The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Determine whether a site can actually support the AI infrastructure we're planning to build.
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement workstreams to determine whether a project is technically feasible before Nebius commits capital.
Build a repeatable technical due diligence program.
Help establish the standards, consultant network, playbooks, and review processes that ensure every infrastructure opportunity is evaluated consistently across the Americas.
Identify technical risk before it becomes commercial risk.
Work with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, and external consultants to identify development constraints early enough to influence negotiations, investment decisions, and project schedules.
About the Role
As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you'll evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas before Nebius commits capital. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence across powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development to identify technical risk, assess development feasibility, and support investment decisions.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, consultant relationships, and technical review processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex technical due diligence programs while helping build the systems that make every future evaluation faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.

Quantify technical risks and communicate commercial impacts to Site Selection and Project Development.
Studies & Consultant Management
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into clear development recommendations.
Maintain technical documentation and due diligence records that support investment decisions.
Program Standards & Process
Apply Nebius' technical due diligence standards consistently across all projects.
Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, checklists, and review processes.
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future technical evaluations.
Build and maintain a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Site Selection to evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support acquisition recommendations.
Work with Project Development to transition technically viable projects into development.
Coordinate with Engineering, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and Delivery throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with engineering firms, land-use attorneys, environmental consultants, and technical partners.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver timely technical recommendations that support investment decisions.
Identify development risks early enough to influence commercial negotiations and project strategy.
Establish consistent technical due diligence standards across the Americas.
Build a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex technical due diligence efforts while helping define how future evaluations should be performed.
5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, land development, infrastructure design, or large-scale industrial projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, permitting, and infrastructure development.
Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Hi, I'm Manu, Engineering Manager at
Customer.io
. We're looking for experienced backend engineers who want to build and own the infrastructure that powers one of the most data-intensive platforms in marketing automation — systems that process millions of events per second, orchestrate complex workflows at scale, and keep everything running reliably for thousands of customers worldwide.
You'll work on the Platform team, tackling hard distributed systems problems: designing for fault tolerance, scaling services under real production pressure, and building the foundational layers that every other team at
Customer.io
depends on. This isn't just maintenance work — you'll shape the architecture of systems that need to be both highly available and constantly evolving.
If you're someone who gets energized by the intersection of scale, reliability, and developer experience — and wants ownership over infrastructure that truly matters — we'd love to talk.
What you'll bring:
Deep experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend architecture
Strong instincts around reliability, observability, and fault tolerance
Comfort reasoning about performance, capacity, and trade-offs at scale
Experience with event-driven systems, message queues, or data pipelines is a plus
A collaborative mindset — you raise the team around you
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies - from scrappy startups to global brands - use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You drive technical direction across systems and teams. You move with urgency, build with empathy, and think long-term. You’ve led large-scale infrastructure initiatives and know what it takes to get them over the line.
Engineers with customer focus
You think about how infrastructure unlocks customer value. You care about developer experience, system design, and how your work shapes the customer experience.
A healthy disregard for “the way things are done”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter, but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve distributed systems in Go to handle billions of daily events and messages and store and index petabytes of data
Lead architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and real-time event processing
Improve service-to-service communication through better APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven patterns
Work across teams to uncover bottlenecks and system issues, and lead initiatives to resolve them for a smoother customer experience
Tackle high-throughput challenges across data pipelines, queues, and scheduling infrastructure
Able to debug production systems at scale using effective instrumentation, and resolve issues quickly and confidently
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Share knowledge and raise the bar through sharing your progress publicly with short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
Leverage AI tools to prototype, move faster, and make better decisions
What we're looking for
Significant experience (typically 10+ years) building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages)
Deep experience with databases - relational (MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational (DynamoDB, BigTable) - and how to make them fast
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, observability, and operating production systems
A bias for action over perfection, and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

