ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager on the Commercial Account Management team, you will lead a team of Account Managers who serve as the dedicated, named partners for some of Ramp's fastest growing customers. - Stay close to changes in Ramp's product and go-to-market motion, and translate those shifts into how your team sells, prioritizes, and talks to customers
- Synthesize customer feedback from your team to inform Ramp's product roadmap and customer communication strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to continuously improve efficiency and advocate for your customers
- Hire and onboard top talent as the team scales
What You'll Need
- Minimum 6 years of customer-facing or direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a high-velocity sales environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to build and maintain team-level reporting and dashboards
- Background in outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and hands-on experience with sales tools and processes
- Consultative sales mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to coach others to engage with business challenges at a strategic level
- Comfort engaging with and enabling your team to sell to C-level executives, finance teams, and key decision makers
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding team-level sales targets with strong team distribution in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong operational rigor — data-driven approach to tracking team performance and identifying coaching opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the team internally and externally
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a growing team
- Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and can build process where little exists

ABOUT THE TEAM
Mural helps teams think, decide, and follow through together. AI made producing content cheap. It did not make agreement, commitment, or follow-through any easier. The AI Workflows team builds the AI and agentic experiences inside Mural that help teams reach decisions and keep them.
YOUR MISSION
You will own the outcomes for new AI experiences from first idea to proven value. You will partner with the Engineering Manager and the Agentic Design Director for AI Workflows as counterparts, and together you will own the strategy. You will work with a wider team of engineers, ML engineers, designers, and product managers, moving from hypothesis to working prototype to evidence in weeks, not quarters. You will build prototypes yourself and decide what ships, what changes, and what we stop, based on what users do and what the evals tell us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set strategy for AI Workflows together with your engineering and design counterparts, own the outcomes and the evidence behind what we build, and engage deeply in the end-to-end user experience
- Find the team workflows where AI adds clear value, at the intersection of collaboration, alignment, and decision making.
- Build working prototypes with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to test ideas with users before committing further investment.
- Turn each release into a hypothesis with pass/fail criteria, and make the call on whether to iterate, scale, or kill it.
- Define product-quality evals with engineering that measure usefulness, trust, and reliability, and own the call on whether an experience meets the bar to ship.
- Decide with engineering and ML when to use frontier models, when to route across models, when to bring in a new model, and when a model of our own is worth building.
- Understand the cost to serve each workflow, and work with growth and finance on how usage is metered and what the unit of value is.
- Set up the data loops that improve quality, including what we collect, how we label it, and how it feeds evals and model work.
- Design agentic experiences that work in real multiplayer sessions, where people need to understand, steer, and correct what the agent does.
- Talk with users every week and bring what you learn back into the work.
- Work with design, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and security teams to align on shipping decisions.
- Share what you learn across the product organization so other teams can adopt the practices that work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years in product management, including shipping at least one AI product from concept to real users.
- Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based products, including what went wrong and what you changed.
- Technical fluency to design and read evals, and to work as a peer with engineers and ML engineers on context management, latency, reliability, and failure modes.
- Sound judgment on model decisions: comparing models, routing across them, adopting new ones, and deciding when fine-tuning or a custom model is worth it.
- Understanding of AI unit economics, including cost to serve, usage-based metering, and how model choices change margin.
- A record of launching, rebuilding, changing direction, and killing ideas based on evidence
- Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and being candid about the tradeoffs.
- Experience owning outcomes while partnering with expert engineering and design leaders as true counterparts.
- Experience creating structure where no playbook exists.
- Experience with collaboration or productivity software.
- Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product work.
- Experience with agent interoperability, including MCP.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
Cx App Foundations is a platform organisation within our global Cx organisation. It provides shared consumer foundations and platform capabilities used by engineering teams across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. Within this organisation, the Velocity team owns the paved road for consumer app development across mobile and web: shared SDKs and client foundations, integration patterns and multi-brand customisation, migration playbooks and reference implementations, and developer tooling that makes building on shared foundations fast and safe. Our mission is to reduce the cost, time, and risk of building consumer experiences across platforms and brands. Product teams own customer-facing experiences; our job is to make sure they can spend their time on delivering delightful experiences. The team is AI-native: AI is a default part of how we design, build, and ship software.
About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of experienced engineers across mobile and web, collaborating closely with product teams, design, and adjacent platform organisations across three brands. Your primary responsibility will be owning the team's roadmap and delivery of shared client foundations, and driving their adoption across the organisation, so that product teams ship delightful customer experiences without rebuilding the foundations under them. You will be a key player in keeping the team's operating model healthy: clear intake from stakeholders, predictable delivery, and support expectations that keep the platform from drifting into a general escalation queue. You will also guide architectural and system design decisions with your tech leads. You will stay hands-on: contributing code, reviews, and prototypes alongside the team is part of the job. This role is ideal for a leader who has run platforms, SDKs, or shared services for other engineering teams, communicates clearly across brands and time zones, and wants their impact measured through what other teams achieve with the foundations you ship.
Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office.
What you'll be doing
Own the platform roadmap - the shared SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling the team ships - and sequence it against the migration and adoption goals of the three brands
Drive adoption of the shared foundations by partnering with product teams, running onboarding and rollout support, and making the supported path the easiest path
Lead, coach, and grow experienced mobile and web engineers, keeping growth conversations, calibration, and feedback loops running
Keep the team's operating model healthy: clear intake (stakeholder management, shared-platform, product-specific, or exception work), supported capabilities with entry criteria and support expectations, and predictable delivery
Guide architectural and system design decisions for client foundations that three brands and multiple app platforms depend on
Stay hands-on by contributing code and reviews alongside the team, and champion AI-native development practices
Grow the team through hiring
What You’ll Need to Thrive
You have 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including a team with senior engineers
You have a solid background (5+ years) in mobile or web engineering, with enough technical depth to hold your own in architecture discussions about client foundations
You use AI tooling fluently in your day-to-day work and stay close to the code
You have run a platform, SDK, or shared service that other teams depend on, and know how to treat internal customers as customers
You work across boundaries naturally: product teams, design, other platform organisations, data/analytics and stakeholders in other locations and time zones
You hold a high bar for engineering quality and can navigate production incidents and release tradeoffs with calm structure
