ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our Platform team within the Infrastructure organization. As a member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will own the systems that let every engineer at Baseten prove their code works before it reaches production. Our product runs mission-critical AI inference for customers who measure downtime in dollars per second, which means our internal bar for correctness, performance, and failure tolerance has to be exceptional.
Your focus is the full testing stack: fast and reliable unit test tooling, integration harnesses that spin up realistic environments on demand, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference workloads, and resilience testing that deliberately breaks things so our customers never have to find out what happens when a node dies mid-request. This is a builder role with org-wide leverage. You won't be writing tests for other teams — you'll be building the frameworks, harnesses, and feedback loops that make writing good tests the path of least resistance, and you'll set the standards for what "well-tested" means at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load and performance testing frameworks
- Design end to end test infrastructure that provisions realistic dependencies on demand — ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, containerized service dependencies, etc.
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities: fault injection, network partition and latency simulation, pod and node failure scenarios, dependency degradation, and automated verification that our systems degrade gracefully and recover.
- Attack test suite reliability head-on — flake detection and quarantine, test impact analysis and selective execution, parallelization, and aggressive reduction of end-to-end CI wall time.
- Build observability into the testing layer itself: coverage reporting, test health dashboards, failure triage tooling, and clear signals about which areas of the codebase are under-tested.
- Create project templates and shared libraries so new services start with a complete testing setup on day one.
- Partner directly with product and infrastructure teams — embed where needed, understand their hardest testing problems, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across the org on testing practice and raise the collective bar through code review, documentation, and internal advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python, with hands-on experience building test tooling and libraries used by other engineers.
- Deep experience with testing frameworks and their internals — pytest, Go's testing package, testify, testcontainers, or equivalents — including the ability to extend them, not just use them.
- Experience designing integration test infrastructure for distributed systems, including ephemeral environment provisioning and dependency management.
- Practical experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, Locust, Vegeta, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) and the judgment to interpret results and drive action from them.
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals — you can build test infrastructure that runs on and tests against real cluster environments.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, including how to keep large test suites fast, deterministic, and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of measurably improving testing culture on an engineering team — you have opinions on what to test, what not to test, and where the ROI actually is.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Teams across Arcadia already put agents to work enabling clients' clinical, analytics, and operations teams. We use them heavily for our own work, too. Much of the platform foundation is in place. Now it has to handle longer-running workflows, client-facing agents, and PHI at scale.
You'll join the team that owns the platform underneath these agent workflows. This isn't a solo mandate. Your influence comes from what you ship and what other teams build on top of it.
How We Build
Engineers at Arcadia own outcomes end to end: the problem, the design, the code, the rollout, and the result in production. We build alongside AI without handing it our judgment; our automation is governed and transparent, built to strengthen human expertise, not replace it. We have few layers, high agency, deep ownership. We adopt new tools and practices quickly, which lets us move faster than many startups while keeping the discipline a regulated environment demands.
Our agent platform sits on top of governed access to AWS-based petabyte-scale lakehouse data with open table formats, distributed Spark processing, and Kubernetes services. The current implementation has an OSS agent harness and a gateway/router across model providers, all built on a third-party agent framework.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia product teams should be able to spin up an agent quickly, ship it with confidence, and evolve it over time safely and cost-effectively. The platform provides the building blocks: persistence, workflows, memory, and identity-aware, compliant connectivity to tools. The platform also takes care of the quality attributes: caching, compaction, evals, guardrails, observability, resiliency, and safe handling of PHI.
Teams adopt it because it's the fastest safe path, not because they're told to. You treat it as a product and can show the impact in numbers.
Next: customers bring their own agents to Arcadia, and eventually assemble them from our building blocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Evolve and run our agent platform for both internal and client-facing use cases: the runtime, SDKs, templates, and paved paths that let teams ship agents on Arcadia's data. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Stand up and harden the infrastructure underneath it: IaC, network topology, security controls, and the operational tooling that keeps it running, in close partnership with SRE.
Make quality attributes platform defaults, not per-team projects: evaluation harnesses and regression gates, guardrails and policy enforcement, tracing and telemetry, and resiliency patterns for model, tool, and data failures, plus the inevitable provider churn.
Design for a regulated industry: PHI isolation, least-privilege identity for agents, audit trails, and human review.
Run the platform as an internal product: work with the teams building on it every week, and measure adoption and developer experience.
Partner with domain teams on their hardest agent use cases, and turn what you learn into platform capability.
Own it in production: SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
Set the technical bar for how engineers build with AI at Arcadia, and coach Senior Engineers through design partnership and review. Their trajectory is part of your impact.
What You'll Bring
Platforms you've built and run that other engineering teams adopted, from ambiguous beginnings through years of operation, with results you can show.