About

Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Nick Guardino, Senior Director of Marketing Ops at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help take our AI agents from scrappy prototypes to production-grade systems our GTM teams can depend on.
Over the last 3.5 months, our GTM AI team has built 11 agents now running in production, serving 120 active users and roughly 25,000 tool calls a day — all through custom CLIs that work, but weren't built to scale. We believe businesses can run leaner and go further when they deploy AI agents well, and we're figuring out that motion in real time. This role owns the scale and reliability layer so the rest of the team can keep building.
What we value
Craft over quick wins
— energized by making things robust, not just making them work.
A point of view
— we want someone who asks "why did you build it that way?" and has a specific answer for what to do instead.
Comfortable being wrong
— you try things fast, and you course-correct just as fast.
AI-native by default
— you'd rather direct Claude to write and QA code than write it by hand.
What you'll do
Alpha-to-production ownership
— take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready: write evals, harden prompts and tool definitions, and refactor prototype scaffolding into clean, production-quality code.
Observability & stability
— instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet so we catch regressions before our 120+ GTM users do.
Deployment & infrastructure
— stand up and maintain the pipelines that get agents into users' hands without surprises, owning environment parity and release hygiene on our GCP stack.
Database administration
— own how agents read from and write to our databases, safely and at scale.
Fleet maintenance
— monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship the steady stream of improvements that make an agent indispensable rather than just useful.
Partner closely with the GTM AI team
— free up our agent builders to stay in their zero-to-one wheelhouse while you own scale and reliability.
Bring an outside point of view
— tell us what we built wrong, and back it up with a plan to fix it.
What we're looking for
4+ years in software engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Comfort working in the terminal daily, with a real GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
Cloud hosting experience — Kubernetes, VMs, or equivalent; Google Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Experience with how agents interact with and edit databases, including some hands-on database administration.
Familiarity with LLM-based application development: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evals, and modern agent frameworks.
Ability to prompt AI tools correctly, review their output critically, and direct them to QA their own work — this is an AI-native role, not a hand-coding one.
Scrappy enough to iterate fast, disciplined enough to think about consistency once something needs to scale.
A point of view, and the willingness to ask "why did you build it that way?"
Compensation & Benefits

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)

While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. As the leading collaborative work management platform, Wrike generates an enormous amount of rich, interconnected data, including work item content, relationships between entities, complex business processes, user interactions, and direct user input. The mission of the DS/ML department is to transform this data into intelligent, AI-powered capabilities that help users gain deeper insights, automate routine work, enhance productivity, and create a more seamless work experience.
As a Data Scientist in the Work Intelligence Unit, you will play a key role in product development through the application of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies with a particular focus on leveraging Large Language Models and other emerging technologies. You will work on both user-facing AI features and foundational intelligence platform that power intelligent experiences across the product.
Your Impact:
Creating new and improving existing AI solutions Involvement in the whole process of data-driven development from analyzing product requirements to launching the feature or system to production (with the help of MLOps specialists) and improving it based on results of monitoring and feedback
Communicating with fellow data scientists, product owners, and developers
Applying best software engineering practices to build a reliable codebase
Performing code reviews
Working in agile environment and presenting the results of your work on regular sprint reviews
Your Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Machine learning
Experience in LLMs, LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, metric-driven development of prompt-based features, agentic systems, and other related topics
Experience in building complex multipart and multistep LLM-based and ML systems
Proficiency in Python (including pure Python, and not only jupyter notebooks)
Experience in using reproducible research techniques
Experience in developing AI solutions for production usage
Full professional proficiency in English
Standout Qualities:
Experience in AI and ML solutions related to one of the areas: social networks, recommendation systems, ranking, entity matching, process mining, system personalization, risk estimation
Confident statistical and machine learning skills
Experience in creating core AI systems that are foundational to the product and are used in many parts of it
Experience in classical software development and architecture
Interpersonal skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
You are proactively pushing yourself to develop your skills and knowledge
Decision making and argumentation skills
Open to feedback and ready to react on it
Ability to work autonomously on a project level
