WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you'll own the consolidated view of Notion's financial performance — the corporate model, the monthly close-to-reporting cycle, and the numbers that reach our executive team, Board of Directors, and investors. You'll immediately take ownership of core corporate FP&A workstreams, which include the consolidated P&L forecast, the monthly budget-vs-actual and reforecast cycles, and the planning systems that produce them.
This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the consolidated corporate model and the monthly reporting cadence — close actuals, budget-vs-actual, and the rolling reforecast — and connect reported performance to the revenue, headcount, and spend drivers behind it
- Maintain and evolve Notion's planning system, primarily Pigment: maintain the corporate model structure, run the monthly data loads and scenario snapshots, reconcile the P&L, headcount, and departmental views, and build new models and views as the business changes
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate Notion's financial performance and outlook to Notion's executive team, Board of Directors, and investors
- Raise the quality and scalability of our reporting infrastructure, using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and surface insights faster — challenging existing processes and data inconsistencies that get in the way
- Work cross-functionally across Accounting, BizTech, People, and our Business Partnership (BP) Finance team to keep source data, mappings, and the chart of accounts aligned as operating complexity grows — tightening the handoffs between close and forecast along the way
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally a three-statement or consolidated operating model for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena) or a clear track record of becoming fluent in new systems quickly
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences
- Ability to build finance processes from scratch and improve existing ones with a lens on long-term scalability and sustainability
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the procurement technology landscape to inform strategic decisions
ENSURE SEAMLESS HANDOFF TO ONBOARDING
- Document all procurement requirements, decisions, and implementation guidance in a standardized format
- Partner closely with Implementation and Technical Consulting teams to ensure they begin activation without additional discovery
- Maintain consultative availability throughout onboarding when complex escalations arise
TRAVEL
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution validation sessions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday, or other ERP/P2P platforms
- SQL or scripting familiarity
- Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal considers high-quality documentation to be essential for developer experience, and we see docs becoming even more important as agents increasingly deploy and operate Modal Apps. We are looking for a content-minded engineer who will partner with our product teams to curate Modal’s technical documentation and maintain a high quality bar across multiple dimensions.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Think holistically about content architecture and how the docs should evolve as Modal introduces new products and features
- Innovate on novel documentation formats and delivery channels to optimize agent productivity, in collaboration with our Agent DX research team
- Develop content standards, style guides, and automated enforcement mechanisms to ensure consistent style and high quality
- Build and maintain automated pipelines that enforce the correctness of code examples and prose descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to author documentation that is clear, consistent, and correct
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an engineering, product, or developer relations role, ideally in the devtools or infrastructure space
- You’ve authored or edited high-quality technical content for developers
- You’re knowledgeable about agentic engineering workflows and best practices
- You’re comfortable with modern software development practices (version control, CI/CD, testing)

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Ever wonder who makes sure a Magic: The Gathering account signup, a Nerf promotion, and a Hasbro Pulse pre-order all handle a player's data the right way? That's this team — and this role is at the center of it!
Hasbro's Global Privacy team supports the whole company! We make sure our games, websites, and products handle the personal data of players, employees, and fans responsibly, wherever they are. We're hiring a Privacy Paralegal to own the day-to-day operations of that program.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. You will be the primary contact for most internal teams when they have privacy questions. You will develop processes that help a small team support a large company.
This role is currently based at our Renton, WA or Boston, MA office and requires onsite work 3 days per week, currently Tuesday - Thursday.
What You Will Do as a Privacy Paralegal:
Build and refine how privacy incidents and inquiries get reported, sorted, and prioritized and be the first point of contact for the rest of the business.
Work with Legal, Marketing, Central Technology, and Privacy Operations on technology compliance. This includes consistent classification of data collection purposes across many sites and products.
Collaborate with Privacy Operations to maintain up-to-date data maps and records of processing activities, and to handle the privacy tech stack — including consent tooling, request workflows, and assessment intake — as products, vendors, and teams evolve.
Sit down with engineering, web development, and marketing technology teams to learn how data moves through our sites and apps. This includes tag managers, SDKs, APIs, and backend systems. Work with them to implement consent, preference, and data collection requirements as the law requires.
Coordinate privacy reviews for new products, features, and vendors. Assemble the technical details attorneys need to assess risk. Keep the review moving across teams and follow it through to a decision people can build against.
