements and support registration where the law requires a local filer. You will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, Finance Operations, Group Tax, Legal, Data Privacy, and the local entity leads.
Location: remote available, with a strong preference for the US or EU. Some travel to OKX offices.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycle for every OKX entity in scope: population definition, self-certification coverage, data extraction and reconciliation, file production, QA, filing, corrections, and tax authority queries.
Define and own the data specification that feeds the tax platform vendor: which users, which transactions, which balances, how they are aggregated by user and jurisdiction, and how they reconcile to the ledger. Work with Product and Data Engineering to build and test the pipeline.
Build and run the QA framework. Reconcile every file to source, validate it against the OECD XML schema and local variants, sample-test self-certification reasonableness checks, and run cross-entity consistency checks for users who hold accounts with more than one OKX entity. Nothing files without your release.
Manage the tax platform vendor: contract scope, delivery calendar, test cycles, output validation, issue resolution, and the annual renewal decision.
Set the group reporting policy and interpret the regimes for OKX: reportable crypto-assets, transfers to unhosted wallets, staking and reward income, retail payment thresholds, residency tie-breakers, and TIN rules, exercising independent technical judgment, supported by Legal and external tax advisers.
Own the global tax self-certification design in onboarding, including validation rules, refresh triggers, and the backlog remediation program for existing users, working with Compliance and Product.
Define the process for restricting undocumented accounts under DAC8 and CARF, including reason codes and customer communications, with restrictions applied automatically in Product and monitored by the central team.
Maintain the entity-by-entity readiness tracker covering domestic enactment, registration, self-certification coverage, and deadlines. Report weekly to the CCO and monthly to the CARF steering committee.
Hands-on leader. Build a small, senior team, scaled through the reporting vendor and outside advisers. Coordinate with and train local compliance and entity leads.
Support independent testing by Compliance Monitoring, Risk, and Internal Audit, and support tax authority examinations with complete, reproducible records.
What We Look For In You
7+ years in tax information reporting, tax operations, or regulatory data reporting at a global exchange, broker, bank, fintech, or digital asset platform, including at least 3 years leading a team.
Hands-on experience in a global, distributed digital asset business: you have worked with exchange or wallet transaction data, multiple legal entities, and users spread across many jurisdictions. This is required.
Strong data skills. You can write SQL, define data specifications for engineers, reconcile large transaction datasets to a ledger, and find the gap when the numbers do not tie. You have built or run data quality controls on reporting output.
Working knowledge of CARF, DAC8, CRS, and FATCA, including due diligence rules, self-certification requirements, reportable transaction categories, and the XML schemas used for exchange. Direct CARF or DAC8 implementation experience is strongly preferred given live DAC8 obligations and upcoming CARF reporting.
Experience managing a tax reporting vendor or reporting platform, including scoping, testing, and holding the vendor to a delivery calendar. the tax platform vendor experience is a plus.
Experience building a function from a small base: writing the policy, designing the controls, hiring the team, and running the first cycle.
Ability to explain data and tax issues plainly to executives, engineers, and local compliance officers, and to run a steering committee.
Judgment on when to escalate, comfort working across US, EU, and Asia time zones, and a record of meeting hard filing deadlines.
Nice to Haves
Experience with US Form 1099-DA or 1099-B production, backup withholding, or Qualified Intermediary reporting.
Experience with the DAC8 60-day account restriction process or equivalent undocumented account remediation at scale.
Familiarity with GDPR requirements for sharing customer data with tax authorities, including data protection impact assessments.
Python or similar scripting for data validation, and experience with data warehouse tools such as Databricks.
Experience working inside a Three Lines Model, including supporting second-line monitoring and Internal Audit.
A CPA, chartered tax adviser, or equivalent; or a degree in data science, computer science, or accounting.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the team behind existing and new products in the Docker portfolio, spanning our GUIs and the CLI. You'll manage the designers and raise the quality of what they ship, and you'll stay close enough to the work to build and critique it yourself, from the first prototype to the details of spacing, states, and copy.
You'll work alongside our principal designers, our Director of UX Research, design engineers, engineering leaders, and product leaders to turn technically complex systems into experiences that feel clear to the person using them.
You will report to the SVP of Design. This role is remote, with working hours that overlap US and Europe time zones.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and grow the product design team.
- Set the craft bar expected at each level and hold it through critique and your own work.
- Partner with engineering and product from the start of a project, so design and engineering ship together.
- Give designers ownership of important problems, with the context and trust to make good calls.
- Shape how the team works with AI tools: human judgment leads, and the tools speed up the work.
- Work with design engineering and the design system team so the shared system helps teams move faster without limiting new ideas.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT YOU
You lead people:
- You have led a product design team of comparable size through change, and you have grown designers from mid-level through senior and staff.
- You have partnered closely with design engineers and engineering leaders, and you can engage with the technical decisions that shape the experience.
- You state a clear point of view to engineering and product leaders and stay open to challenge and better ideas.
You build:
- You still make things. You can prototype, critique a flow at the level of spacing, states, motion, and copy, and show us work from the last year. We will ask to see it.
- You use AI tools in your daily work and can show how you use them, including when you step in because the output isn't good enough.
- You have designed technically complex products and can turn underlying systems into experiences that feel clear and intuitive.
BONUS IF YOU
- Have led design for AI-powered or agent products, including experiences beyond a graphical interface.
- Have designed for both developer-led adoption and complex enterprise customers.
- Can prototype in front-end code, such as React or TypeScript.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
United States: $206,500 – $295,000 base
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Strategy, going deep on the analytical foundations that power how Vercel plans, staffs, and quotas its go-to-market organization. You'll own the models that translate revenue targets into headcount, ratios, and quota — and as Vercel completes its transition to a consumption-based revenue model, you'll help design how we set and ramp quotas in a usage-based world. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the analytical backbone of a fast-growing GTM org.
What you will do:
Build and maintain Vercel's GTM capacity model — connecting headcount plans to attainment probability and revenue target coverage across Sales, SAs, BDRs, and other supporting roles
Develop and operationalize the concept of a "minimum deployable unit" — the unit of supporting roles needed per rep/segment — and use it to inform hiring sequencing and investment scenarios
Own ramp curve, attrition, and productivity assumptions by segment, and use them to model longer-term headcount and investment scenarios for leadership review
Partner with the Director on quota-setting methodology, with particular focus on consumption-based quota design — how usage-based revenue signal translates into fair, attainable quota and ramp assumptions
Support the "leading indicators back from quota" analysis — translating quota by segment into pipeline coverage requirements and activity benchmarks
Build and maintain quarterly planning deliverables — quota-setting proposals, coverage model updates, and headcount recommendations
Track plan vs. actual on headcount, capacity, and quota attainment throughout the year; flag divergence early and model the revenue impact
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Data & Analytics to validate assumptions and ensure planning models are grounded in real data
About you:
6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, strategic finance, or a similar analytical GTM function at a high-growth SaaS company
Strong track record building headcount, capacity, or ratio-based staffing models tied to revenue targets
Experience with quota design and ramp modeling — ideally including consumption- or usage-based quota structures
Excellent quantitative and modeling skills
Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to build a defensible model from incomplete data and clearly explain the assumptions behind it
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex modeling into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
A builder's mindset — you'd rather build the framework than run point on day-to-day execution
Bonus if you:
Have direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, especially quota and compensation design in that context
Have worked in developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies
Have a point of view on how automation or better tooling can improve planning and modeling workflows
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

