In addition to what’s below, you can see all open roles and learn more about our culture on our careers page.
The Role
CS Learning Designers at Brilliant design interactive learning games to teach programming and algorithmic thinking. We’re hiring exceptional learning designers who can teach computer science concepts creatively using Python, as well as brainstorm new interactive experiences that bring the principles of algorithm design to life.
You will work in a small, nimble team to redefine the future of education. We especially encourage applicants with a strong background in computer science education to apply.
You will use your pedagogical instincts and taste to expand Brilliant’s library of CS learning games and achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners and our business. You will be joining a passionate and experienced team of entrepreneurial-minded people who are working to make a meaningful impact on the world.
To be considered for this role, please include your best example(s) of how you've taught computer science concepts interactively online.
Responsibilities
Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant’s Python learning game.
Design new learning games — visual, puzzle-driven experiences that teach foundational principles in algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.
Decompose complex computer science ideas (e.g., recursion, backtracking, dynamic programming) into approachable, well-sequenced steps that empower learners to reason from first principles.
Design content that is clear, creative, and intuitive — using interactivity to help learners build confidence and mastery.
Build immersive, interactive learning experiences that guide learners along problem-solving journeys.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to imagine and create new interactive features, visuals, and mechanics that elevate the learning experience on both computers and phones.
You
Have an undergraduate degree or above in a STEM field, and you’ve developed a strong grounding through research or teaching that extends beyond traditional curricula.
You have used AI agents extensively for coding, and have an opinionated stance on what core concepts are important to teach in the world of agentic coding.
Have a knack for teaching complex topics using a progression of clear, simple, hands-on steps.
You have experience with building or using interactivity to motivate, engage, and challenge learners, including in asynchronous contexts.
Have a way with words, especially when communicating challenging concepts, and your writing skills (in English) are top notch.
Are great at context switching and prioritizing among a large workload.
Have an openness to change and a willingness to experiment with formats and platforms.
Are not afraid to jump into any aspect of a project to fill a vacuum, no matter how big or small.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that drive productivity across our fast-growing European sales and sales engineering teams, including supporting new hire onboarding cohorts as they ramp in seat, in region.
- Use AI tools to create content faster, run AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and give sellers self-serve answers to their questions.
- Own training on the tools EMEA sellers and SEs use daily for account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, and drafting outreach and proposals.
- Teach sellers when to trust AI output, how to verify it, and how to handle customer data under EU privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act), so every seller can explain, demo, and stand behind how Sierra uses AI with customers.
- Create playbooks and programs, track adoption and impact (tool usage, time saved, ramp speed, deal velocity), and report results to EMEA and global sales leadership. Turn the best field practices into shared prompts, playbooks, and workflows for the global enablement team.
- Localize and launch global sales plays in EMEA (flagging any that don’t translate), collect field feedback for the global Programs Lead, and support regional launches with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in sales enablement at a B2B software company, with exposure to both onboarding and plays
- Experience adapting centrally built programs for a regional audience
- Evidence of leadership: prior people management, or leading projects and mentoring others, and a genuine interest in leading a team
- Credibility with senior sales leaders and experienced sellers and SEs, and a strong facilitator
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
- Comfortable working independently with a team several hours behind you
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience in AI or enterprise software
- Additional European languages
- Experience as the first enablement hire in a region
- Experience hiring or building a team
- Experience running an AI fluency or AI tooling program for a sales team
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act or GDPR as they apply to how sales teams use AI
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:

- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an AEO/SEO Content Writer at OnePay, you’ll own the words behind our blog and landing pages, turning banking, credit building, investing, and rewards into content that’s clear, accurate, and impossible to bounce from, and that ranks.
This isn’t “write and publish.” You’ll work from keyword and search-intent research, move through a regulated-industry editorial process, and keep iterating based on what performs. You’ll work alongside our in-house SEO Lead and external SEO agency, turning their research and strategy into copy that’s ready to publish and built to win.
If you’ve written for a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial brand and know how to balance compliance, clarity, and conversion, this is your role. You will:
- Write blog posts and landing page copy for OnePay’s core products: banking, credit building, credit cards, investing, crypto, and rewards
- Turn keyword research and search-intent briefs into sharp outlines, then into polished, published copy
- Build landing pages that convert, with clear value props, scannable structure, and calls to action people click
- Partner with SEO and growth to spot content gaps and prioritize topics by traffic and business impact
- Work with Legal and Compliance so every piece is accurate and properly reviewed before it goes live
- Shape and evolve the OnePay voice: approachable, plain-spoken, never jargon-heavy, even when the topic is technical
- Refresh existing content as search performance, products, and regulations change
- Dig into analytics and SEO tools, then use what you learn to make the next brief better
YOU BRING
- 5+ years as an SEO or content writer, with a published portfolio that performs in search
- Experience writing for a fintech, bank, credit union, or other regulated financial company, including compliance review cycles and working directly with Legal and Compliance on approvals
- Strong on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent, internal linking, metadata, and content structure, plus fluency with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and a modern CMS
- Writes conversion-focused landing page copy, not just blog posts that rank, and works from SEO briefs without losing voice or clarity
- Sharp editor with obsessive accuracy on numbers, terms, and disclosures, who can explain credit building, investing basics, BNPL, and rewards simply without dumbing them down
- Curious about where search is headed (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and willing to partner with PR on on-brand, review-ready LinkedIn copy
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
As we continue to build our Sales team locally, we are looking for several ‘full-stack’ Sales. You can call it Sales, Business development... What is important for us is the mission: help companies transition to a more personal, proactive and holistic health partner.
At Alan, Sales drive deals, manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders as you make the transition from prospect to customer.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role.