Help build our privacy notices and policies, working with attorneys on language and positioning as regulations change.
Represent the privacy group as the main liaison to Product Development and engineering. Help integrate compliance requirements into website and platform workflows early, not late.
Write the playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures that keep the program running.
Supervise the privacy program's budget and handle its invoicing.
Plan Global Data Privacy Day and other company-wide privacy awareness efforts.
Prioritize the privacy team's SharePoint documentation to enable a detailed response to an audit request.
Answer privacy questions from other departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and turn legal requirements into practical direction people can actually act on.
What You Will Bring:
College degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
At least 3 years supporting a legal or compliance function, ideally in privacy or data protection.
Solid understanding of US state privacy laws, GDPR, and children's privacy rules (COPPA).
Experience with a privacy management platform such as Ketch or OneTrust.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with technical teams — you can join a working session with engineers and leave with requirements that both sides understand the same way.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Jira.
Knowledge of functions linked to privacy management: handling privacy tools, conducting data mapping, and documenting processing activities.
Willingness to work with colleagues and collaborators in other time zones, and in different business units.
Comfortable with technical details about how data is collected, sent, and stored across websites, mobile apps, APIs, SDKs, databases, and tag managers. This allows translating a legal requirement into something an engineer can build.
Nice to Have:
CIPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar).
Experience with cookie and tracking consent management, and website compliance reviews.
Drafting experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Security is core to Phantom’s product and the trust millions of users place in us. We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work—from code review and threat modeling to vulnerability discovery and security automation. We’re looking for strong security engineers with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical solutions, and take ownership from initial discovery through verified remediation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning architecture, source code, testing, and production systems across Phantom’s mobile, web, and backend products. You’ll work directly with engineering and product teams, lead complex security initiatives, and build capabilities that scale across the company. At the Staff level, you’ll set technical direction and raise the bar for how Phantom designs, builds, and ships secure products.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the US, UK and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Security Ownership: Partner with engineering teams to identify and address security risks across Phantom’s mobile applications, web products, APIs, and backend services.
- Architecture and Threat Modeling: Lead security reviews for new products and major architectural changes, with particular attention to authorization boundaries, sensitive data, transaction integrity, key material, and third-party integrations.
- Secure Product Development: Embed practical security controls into the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production operation.
- Code Review and Security Testing: Perform AI assisted security code reviews and targeted testing of high-risk features. Build repeatable approaches that help find vulnerabilities before they reach production.
- Security Tooling: Develop and improve tooling that gives engineers fast, actionable security feedback without creating unnecessary friction. Use automation and AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve coverage or speed.
- Software Supply Chain Security: Harden CI/CD, build, and release systems against supply chain threats, including dependency risk, secrets exposure, build provenance, artifact integrity, and compromised developer or automation workflows.
- Vulnerability Management: Triage findings from internal testing, researchers, bug bounty submissions, and third-party assessments. Work with owners to determine real-world impact and drive issues through verified remediation.
- Incident Response: Support the investigation of product security incidents and suspicious activity. Turn lessons from incidents into durable improvements to product architecture, detection, and engineering standards.
- Technical Leadership: Establish product security patterns and expectations across engineering. At the Staff level, lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and influence architecture beyond any single product team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in product security, application security, security engineering, or software engineering, including experience operating at a senior or staff level.
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, API, and distributed-system security, including authentication, authorization, session management, cryptography, and common vulnerability classes.
- Hands-on experience building or applying AI-assisted security tooling to test applications and APIs, combining automated analysis with source-code review and manual validation.
- Demonstrated ability to review production code in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python and Go.
- Experience securing software supply chains and CI/CD systems, including dependencies, build infrastructure, secrets, artifacts, signing, and release integrity.
- Experience threat modeling complex products and translating security risks into concrete engineering requirements.
- Strong judgment when evaluating exploitability, business impact, and appropriate remediation.
- Track record of partnering effectively with engineering and product teams while maintaining a high security bar.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical risk to both engineers and non-security stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience securing consumer financial products, wallets, payments, or other systems where client integrity and transaction safety are critical.
- Familiarity with blockchain systems, smart-contract interactions, transaction simulation, signing workflows, or self-custodial wallet architecture.