Deep foundations in cloud-native distributed systems, data infrastructure, and service architecture. You reason from first principles.
Hands-on infrastructure depth: IaC, cloud, security architecture, and running production systems. You can go deep with SRE, not just hand work off to them.
Current, hands-on production coding, and the desire to keep doing it.
Passion for developer experience (DevEx/DevProd) as a discipline.
Writing clear enough to set standards beyond your own work, and influence that comes from credibility, not title.
No healthcare background required. We hire builders from fintech, infrastructure, and consumer scale, and teach the domain.
Would Love for You to Have
Scars from production LLM/agent deployments beyond glossy demos (but we won't ask for 20 years of LLM experience).
Pragmatism about the LLM ecosystem: excited by it, not distracted by it.
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own one of Arcadia's most consequential platform domains and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org adopts AI; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents: We believe the best managers lead from being hands-on and close to the work. Our managers operate as ICs for their first 3-6 months at Sierra, and then evolve to manage and grow a team of engineers, all while building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and directly drive Sierra’s growth. These aren’t prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce. You’ll ensure technical excellence, operational reliability, and high customer impact.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You’ll both build directly, and guide your team through the full lifecycle—from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration—coaching engineers to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and scale effectively in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll collaborate with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and guide your team in building AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You’ll also work with innovative startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Shape the future of the platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. You’ll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra’s product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling, as well as leading engineering teams that build and scale, end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- A leadership style that comes from being hands-on, and blends high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality
- Proven ability to work closely with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus).
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high ownership and urgency
- Familiarity with tools for today’s AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We're looking for a Capabilities Researcher to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll identify which security capabilities in frontier models are ready to build on, measure how well they perform, and work out how to make them useful to customers who are not security experts.
Frontier models have become substantially more capable at security work over recent generations, and they continue to improve with each release. That progress creates a set of practical questions: which capabilities are reliable enough to depend on, how they perform in realistic conditions, how they behave when an adversary is involved, and where their limits are. You'll be responsible for answering those questions through fast prototyping and rigorous evaluation, and your findings will shape what the team decides to build.
You'll also work on making those capabilities usable. Together with engineers on the team, you'll design the scaffolding, tooling, and defaults that let a strong model capability do useful work for a non-expert, and you'll stay involved as it becomes a product.
This is a research role on a product team, with a broad charge and real latitude in what you investigate. It suits someone who already has ideas about what AI should be able to do for security teams and wants the models, the time, and the engineering support to pursue them.
Responsibilities
Prototype rapidly to find define the AI frontier for cybersecurity work
Design evaluations that measure model performance on the work security teams actually do
Build the datasets, harnesses, and scoring those evaluations depend on
Engage with the cybersecurity community to help define where AI can make the most impact
Work with engineers and researchers to operationalize promising capabilities into something customers can rely on
Track how model capabilities for security are changing, and what that means for what we build next
Share findings that inform product direction, and partner with product leadership on priorities
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in one or more security domains, such as vulnerability research, exploit development, reverse engineering, malware analysis, incident response, or offensive security
Have built AI-powered tools or capabilities for security work
Can get from an idea to a working prototype quickly, and abandon the ones that don't hold up
Are comfortable designing rigorous evaluations and interpreting the results honestly
Can write and communicate clearly about technical findings
Have 7+ years of experience in security research, security engineering, or a closely related field
Strong candidates may also have:
Published research, CTF results, CVEs, or open source security tooling
Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, or red teaming
Experience building agentic applications
Familiarity with the safety considerations of AI in security contexts
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're hiring our first dedicated international tax professional in Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore. You'll be a key member of Anthropic's tax team, reporting to our Head of International Tax Operations / Business Advisory and working closely with tax colleagues in Dublin and our San Francisco headquarters.
As APAC Tax Lead, you'll own direct tax compliance and advisory across our Asia-Pacific entities and operations (Japan, Korea, India, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan) and help build tax infrastructure to support Anthropic's rapid international expansion.

