More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
Adapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
- Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
- Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
- Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
- Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
- Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
- Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
- Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
- Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
- Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry
- Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing.
- Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous CS role.
- Familiarity with support/CRM tools.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About the role
We're looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving all of our infrastructure services — from core services to observability and private clouds.
Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 300+ physical servers, running predominantly on Ubuntu. The stack ranges from core services like LDAP, PowerDNS and NTP, to an observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger) and private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, as well as services such as GitLab, Artifactory and Vault.
You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST.
Why this role?
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production.
It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
Tasks
Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus etc;
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring;
Manage and support private clouds (Openstack and Kubernetes);
Design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems across different environments, including bare metal, virtual machines and containers.
Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis;
Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs;
Work towards reducing operational effort;
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously reduce manual effort;
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in production;
Keep infrastructure documentation and operational procedures up to date;
Engage in constant upskilling to stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a focus on infrastructure.
Extensive experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across various environments (bare metal, container, cloud);
Experience with Linux server configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in production.
Understanding of process control, logging and Linux service management.
Experience with infrastructure services such as Vault, Artifactory, DNS and similar platform components.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Salt;
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments;
Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Grafana, ELK, or Graylog;
Experience in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud solutions such as OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, or public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python;
Familiarity with configuring various servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc;
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
At least C1 in Russian and B1 in English.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting workloads and cluster-related issues.
Hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployment, configuration, maintenance or troubleshooting of private cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Chef.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience working with fintech/trading, or other high-load and mission-critical systems.
We offer
Full-time remote work (service provider contract).
Competitive compensation (EUR).
Flexible working hours.
Corporate AI subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc.).
Access to a rewards marketplace offering products and language courses, redeemable using the company’s internal currency.
A strong team of engineers.
Positive and friendly atmosphere.
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as our early Singapore-based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across ASEAN, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As our early CSM in Singapore, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of ASEAN and broader APAC customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as the early in-region CS presence, developing where needed, ASEAN-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Mandarin language fluency
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and a knack for bringing order to chaos, demonstrating an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and team player mindset
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to facilitate our customers' success by expediting task completion, reassignment, or escalation to leadership based on the nature of the request. As our second line of defense against requests languishing in queues and losing valuable delivery time, you will orchestrate task completion throughout the order/job life cycle, serving as a primary point of contact for the customer community, ensuring seamless communication, proactively addressing challenges, and maintaining clear visibility throughout the order process.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal, queue management, and cross-software platform expertise, paired with notable strengths in collaboration, organizational understanding, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations and delivering organizational results. Serve as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating seamless communication and building trust-based relationships throughout the order life cycle
Orchestrate the order process by maintaining awareness of communication queues to ensure work is prioritized effectively
Perform regular portfolio reviews to document progress and identify potential delays
Coordinate with Partner Success Managers to mitigate risks before they impact customer satisfaction
Identify technical blockers and building process issues that could stall order fulfillment
Manage and resolve customer escalations cross-functionally, including determining when an order should be reassigned to a different manufacturing partner and managing the implications of doing so
Collaborate with internal Operations and Product teams to bridge communication gaps and implement solutions that keep orders on track during peak periods
Negotiate order adjustments, credits, or resolutions resulting from quality issues or delivery misses
Maintain accurate documentation in central databases, ensuring all case activity adheres to quality management systems and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process automation and provide peer support to ensure continuous coverage of Customer Success Team activities
What You'll Bring to Xometry:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations
Proven track record of successfully managing and meeting schedule commitments by managing expectations of an identified customer group
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement solutions keeping orders on track
Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and ability to independently drive project completion
Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multitask, and understanding of our communication platform's interface while tenaciously working to meet deadlines
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software