- Experience securing browser extensions or native mobile applications.
- Experience building and integrating application-security tooling, static or dynamic analysis, security test infrastructure, or policy-as-code controls.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and cloud-native service architectures.
- Experience working with bug bounty programs or coordinating external security assessments.
The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
Why Work With Us

Today, we’re building on that foundation to help people discover the markets that matter, make informed financial moves, and safely store or spend their money worldwide. Moonshot is the “Robinhood for DeFi”—an iOS and Android app that lets anyone trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a user-friendly interface.
Since our launch in July 2024, we’ve attracted 2M+ users.
Our mission: Make moonshots possible for everyone.
Our vision: Make a world where life-changing financial outcomes are within everyone's reach.
Everyone on our team is both a decision-maker and an implementer—united by a sense of urgency and driven by the conviction that our work can transform global finance. If you thrive on curiosity, welcome tough challenges, and aspire to leave a meaningful mark on the world, Moonshot is the place for you. You’ll run toward the hardest problems alongside high-caliber teammates who consistently push each other to excel and who share your dedication to shaping the future of decentralized finance.
This role is full-time, preferably located in NYC. Open to remote for the right candidate.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and run growth at Moonshot from the ground up: strategy, content, paid channels, and the team underneath it all. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a manage-an-agency-and-review-decks job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and content while building out the function as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own growth strategy end-to-end: set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and own the numbers behind it
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies, sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
- Generate and test ideas constantly; you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
- Build and lead the team as we scale: hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers and specialists you need
- Report on and iterate against performance: kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- A few years of experience scaling a consumer product, as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, fintech, gaming), or at an agency running growth for products like these
- Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search
- A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset; you're hungry, hands-on, and thrive building the playbook as you go, not running someone else's
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving
NICE TO HAVES
- Crypto experience, as a retail trader or through work at a crypto company
- Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
COMPENSATION & PACKAGE
- Competitive salary
- Early Equity opportunities
- 5% 401(k) Match
- Health benefits (75% premium coverage) + $150,000 in life insurance coverage
- $1,000 one time office set up stipend
- Flexible PTO

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Director, IT SOX to join the Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor and key executor of our IT SOX compliance program, with deep focus on our IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and system risk assessments.
This role reports to the Head of IT SOX and is well-suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a high-pace environment, and enjoys solving problems that don't yet have industry-standard answers. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with first and second lines of defense to help establish a control environment suitable for an AI-first company! You will act as a trusted advisor to Engineering, GRC, Security and Finance teams on the technology controls adapted to a fast growing and rapidly changing organization.
You'll bring technical depth, a bias toward automation, and the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and external auditors as the organization experiences scaling to public-company standards.
Key responsibilities
Advise on the design of a control environment fit for an AI-first company, including controls over highly automated DevOps pipelines and emerging agentic identity models
Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and DevOps teams to assess the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable controls
Assess new system implementations and changes
Identify automation and tooling opportunities to improve control efficiency and monitoring, and contribute to the development of continuous monitoring capabilities
Assist in scoping and planning for annual SOX IT assessments
Execute IT SOX testing across IT General Controls and IT Application Controls, including access management, change management, and computer operations
Perform system and process risk assessments to identify control gaps and recommend remediation
Own control documentation and ensure audit-ready evidence is current and complete
Evaluate IT automated controls and support the shift from manual to automated control reliance
Scale the IT SOX program as the company grows — rationalizing scope, standardizing testing approaches, and building repeatable processes that keep pace with new systems and entities
Guide and direct the day-to-day work of internal team members and co-sourced partners: setting priorities, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring quality and consistency across the testing program
Build strong working relationships with process and control owners across the organization
Translate technical control requirements for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Support SEC cybersecurity disclosure requirements and related risk monitoring efforts
Coordinate with external auditors on IT SOX matters, including evidence requests, walkthroughs, and testing schedules
Track and assist with remediation of audit findings; communicate status to the Head of IT SOX and relevant stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT audit or IT SOX compliance experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment
Deep working knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, and IT risk assessment methodologies
Experience auditing highly automated DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments) and adapting traditional change-management and access controls to them
Experience designing, testing, and documenting controls across access management, change management, and computer operations
Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pace, rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively guide and direct the work of internal team members and/or co-sourced partners
Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous workstreams while communicating proactively with senior stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Clear, effective communicator — able to work across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of hands-on IT audit and SOX compliance experience, including time in a Big 4 or comparable environment
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, and/or Azure)
Experience scaling a compliance program to public-company standards
Track record of scaling an audit or SOX program through periods of rapid growth
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or GitHub
Experience evaluating SDLC controls in modern software development environments
CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA, or equivalent certification
Genuine enthusiasm for working in an AI-first environment — applying AI to audit work itself and rethinking assumptions about how controls operate when AI is embedded in the processes being audited
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a member of Ramp’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team, you will play a key role in executing Ramp’s Anti–money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance program. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing unusual and suspicious activity reports (UARs, SARs), driving process improvement, and supporting AI and automation initiatives for the AML program.