Lead APAC direct tax compliance, working with external advisors (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte) to ensure timely and accurate filings across all jurisdictions
Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions for APAC entities, including cost-plus arrangements and intercompany service agreements
Manage withholding tax positions and treaty relief on cross-border flows, including customer receipts and vendor payments
Advise on permanent establishment risks, entity structuring, and operational tax considerations as Anthropic expands APAC commercial and infrastructure activities
Support the tax side of regional infrastructure expansion, including data center, colocation, and subsea cable arrangements and new entity formations
Partner with indirect tax personnel on VAT/GST and consumption tax matters to align on tax strategy and overall compliance requirements
Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams on payroll taxes, equity compensation, and employee mobility matters
Build relationships with local tax authorities and manage any inquiries or audits
Contribute to global tax projects including public company readiness, SOX compliance, and tax technology implementations

CPA, CA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones with US and European colleagues
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build processes from the ground up
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of international tax experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4/advisory and in-house roles
Exposure to technology or high-growth company tax matters
Experience with the tax aspects of data center or infrastructure buildouts
Knowledge of Pillar Two/global minimum tax rules and digital services taxes
Experience with Indian direct tax matters, including permanent establishment and withholding tax issues
Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company tax compliance
Regional language skills
Experience with systems buildout or automation
Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections, to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
- Drive initiatives to ensure diverse hiring practices and build a team reflective of our values and culture.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes to achieve hiring targets, reporting regularly to hiring partners.
- Develop and execute our campus recruiting strategy, building relationships with universities and student communities, and representing Sierra on campus through recruiting events, career fairs, and other programs that build awareness and attract exceptional early-career talent.
- Help build and run Sierra’s internship and early-career programs, from campus recruiting and events to creating a high-quality intern experience that engages, develops, and converts exceptional early talent.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of full-cycle or university recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally to achieve Sierra’s goals.
- Relationships with career centers, student orgs, faculty, and ambassadors.
- Experience in planning and executing campus engagement strategies, across universities through targeted events and partnerships.
EVEN BETTER...
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in order to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a growing organization.
- Ability and willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed
- An interest in building from the ground up: launching intern programs, designing early talent hiring process
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Site Specialist to join our IT Team at Ramp based in our San Francisco office! This is a temporary full-time on-site role that blends hands-on, in-person site support with ownership of our core SaaS application stack, and we weigh both sides equally. On the site side, you’ll be the primary IT presence in SF — owning deskside support, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and AV support, and office inventory. On the application side, you’ll administer the tools the whole company depends on — Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and a growing set of SaaS platforms — owning provisioning, access, portfolio, renewals, integrations, and automation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth on-the-ground operation while also thinking like a systems owner who scales IT through automation and sound identity practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide in-person support at our San Francisco office 5 days/week, acting as the site’s primary IT point of contact.
- Perform IT Support Specialist (L4) duties, encompassing all responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist role.
- Provide deskside/walk-up support and resolve IT tickets end-to-end.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and internal escalation before handoff to Pod 2 – IT Engineering.
- Triage and field support requests across tickets, email, Slack, and the team-it-ops and help-it distros; proactively work to minimize volume and improve SLAs.
- Direct and review Serval (AI support agent) workflow runs — step in when automated resolution fails, and contribute workflow builds and guidance improvements.
- Coordinate application onboarding/offboarding tied to lifecycle events (joiner/mover/leaver) — provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes across the SaaS stack.
- Administer core applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools): user lifecycle, group/role management, and SSO/SCIM integrations.
- Own application portfolio management — seat counts, usage tracking, and license optimization.
- Manage SaaS renewals — tracking contract dates and coordinating renewals/cancellations.
- Partner with Pod 3 on SaaS App Strategy execution from an operational/usage standpoint.
- Build and maintain integrations and automations to reduce manual work and enforce least-privilege access.
- Manage on-site hardware inventory, lifecycle, and procurement coordination — stock levels, reorder requests, and coordinating with fulfillment vendors (e.g., Firstbase, SHI, CDW, Amazon).
- Support AV/conference room reliability in the SF office.
- Take ownership of small and large projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver.
- Perform recurring audits on application licenses, access, and hardware; drive remediation.
- Create technical and user-facing documentation; push the team toward industry best practices.
- Be an advocate for our users — understand their challenges and remove blockers with empathy.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in an enterprise-size organization, with hands-on experience in both on-site IT support and SaaS/application administration.
- Strong knowledge of our core tech stack: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and modern SaaS tools.
- Solid understanding of User Lifecycle Management, identity/access management, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience with SSO/SCIM provisioning and building integrations or automations across SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing SaaS application portfolios, license optimization, and vendor renewals.
- Experience with deskside support, ticket resolution, and knowing when to escalate to an engineering team.
- Comfort owning the physical site experience — endpoint troubleshooting, AV, and inventory — alongside back-end application administration.
- Strong attention to detail, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional work.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments.
- Scripting/automation experience (e.g., Python, API integrations, workflow tools).
- Experience with AI-assisted support tooling and workflow automation (e.g., Serval or similar).
- Experience coordinating hardware procurement with fulfillment vendors (e.g., Firstbase, SHI, CDW).
- Okta Certified Professional / Administrator.
- Slack Certified Admin.
- Google Workspace Administrator experience.
