OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a
Developer Advocate (DevRel)!
Requirements
Core:
— Senior developer-advocacy experience, or senior technical partner-facing engineering - in crypto, fintech, or a B2B API product.
— Deep, hands-on command of REST and WebSocket APIs - reads the spec and confirms behaviour with a live call.
— Able to make hands-on code changes to quickstarts and SDKs, not only review them.
— Proven at authoring change requests / API-improvement proposals from partner and internal-developer feedback - structured and evidence-backed.
— Credible in direct technical partner conversations; can act as senior escalation for a first line.
— Verifies against official documentation and live behaviour before approving any published API claim; distinguishes fact from assumption.
— Structured, concise technical writing for partner-facing and internal product audiences.
— Able to mentor and enable junior team members.
Nice to have:
— Crypto-exchange / exchange-integration experience (market making, custody, payments, on/off-ramp).
— Experience owning an SDK or AI/agent surface (safety review, packaging, registries).
Responsibilities
(a) Change requests and API advocacy
— Own the CR flow: author CRs that alter API behaviour or contract, and remain named approver on any such CR. The Junior DevRels do intake, reproduction, and evidence; this seat authors and approves.
— Propose API improvements from partner and internal-developer feedback, carried into Product as structured requests.
— Provide API and infrastructure advocacy for partners and the developer audience.
(b) Published correctness (the safety bar)
— Named approver on any published API claim; owns correctness of every guide/quickstart whose accuracy needs a spec read or a live call. Juniors draft and maintain; this seat approves.
— Where an AI/agent or hosted surface is in scope, own its safety bar (what it must not expose).
(c) Quickstarts, SDKs, and enablement
— Keep the quickstarts correct; make hands-on fixes while the first line ramps.
— Teach and enable the Junior DevRels to update and maintain quickstarts and, progressively, the SDKs.
(d) Partner depth and escalation
— Hold partner-call depth and technical feedback.
— Act as the senior technical escalation for the Junior/operations first line on subject-matter and blocked issues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will manage a portfolio drawn from our largest and most strategic enterprise merchants. TAM coverage is reserved for a select group of accounts, and you will work on them alongside our Account Management (AM) team. You will be responsible for the technical relationship, and together with the AM you will grow and maintain every account in the portfolio. What you'll be doing:
- Customer Partnership: Be the primary technical point of contact for the merchants in your portfolio. Build trusted relationships with their technical and product teams and run the technical part of quarterly business reviews, while the AM owns the commercial relationship and pricing.
- Payment Performance: Monitor acceptance rates, decline patterns and authentication results across your portfolio, find what is costing merchants approvals and fix it.

Collaborate with issuers, card schemes and our internal teams that manage those relationships to resolve systemic issues.
- Product Adoption: Lead the rollout of new products, payment methods and technical migrations as merchants expand with Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
- Account Growth: Spot growth opportunities in your merchants' roadmaps and collaborate with the AM on the best way to position new products and solutions. Strengthen upsell conversations with demos, workshops and technical training on new features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with many teams across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, including Product and Engineering, to translate merchant requirements into clear action items that deliver better outcomes for the customer, such as improved payment performance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, managing internal and external stakeholders up to senior level.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex and unfamiliar technical issues independently and drive them to resolution.
- Comfortable with core technical concepts, such as APIs and how front-end and back-end systems work together, and able to explain them clearly when advising merchants.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to use query tools and AI to analyse data, extract insights and turn them into improvements.
- Experience with data querying and logging tools such as Datadog and BigQuery.
- Comfortable using AI tools and agents in your day-to-day work to investigate issues faster, automate repetitive tasks and scale your impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
- Experience in payments or SaaS (software as a service) is a plus.