This role is primarily focused on comprehensive investigations arising from escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals. You will evaluate the customer relationship and relevant activity holistically, document clear and defensible risk conclusions, and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs when appropriate. You will flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance workflows as business needs evolve, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and enhanced due diligence reviews.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Engineering organization, a team of analytics engineers, report developers, visualization specialists, and people leaders. This organization focuses on the last mile of the enterprise data supply chain: the semantic models, curated data products, metric definitions, and consumption experiences that turn engineered data into decisions.
This is not a traditional reporting leadership role; the classic notion of “reporting” in the form of a myriad of dashboards and filters is racing towards obsolescence. But the need for data and insights, and the need to deliver it in a way that is digestible and actionable, is timeless. Yes, governed dashboards and trusted reporting remain the foundation, and this leader must be excellent at that foundation. But the mandate is to move the organization decisively beyond static reporting toward a proactive, intelligent analytics capability: partnering with Data Science to productize and visualize their models, enabling generative AI and LLM-based access to our data, building exception-based systems that alert users when outcomes deviate from expectation in a statistically meaningful way, and designing agents that monitor data continuously and deliver insight without being asked.
Analytics engineering shares much of its DNA with data engineering — modeling, transformation, testing, version control, CI/CD, performance and cost discipline — but is oriented toward business enablement rather than platform and pipeline. Success in this role therefore depends as much on partnership as on technical depth. This leader will work shoulder to shoulder with Data Engineering on the boundary between platform and consumption, with Product Management on roadmap and requirements, with Data Science on advanced analytic products, and with Analytics Operations on a disciplined intake and prioritization process that makes the best possible use of finite capacity.
The ideal candidate has spent years building the traditional foundations — governance, metadata, lineage, dimensional modeling, engaging with enterprise BI platforms— and is now looking to apply that rigor to a fundamentally different generation of analytic products in new and innovative ways.
What you'll be doing:
Organizational Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 30 people, including managing through frontline managers; own hiring, role clarity, career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.
Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics engineering, and translate it into quarterly outcomes the team and its partners can measure. Partner closely with Product Management to jointly shape the multi-year enterprise end-to-end data strategy.
Own the organization's budget, vendor relationships, and contractor or offshore capacity.
Establish and sustain an engineering culture within an analytics function: peer review, automated testing, documentation standards, source control, CI/CD, etc.
Analytics Engineering and Data Architecture
Drive maturity of the last-mile architecture in partnership with Data Engineering: curated marts, semantic layers, reusable data products, and certified datasets that serve reporting, ai enablement, data science, and downstream applications.
Define and enforce dimensional modeling standards, transformation frameworks, and modular, tested, version-controlled analytics code.
Own the enterprise metric layer so that key business measures carry a single, governed definition regardless of where they are consumed.
Partner with Data Engineering to define clear contracts and handoffs between pipeline and platform work and last-mile modeling, including shared tooling, standards, and escalation paths.
Manage query performance, warehouse consumption, and platform cost as first-class engineering concerns.
Data Governance, Metadata, and Lineage
Own cataloging, business glossary, data certification, and stewardship workflows, leveraging tools such as Atlan as the primary metadata platform.
Maintain column-level lineage across the analytics estate to support impact analysis, change management, audit, and root-cause investigation.
Leverage data access provisioning and entitlement models, including row- and column-level security, in partnership with Security, Privacy, and Compliance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to drive data quality monitoring, freshness and availability SLAs, observability, and incident response for analytic assets.
