Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed four acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic product to select customers.
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
BUILD PIPELINE THROUGH OUTBOUND SOURCING
- Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
- Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
RUN FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING AT PACE
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
- Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
- Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND THE BUSINESS
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
- Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT ACQUISITION AS A TEAM
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
- Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
- Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
- Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
- Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
- Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
- Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.

Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior leaders through growth and organizational change.

A data-informed approach to recruiting, including experience with hiring metrics, dashboards, market intelligence, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Experience with Greenhouse is helpful.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

Do you manage numbers with precision, but you care even more about the systems behind them? Are you ready to take full ownership of invoice workflows, spot friction in financial processes, and help scale automation? If you enjoy solving problems using clear judgment rather than just following a rigid checklist, you will find your place here.

Your work will directly influence how efficiently our global business operates behind the scenes.
Day to day, you will:
Run day-to-day accounts payable activities for JetBrains entities.
Review vendor invoices and requisitions to verify authorizations and approvals.
Verify supporting documentation for vendor invoice payments.
Partner with different departments to resolve invoice approval issues, purchase order discrepancies, and disputes.

A proactive approach to problem-solving – you do not just notice a broken process, you try to fix it.