- Build state mapping strategies using trigger signals, current penetration, and key logos to win.

- Clearly explain how Ramp can help finance teams simplify spend management, reduce manual work, and gain visibility and control across financial operations.
- Coordinate closely with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and other cross-functional teams to use warm introductions, executive programs, customer stories, and account-specific moments appropriately.
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Improve the Public Section motion by testing strategy and AI workflows, learning from results, and turning effective approaches into repeatable team practices.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You’ll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working within the Public Sector.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting preparation, deal progression, and executive engagement.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director, Biostatistics
with strong expertise in
oncology drug development and clinical trial strategy
. The individual will provide strategic statistical leadership across development programs and work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical, Commercial, and Portfolio teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
Selecting Trial Types: decide if a trial should be superiority, non-inferiority, or equivalence-based depending on what regulators and payers need to prove the drug beats a placebo or standard of care.

Sample Size & Power Calculations
Balancing Risk and Resources: use power calculations to ensure a trial has a high probability of detecting a true clinical effect without enrolling excess patients, which drives up costs and exposes unnecessary individuals to experimental risks.
Subgroup Powering: They determine if the study is large enough to analyze specific patient subsets (e.g., biomarker-positive patients or specific age groups).
Establishing
Go/No-Go Decision Gates
Proof-of-Concept Criteria: establish quantitative thresholds for Phase II trials (e.g., "If the hazard ratio is below 0.70 with a p-value , we proceed to Phase III").
Futility Stopping Rules: Experience in build rules into trial protocols to stop a failing trial early, preventing sunk costs on a drug that is unlikely to succeed.
Regulatory Strategy and Health Authority Negotiations : experience in preparing and reviewing data packages and attending meetings with regulatory bodies (like the FDA or EMA) to defend trial designs, proposed endpoints, and statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
Mitigating Regulatory Risk: Experience in anticipating and addressing statistical objections from health authorities regarding missing data handling, multiplicity adjustments (controlling for false positives when looking at multiple endpoints), and bias.
At the macro–Strategic Drug Development level, statisticians should have experience working with
commercial and portfolio management teams
.
Quantifying Uncertainty: Experience in using historical benchmark data and simulation models to estimate the Probability of Technical Success (PoS) for an asset at each development phase.
Pipeline Prioritization: Using risk models to help executive leadership in deciding whether to advance, partner, or kill an asset based on its statistical likelihood of clearing regulatory and market hurdles.
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments with strong
oncology experience
.
Demonstrated experience in
strategic drug development and clinical trial design

Provide subject matter expertise across both business process controls and ITGCs, including the evaluation of control dependencies, automated controls, system-generated reports, and key interfaces.
Help design and execute the organization’s path to SOX compliance, including readiness planning, external auditor coordination, evidence standards, testing strategy, and sustainable program governance.
Partner with process and control owners to develop and maintain process narratives, flowcharts, risk and control matrices, and other control documentation.
Identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities, develop practical remediation plans, and drive issues through timely and sustainable resolution.
Provide periodic reporting to senior management, including the CAO and CFO, on SOX readiness, testing results, remediation status, emerging risks, and key decisions.
Lead and support initiatives across accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, governance, and SEC reporting capabilities.
Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda for complex and judgmental matters, including business combinations, asset acquisitions, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, consolidation, capital raising activity and other transactions.
Research and assess new accounting standards and SEC developments, determine their impact, and coordinate implementation across relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain accounting policies that translate U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements into clear, scalable operating practices.
Support financial statement preparation and review, including U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements, as needed.
Mentor team members and strengthen technical accounting, controls, project management, and executive communication capabilities across the organization.