Enterprise Reporting and Data Visualization
Drive analytics engagement by leveraging enterprise visualization and provisioning platforms, including Domo and Tableau, in partnership with Data Engineering. Ensure best practices are followed in data architecture, governance, adoption, performance, and total cost management.
Set visualization and information design standards that make reports readable, consistent, accessible, and decision-oriented.
Rationalize the existing reporting portfolio: retire redundant and unused assets, consolidate overlapping content, drive down tech debt and drive consumption toward certified sources.
Build a durable self-service capability through training, templates, community, office hours, and clear guardrails on what belongs in self-service versus centrally managed content.
Advanced, Proactive, and AI-Enabled Analytics
Partner with Data Science to productize their work: build the visualization, interaction, monitoring, and feedback loops that turn models and research into products the business actually uses.
Partner with Product Management and Data Engineering to enable generative AI and LLM access to enterprise data. This includes preparing the semantic and metadata foundation that makes data legible to models, delivering conversational analytics, text-to-SQL, and retrieval-augmented experiences on governed sources, and establishing guardrails, evaluation, and accuracy monitoring so that answers can be trusted.
Build exception-based analytics that detect when an outcome deviates from its expected value in a statistically significant way, using seasonality-aware baselines, forecast residuals, control limits, and anomaly detection rather than static thresholds.
Route those exceptions to accountable owners with context, likely drivers, and a recommended next action; actively tune sensitivity and volume to prevent alert fatigue and preserve signal.
Design and deploy analytic agents that proactively monitor data, investigate variances, assemble narrative explanations, and deliver insight into the tools where people already work.
Shift the organization's consumption model from pull to push: the measure of success is not how many people opened a dashboard, but whether the right person was told the right thing at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership, Intake, and Prioritization
Operate as a true partner to Product Management: contribute to roadmap, requirements, user research, and release planning, and run analytics with a product mindset covering personas, adoption metrics, and asset lifecycle management.
Partner with Analytics Operations to run a transparent intake, triage, sizing, and prioritization process, with published capacity, explicit tradeoffs, and reliable delivery commitments.
Make capacity constraints visible to stakeholders and executives, drive reuse over one-off builds, and decline or defer work with evidence rather than friction.
Serve as a senior, executive-facing partner to business functions, translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytic solutions.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Demonstrated experience leading an organization of 25 or more people in a large, matrixed enterprise.
Strong hands-on foundation in SQL, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL design, with production experience on a modern cloud data warehouse or lakehouse (for example Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse) and a transformation framework such as dbt.
Experience applying software engineering practices to analytics work, including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Enterprise-scale leveraging of BI and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including governance, provisioning, adoption, and cost management.
Demonstrated ability to participate in driving data governance program covering catalog, lineage, glossary, stewardship, quality, and access, using platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Proven track record of delivering jointly with Data Engineering and Product Management, with clear ownership boundaries and shared accountability.
Direct experience partnering with Data Science, including operationalizing, visualizing, and monitoring model output for business consumption.
Working command of the statistical concepts underlying exception detection, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, variance and control limits, seasonality, and forecasting.
Experience running a formal intake, prioritization, and capacity planning process for a shared services or platform organization.
Excellent executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience managing budget, vendor contracts, and platform licensing.
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
Production experience delivering LLM-based analytics: retrieval-augmented generation over governed data, text-to-SQL or conversational BI, semantic layers designed for model consumption, and prompt, evaluation, and cost monitoring frameworks.
Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration for monitoring, investigation, and notification use cases.
Hands-on experience with Atlan, Domo, and Tableau specifically.
Proficiency in Python or R for prototyping, and familiarity with common statistical and ML libraries and MLOps concepts.
Experience deploying anomaly detection at scale, including alert routing, suppression, and fatigue management.
Familiarity with data product and data mesh operating models, domain-aligned ownership, and data contracts.
Experience operating in an Agile or product operating model at scale, including portfolio, OKR, and roadmap management. Deep experience with the “Silicon Valley” school of Product Management, as exemplified by the “Marty Kagan”-style academic approach a significant plus.
Experience leading global or matrixed teams, including offshore or vendor-partnered delivery models.
Track record leading a major platform migration, consolidation, or reporting rationalization effort.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining senior technical talent in a competitive market.
